At the premiere, French Montana told Page Six more about his battles moving to the projects, experiencing culture shock, being bullied, and more. “People would just stare at me,” he revealed, “but man, I feel like the best teacher in life is failure.” He continued, “I feel like when you come from the mud, and you have to learn everything from experience, I feel like there is no better teacher than that… I am one of those that learned from experiences.”

Earlier this year, Swae Lee dropped a new album alongside his brother under their collaborative project, Rae Sremmurd. The LP, titled Sremm 4 Life, features Young Thug, Future, and more. Rick Ross had a pool party recently, and a new clip showcases one of his guests using an unusual method of transportation to get there. In the clip, a person is seen dangling by a parachute, ready to land on his property. Ross appeared to find the entire situation hilarious, with his only request to the parachuter being to not land on his roof.

“There he go,” Ross is heard saying while the parachuter is seen coasting by, “Oh my God.” The party guest is then seen floating just out of frame when the clip ends. “Rich [people] be doing anything,” several social media commenters noted. Later on in the clip, the parachuter is also seen having landed and gathering up his equipment. It’s not the first time someone has parachuted in to one of Rick Ross’ events. Last month, a fan landed at his car show at his estate via parachute. “The only thing I didn’t like about it is he didn’t tell me what time to expect him jumping out of the goddamn plane and landing in my backyard,” Ross said. He appeared to be thrilled that the attendee went to such great lengths to arrive.

He’s been documenting the festivities on social media, showing off waterslides, countless bottles of Villon, and more. He also showed off his private jet on his Instagram Story. He explained that his desire to do so stems from him wanting to the best father he can be to his kids. When the hosts asked him what aspects of the degree interest him the most, he said “Oh, the presence of a father and how much will they need you.”

He went on to say, “The Freudian aspect of reverting back to your childhood trauma, or the lack thereof. Nature vs nurture. These are conversations I have several times every single day. I’m living, whether in therapy on my own or even just wanting to make sure that every single child has what they need, developmentally and emotionally. Offset Reveals BET Awards Performance With Quavo Was Put Together In 16 Hours

During a recent Instagram Live, Offset shared details of his performance alongside Quavo at the 2023 BET Awards. He called the show “iconic,” going on to reveal that it only took a total of around 16 hours to put together. The artist also explained that they did the performance for Takeoff, the late Migos’ member who passed away in 2022. “We’re the greatest group to ever touch the mic,” Offset says, “R.I.P. to my brother [Takeoff].”

“Me and [Quavo] stood tall,” he explained, thanking all of his fans for their support. “It was a movie,” Offset continues, “It was a vibe, we needed that for the culture.” The surprise performance stunned their fans and peers alike. Last weekend, LaBelle was scheduled to pay tribute to the legendary Tina Turner during a performance at the 2023 BET Awards. Turner passed away due to natural causes at her home in Switzerland last month. “It was an extraordinary privilege to celebrate the life and legacy of Ms. Tina Turner at BET Awards 2023. Having the incomparable Ms. Patti LaBelle on our stage honoring one of her contemporaries was an equal privilege,” a representative for BET said. The performance was, of course, going to be major, honoring Turner’s life and legacy.

Unfortunately, LaBelle’s tribute to the late icon made headlines for other reasons. She performed hits like Turner’s 1989 Foreign Affair track “The Best,” but she had a couple of snags along the way. She fumbled a few of the song’s lyrics, admitting that she couldn’t read them on the teleprompter. “I can’t see the words and I don’t know,” she sung onstage, “I’m trying y’all.” BET later shared a statement on the mishap. “Due to the crowd’s enthusiasm, the teleprompter was obstructed, obscuring Ms. LaBelle’s view of the lyrics,” they explained. “Nonetheless, we couldn’t be more grateful to Ms. LaBelle for lending her incredible talent to this moment.“
