Gossip vlogger Tasha K has been in hot water with Cardi B since she filed for bankruptcy to avoid paying the $4 million judgment awarded to the rapper back in May. Now reports are claiming Cardi is asking for Tasha K’s husband to testify under oath.

Cardi B’s efforts to collect the nearly $4 million owed to her by blogger Tasha K have ramped up in federal court, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Cardi and her legal team have scheduled a videotaped examination of Tasha for this week.
Cardi wants Tasha to show up and answer questions under oath about her assets and income.
Included in her list of requested docs, Cardi asked for information on “Debtor’s direct or indirect income streams through Social Media Platforms or through wire transfers, cash payments or transfers via applications such as PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or CashApp or any other manner for designed for transferring funds to Debtor or at Debtor’s direction to third parties.”
In addition, Cardi wants copies of credit card statements from March 2019 to now, all investment and retirement account information, a list and photos of all her furniture, a list of all assets Tasha’s husband Cheickna Kebe owns, and all communications she had with the IRS.
Cardi demanded Tasha’s husband show up to court days after the blogger with his own set of records for her to examine. Tasha has yet to respond.
Offset is fully in new album mode. After teasing the second single from his new project earlier this week, he also shared a release date for the project. Fans won’t have to wait long to hear the project as it’s less than a month away. The former Migos rapper took to Instagram to announce that his album would be dropping on October 13. It’s his first new album since 2019’s Father Of 4 which has an all-star cast of features in Big Rube, J. Cole, Gunna, CeeLo Green, Travis Scott, 21 Savage, Cardi B, Quavo, and Gucci Mane.
Speaking of features, Offset’s new album will also contain some pretty notable names. The album is also expected to feature the final track Offset ever recorded with Takeoff before his death. Another artist who will appear on the record, unsurprisingly, is his wife Cardi B. The couple collaborated on the project’s lead single “Jealousy” which plays on their public image.
Clearly, Cardi B is excited about the pending release of the album. After the announcement, she took to her Instagram story to hype up the project. “FINALLY….This album is so good…I believe is Grammy-worthy….So much time ,passion ,love ,sweat and tears put into it,” Cardi says on her Instagram story.
Offset already has one Grammy nomination under his belt and fittingly enough, it’s a collaboration with Cardi B. The pair’s collaboration “Clout” was nominated for Best Rap Performance at the 2020 Grammys. Ultimately the song lost to Nipsey Hussle, Roddy Ricch, and Hit-Boy’s song “Racks In The Middle.” Offset’s newest album will be eligible for the Grammys that take place in 2025. He then went a step further, declaring, “I hate the song. It’s not better than any of the songs like it. ‘WAP,’ ‘Up,’ it’s not better than Cardi B [features]. This is Cardi getting ready to follow-up her debut album… They not gonna spend the money to keep this rolling into the fourth and first quarter… This sounds like two women who can’t make a song.” This is a 180-degree reversal from his previous comments about Cardi (although they were consistent with comments about Megan`).
In response, Cardi pointed out her belief that Budden is being hypocritical; while he’s always quick to deman other artists’ work, he takes offense at any criticism of his own work and business ethics. “It was beyond the critique of ‘Bongos,’” she noted. “When Mal and Rory say f*ck sh*t about you, you get so defensive and you want to clear it up. You came at Taxstone because Taxstone said something about you. You expect people to understand you and you expect people to take your side.”

While 2023 represents the 50th year of hip-hop, it’s also the 75th anniversary of one of the labels that has had a huge hand in making hip-hop the global phenomenon it is today. Today, Atlantic Records announced its plans to celebrate making it three-quarters of a century (especially in an industry that has seen so much upheaval almost from day one), which include a year’s worth of vinyl reissues of classic and contemporary albums that have defined its first 75 years.
The campaign will kick off in October and include 90 albums from the likes of Aretha Franklin, Bad Company, Booker T & The MGs, Bruno Mars, Cardi B, Christina Perri, Coldplay, Foreigner, Gucci Mane, Jack Harlow, Janelle Monáe, John Coltrane, Kehlani, Led Zeppelin, Lupe Fiasco, Matchbox Twenty, Otis Redding, Phil Collins, Ray Charles, Velvet Underground, Willie Nelson, and more. Some will be special pressings; others will be releases that have never been on vinyl before. There’s also exclusive, limited-edition merch, and partnerships with Vinyl Me, Please and Acoustic Sounds.
The collection will be curated by Atlantic Records chairman/CEO Craig Kallman, who’s been working on it for years. “It was stacks of paper making sure we didn’t miss anybody,” he said in a press release. “It was painstakingly done. There was a lot of internal debating… We tried to include records that were culturally significant, that were groundbreaking for the company, that were blowout sales successes. It was about records that defined the label and the culture of the company.”
Kallman had a personal investment in much of that history, joining Atlantic in 1991 after his dance label, Big Beat Records, was acquired by Atlantic. And although he said he thought it’d be cool to limit the run to 75 titles, he found he just couldn’t, resulting in the 90 planned releases (might as well up it to 100, Craig!). From the names of the albums included, it looks like a worthwhile endeavor and we can’t wait for the year ahead.
