Brittney Taylor Of “L&HH” Fame Allegedly Beat Baby Daddy With A Bat, Charged With Assault & Arrested

While we await further updates on Jonathan Majors’ surprising arrest, TMZ has come through with word of more celebrity drama that ended in a Love & Hip-Hop: New York star being put behind bars. Earlier this month, Brittney Taylor was arrested after allegedly assaulting her baby daddy with a baseball bat. According to law enforcement sources, the reality starlet and her ex, Afeez, were fighting recently. At the time, she aggressively struck him with the weapon.

The pair share a 2-year-old and an 8-month-old. At the time of the alleged fight, the children’s father was flying into NYX to see his children. Due to past issues between him and Taylor, Afeez notably planned to maintain his distance. He and his mother were reportedly leaving his baby mama’s apartment. The young ones in tow, but when he ignored a comment from her, she blew it. It remains unclear exactly what was said. However, it upset the east coaster enough for her to punch Afeez in the face.

Brittney Taylor’s Baby Daddy Drama

The accompanying criminal complaint notes that the children were present at the time. Afeez opted to leave the residence after being hit. Unfortunately, Taylor decided to continue the altercation by following him outside with a bat. She used it to strike him, which resulted in a laceration and significant facial bleeding. The social media personality’s ex went to the hospital for treatment, where he received stitches for the cut above his eye. TMZ says that Brittney Taylor is now facing two charges of assault, one count of endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of criminal possession of a weapon.

A few weeks back, Afeez seemingly posted about being assaulted online, causing speculation to bubble about the possibility of his baby mama’s involvement. While nothing was initially confirmed, it sounds as though internet sleuths who pieced the puzzle together earlier were right. A few years back, Taylor’s L&HH co-star Remy Ma was arrested for allegedly punching her at a concert, though those charges were ultimately dropped. Check out graphic photos of Afeez’s injuries here, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.

Quando Rondo Suggests Lil Durk Lookalike In His Music Video Was A Coincidence

The feud between Lil Durk and Quando Rondo has no end in sight. However, the issues between OTF and Never Broke Again continue to be a topic of discussion. In 2021, Quando Rondo shared a video for “Soul Reaper,” but fans quickly noted that the visual included a Lil Durk look-a-like. Given the tension between Durk and Quando Rondo, it seemed like an obvious shot but the Georgia-based rapper explained that that wasn’t his intention. “These fans make anything up,” the rapper wrote. “N***a don’t even be thinking like that.”

Still, the music video for “Soul Reaper” remains a contentious point in their relationship. During a recent interview with Say Cheese, the rapper was asked about the music video, once again. He went on a long-winded rant where he described the various types of hairstyles in his city and the rising trends of wick. Though he eventually landed on the topic of the bible and compared getting a bald head to Michael Jordan, he doubled down on his claims about the “Soul Reaper” music video.

Quando Rondo Denies Using Lil Durk Lookalike

In the music video for “Soul Reaper,” an individual with blonde dreads that bears similarity to Lil Durk appears, though ends up getting pressed by Quando and his crew. Despite trying to side-step the question, he eventually explained that the blonde hair was something that he appreciates. “It’s a trend going on. A lot of people have blonde hair. I love the blonde look so that was actually one of the homies that dyed their hair color and I really liked that color on him. It was nothing like that,” he said.

Besides Quando Rondo’s feud with Lil Durk, NBA Youngboy recently extended this beef to Lil Baby. Over the weekend, the Atlanta star met Ja Morant after the Grizzlies game where he was gifted a signed jersey. However, in the background, Baby recited YB’s infamous lyrics that Ja Morant quotes frequently. In response, NBA Youngboy issued a stern warning, claiming that Baby already chose sides in the ongoing beef. Clearly, there’s no end to this beef and YB seems to have issues with anyone who associates with Durk.

NBA Youngboy Seemingly Responds To Lil Baby Quoting His Lyrics: “He Chose A Side”

NBA Youngboy’s feud with Lil Durk extends to whoever decides to work with the Chicago rapper, including Lil Baby. Over the weekend, the Atlanta rapper made waves after his appearance at the Hawks Vs. Grizzlies game in his hometown where he sat courtside with Jayda Cheaves, and later, linked up with NBA Youngboy superfan, Ja Morant. However, it seems as though YB isn’t particularly fond of Lil Durk’s The Voice Of The Heroes collaborator quoting his lyrics.

Ja Morant became synonymous with NBA Youngboy’s lyric from “Fresh Prince Of Utah,” where he declares, “It’s a parade inside my city, yeah.” Morant’s turned the bar into a triumphant chant for each Grizzlies victory, especially after his post-suspension return. YB hasn’t directly acknowledged the reference, though his label tweeted, “You know it’s gonna be a parade for real behind you @jamorant” over the weekend. Though Never Broke Again LLC has high hopes for Grizzlies this season, NBA Youngboy finally acknowledged Ja Morant, though not necessarily for the right reasons.

NBA Youngboy Shuts Down Lil Baby

In the clip of Lil Baby’s link-up with Ja Morant, you can hear him quoting the infamous bar in the background. Though some fans felt as though it was hilarious, YB didn’t appear to be pleased about it. In a since-deleted tweet captured by No Jumper, NBA Youngboy appeared to send out a warning shot at an unnamed individual that many suspect to be Lil Baby. “That b*tch ass n****a got to run into me too better remember he chose a side,” he wrote on Twitter. “This sh*t get gangsta boy.”

It looks like we probably won’t get a verse from Lil Baby on Don’t Try This At Home. However, the two have previously worked together on the single, “One Shot” from the Fast & The Furious 9 (F9) soundtrack. Despite the critical praise, the two haven’t linked up since. Given his recent tweet, it seems like NBA Youngboy truly isn’t interested in working with anyone who also works with his enemy, Lil Durk. Baby hasn’t responded to YB’s tweet yet but we’ll keep you posted if he does. Check out what NBA Youngboy had to say about Lil Baby above.

GloRilla Reacts To Money Man Name-Dropping Her On “Saweetie” Song

Artists name-dropping each other on their tracks definitely isn’t anything new. Still, that doesn’t mean the celebrity at the butt of the bar is always happy to hear what’s being said about them. Most recently, it seems GloRilla is upset with Money Man over his rhyme about her on his “Saweetie” song. It landed on his first project of 2023, Red Eye, earlier this month. Of course, the “FTCU” hitmaker isn’t the only one mentioned by the 37-year-old, though she does seem to be taking it more personally than anyone else.

“Brown skin bitch, she feelin’ on my chest, she look like Saweetie / My unc’ still cookin’ dope up in the kitchen, bumpin’ Jeezy,” the quick-witted rhymer says on his chorus. On the first verse, however, is when he name-drops the southern rap diva. “Skinny bitch inside my DMs, she remind me of GloRilla / I had drew down on a fan, but he only wanted a picture,” Money Man’s noteworthy mention of her infamously petite figure goes.

Money Man Name-Drops GloRilla on “Saweetie”

As is customary when a hot new hip-hop song arrives, social media has been reposting the lyrics across various platforms. Of course, it wasn’t long before GloRilla got wind of them. She even took some time to reply to one person quoting the bar online on Sunday (March 26). “Skinny bihh in my DM, she reminds me of GloRilla,” they wrote, causing the 23-year-old to clap back, “Hey guys, what song is this??????????? I hate it.” Clearly, she’s not a fan of Money Man’s latest project, or at least not “Saweetie.”

GloRilla is undeniably slimmer than many of her contemporaries due to her decision to forego plastic surgery. However, she’s always let her confidence shine through despite trolls making nasty comments. In the past, her Twitter feed has lit up with claims that people are constantly asking her about her BBL, as well as reminders that she’ll always see herself as curvaceous and thick, despite what any haters out there have to say. Stream Money Man’s “Saweetie” on YouTube above, and revisit the Ohio native’s Red Eye project here afterward.

Ma$e Prays After Cam’ron Hints At Joining Diddy’s Revolt Team

Cam’ron might be joining Revolt TV with Ma$e’s blessing, though the “Feel So Good” rapper prays Diddy won’t do his talk show co-host dirty. The Dipset rapper hinted at potentially partnering with Diddy for the It Is What It Is sports talk show on Instagram over the weekend. Cam’ron shared a photo of himself with the Bad Boy founder in front of a Rolls Royce and hinted at his new talk show joining forces with Revolt. “@rsvpmase gave me permission to go,” he wrote. “Revolt sports x @itiswhatitis_talk,” he added.

As you could imagine, Ma$e had hesitancies stemming from his own experiences with Diddy. However, he slid into the comment section where he prayed for Cam’ron’s success as he potentially joins Revolt. “God pls tell @diddy bring the briefcase cause I can’t swap this out for publishing [Cam’Ron],” Ma$e wrote wrote, along with the hashtags #ThrowInTheTowel #NoLol. At this point, Cam’ron nor Diddy have confirmed whether the show will head to the network, but it certainly would align with Revolt’s current line-up.

Ma$e Resolved His Issues With Cam’ron But What About Diddy?

Ma$e and Cam’ron finally put their beef to rest last year before forming a supergroup alongside Jadakiss. Though they initially announced a tour, it was put off indefinitely, though they recently unveiled the music video for “Gorilla Lion Hyena.” While things might be good between the two childhood friends, Ma$e evidently still has beef with Diddy, who claimed that his former artist owed him $3 million. “I will tell anybody that anybody thinks I owe them something, show me the receipt and you’ll get paid in 24 hours,” he said

However, this only ruffled Ma$e’s feathers further and he unleashed a scathing rant against the Revolt CEO. Ma$e not only mentioned Diddy’s mom but also accused the executive of exploiting Biggie, Black Rob, and Craig Mack. Craig Mack can’t give you receipts, he dead. What are you talking about? Who else? Black Rob can’t give you receipts, he dead,” he said. “And everybody else you made sign paperwork so they can’t talk about what I’m talking about. I’m the only one with the guts! I’m not signing, nigga, ’cause I don’t need the money. All money ain’t good money — remember that.” Do you think Diddy will do Cam’ron like Ma$e? Let us know in the comments.

Snoop Dogg Denies Beef With Chris Rock, Says He Wants To Perform At King Charles’ Coronation

As King Charles III’s long-awaited coronation quickly approaches, Snoop Dogg is throwing his hat in the ring to perform at the royal ceremony. The gig was previously offered to names like Elton John, Adele, and Harry Styles, though none of them were particularly eager to take on the responsibility. Seeing as the late Queen Elizabeth allowed the rapper to stay in the UK back in the ’90s as haters made an attempt to ban him, however, the Doggfather would be happy to pay his respects to the monarchy and its new leader.

“When they tried to kick me out of England, the Queen made a comment that her grandbabies loved Snoop Doggy Dogg, and he had done no wrong in Britain,” the Death Row Records owner recalled in a 2015 interview. “Those grandbabies grew up to be Prince William and Harry, so I had influence on them, and they had influence on their grandmother, which enabled me to get into this beautiful country. They love my music, and it is what it is.” In a more recent chat with The Sun, he confirmed, “I’m down to perform at the coronation. Make it happen.”

Snoop Dogg Expresses Interest in Coronation Performance

Nothing has been confirmed as of now, but seeing as the Palace appears to be having a tough time booking its headliner, Snoop Dogg may become their only option, which would certainly be a show to remember. Elsewhere in the news, the “Gin N Juice” hitmaker is shutting down rumours of any beef between him and Chris Rock following the comedian’s Selective Outrage Netflix special. The stand-up show has markedly earned him backlash for his comments on Meghan Markle and Jada Pinkett-Smith, and it seems some were also upset by his comments about the recording artist too.

While poking fun at Snoop, Rock compared his friend to Morgan Freeman, who’s appeared in ads for products like Mountain Dew and the Professional Golf Association. As of late, the California native has also been heavily in his bag, lending his personality to various campaigns, which the Madasgcar couldn’t help but joke about earlier this month. While chatting with MailOnline, the 51-year-old confirmed that he didn’t take the comments to heart.

No Beef with Chris Rock, Rapper Says

“Chris Rock is my friend,” Snoop Dogg explained. “He was basically saying how did I go from being America’s Most Wanted, to America’s most loveable? It’s all about transformation, growth, development and being willing to accept change.” The industry icon went on to confirm that he “says no” to a lot of opportunities that come his way. “If I feel like your family and I believe what you believe in there’s no problem. You stand behind your brand, but there are some things in life that don’t mix with me and I can’t promote everything, so sometimes I do have to say no,” he shared. Do you want to see the Doggystyle hitmaker perform at the coronation in May? Let us know in the comments, and check back later for more pop culture news.

6ix9ine’s Baby Mama Says His Gym Assault Is Embarrassing For Their 7-Year-Old Daughter

Earlier this week, footage of 6ix9ine’s brutal LA Fitness beatdown began circulating online. As a result, many have been clowning the embattled recording artist. While Boosie Badazz reminded the masses that “snitches get stitches,” Wack 100 was kind enough to show some love to the “good guy,” wishing him a “speedy recovery.” On Friday (March 24), it was reported that the recent victim is refusing to leave Florida at this time. Still, sources close to him say that he’s not planning on changing his lifestyle based on one unfortunate incident.

As discourse about 6ix9ine’s assault continues making rounds, his baby mama, Sara Molina, is sharing her thoughts on the drama. Through her rep, she spoke with TMZ, describing her ex’s recent antics as “sad to see.” Specifically, knowing that their seven-year-old daughter, Saraiyah, will eventually see the videos when she gets older has been hard. Of course, the New Yorker wasn’t exactly in the wrong during his attack. However, his co-parent feels as though not having security around was a reckless decision on his part, given his laundry list of similar past issues.

Sara Molina Speaks On Her Ex, 6ix9ine

Elsewhere in the conversation, Molina pointed out that 6ix9ine was forcibly removed from the World Baseball Classic. This took place because he was heavily intoxicated at the event earlier this month. The rapper’s baby mama is “surprised 69 has been walking around like he can’t be touched.” She also feels as though the beatdown “proves he’s misguided.” Above all else, she’s concerned for their daughter’s safety as her father continues to beef with other artists. However, it’s also been noted that the 26-year-old apparently hasn’t reached out to ask about Saraiyah since late 2022.

While there’s clearly contention between her and 6ix9ine, Molina says she’s more focused on Trump getting indicted than her ex getting jumped. She hopes that he’ll get the “help he needs,” but maintains that she and their daughter are doing just fine, regardless if the “GOOBA” artist is in their lives or not. Selena Gomez Claims Hailey Bieber Reached Out About Death Threats

The alleged drama between Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez reached a peak this week upon Selena telling followers that Hailey reached out to her, saying that she received death threats as a result of their alleged social media spat. Moreover, for those not caught up, many believed that the pop star’s girlfriend threw shade at his ex via Instagram, and a lot of that speculation possibly is what caused the “Only Murders In The Building” star to take a social media break. However, things took a nasty turn when people started speculating more and more.

In fact, now Gomez is telling her fans (and all the Hailey haters) to stop sending death threats and more hatred her way. Of course, she never advocated for such in the first place. “Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity,” she wrote on her Instagram Story on Friday morning (March 24). “This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.”

Hailey Bieber Told Selena Gomez That She’s Receiving Death Threats

What’s more is that this is the first time she directly addressed this recent firestorm, although she seemingly spoke on it indirectly earlier this month. “Please, please be kinder and consider others’ mental health,” she wrote in a TikTok comment. Also, she expressed a heavy heart, presumably over people trashing Bieber for “stealing” her ex and allegedly throwing shade. Overall, the situation got out of hand fast, and is a prime example of the dangers of fandom and specifically reading too much into media posts. While this kind of story has followed both women for a while, its most recent focus dragging Kylie Jenner, eyebrow posts, and other factors into it doesn’t make it any less gross to propagate with such ire.

It’s not my character to mess with someone’s relationship,” Bieber said on the Call Her Daddy podcast last September. Moreover, she referred to attacks that she took Justin away from Selena. “I would just never do that. I’m not interested in doing that and I never was.” Furthermore, she expressed that her and Selena have a lot of mutual respect for one another. Hopefully this situation doesn’t fake a feud to provoke a real one, and they can move on with their lives. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest on Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez.

6ix9ine Makes Surprising Decision In Regards To His Security

If you have been following the news lately, then you certainly know about what happened to 6ix9ine earlier this week. As we reported, the rapper was at an LA Fitness in Florida when he was approached by a group of men. Subsequently, these men decided to attack him, seemingly unprovoked. Overall, it was a fairly vicious beatdown that was completely caught on camera. Following the brawl, 6ix9ine suffered bruises all over his face. Moreover, his face was all swollen and there were numerous gashes.

In the aftermath of the attack, the artist was placed in a storage room in the gym. That is when the employees decided to call the police, as well as paramedics. Once 6ix9ine was taken to the hospital, he was fixed up and promptly released. At this point, the police are still trying to find the men who executed the attack. Even 6ix9ine’s lawyer Lance Lazzaro wants in, claiming that he will be contacting the feds to make sure 6ix9ine remains protected. Needless to say, it is quite the situation.

6ix9ine Won’t Be Living In Fear

According to TMZ, however, the rapper has no plans to up his security. Based on sources close to the artist, it has become clear that 6ix9ine just wants to live his life like a civilian. It is a fairly bold choice when you consider how the rapper put numerous men in jail for a very long time. Fans have theorized that Tekashi would be a target. Regardless, the artist has completely ditched his security and has made it clear that this incident will not be prompting him to rehire them. While this may come as a surprise, it is fairly in line with 6ix9ine’s way of thinking over the years.

In terms of music, it remains to be seen what 6ix9ine’s plans are. While he has dropped sporadically over the years, he is nowhere near as consistent as he was back in 2018. That said, perhaps now is the time for him to drop a song. His name is finally in the news again, which has always been his ultimate goal. Stay tuned to HNHH for more news from the hip-hop world.
