Wack 100 Insinuates Cash Money Was Behind B.G. Snitching Accusations

As of late, Wack 100 has been going after B.G., accusing the Hot Boys performer of being a “snitch.” B.G. as well as several of his fans and peers have denied the allegations. “The internet undefeated and truth don’t need no cosigner,” according to B.G. Regardless, Wack 100 is sticking by his comments. He claims that wouldn’t have said anything about the alleged snitching if he didn’t have a reliable source.

During a recent conversation on Clubhouse, he went into further detail, seemingly suggesting that Cash Money Records could have been involved. “One thing you gotta understand, n***a, I get five Cash Money budgets every year,” he described. “Understand the politics for me to be saying it, you gotta know where I got it from and where the work comes from. Slow down and use your brain, n***a.”

He continued, insisting that had he not trusted his source, he wouldn’t have gone public with the snitching accusations. “Use your brain for me to openly say it,” he explained. “The green had to come from his backyard. Use your brain. For Wack to openly say it as loud as I’m saying it — it had to come from one spot. You can’t be slow.”

Wack 100 went on, urging critics of the allegations to consider his circumstances before making any judgments. “If that n***a was ratting and it didn’t come from the right place, I wouldn’t jeopardize $5 million, I’d be quiet. Coming to Bardi’s defense is actress, model, and Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Claudia Jordan, who took to Twitter recently to chime in.

Jamie Foxx Denies Claims Of Sexual Assault After Lawsuit

A new sexual assault lawsuit against Jamie Foxx from a model just got his staunch and immediate dismissal. Moreover, his representative recently told TMZ that this is a completely baseless and false claim according to them, and apparently one that actually saw a swift resolution a couple of years ago. “The alleged incident never happened,” the spokesperson remarked. “In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter. The claims are no more viable today than they were then.” As such, this indicates that the multi-hyphenate entertainer’s team will be looking for a similar result in court this time, without it even going to trial.

Furthermore, the woman who brought the lawsuit forth claims that Jamie Foxx groped her without consent at an August 2015 rooftop party in New York City. Not only that, but the Any Given Sunday actor allegedly gushed to her about her “supermodel body” and how she “smells so good” after she asked for a picture with him. Then, her accusation continues, he pulled her by the arm to an area outside of public reach. According to her claims, the 55-year-old, then 47, inappropriately touched her breasts, vagina, anus, and the rest of her body.

Regardless of the heft of these accusations, Jamie Foxx’s representative expressed confidence in the team’s ability to get this dismissed, and for the court to see it as such. “And once [the claims] are [dismissed], Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action.” This case is especially notable right now due to his newfound relationship with Alyce Huckstepp. Given that authorities already dismissed this case, it’s unclear how difficult that process will be this time around.

Polo G’s Brother Faces Murder Charges After Alleged Drive-By Shooting: Report

Polo G’s brother Trench Baby now faces charges of felony murder for an alleged drive-by shooting on June 10 in Los Angeles. Moreover, authorities recently arrested Baby– real name Taurean Bartlett- based on accusations that he took the life of 20-year-old Dashaun Berry in a North Hollywood parking lot, according to TMZ Hip Hop. Law enforcement authorities reportedly told the outlet that paramedics pronounced the young man dead at the scene at around 1:30AM, when they found him with gunshot wounds. Amidst these developments, Taurean Bartlett awaits his fate in a jail cell; we’ll see how his court case plays out, if at all.

Furthermore, police also claim that this alleged incident is what preceded various other crimes that Polo G’s brother is accused of. Reportedly, they both engaged in these worrisome behaviors, although not much has developed in the case since an August arrest. For example, Trench Baby also faces charges of first-degree residential robbery that supposedly took place on August 15. In the same case, and with the same man, he also allegedly dissuaded a witness by force or threat around September 10.

When these claims around these crimes started to surface following police investigation, authorities took custody of Polo G and his brother in August. They found them at their Los Angeles home, and Trench Baby in particular has no bail option while in prison. His familial Chicago MC partner, though, seems to have avoided significant jail time here through bail, and doesn’t seem initially tied to the murder of Berry. As such, it looks like Baby’s lack of bail is specifically for this alleged drive-by shooting. They also faces accusations of punching a woman in the face at a Burbank studio altercation, but prosecutors dismissed charges for this due to there not being enough evidence.

Meanwhile, this legal trouble might’ve caused Polo G to delay the release of his next album by a considerable amount. Surely he and his family are quite concerned for Taurean, yet it’s too early to call how this case will pan out. During his recent appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast, DJ Khaled recalled knowing Birdman and Lil Wayne before they got famous. According to him, he knew a plethora of major artists before they made it big, which explains all of his A-list connections. Some commenters are calling cap on his claims, however, arguing that Birdman and Lil Wayne had already blown up by the time DJ Khaled developed a relationship with them.

“I was there when Lil Wayne met Birdman,” DJ Khaled explained. “I used to work at a record store in New Orleans called Odyssey Records and Lil Wayne used to go to the record store and I used to DJ at the record store … Birdman and them used to pull up to the record store and out the trunk bring cassettes at that time. This was before they had their deal.“

He went on, describing how Birdman would drop off cassettes that would sell out in a heartbeat. “I’m just trying to show you how I worked with the biggest artists. According to the internet personality, he was a bit suspicious of the invite, which ultimately made him decide to hit up a hookah spot instead. Ak name-dropped Saucy Santana at one point in his explanation, claiming that he feared the artist would “jump out and start twerking.”

“Yo, real talk I think Diddy tried to line me,” he began. “On some 2Pac sh*t. Like, yo, real talk. I think Diddy tried to ‘Pac me.” Ak continued, recalling how Diddy’s invite raised some question from the beginning. “Yo, I heard about a back door, but this [sounds] like a front door type of thing,” he explained.

He went on, noting how he was paranoid that someone he’s got beef with would show up, like Saucy Santana or Yung Miami. It’s understandable why Ak wouldn’t want any part of a confrontation with Saucy Santana at this point, though it seems as though “twerking” could be the least of his concerns. The two of them traded a few jabs online following Ak’s unflattering Yung Miami comments, and eventually, Saucy Santana threatened him.

The rapper told Ak that he would physically and sexually assault him, prompting an emotional response. “After I beat you, I’ma f*ck you in your ass,” Saucy Santana declared. Ak later shared that he felt as though he couldn’t fire back due to Saucy Santana’s sexuality, out of fear of getting canceled. Kylie Jenner’s new clothing line KHY just launched, and it looks a little familiar to some social media users. Moreover, a lot of Kanye West fans believe that she actually copied some of his designs for his Yeezy collaborations and “seasons.” Specifically, it looks like a lot of people are drawing attention to the socialite’s “cropped puffer” jacket, which fans think is reminiscent of the “Round Jacket” from his Gap collaboration in 2021. Whether or not you think this is a copycat move, you can’t deny that Ye’s brand has been undeniably influential, at the very least, when it comes to other brands and the way the fashion world’s evolved and moved over the past few years.

However, Kylie Jenner probably doesn’t want to associate much with the Yeezy brand, at least while Kanye West’s public controversies continue. They’re an influence, for sure, but the same complaints levied against her in this instance apply to an innumerable amount of brands. The Chicago MC’s antisemitic remarks and other worrisome behavior made his Adidas partnership fall through- well, technically. The company suffered major losses and had hundreds of millions in Yeezy inventory, and while they sold a chunk of that, it’s unclear what they’ll do with the rest of it, considering their severed ties and the logistical issues that it brings up.

Furthermore, it seems like there might be more of a direct rift between the Kardashian-Jenner clan and Kanye West’s inner circle. This is based on pure speculation, but it’s hardly surprising. For example, Bianca Censori reportedly believes that Kim and the rest of her family on The Kardashians is jeopardizing her kids by speaking about Ye’s security on the reality TV show. While nothing will probably come of this, it speaks to the family division at play when those dynamics and the media intersect.

Pop culture fanatics have seen this play out firsthand between Cardi B and Tasha K since the former won her defamation lawsuit for $4 million, and Megan Thee Stallion made it clear that she refuses to end up in the same situation with her former label, 1501 Certified Entertainment. As Radar Online reports, industry executive Carl Crawford is taking legal action against the “Big Ole Freak” rapper, accusing her of seeking a third party to manage 1501’s money in “bad faith and solely for harassment.”

A few months back, Thee Stallion publicly claimed that Crawford’s label had less than $10,000 in its main bank account. As a result of the alleged situation, she’s feeling uncertain about their ability to pay up should she win in their ongoing legal battle. For his part, the former athlete has accused the black haired beauty of spreading rumours that are “groundless and frivolous.” In addition, Crawford insisted that 1501 has “sufficient assets” to pay Megan, should they be required to.

He’s hoping for a judge to sanction Thee Stallion for speaking out, but only time will tell what the courts have to say.

Diddy Accused Of Withholding Evidence In Ex-Nanny’s Wrongful Firing Case

As successful as this year was for Diddy, it also came with its fair share of legal complications and cases. For example, one that developed towards the end of 2022 and carried over into 2023 has to do with a nanny that he fired. Raven Walden sued the Bad Boy mogul in September of last year for wrongful termination, alleging that he let her go because she requested maternity leave and “set a bad example” for his daughters by getting pregnant out of wedlock. Now, according to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Walden requested that the court force him to hand over evidence she requested in the case months ago.

Not only that, but Walden and her lawyers want a judge to impose sanctions on Diddy for his negligence in this. Specifically, they accused him of improper proceedings in the discovery process, as they allegedly controlled what the court and the case had access to. According to the plaintiff’s team, Sean Combs and his legal team “abused the discovery process with impunity and have shown no regard for this Court’s directions to them, their own promises, or their discovery obligations.” As such, it will be interesting to see how this case develops in court when this debacle over evidence is such a big component.

In response to all this, Diddy sought to dismiss this lawsuit promptly, and fired off some counterclaims at Walden. Maintaining that he fired her for good-faith and non-discriminatory reasons, he alleged that she “[wasn’t] performing all of her job duties as required.” In addition, Puff Daddy stated that Walden “received compensation for work that was not performed, thus resulting in wages being paid to [her] that were not owed.” This is relevant because Walden seeks an unspecified amount in damages for the allegedly wrongful termination, which he might counter with these claims of overpayment.

Meanwhile, the music executive also detailed steps to “implement internal grievance processes designed to respond to, correct, remedy, or otherwise avoid the alleged harm, if any.” He said Walden didn’t take advantage of these, and thus her grievances are less justified. Diddy Accused By Diageo Of Working Against Other Black-Owned Businesses

Diddy and liquor company Diageo are locked in a nasty lawsuit right now, with both alleging mismanagement, a poor working relationship, and lack of support against each other. Moreover, Sean Combs sued the spirits conglomerate back in May of 2023, with whom he masterminded Ciroc vodka in 2007 and DeLeón tequila in 2013. While Ciroc was a resounding success for both, DeLeón was less so, and his lawsuit alleged that Diageo was racist in promoting Ciroc and DeLeón to solely urban markets, instead favoring white-backed brands like George Clooney’s Casamigos. However, now the company claims that Puff Daddy, through his Combs Wine and Spirits company (CWS) that partnered with them, engaged in some racial discrimination of his own despite his philanthropic image.

Furthermore, according to legal documents obtained by AllHipHop, Diageo stated that Diddy “discouraged Diageo from working with other Black business people and influencers. [He] demanded that Diageo redirect millions of dollars earmarked to support such causes to him personally.” Not only that, but they claim that the Bad Boy mogul went ballistic when the company donated $100 million to COVID-19 hospital workers.

“Mr. Combs demanded that Diageo pay him $100 million,” the company levied in their most recent filing. [He] threatened then to ‘reach out to every news outlet’ to ‘burn the house down’ and cause maximum damage to Diageo and the DeLeón brand by making public accusations of racism if Diageo refused to write the check.” Overall, the history between these two entities is long, contentious, and skewed in both’s eyes. Despite this pushback, Diddy’s lawyer John C. Hueston dismissed all accusations against him by the liquor company in a statement to AllHipHop on Friday (September 29).

“Diageo claims its executives were available to hear all of Mr. Combs concerns about race and diversity issues,” Hueston began. “The sad truth is that they never truly listened to what Mr. Combs was saying and brushed them off as threats and demands for money.
