Moreover, he shared a news clip on Instagram on Wednesday (May 1) of an Alabama woman named Shariah Taylor who recounted her almost deadly experience with a drive-by shooting. “I hear about 7 rounds,” she told the WTVY news network of the incident, which reportedly occurred outside of her apartment complex. “So I’m dodging, I’m ducking, I’m dodging, I’m ducking, I’m dodging, doing my Lil Kim. I’m trying to get my baby in the car, then I threw my baby in the backseat and we just sped off.”

Fortunately, Taylor and her baby were able to flee the scene unscathed, although it must still be a very frightening thing to look back on. Maybe that’s what made 50 Cent refrain from commenting on Lil Kim’s signature moves this time around, but he still found the overall explanation comical. “IM DOING THE LITTLE KIM !!! [laughing face emoji] LOL,” he captioned his repost of the news report. Polo G’s Brother Faces Murder Charges After Alleged Drive-By Shooting: Report

Polo G’s brother Trench Baby now faces charges of felony murder for an alleged drive-by shooting on June 10 in Los Angeles. Moreover, authorities recently arrested Baby– real name Taurean Bartlett- based on accusations that he took the life of 20-year-old Dashaun Berry in a North Hollywood parking lot, according to TMZ Hip Hop. Law enforcement authorities reportedly told the outlet that paramedics pronounced the young man dead at the scene at around 1:30AM, when they found him with gunshot wounds. Amidst these developments, Taurean Bartlett awaits his fate in a jail cell; we’ll see how his court case plays out, if at all.

Furthermore, police also claim that this alleged incident is what preceded various other crimes that Polo G’s brother is accused of. Reportedly, they both engaged in these worrisome behaviors, although not much has developed in the case since an August arrest. For example, Trench Baby also faces charges of first-degree residential robbery that supposedly took place on August 15. In the same case, and with the same man, he also allegedly dissuaded a witness by force or threat around September 10.

When these claims around these crimes started to surface following police investigation, authorities took custody of Polo G and his brother in August. They found them at their Los Angeles home, and Trench Baby in particular has no bail option while in prison. His familial Chicago MC partner, though, seems to have avoided significant jail time here through bail, and doesn’t seem initially tied to the murder of Berry. As such, it looks like Baby’s lack of bail is specifically for this alleged drive-by shooting. They also faces accusations of punching a woman in the face at a Burbank studio altercation, but prosecutors dismissed charges for this due to there not being enough evidence.

Meanwhile, this legal trouble might’ve caused Polo G to delay the release of his next album by a considerable amount. Surely he and his family are quite concerned for Taurean, yet it’s too early to call how this case will pan out. Lil Reese has been through a tremendous amount of adversity throughout his career. Overall, he has gotten into numerous beefs all while being part of the Chicago drill movement’s developing stages. Although he may not get mainstream attention, he is an artist who is loved by his fans. If you are a fan of Reese, then you know some of the close brushes he has had with death. He was the victim of a shooting in 2019, and subsequently, he was in another shooting back in 2021.

During the 2021 shooting, Reese was filmed with blood leaking from his face. It was very gruesome, and many feared for his life. Reports indicated that Reese had been tracked down in a stolen Dodge Durango and a fight ensued. This subsequently led to him being shot. Shawn Kemp Released From Jail, Avoids Charges

Yesterday, former Seattle Supersonics superstar Shawn Kemp stole all of the headlines. Overall, this was due to a report that he had been involved in a drive-by shooting in Tacoma, Washington. This was a truly shocking report as it didn’t seem like something he was capable of. Subsequently, more details began to roll in, which ultimately painted a clearer picture for fans. According to ESPN, Kemp had stuff stolen from him on Tuesday. The following day, he went to get his goods back, however, someone allegedly opened fire on him. From there, he fired back in self-defense.

In a video of the incident obtained by TMZ, Kemp could be seen running back to his car. Additionally, he dumped his gun in some bushes nearby before flagging down the cops. He cooperated with authorities who eventually arrested him and took him to Pierce County Jail. Moreover, the cops went to the bushes and pulled the gun out. Shawn Kemp has been hit with a massive controversy as of late. Yesterday, he was arrested in Tacoma, Washington after an alleged drive-by shooting. Overall, this is a story that immediately sent shockwaves throughout the NBA world. Following the Ja Morant news, NBA fans were simply shocked to see this go down with a legend like Kemp. Up And Coming Rapper TrueBleeda Shot And Killed In Drive-By Shooting

According to a report from HipHopDX, TrueBleeda, a rising rapper from Louisiana, was shot and killed alongside his friend in a drive-by shooting that authorities have chalked up to gang violence. He was only 18 years old.

The Baton Rouge native released his final video, “Soul Survivor”, less than a week ago.

In light of TrueBleeda’s death, the Mayor of Baton Rouge Sharon Weston Broome gave a statement about the rapper’s death, saying, “This violence affects the lives of everyone within our parish. While we work to bring justice to the victims, we must understand that we cannot be controlled by fear. We must work together to identify those committing criminal activity and instill accountability, to create a safer community for everyone. Baton Rouge residents deserve to live in a community of peace. I am confident as we band together, we as a community can overcome these challenges for a better future.”
