Are Rihanna & ASAP Rocky Engaged? Bad Gal’s Flashy Ring Has Fans Speculating

Having two children under two didn’t stop Rihanna and ASAP Rocky from stepping out to celebrate his 35th birthday earlier this month. The New York native’s big day actually falls on October 3. However, he held off until several days later to step out with his girlfriend and their closest pals. As per usual, they were dressed to the nines. Rocky opted for a pastel-coloured suit while Rih accessorized her Canadian tuxedo with plenty of eye-catching jewelry.

Besides the necklaces falling down her chest, the “Lift Me Up” songstress notably wore a massive diamond ring on her left hand. She and the Testing rapper just welcomed their second baby together. They’ve seemingly only become more closely bonded as a result. Rih has previously made it clear that she’s in no rush to be a wife. Nevertheless, we wouldn’t be surprised to hear of wedding bells in their future. According to Billboard, reps for Rocky and RiRi failed to confirm whether or not the Fenty Beauty founder’s ring was given to her during a proposal in time for publication.

Apart from making headlines with their “Fashion Killa” style, RZA and Riot’s parents went viral for their dance moves too. In one circulating clip, the couple has a dance battle to “Throw Some Mo” by Rae Sremmurd, Nicki Minaj, and Young Thug. Both of them have been earning praise from fans online for their effortlessly cool swagger.

It’s not hard to tell that Rihanna and ASAP Rocky have found their counterparts in each other. Still, that doesn’t mean the Barbadian singer’s exes are done lyricizing about their time with her yet. On his new For All The Dogs album, Drake seems to make several references to Rih on “Fear Of Heights,” earning him significant backlash online. ASAP Rocky & Earl Sweatshirt Hit Up The Alchemist’s Home Studio

We all know that ASAP Rocky and Tyler, The Creator are the best of friends, but don’t think that the Mob’s frontman isn’t down with the rest of the Odd Future alumni. Moreover, Rocky and Earl Sweatshirt were recently pictured in The Alchemist’s legendary home studio. Even though the iconic producer isn’t in the photo, the stack of records and general set-up is instantly recognizable for anyone slightly familiar with how it looks. If you’re one of those people who’s enough of a fan to know Uncle Al’s cave, they you’re probably very excited at the thought of these two MCs teaming up together on a track with a production legend.

Of course, the most obvious immediate thought with this is that this could be for ASAP Rocky’s upcoming album. While it’s unlikely given delays and how long it’s been in the oven, it would still be wild to see how he could match with Earl Sweatshirt. Their styles are quite different, but they can both easily tap into each other’s typical lanes or general appeals. Just look at Pretty Flacko’s lyrical displays on tracks like “Canal St.,” or at the Tan Cressida leader’s wavy and woozy recent single “Making The Band (Danity Kane).”

However, it’s just as exciting to think about The Alchemist being both artists’ connective tissue, as he can really call the shots from behind the board. Maybe this will be part of another collab-heavy project like the Flying High EP, a solo release, or the unthinkable: ASAP Rocky and Earl Sweatshirt were just hanging out with Al at his place with no plans to drop anything. That’s the disappointing answer for fans, but can’t we let some friends chill out without any expectations? After all, the SICK! spitter and the ALC Records mastermind just gave us a full collaborative effort, VOIR DIRE.

As such, the bottom line is that it’s just great to see these amazing individuals come together, whether they release something or not. There’s a lot of anticipation for the father of two in particular given he hasn’t dropped in five years. If this picture is any indication, then we should get nothing less than something really special soon, if only for the fact that he’s around the right people. A$AP Rocky is loading the release of his next album, DON’T BE DUMB, and fans are wondering what’s on the way. If you ask the man himself, Rocky said he thinks it’s his best work.

“I’ve been really experimenting as usual and what I like about this is it feels like my best work yet,” said Rocky to DAZED magazine. “I want to leave expectations wide and open. I don’t want to tell you what to expect. I just want people to experience it how they do naturally.”

In July, A$AP Rocky treated fans to an electrifying new video for his latest track, “RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n).” The song, released on July 21st, is a sneak peek into his highly anticipated upcoming album under A$AP Worldwide/RCA Records. Notably, the track boasts production credits from the multi-talented Pharrell Williams, adding to its allure.

Alongside the song release, Rocky collaborated with Beats to launch a campaign for the all-new Beats Studio Pro. In a short film titled “Iconic Sound,” directed and starring Rocky himself, the Beats Studio Pro takes center stage, showcasing the perfect blend of music and technology.

The excitement doesn’t end there; during his Rolling Loud performance, Rocky surprised fans with a sneak preview of three unreleased songs, including “STOLE YA FLOW,” further building anticipation for his forthcoming album.

ASAP Rocky Declares That “DON’T BE DUMB” Will Be His Best Album Yet

ASAP Rocky is one of the few artists who continues to hold back from making a comeback. A few other artists who have not dropped in over five years include his significant other, Rihanna, and Frank Ocean, among others. Travis Scott and Kendrick Lamar were both in that same boat too. However, they finally delivered with their two respective efforts. Most of the music community is now waiting for Rocky to do the same. While he has been keeping busy as of late with singles and features. It was on May 25, 2018, that we got listen to a full body of work from the New Yorker.

TESTING was the name of the project and its title definitely lived up to the name. Rocky experimented a ton sonically, having split fans’ and critics’ opinions in half. After that things slowed down a bit for him, but he has been picking up productivity. We have possible lead singles out for DON’T BE DUMB such as “Sh*ttin’ Me,” “Same Problems?,” and “RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n).” You can check out “RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n)” below.

Other than the tracks mentioned we really do not know when the project is coming or what sort of direction ASAP is going in. Reports and rumors were circulating that his fourth album could be here by late summer, or early fall, but, still nothing. However, in a recent interview with DAZED, HipHopDX heard some major gassing up from Rocky. He talked about the project and had this to say. “I’ve been really experimenting as usual and what I like about this is it feels like my best work yet.” He further teases fans, saying, “I want to leave expectations wide and open. I don’t want to tell you what to expect. I just want people to experience it how they do naturally.” Well, he is certainly doing a great job of that. But, we could be getting a further development of what TESTING was all about.

Rihanna And ASAP Rocky Share First Look At Their New Baby

Rihanna and ASAP Rocky are quickly becoming one of the biggest musical couples in the entire world. After announcing her pregnancy during her Superbowl Halftime Performance earlier this year, Riri gave birth to the couple’s second child last month. Earlier this month, the pair revealed that their second child was named Riot. It’s another pretty unique name following their first child being named RZA after the Wu-Tang legend.

Now the couple have shared their first official family photoshoot with the new baby and fans are absolutely obsessed. The photo set included both Rihanna and Rocky playing with and holding the new baby Riot. One great photo in particular shows the full family together standing outside and looking impressively coordinated. Fan reactions to the reveal of the couples baby name were mixed. Many pointed out the confusing circumstances a baby named Riot could find themselves in. ASAP Rocky & His Lawyer Sued By ASAP Relli For Defamation

It looks like the seemingly paused legal case between A$AP Rocky and A$AP Relli just got a huge reopening. For those unaware, the latter sued the former for allegedly shooting him in 2021, a civil case that they paused in December of last year. Moreover, now Relli sued Rocky again, but this time for defamation, and also added his lawyer Joe Tacopina as a defendant according to legal docs reportedly obtained by TMZ. Specifically, the ASAP Mob member claims that the attorney defamed him during a campaign defending the New York rapper. Not only that, but he claims that the father of two directed Tacopina to portray Relli as a cash-hungry, deceitful extortionist.

“Rocky didn’t commit a crime,” Tacopina said of ASAP Rocky’s alleged shooting in an article reportedly cited by this new suit. “It was an extortion attempt by a former associate, who threatened to make false, criminal accusations if Rocky didn’t pay him.” Furthermore, ASAP Relli wants an unspecified amount in damages in this case, as he stated he received death threats and online harassment due to what he claims are lies about him and the shooting. The “RIOT” MC pled not guilty in the case.

“This is actually nothing more than a publicity stunt which is going to backfire badly,” ASAP Rocky’s lawyer told TMZ. “I more than welcome this lawsuit especially because the resolution of the criminal case has not happened yet. This opens up this extortionist to depositions under oath now before the resolution of the criminal case. It will expose the fraud he committed and unfortunately for his lawyers, it will cause them to be responsible for legal fees in this case.

“They don’t know the facts of this case or the actions taken by their client,” he continued. “But I will be more than happy to educate them.” This further complicated an already murky legal battle, and reopened it in the public eye. We’ll see if anything significant comes from this, and if it actually ends up resolving the present shooting debacle. A$AP Rocky Accepts Virgil Abloh Award From HFR

There is more reason to celebrate for A$AP Rocky and Rihanna. The Harlem native could not help but be thankful for a very flattering award he picked up the other night. Flacko was called to attend HFR’s (Harlem’s Fashion Row) 16th Annual Fashion Show & Style Awards on September 5. The ceremony took the time to honor all of the stylistic pioneers of today back in New York. It was also there to recognize the 50th anniversary of hip-hop music.

According to Vibe, Kelly Rowland was also in attendance. She scooped up possibly the biggest award of the night, the Fashion Icon Of The Year. The HFR website lists all of the other five categories. Those included, Stylists Of The Year, Hip Hop Trailblazer Award, Editor Of The Year, Designer Of The Year, and last but not least, the Virgil Abloh Award. TMZ got footage of A$AP Rocky’s acceptance speech and he gave the late great designer and artist all of the praise.

Rocky told the crowd a story of when Virgil began to recognize the A$AP Mob. He says, “Virgil discovered us, A$AP, us as a bunch of kids before I got my record deal.” Furthermore, he goes on to tell how Virgil helped him with the creative process behind his breakout album LONG.LIVE.A$AP. It is a nice moment to see the rapper take this award since the inspiration is strong still to this day. Now, he gets to take home a precious award that remembers a truly great legacy. Additionally, it symbolizes the great relationship Rocky and Abloh shared.
