LeSean McCoy Claims Eric Bieniemy Had Almost Nothing To Do With Chiefs Success

LeSean McCoy is a former NFL running back who is known for making some controversial statements. Of course, McCoy ended up winning the Super Bowl in back-to-back seasons with two different teams. Firstly, he won it as a member of the Kansas City Chiefs. Subsequently, he went to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and defeated his former team the following year. Overall, he wasn’t a huge contributor to those teams. However, he had a phenomenal prime, and that is why networks like FS1 have him on their shows.

One of the biggest topics in football right now involves former Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy. Recently, Bieniemy left the Chiefs to become an offensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders. Now, he won’t have the shadow of Andy Reid over his shoulder. Consequently, some believe he can finally show his prowess as an offensive coordinator and even eventually become a head coach in the league. However, LeSean McCoy seems to think otherwise.

LeSean McCoy Speaks

During his recent appearance on Speak For Yourself, McCoy claimed that Bieniemy has very little to do with the Chiefs’ offense. He made it seem as though Bieniemy is only in charge of the run game, but only a small part of it. Moreover, he said that when it came to offensive meetings, Reid was always in charge. He believes that Bieniemy has yet to show that he can actually be a head coach anywhere. Overall, it was quite shocking and a lot of people were surprised by the comments. Moreover, some felt as though McCoy was being salty due to the fact that Bieniemy never gave him a lot of playing time. Not to mention, players like Tyreek Hill have all hit Bieniemy with massive praise.

This is not the first time that McCoy has gone after someone. He had some less-than-kind words for none other than Dak Prescott. During that instance, he called Dak trash, and many felt like he was being cruel for no good reason. For now, however, he is helping bring attention to a show that otherwise, no one would really care about. Let us know what you think of his take, down below.

Lily-Rose Depp On Working With The Weeknd For “The Idol”

Lily-Rose Depp discussed her upcoming role in HBO’s The Idol during a new cover story for i-D. In the piece, Depp discussed starring alongside The Weeknd, who plays her love interest on the show. She says that the singer helped her feel “so empowered” on set.

“Talk about trust and comfort. I had to go to a lot of really vulnerable places in the show. Abel was the best partner that I could have ever asked for. He has my back and I have his,” Depp told the outlet. “I just felt so free and liberated, so empowered.”

As for her role, she explained that Jocelyn was the role of her dreams. “I’ve dreamt of roles like this for forever. I just don’t think that you could give an actress a greater gift than a role like this,” Depp said. “This has been the most meaningful and important project that I’ve ever done, and the thing that I’m the proudest of. I don’t know where to begin. Jocelyn is the most wonderfully complex character. She’s so fascinating. A mystery. After a year of living with that character, I’m still obsessed with her. I just want to keep digging deeper.”

Depp also explained that The Idol was a learning experience for her. “I was gaining so much from just being present in the moment, even in between takes or when they’re changing the camera setup. Just watching our DPs set up these shots and the lighting. I gained so much from really having my eyes open,” she said. Elsewhere in the interview, she discussed growing up as the daughter of celebrities, something she says gives her imposter syndrome.

In addition to Depp and The Weeknd, The Idol stars Jane Adams, Hank Azaria, Hari Nef, Dan Levy, Troye Sivan, and Jennie of K-Pop supergroup Blackpink. The Weeknd is credited as a creator alongside Reza Fahim and Euphoria’s Sam Levinson. The show doesn’t have an official release date but is scheduled to hit HBO at some point in 2023. Jonathan Majors Praises “Ebony” Cover After Backlash

Film star Jonathan Majors is making his rounds in appearing in majorly anticipated film and television roles as of late. For the promotion of his latest projects, the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania villain covers Ebony Magazine’s newest digital issue. The multifaceted actor showcases the juxtaposition between a strong and soft alpha man as Creed III prepares to hit theaters. Though the initial response was overall positive, some critics bashed it as they deem the feature emasculating.

Ahead of the Quantumania premiere, Majors shares his thoughts on the cover backlash. After receiving over 30 messages upon its release, the Lovecraft Country standout chose to focus on the shoot’s positive aspects. He mainly applauds the creativity behind the talent responsible, adding “it’s always good to make a ruckus.” Stylist Alexander-Julian Gibbson, a noted anime fan, took inspiration from One Piece manga character Donquixote Doflamingo.

Jonathan Majors Applauds Creativity Behind Ebony Feature

Jonathan Majors is currently gearing up to go up against Adonis Creed as Damian Anderson in Creed’s third installment. The film, out March 3, centers around their relationship from childhood as they prepare to get in the ring with each other. Majors will also appear at the 54th NAACP Image Awards this Saturday, February 25 to receive accolades for his theatrical efforts. He’s up for Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture for his role in 2022’s war film, Devotion.

Furthermore, The Ant-Man star recently spoke on his new role in the Marvel multiverse, admitting he walked out on the company at first. “I hope this doesn’t bite me in the ass,” he began, “but I walked out of my Marvel general [meeting]. This was a long time ago. I had just gotten out of drama school and I’m running around town and I’m sitting in the office. I grew up in a very particular way and I don’t want to waste nobody’s time. So I got in there and they’re just busy. And I was like, ‘I’m supposed to be here, right?’ It got long and I went, ‘I’m just going to go…” Casting director Sarah Finn stopped him, however, going on to introduce him to his Kang the Conquerer character three years later.

Little Simz’s Performance Of ‘Heart On Fire’ On ‘Colbert’ Is Chilling Look At Mental Health Struggles

Little Simz’s latest album, No Thank You, is the hip-hop gift that keeps on giving. After its surprise release late last year, the UK rapper has been tactic yet patient with her promotional efforts. Immediately following the announcement of the project by way of a supporting short film, the musician took to social media to share a poignant message: “Emotion is energy in motion. Honor your truth and feelings. Eradicate fear. Boundaries are important.”

Just days ago, Simz took to the BAFTA stage to perform the latest single off the album, “Heart On Fire.” Now, continuing her live performance run of the single, she stopped by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to do the same. With The Harlem Gospel Choir, The B-String Quartet, and The Late Show band, Simz delivered a chilling rendition of the track.

Differing from her BAFTA set design, Simz focused in on the reclusive nature of the song. Seated in an antique wooden chair and dressed in an elegant draped white gown, Simz raps the song. As the camera pans out, it is revealed Simz is not just staring into the void, she’s been dictating these hard-hitting truths to herself as she’s emotionlessly staring into a framed mirror. After Simz transitions out of her depressive solitude, she walks into the light as she joins The Harlem Gospel Choir and The B-String Quartet center stage.

The opening lyrics — “It’s a setup and you’ll be next to those prior / The devil works hard, but the business works harder / I vowed from now to work smarter” — sting, especially given that the star has been open about her mental health struggles which caused her to cancel her tour last year.

But Simz wants to ensure fans that despite her struggles, she has a few guardian angels, as she raps, “They won’t do it like us, for the people, by us / Why they wanna fight? Our spirit on higher / God made truth of everything I desire / I ain’t need much, as long as I got my baby, he a rider.”

If that wasn’t enough reassurance the chorus drills it home, as Simz raps, “My life is a blessing / But it comes with the stresses / And I can take it all / Just don’t let me down when I’m in the fire.”

Ex-Laker Trevor Ariza Receives Restraining Order From Wife, Turns Over Weapons

Earlier this month, the wife of former Lakers player Trevor Ariza ran to authorities requesting a restraining order. Bree Anderson married the ex-NBA star in 2018 but has brought to light his abusive tendencies. With a divorce underway for this couple, Anderson revealed her fear for safety, and plead with the court for protection against Ariza. While the investigation is ongoing, the judge has granted Anderson a temporary restraining order, according to RadarOnline.

In addition, the 37-year-old athlete was ordered to turn in a series of weapons. Ariza has complied with authorities by giving up four guns to the Los Angeles Police Department. The firearms included two Glocks and two AR-15s, the news outlet reports. His weapons will remain in the possession of the authorities for the remainder of Anderson’s case.

When Anderson initially sought protection against Ariza earlier this month, she claimed that he “engaged in acts of extreme physical abuse towards [her].” The victim continued in her statement, “he was verbally and emotionally abusive to me. Some of the abuse occurred in the presence of our children. I have been financially dependent on Trevor throughout our marriage.” Anderson also provided the court photographs of the aftermath of bruises caused by Ariza.

Throughout her statements, the alleged victim emotionally recounts the abuse she reportedly endured. On February 17th, 2020, she claimed Ariza severely choked her. “He immediately grabbed me by the throat and started choking me until I was unconscious,” Anderson reflected. Another instance occurred in 2021 when the basketball player demanded her phone. After refusing to turn it over, his wife claims that her husband choked her again, and punched her multiple times with a closed fist.

In her statement, Anderson summarizes the series of events and pleads with the court, claiming that “Trevor’s physical, verbal, and emotional abuse” warrants a restraining order. Currently, Ariza is temporarily prohibited from being within 100 yards of his soon-to-be ex-wife. On March 8th, the court will meet again to decide whether he will receive a permanent restraining order. For future updates on Ariza’s developing case, be sure to check back in with HNHH.

JJ Redick Gives Brutally Honest Assessment Of Russell Westbrook Signing

JJ Redick has quickly become one of the best NBA analysts out there. Overall, there aren’t a lot of people telling it like it is like Redick. He is someone who actually played the game, and he has some great takes. Moreover, he has become a rising star on First Take. He is always getting into arguments with Stephen A. Smith and Chris “Mad Dog” Russo. These clips always seem to go viral, and for the most part, fans take Redick’s side.

Additionally, Redick has his very own podcast where he is able to react to NBA news as it happens. On Monday, Redick was quick to give his opinion on Russell Westbrook, who signed with the Los Angeles Clippers. Overall, Redick was very honest about the signing, saying it isn’t the best fit. However, Redick wasn’t fully negative. He made sure to say that Russ brings great energy and he could very well help the Clippers in a playoff series.

JJ Redick Speaks

“I think there’s a way that he makes an impact, I don’t know if it’s him playing 30 or 35 minutes a night with Kawhi and PG at this point in his career,” Redick said. “Do I think he’s going to make an impact? Yeah. I was actually having a conversation with somebody on Saturday. We were talking about him going to the Clippers. I could see him, especially come playoffs, winning a playoff game. Where he just comes in, he’s a madman, he’s running around, he’s grabbing loose balls, getting rebounds, taking into transition, attacking the rim, 22 points, eight rebounds, six assists, in 24 minutes. They win a game. Turns the series around.”

At this point, there is no telling what version of Russ we will be getting. As Redick explained, the days of Russ getting starter minutes could be over. That said, the Clippers have needed a point guard for a while, and Westbrook is definitely a great choice. As always, let us know what you think of Redick’s remarks, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the sports world.

Boosie Is In “Denial” About T.I., Birdman’s Brother Terrence “Gangsta” Williams Claims

Boosie Badazz made it clear that he’s standing on his principles when it comes to his joint project with T.I. but his comments have irked Birdman’s brother, Terrence “Gangsta” Williams. If you recall, Williams shared a similar story to T.I., who admitted to diming out his dead cousin to get out of a gun charge. Williams addressed allegations of snitching, claiming that he provided prosecutors with information on the dead. However, he was ultimately released under the First Step Act.

Boosie, however, doesn’t feel as though there’s a grey area when it comes to cooperating with authorities. During his recent interview with Vlad, he announced that his joint project with T.I. won’t drop because of the comments made on expediTIously in 2020. However, Boosie still had doubts that T.I. cooperated with authorities, claiming that the Atlanta rapper was likely just talking on his podcast. Still, Terrence Williams thinks Boosie is in denial about his friend.

Terrence Williams Speaks On Boosie

Williams hopped on YouTube where he addressed Boosie’s comments, claiming that the Louisiana rapper is in denial about his friend. He explained that Boosie felt as though T.I. screwed up millions of dollars by revealing information on his case. “By you making the statement you made when Vlad say something about me, now you got to stand on that,” he said. Though Williams noted Boosie stood on his comments, he explained that it took a minute for him to address it.

However, the issue that Williams took issue with was Boosie claiming that he had people to discuss Williams’ case with Vlad. He said he thinks Boosie’s bluffing before suggesting that he might have dirt on Boosie. “You also admitted you don’t mess with rats at all. You and him have a good relationship, so have you cut T.I. off period? Or was that just a stunt on Vlad for the people to see that y’all still talk?” Williams explained further. From there, Terrence “Gangsta” Williams pointed out that there are plenty of rappers who continue working with supposed rats behind the scenes, despite disavowing them publicly.
