Offset Defends His Relationship With Quavo: “Don’t Ever Try & Turn Us Against Each Other”

Offset is tired of people trying to pit him and his Migos partner, Quavo, against one another. Appearing on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, he discussed their relationship with hosts Gillie and Wallo.

“I don’t feel like I owe it to people to show how much me and bro love each other,” he explained. “We went through something. We don’t have to show you smiles on faces … so stop doing that. We aint on no sucker sh*t with each other. We both came in this sh*t together and we both knew that, we understood that, and we lost our brother. I still go through sh*t; I know bro go through sh*t, N****s love each other though at the end of the day. We men, we real brothers, and we cool with it, so be cool with it. Don’t ever try and turn us against each other. I hate that sh*t. At the end of the day, it ain’t your business.”

Offset & Quavo Perform At BET Awards

Offset previously referenced being on good terms with Quavo during an interview on The Breakfast Club in October. “That’s my brother at the end of the day,” he said at the time. “We good though, bro, we just linked up in Paris.” Following the death of Takeoff, Offset and Quavo reunited for an emotional performance at the BET Awards. “That was healing for the world and us,” he said after the show. The Love Hard tour with Keyshia Cole, Jaheim, K. Michelle, and Trey Songz is currently underway, and its Baltimore show is drumming up a lot of discussion right now. Moreover, one of the reasons why is because fans are getting a little bit too close to Songz during this trek, or perhaps the other way around. A series of pictures surfaced from his meet and greet interactions with various fans, and in many of them, you can see them replicating various sexual poses or posing in an otherwise lewd or suggestive manner. This is especially notable because of the singer’s various accusations of sexual abuse and misconduct, although some of those lawsuits have been dropped recently.

Regardless, not every single picture here was that extreme, and it’s not worth singling out when many other artists do similar poses with fans. But Trey Songz’s choice to rest his hands on a female fan’s back as she bends over for him, plus the context of his alleged crimes, was a step too far in many’s eyes. Sadly, this isn’t the only recent fan interaction that drew some criticism online, although this one is more because of its combative nature. Allegedly, he lashed out on a woman he threw $300 for flipping him off afterwards, calling her ungrateful via direct message.

As such, we can see that there’s an unfortunate track record here when it comes to imperfect interactions with fans, civilians, and even other artists. Kanye West has put out a lot of clothes under the Yeezy umbrella. Although he used to work in collaboration with Adidas, he is now on his own. Overall, this has led to some interesting pieces. Throughout the rollout for Vultures, Ye has been dropping a ton of new garments. These pieces are typically a mix of streetwear fashion and album merch. Fans have been quick to scoop these options up as they know stock levels can diminish on the Yeezy website, extremely fast. Unfortunately, not every review of these new offerings has been positive.

Case in point, a man recently bought the Vultures 1 shirt that is going for $20 on the Yeezy website. Below, you can see that he had a pretty bad experience with how the shirt actually fits. Out of the package, the man notes that the shirt is fairly boxy, and looks like a pillow case. Subsequently, he went to go put on the garment, and he quickly realized just how poorly it actually fits him. It was a brutal experience, and the man couldn’t help but laugh at the entire situation.

Kanye West Gets A Negative Review

Kanye West has always been experimental when it comes to clothes. Overall, he tries to do things differently, and sometimes, that doesn’t end up working out. However, the experimentation has positioned Yeezy nicely as a brand that could push boundaries. Hopefully, Ye will take the critique in stride, and fix the clothes accordingly. Otherwise, he will continue to receive these kinds of negative reviews. Only time will tell what other pieces Ye ends up offering his supporters.

Drake was spotted leaving a restaurant with Brooklyn via a placed iPhone camera. This follows some bars on the recently released “Act II: Date @ 8” that could hint at the new courtship by mentioning Brooklyn’s home of Clayton County, GA:

“How you get all of that body and face, though?

Elon Musk Out at OpenAI Following Failed Merger with Tesla

Elon Musk is no longer part of the Open AI Company. In a blog post, the company revealed that Musk left after they refused to merge with Tesla.

According to HypeBeast, Mustk is a co-founder and early backer of OpenAI but is now suing them.

The company decided to launch a for-profit brand within the company, which Musk wanted to merge with Tesla. Co-founders Sam Altman and Greg Brockman refused.

“In late 2017, we and Elon decided the next step for the mission was to create a for-profit entity,” the blog says. “Elon wanted majority equity, initial board control, and to be CEO. In the middle of these discussions, he withheld funding.”

On this day in Hip-Hop history, Geto Boys frontman and Texas legend Scarface released his fourth solo LP, The Untouchable. Released on Rap-A-Lot Records, this album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. It also peaked at #1 on the Top Hip-Hop/R&B and kept its spot for two weeks.

Although Scarface never really strayed away from his staple hardcore “Damn It Feels Good To Be A Gangster” subject matter and style of delivery, it’s apparent this album is influenced by the G-Funk sound made popular by Dr.Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Tha Dogg Pound.

The album’s most popular track “Smile” featuring 2Pac was released shortly after his murder and peaked at #12 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Don’t look for Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s Vultures 2 to hit streaming. Ye once again spoke with the YeFanactics Instagram apge and revealed he agrees with James Blake sentiment that streaming “devalues our music.”

“Was talking with the team about how to release the next album. Like James Blake said streaming devalues our music. We sell albums on Yeezy.com,” Kanye wrote. “I got 20 million Instagram followers. When five percent of my followers buy an album. That’s one million albums sold That’s 300K more than the biggest album last year.

“We sold 1 million items on Yeezy.com on Super Bowl Sunday so we know it’s possible. How do you feel about us not streaming and only selling the album digitally.”

As fans await Vultures 2, Ty Dolla $ign revealed the cover, which hold sentimental meaning.

Responding to a fan online, Ty revealed that the cover is of him “holding a picture of my brother Tc fyi.”

According to HipHopDX, Ty Dolla Sign’s brother, Jabreal Muhammad, known as Big TC, is serving life for a murder that he says he did not commit.
