Back in July, GloRilla turned 25 years old. Now that Glo’s debut album Glorious is out, the rapper is looking back on that special day and others, as a reflection on the past that led her to her new album. She did so with a compilation of videos shared on social media yesterday (October 16), and at one point in the clip, Cardi B wishes Glo a happy birthday via a FaceTime call.

It turns out there was a lot more to that interaction than made the video, though.

Yesterday, Cardi shared the clip of her from Glo’s video and tweeted, “Yooooo I was so drunk I flashed my titties at her.” That was apparently a moment Glo remembers well, as she responded, “Dat was da highlight of my night.”

That NSFW FaceTime came after Glo and Cardi confirmed they are actually related. In March, Cardi revealed her grandfather had a child with Glo’s paternal grandmother. That child is Glo’s father, which makes Cardi and Glo first cousins.

Meanwhile, Cardi recently revealed her former stripper name while telling a story about a dress, writing, “So let me tell ya about my little thotty dress.. the dress I was gonna wear for my birthday was a little too small and there wasn’t enough fabric… so I got my ass in a truck and went to Staten dolls gentlemen’s club where I worked at for four years and bought this little dress because baby NOTHING was gonna stop this night… I love the fact that they don’t see me like CARDI B.. they still treat me like CAMILLA (Fun fact.. that was my stripper name [laughing emojis]).”

Lizzo has experienced a pretty turbulent last couple of years, mostly due to hostile workplace and sexual harassment allegations against her in a lawsuit from various former dancers, along with other claims. However, with the case still reportedly on hold for now, she feels much better about sharing her ups and downs, speaking on her mental health, and addressing the public more visibly. Well, sometimes. During Fortune‘s “Most Powerful Women” event, the singer was asked about the allegations for an interview. Her response does not go into much detail about the accusations, most likely for legal reasons. But it does suggest that this event wasn’t the space to go into that.

“You know, I don’t want to talk about things like that,” Lizzo expressed when asked how she felt about the allegations. “This isn’t the space for it. We’re celebrating female CEOs and powerful women. This isn’t really the space to talk about the negative things that happen to us. ‘Cause so much negative stuff happens to powerful women, and this is not the space.” “Right. As I agree with you, I don’t think this is the platform for that. *laughs*,” she continued when the interviewer spoke on the necessary opportunity for powerful women to address their own allegations in their own words rather than through other reports.

Lizzo Declines To Answer Question About Allegations

“I’m the happiest I’ve been in 10 months,” Lizzo shared concerning her mental health a few months ago. “The strange thing about depression is you don’t know you’re in it until you’re out of it. I’m definitely not all the way as carefree as I used to be.. But the dark cloud that followed me every day is finally clearing up. My smile reaches my eyes again and that’s a win. I thought my album was finished.. but I gotta get some of these good vibes off in a banger real quick. Thanks for your patience [red heart emoji].”

Meanwhile, it’s important to emphasize that this still an open case with some dismissed allegations and others still on the table. As such, we still have yet to receive an official ruling from a court of law on these accusations against Lizzo.

Diddy Allegations Concerning GHB-Infused Baby Oil “Debunked” By Lawyer

Thanks to allegations within civil lawsuits against Diddy, rumors and unverified reports spread that he allegedly laced baby oil with a “date r*pe drug” known as GHB. This, per the rumors, was for alleged use at his supposed “freak-off” parties. For those unaware, federal authorities found 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant during the raids on Sean Combs’ homes earlier this year. However, many folks responded to these reports by clarifying that federal officials never alleged that they found drugs laced in the baby oil in any of their legal motions, the federal indictment itself, or any other statement.

One social media user that responded was a popular lawyer on social media with the handle @lawyersforworkers. “People are reading this wrong and saying Diddy is cooked,” the attorney expressed on Instagram in the video below. “You would think if the feds found one bottle of GHB let alone a thousand when arresting a billionaire for human trafficking and alleged sex crimes that would have been the first thing they say every time they talk.” Combs’ lawyer denied allegations that his client used the baby oil for any nefarious purpose connected to the broader allegations against him.

Diddy Baby Oil Rumors Called Out As Allegedly False By Attorney

In addition to characterizing these Diddy baby oil allegations as misleading and inaccurate, @lawyersforworkers also criticized other lawyers such as the account @topdoglaw for buying into it. “This is completely false,” he said of one particular post. “Completely reckless coming from a lawyer. If I were Diddy, I would sue.” The alleged confirmation of this news seems to come solely from allegations within civil lawsuits and from assumptions of the other alleged drugs that federal authorities found during the raids.

Considering that people are even buying baby oil-themed Halloween costumes, this alleged misinformation should cause a lot of concern. The Diddy scandal as a whole has plenty of memes and jokes attached to it that aim to lighten the mood at best, and minimize its serious nature at worst. As for these specific allegations, only a federal statement could clarify the presence of GHB in the baby oil. Until then, take all these stories and allegations with a grain of salt.

Earlier this month, Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta hit him with an 88-page lawsuit containing several disturbing allegations. According to court documents obtained by Daily Mail, Pisciotta accuses Ye of allegedly drugging and raping her at a studio session with Diddy.

Days after filing, Pisciotta amended the lawsuit to add additional claims about Ye’s wife, Bianca Censori. She alleges that she served as her husband’s “sex party coordinator,” helped to turn his office into a “sexual playground,” and more. Pisciotta also accuses Ye of texting Censori that he allegedly wanted to sleep with her mother.

Now, Pisciotta has taken to social media to address the reactions she’s gotten to her lawsuit. In a clip, she reveals that she’s been receiving a great deal of hate. According to her, people have told her to kill herself, wished she would die in a car crash, and more. At the time of writing, Ye has yet to respond to Pisciotta’s latest allegations.

In June of this year, however, his lawyers denied her initial claims in a statement to Page Six. “In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta,” they said. “Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved. With the score tied at 77 and under 11 seconds remaining, the New York Liberty turned to Sabrina Ionescu to break the deadlock. Ionescu dribbled the clock down, took a hard dribble to her left, and launched a deep 28-footer inside the Minnesota Lynx logo. The ball splashed through the net with one second left, completing a 15-point comeback and securing an 80-77 win for the Liberty in Game 3 of the WNBA Finals. New York now leads the series 2-1 and is one win away from its first-ever WNBA championship.

“I’m built for this moment,” Ionescu said about her game-winning shot.

Liberty star Breanna Stewart added, “She’s worked really hard for this moment, and once she put it up, I was like, ‘Oh, it’s gonna go in.’”

Stewart was instrumental in the comeback, scoring 22 of her game-high 30 points in the second half, 11 rebounds and four blocks. Stewart now owns two of the three 30-point, 10-rebound games in WNBA Finals history, with teammate Jonquel Jones holding the other.

Ionescu’s clutch shot is already being hailed as one of the greatest in Liberty history, drawing comparisons to Teresa Weatherspoon’s legendary half-court buzzer-beater in Game 2 of the 1999 WNBA Finals. Weatherspoon’s shot capped off an 18-point comeback, while Ionescu’s 28-footer completed a 15-point rally, the third-largest comeback in WNBA Finals history.

During the postgame show, Weatherspoon said she will pass the torch for “biggest shot in Liberty history” to Ionescu, saying, “I’m absolutely okay with it. Just go get that thing, you’ve got one [win] to get.”

The Liberty will have a chance to win their first WNBA title in Game 4 in Minneapolis. However, the Lynx, led by Napheesa Collier—who set a postseason record with 249 points in Game 3—will aim to force a decisive Game 5 back in Brooklyn.

After a 33-month absence, Lonzo Ball made his much-anticipated return to the NBA on Wednesday night, checking into his first game since January 14, 2022.

Ball, who spent the last 2.5 seasons rehabbing a severe left knee injury requiring three surgeries, including meniscus and cartilage replacements, was greeted with a standing ovation from the Chicago crowd and his teammates.

Once on the floor, Ball wasted no time making an impact. Just 43 seconds into his return, he sank his first shot, igniting the fans and showcasing his rhythm intact. Despite being on a 16-minute restriction, Ball finished with 10 points, one assist, one rebound, one block, and one steal, contributing to the Chicago Bulls’ 125-123 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Coby White led the Bulls with 23 points, while Anthony Edwards and Rudy Gobert scored 16 and 13 points for the Timberwolves.

Reflecting on his return, Ball said, “It felt a lot better playing than watching, I’ll tell you that much. I can’t really put into words how it felt to be out there … It was definitely a moment that I’ll never forget.”
