Yung Bleu Shuts Down Boosie Badazz’s Claims He’s Never Made A Song About His Wife: “It’s Platinum”

Yung Bleu can’t catch a break lately. After being caught up in a cheating scandal that left his wife looking for a divorce lawyer, the R&B artist is now beefing with Boosie Badazz. The pair have been airing out grievances regarding their past working relationship for the world to see. Bleu has notably claimed that the Louisana native failed to properly market his music. The latter is under the impression that he’s owed a massive payday from his former artist. However, it seems the Alabama-born vocalist is refusing to pay up.

Between trading those shots, the pair also began discussing Bleu’s marriage. “WHY YOU AIN’T NEVER CLAIM ‘YO WIFE’?” the 40-year-old asked. “WHY YOU AIN’T NEVER DO AN INTERVIEW ABOUUT ‘YO WIFE,’ WHY NOBODY DON’T KNOW ‘BOUT ‘YO WIFE’? ‘CAUSE YOU WAS [ASHAMED] OF ‘YO WIFE,’” Boosie further berated the embattled star. “SHE WANT A DIVORCE LAWYER NOW THAT’S ‘YO WIFE.’ THAT’S NI**AS FA YA LOL.”

It seems Bleu had the time today (September 4), as he quickly hit Boosie with some truth. “I got platinum songs where I [reference] my wife Boosie,” the 29-year-old responded. “It’s called ‘Ice On My Baby,’ go check it out. If [you] was tuned in you would [know] that I dropped that when I was signed to [you],” he pointed out to his former boss. “[You] wouldn’t [know] ‘cuz [you didn’t] help market 😂.” The “You’re Mines Still” hitmaker pointed out that this was Badazz’s “third lie today,” as well as that his “Unappreciated” track is also platinum and about his wife. In the post above, a video of Bleu bringing his family out on stage to perform the track further proves his point.

Yung Bleu isn’t often one to find himself in the middle of internet drama, though these past few weeks have been particularly bad for the TANTRA artist. Besides the ongoing beef with Boosie, he was also exposed for flying a woman out to spend the day with him, though he explained that she didn’t get anything from him due to her alleged poor hygiene. Read more about that at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Yung Bleu Admits To Flying Woman Out, Says She Was “Loud” And Hygiene Was Bad In Deleted Tweet

Yung Bleu’s marriage took an unfortunate hit after his partner came across another woman detailing her experience being flown out by the R&B star. Tiemeria addressed the situation on her Instagram Story. She markedly called her co-parent out for embarrassing her and bringing other people into their relationship. The alleged mistress, Tenom, lashed out at both Bleu and Tiemeria in another video. Later, she quickly apologized to the artist’s baby mama upon realizing that they’re on the same side.

Since then, the Love Scars II hitmaker has shared his side of the story with the internet. However, his tweet was deleted not long after it went out. According to Bleu, he did initially show interest in Tenom and agreed to fly her out. Upon meeting the woman, though, he was disappointed to find that she wasn’t exactly what he’d been expecting. “I let [you] be a tag along [for] the day, true,” the Alabama native confirmed on Friday (September 1) afternoon.

“But [you] went back home in [an] Uber with hunger pains ‘cuz you was loud and hygiene wasn’t up to my standards,” the 29-year-old stated while addressing Tenom. “Had a lil smell that engulfed the plane. Nails dirty, shoes two sizes too big with a lil dust on ’em, so yea. [You] was a link-up that turned to a sidekick that day ‘cuz I was being respectful and ain’t wanna send you back and hurt ya feelings,” Bleu further clarified. “Ain’t get no d**k or no vibes tho. Hope [you] enjoyed ya stay tho lil mama.”

Thus far, the comments seem to be disappointed in the musician’s behaviour while showing support for his other half, who’s stated that she’s seeking a divorce lawyer. It’s been an undeniably tough few weeks for Yung Bleu in the media. Besides beginning September with some serious baby mama drama, he spent the end of August beefing with Boosie Badazz over an alleged stolen $30K. Read what the Louisana native had to say about that at the link below. Make sure to check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Yung Bleu’s Alleged Mistress Lashes Out At His Baby Mama In New Video Before Apologizing

Thanks to social media, keeping extramarital affairs a secret is practically impossible. Yung Bleu learned that the hard way earlier this week when his baby mama, Tiemeria, came across another woman’s TikTok storytime about her experience being romanced by the recording artist. The alleged mistress, Tenom, was excited to get in contact with Bleu initially, but upon learning of his “weirdo” tendencies, she quickly decided to move on. He apparently brought her on a private jet, though he refused to speak to her during their travels.

After seeing the video for herself, Tiemeria responded in a social media statement, calling the Alabama native out for embarrassing her. When Tenom got wind of the drama unfolding, she hopped back online to make another controversial video. “I don’t give a d**n about her or Bleu! I came on here to tell my f**king story,” she yelled into the camera while continuously adjusting her hair. “Girl, you can keep your man! Trust me, I think he’s gay anyway. I didn’t even see her s**t but I hope she ain’t getting smart,” Tenom popped off.

Yung Bleu Facing Infidelity Allegations

As that video began circulating, people in the comments were quick to let Tenom know that Tiemeria is actually on her side in the situation. “She agreed with you mama,” one of them wrote on her TikTok. “Ohhhh lol tell her I’m sorry 😭😭😭,” Bleu’s sneaky link wrote back. “You know b**ches be ready to fight over their man.”

While the tea about Yung Bleu’s alleged mistress is definitely piping hot, it’s worth noting that the R&B artist has had an impressive year musically so far. His Love Scars II album arrived on streamers back in the spring, and since then he’s collaborated with MBNel, Drew Yari, and most recently, Tyla Yaweh. Yung Bleu has released his new album, Love Scars II, on his own label, Empire and Moon Boy University. The songs on the album combine elite lyrics with acoustically appealing melodies to produce yet another classic R&B work from Bleu.

Ty Dolla $ign, Chris Brown, Tink, Hitmaka, Chrishan Dotson (Makasound), OG Parker, and other artists contribute vocals and production to the album’s 15 songs. To introduce this new album, Bleu released “Kissing On Your Tattoos” and “Games Women Play” earlier this year.

With the same artistic vision as the first, this second album will delve further and touch on circumstances and issues that one could feel or experience when in partnerships and/or situationships. Love Scars II reintroduces the distinctive and dependable sound that kept Bleu’s fanbase interested while also attracting a new audience. The artwork draws inspiration from the original Love Scars, which focused heavily on scars but now shifts to a more in-depth or inside perspective.

You can hear the new album below.

Yung Bleu Is “Kissing On Your Tattoos” On His Latest Single: Stream

It’s been an incredible weekend for R&B, and we still have one more single to turn your attention to. This New Music Friday (April 7), Yung Bleu made a statement with yet another single. This one is called “Kissing On Your Tattoos.” The track follows other recent releases like “Out of My Head” with Peter Jackson, “Games Women Play,” and “In The Mood.”

This weekend’s song finds the R&B hitmaker leaning into his toxic side. He chiefly shares plenty of NSFW lyrics about his bedroom exploits. “Come and f*ck me likе you never had sex bеfore / You’re horny, I can feel it in your legs for sure,” the 29-year-old croons on his sultry single’s second verse. “She f*ck me good, them Gucci shoes, I might just buy them / She f*ck me good, she got some friends, I might just fly them too,” he later adds.

Yung Bleu Gets Seriously NSFW on “Kissing On Your Tattoos”

Aside from the slew of aforementioned tracks, Bleu also caught our attention with his TANTRA album in 2022. On that, he collaborated with the likes of ZAYN, Nicki Minaj, and Lil Wayne. Elsewhere, friends like Ne-Yo, Ty Dolla $ign, Lucky Daye, French Montana, Kelly Rowland, and Fivio Foreign came through to assist the Alabama native. Overall, the 17-track effort was well received among audiences, with titles like “Love In The Way” and “Walk Through The Fire” emerging as favourites.

Now that TANTRA has had time to digest, fans are eager to hear if the recording artist will be coming with the same sort of sonic magic in 2023. His next project, Love Scars 2, is due to drop later this month. Stream Yung Bleu’s “Kissing On Your Tattoos” on YouTube above, or add it to your playlist on Spotify/Apple Music. Afterward, tell us your thoughts on the new arrival in the comments. For more release recommendations, make sure to check out our weekly R&B Season playlist update here.

[WATCH] HotBlock Jmoe Delivers New ‘Safe With Me’ Video Featuring Yung Bleu

Screen Shot 2023 02 28 at 4.38.10 PM

Rising Chicago star HotBlock Jmoe has teamed with Yung Bleu for the new video to his song “Safe Wit Me.”

For the video, the two stars hit a villa for a celebration with his entourage and letting his ladies know all their secrets are safe with him. “I keep my head above water through the deep end, weight on my shoulders so I’m working through the weekend.”

“Working on this record with HotBlock was a super dope experience,” Bleu said of working alongside HotBlock. “He’s definitely on the path to stardom and has a clear vision of how he plans to take over the industry. I appreciate his artistry and I’m always down to collaborate with artists who have the ability to rap and sing like myself.”

You can see the video and also learn a bit more about HotBlock Jmoe below.

The SOURCE: What made Yung Bleu the right person for your collaboration?
HotBlock Jmoe: My team & I were listening to the track a few days after I made it but it still had an open verse & I just thought to myself like, Bleu a sound hard on this. Pitched it to my manager Tes & he just so happened to have a connection with his team, so we put everything in motion.

You’re coming from a city in Chicago with a strong set of artists repping the city. What makes you different than the rest?
I pride myself on having a different sound & the ability to sing & rap in a dope melodic way. I don’t think folks are coming how I’m coming. We all come from the trenches, so the stories & pain we tap into are relatable to our struggles & surroundings.

You dropped DaHottest at the top of the year. What made you want to get in the early part of the year?
I wanted to start the year off strong, you know – make a statement & let the world know I’m here. I’m going to stay consistent and keep feeding my fan base these records, so it’s definitely something you want to stay tuned in for.

What can someone who listens to you for the first time expect?  Uniqueness. I feel like I hear music differently so the way I switch cadence is a little unorthodox but it’s crazy. The stories are through my lens & experiences so I feel like they get to understand me more!!

What was your experience like filming this new video with Yung Bleu? The video shoot was dope! It was my First time on a boat ever!! so that was an experience fasho. My dog Bleu pulled up on me with good genuine vibes & we made a movie, I think y’all gone love it!

Tink Collabs With Yung Bleu & Ty Dolla $ign On “Thanks 4 Nothing” Album

It’s been a primarily rap-heavy weekend in terms of new albums, with Logic, Key Glock, and Yeat among those sharing new projects today (February 24). Thankfully for R&B lovers, Tink has come through with her second release in less than a year, this one called Thanks 4 Nothing. The 14-track release finds the vocalist mostly holding her own, though she did call in two industry favourites for help.

On the super sensual “Let Down My Guard,” the Illinois native and Ty Dolla $ign take turns trading bars. Elsewhere, TANTRA hitmaker Yung Bleu shows out on “Stingy” while preparing to drop an album of his own later this year. “Toxic” was the first Thanks 4 Nothing single Tink fed her fans. More recently, she teased her project with “Fake Love,” later following the single with a music video.

Tink Croons About “Fake Love” In Latest Visual

After working with him on 2022’s Pillow Talk and 2021’s Heat Of The Moment, the 27-year-old reunited with Hitmaka once again on her latest release. Throughout her lyrics, she chiefly navigates her past mistakes and the lessons learned from them in the aftermath of a toxic relationship.

Near the middle of the tracklist, we hear her rejoining the dating world and expressing fears of being hurt again on “Trust Issues.” By the time the final title, “New N*gga” rolls around, Tink makes it clear that she’s finally moved on with another man who won’t leave her crying due to infidelity.

Few artists have been coming with the same consistency as the “CAP” singer. Prior to her aforementioned albums, she shared Hopeless Romantic in 2020 and 2019 saw her unveil Voicemails. It’s still early in the year, so here’s hoping we hear more from Tink in the coming months.

Stream Tink’s latest album, Thanks 4 Nothing, on Spotify or Apple Music below. Afterward, tell us which of the two collab tracks you like better in the comments. Make sure to check back on Sunday (February 26) for more release recommendations on our weekly R&B Season playlist update.
