Wack 100 Delivers Warning to Yo Gotti: ‘Say Your Prayers’

Wack 100 is sending a message to Yo Gotti, advising him to watch for the Feds closing in. In case you missed it, gunman Justin Johnson was found guilty of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and illegal possession of a firearm in connection with the death of Memphis rapper Young Dolph, born Adolph Thornton Jr..

A jury deliberated for just under four hours, Johnson was immediately sentenced to life in prison. The trial lasted only four days, with testimony, closing arguments, and evidence presented by both sides. Johnson did not testify in his defense. Key testimony came from Cornelius Smith, also charged with Dolph’s murder, who admitted to the killing and testified against Johnson. Shelby County Deputy District Attorney Paul Hagerman presented video and photo evidence that tied Johnson to the crime, showing him at key locations before and after the murder.

As for the defense, led by attorney Luke Evans, they argued that Johnson was not responsible for the crime, saying, “He didn’t kill Adolph Thornton Jr. He didn’t conspire to kill Adolph Thornton Jr. And he wasn’t the man holding the pistol in the Makeda video.” Despite these arguments, the jury sided with the prosecution.

Interestingly, Assistant District Attorney Irris Williams highlighted the challenge of hiding evidence in today’s world during closing arguments, stating, “It’s not 1981 anymore… It’s hard to keep a secret. It’s hard to hide who you’re talking to. It’s harder to hide your actions. And it’s even harder to hide who you know.”

While Johnson’s co-defendants Cornelius Smith and Hernandez Govan are also implicated, Govan, who is accused of ordering the hit, did not testify during the trial. Another suspect, Jermarcus Johnson, Justin Johnson’s half-brother, had previously pleaded guilty to accessory charges and testified against him.

Now, back to Wack. The controversial West Coast figure recalled a claim from Smith that someone from CMG, Yo Gotti’s record label, paid his $50,000 in lawyer fees but was unsure who did it. Hitting Instagram, Wack provided a warning: “Yo Gotti say your prayers.”

Young Dolph was fatally shot on November 17, 2021, while buying cookies at Makeda’s Cookies in Memphis. Two men fired shots into the store from a stolen Mercedes-Benz, with video footage leading to their arrest.

Wack 100 Tells Yo Gotti To “Say Your Prayers” As He Believes Feds Are Coming For Him Next

The Young Dolph muder trial has been seeing some major progess since it began about seven days ago. On September 26, one of the three suspects, Justin Johnson, was found guilty of first-degree murder leading to a life sentence. The other two alleged killers, Cornelius Smith and the supposed mastermind Hernandez Govan, are still awaiting their fate. Prior to this though, we have also come to learn that there was a lot of money involved. Some of that was for the hit that was allegedly placed by Yo Gotti’s deceased brother, Big Jook.

Furthermore, Cornelius Smith recently claimed that someone from CMG allegedly paid his $50,000 worth in attorney fees. “I don’t know exactly who. I didn’t get it in my hand”, he said in court. All of this has been very interesting, as Gotti and Dolph were far from friends. Ever since the mention of the former’s brother being mentioned in this murder trial, there is that question floating out there whether or not Gotti would get tied into this.

Well, controversial manager Wack 100 is of the belief that it’s pretty much guaranteed that Gotti will have to appear in court. In fact, he’s so sure that 100 is warning the latter to “say your prayers”. He feels that the alleged payment for the attorney of Cornelius Smith was the final piece to the puzzle. Whether or not Gotti is actual brought in remains to be seen. But with Govan and Smith still needing to find out their sentences, there’s time for this to happen for sure.

What are your thoughts on Wack 100 firmly believing that Yo Gotti will be taken into custody for the Young Dolph trial? Do you think the CMG boss was actually involved in his murder? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Ralo Puts Boosie Badazz On Blast For Linking Up With Yo Gotti

Ralo and Boosie Badazz do not get along these days. Both rappers have been around for decades, and both have served prison time, but they do not see eye to eye. Especially when it comes to who they like to associate with. Boosie Badazz recently linked up with Yo Gotti, and went as far as to praise the rapper on social media. There was even footage of Boosie and Gotti dapping each other up in a parking lot. This did not sit right with Ralo. The rapper decided to hop on Twitter and make his issues with the situation known.

First, context for the Boosie Badazz and Yo Gotti hangout. The rappers reunited for the first time in years, and Boosie even thanked Gotti for looking after his mother when he was locked up. “Congratulations,” he wrote on Instagram. “Seen yo come up. Me n dis n**ga go way back early 2000s n looked out for moms when I was gone.” The bond between these two definitely seems strong, but Ralo wasn’t trying to hear any of it. As far as he was concerned, Boosie Badazz was being disrespectful to the memory of Young Dolph.

Ralo Felt Boosie Badazz Was Being Disrespectful

“Boosie should’ve at least let Dolph family grieve from the trail,” the rapper tweeted. “Before he did this lame a*s sh*t and idc what nobody say.” Ralo’s comments alluded to the fact that Yo Gotti’s family was believed to be involved in Young Dolph’s death. It was recently stated in court that Yo Gott’s brother, the late Big Jook, was the one who ordered a hit on Young Dolph. Big Jook also worked with Yo Gotti on the label Collective Music Group, or CMG. From Ralo’s perspective, Boosie Badazz is aligning himself with people who are responsible for another rapper’s death.

Yo Gotti’s Brother Accused Of Allegedly Putting $100K Hit On Young Dolph

Young Dolph’s murder case has been seeing some weird developments since its inception, but things are getting even more odd. Today marks the first day of his murder trial, as just a couple of days ago a jury had been seated. Judge Jennifer Mitchell is overlooking it all the main three suspects are still Justin Johnson, Cornelius Smith, and Hernandez Govan. Leading up to this morning/afternoon, Govan has been constantly painted as the possible head honcho behind the murder of the beloved Memphis rapper.

However, prosecutors are making a shocking accusation against the deceased brother of Dolph’s longtime foe, Yo Gotti. According to an update from The Neighborhood Talk, Big Jook allegedly was the one to put the hit out on the Paper Route Empire boss. This allegation comes from Shelby County Assistant District Attorney Paul Hagerman. Mr. Hagerman claims that Jook put out a $100,000 reward and Justin Johnson, one of the alleged gunmen, was looking to sign to CMG, Gotti’s label. So, to earn respect and that money, he was the one who gunned down Dolph.

“Big Jook, the person I told you about before, the number two guy at CMG, he’s put out a hit, a hit, $100,000 to whoever kills Dolph”, Hagerman said. “He has met with Justin (Johnson). He has met with Cornelius (Smith) and they think they’re ready to do it”. They also claim to have video evidence of Johnson firing at Dolph. Given Dolph and Gotti’s history, this makes things incredibly interesting and certainly makes us wonder if the latter will have come to court. Right now, the trial seems to be still happening. So, be sure to stick with us for any more updates later today.

What are your thoughts on Yo Gotti’s brother being accused of allegedly putting out the hit on Young Dolph? Do you think this will actually be true, why or why not? Yo Gotti Flaunts His Love For Angela Simmons With Gifts & Getaways On Her Birthday

Yo Gotti and Angela Simmons are one of hip-hop’s strongest power couples, a notion that they often brag about on social media by celebrating each other. Moreover, she recently turned 37 on Wednesday (September 18) and he gifted her with a lavish vacation at a cave-side villa in the Himalayas. In addition, Simmons also got some new presents to add to her luxurious collections, such as matching Hermes bags and watches. Overall, it’s great to see the couple still going strong after all these years, and especially after the Memphis MC manifested his years-long crush on her following his 2015 track “Down In The DM.”

In fact, the two probably influence each other in more ways than they might assume. For example, The Breakfast Club recently teased Angela Simmons for her slight Memphis accent (which she apparently adopted halfway through their conversation), but she explained how just being around Yo Gotti has made this hard to control for her. “It’s probably my man, it’s probably the influence of my man,” she told the co-hosts. This led to a lot of debate in the comments section… Ss usual.

Yo Gotti’s Birthday Post For Angela Simmons

Meanwhile, Yo Gotti also defends Angela Simmons in situations like these, such as the controversy around her bringing a gun-shaped purse to the BET Awards this year. “She just practicing,” he posted on his IG Story with fake gun and laughing emojis. “LOL.” However, this isn’t much of a defense. Simmons actually apologized for the whole thing, whereas Gotti seemed to condone it with this message, albeit jokingly. Regardless of how you read it, it’s clear that they have a very different way of going about things.

In other news, Yo Gotti previously explained this year how Jay-Z was the one who inspired his business education. “I may want to buy a company or acquire another company,” he told Forbes. “So I’m making sure I’m super tight and understand the language and the verbiage myself other than listening to financial experts. If I never wrote another rap again, I’m financially straight. My whole career, I was setting up for that.” It gives him the opportunity to go all out for Angela Simmons whenever he can.

‘Exposing Parchman’ Documentary Earns Emmy Nomination for Outstanding Writing

'Exposing Parchman' Documentary Earns Emmy Nomination for Outstanding Writing

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) has announced that A&E Networks’ documentary “Exposing Parchman” has been nominated for the Outstanding Writing: Documentary category at the 45th Annual News & Documentary Emmy® Awards. Produced by Roc Nation, Good Caper Content, and Red Summer TV, the documentary sheds light on the dire conditions of Mississippi’s Parchman Prison.

The prestigious awards ceremony is scheduled for September 26 at 7:30 pm ET at the Palladium Times Square in New York City. “Exposing Parchman” will be competing against notable nominees in the Outstanding Writing: Documentary category, including HBO | Max’s “Great Photo, Lovely Life: Facing a Family’s Secrets,” National Geographic’s “Nazis at Nuremberg: The Lost Testimony,” Frontline PBS’s “Netanyahu, America & the Road to War in Gaza,” and Apple TV+’s “The Pigeon Tunnel.”

Directed by Rahman Ali Bugg, “Exposing Parchman” delves into the brutal history of Mississippi’s correctional system and the appalling conditions at Parchman Prison. The documentary highlights Team ROC’s efforts, alongside multiplatinum musician Yo Gotti and several attorneys, to improve conditions and protect the incarcerated population. It features commentary from Shawn “JAY-Z” Carter, Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez, Yo Gotti, and affected families, offering a rare glimpse into the prison’s interior.

The alarming conditions at Parchman Prison gained national attention in December 2019 after riots led to multiple deaths. Reports revealed inmates lacked access to clean water, adequate food, electricity, heat, healthcare, and other basic needs. These revelations prompted JAY-Z, Yo Gotti, and Team ROC to secure legal representation for over 200 incarcerated men, leading to lawsuits against the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The U.S. Justice Department’s subsequent investigation found the facility violated the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

“Exposing Parchman” continues to amplify the voices of those affected by the inhumane conditions, striving for justice and reform within the correctional system.

According to reports, Yo Gotti’s CMG Records team is in mourning. Yesterday (July 21), following signee EST Gee’s highly anticipated homecoming concert, the “Never Scared” rapper’s longtime friend and manager, EST Big Beach, was supposedly killed (as told by WDRB) in Louisville, Kentucky.

The local outlet shared that EST Big Beach (real name Devontae Beach) was found inside a vehicle with riddled with gunshot wounds by emergency responders. Beach was in town to support his client and friend’s EST Gee & Friends Summer Jam concert being held at KFC Yum Center the day prior.

In the report, Louisville Metro Police Department spokesperson Aaron Ellis provided further details. Supposedly, a local reached out to local authorities to report a shooting around the 800 block of West Main Street in the late evening hours. Around 1:30 a.m., police arrived to the scene to find Beach. Although Emergency Medical Services were called to the area to tend to the matter, but sadly Beach was pronounced dead.

Since the incident, LMPD’s Homicide Unit has opened an investigation. However, at this time, they reportedly do not have any suspects.

None of the CMG Records team have issued a public statement regarding EST Big Beach’s alleged death. But that hasn’t stopped fans and local supporters from flooding the music professional’s comment section across Instagram with touching tributes.

Angela Simmons Gifts Yo Gotti With Sultry Bikini Pics For His Birthday

As usual, Angela Simmons turned heads with her bikini-clad thirst trap on Instagram yesterday (Friday, May 17), but it wasn’t for her followers. Rather, it was for her boo Yo Gotti as some early birthday gifts, as he turns 43 this Sunday (May 19), and it seems like they are on vacation to celebrate the occasion. The two seem to be going as strong as ever, and this continues fans’ constant interest and shipping as they flaunt their relationship online. Wherever they are, and however else they plan to celebrate his special day, we wish them the best of times and hope there are many more great things to come in 2024 and beyond.

While the two always pop out for events, award shows, and their own social media feeds, even this consistent presence can make some standout moments. For example, Yo Gotti and Angela Simmons accompanied E-40 to a White House party last year, and they obviously looked stunning at the luxurious and lavish gathering. They’re big flexers, to say the least, so it’s no wonder that they would want to share their sunny birthday vacation with fans as well. Yo Gotti Is Worth $100 Million According To Forbes

Yo Gotti was Forbes‘ latest cover issue subject on Friday (February 23), and the outlet revealed that he is reportedly worth a staggering $100 million. Moreover, this is due to his highly successful record label, CMG, a minority stake in the D.C. Yo Gotti For Forbes

Sadly for the Memphis MC, it must have been very hard to focus on his career, success, and blessings in the recent past. His brother Big Jook tragically lost his life in their home city, which shook the community to its core and from which his loved ones and close associates are still recovering from. While Yo Gotti already made some public appearances since this incident, he’s yet to fully unpack this with all the sets of eyes and ears on him and his career. That is something that should come at his own pace, and not feel rushed or pressured to get back in front of microphones.

Meanwhile, over this past holiday season, the 42-year-old was able to share his wealth and lavish lifestyle with his family and friends. Hopefully these loved ones continued to be with each other and celebrate life, especially to honor the legacy and memory of Big Jook. But one thing is clear from this Forbes interview: there’s still a long way to go and a lot more goals to achieve. For more news and the latest updates on Yo Gotti, keep checking in with HNHH.
