Travis Barker’s Daughter Alabama Goes Viral For New Video

Alabama Barker, daughter of pop-punk star Travis Barker, is going viral on social media for a new video shared to TikTok. While this might be the first time some hear of her, others remember when she was much younger. Still, her clip did cause some discussion online.

Moreover, a lot of the meat of the Twitter threads came down to the fact that she’s 17 years old. Though the video clip is just her dancing with her friends, a lot of people found it too suggestive. Regardless, one user tweeted “No one ever said Alabama Barker was ‘ugly.’” Furthermore, they added, “We said she’s only 17 and too young to dress & behave the way she does. Cause she is.”

Furthermore, some were struck by how people were misidentifying her race or debating about it on social media. Still, some people had the record straight. Overall, there were tweets like “You telling me alabama barker looks biracial and expect me to take you seriously.”

“I want black women to stop being a halfway house for yt teenage girls when they can’t figure themselves out yet,” another added. “Alabama Barker is a prime example. Her family whiter than ranch dressing. Stop it lol.”

However, this isn’t the only time that Alabama Barker’s been somewhat called out online (because this is just a video, after all). Moreover, Iggy Azalea said that she and other TikTokers were “weird” for participating in a viral trend of her experiences. Furthermore, audio of the rapper airing out her frustrations with her ex Playboi Carti made rounds on TikTok.

“This man didn’t even come to see his son be born, he went to Philly to play the Playstation with Lil Uzi,” she said. “He felt that was more important than seeing his son be born, and I had a scheduled C-section.”

Meanwhile, Alabama’s father Travis is most well-known these days for his drum renditions of popular tracks and his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian. While some people cringe at seeing fans write “Kravis” online, they said they actually like the nickname.

Still, what do you think of Travis Barker’s daughter Alabama going viral for her recent TikTok video? However you may feel, let us know in the comments and peep some more reactions below. Also, as always, check back in with HNHH for the latest viral moments and celebrity debates in pop culture.

Kylie Jenner Reacts To TikTok Poking Fun At Her & Travis Scott’s Son’s Name: Video

No matter what Kylie Jenner does, due to her A-list celebrity status, she frequently falls victim to online criticism. Whether for her on-again-off-again relationship with Travis Scott, exuberant wealth, or her fashion choices, the 25-year-old is no stranger to having social media rip into her.

The talk of the town lately has been the new name bestowed upon the socialite’s youngest child with the rapper. Shortly after his birth, the couple chose Wolf Webster thanks to a recommendation from big sister Khloé Kardashian.

“We didn’t really have a name. I just thought it was going to come to us when we saw him and it didn’t,” Jenner previously told the world on The Late Late Show with James Corden. “Twenty-four hours before we had to sign the birth certificate, or else they just register him without a name and he doesn’t get a social security number.”

The mother of two went on, “I  like the WW, so we just put Wolf Webster in that moment. Right after I signed the birth certificate, I was like, “What did I just do?” It’s a part of his story but his name has changed.”

For several months, fans were kept in the dark regarding the infant’s new title. Just a few days ago, however, Jenner broke the internet. At the time she unveiled her baby’s name – Aire – and adorable face all at once.

It’s undoubtedly one of the more unique options out there. The world has been having a field day poking fun at how it came to be. In one TikTok, a creator plays both Kylie and Travis as they decide on their son’s name.

Using the opening narration from Avatar: The Last Airbender, they list off the four elements in character as the makeup mogul. When she gets to “air,” the Utopia rapper jumps to his feet, signalling an interest.

The comedic clip has since earned over 2M likes and countless comments – including one from Jenner. Beneath the clip, she dropped off two crying laughing emojis. This lets the world know she’s laughing at their antics along with them.

Aside from the commentary surrounding her baby, Jenner has also been facing heat for a few of her Paris Fashion Week looks. First, she donned a giant lion’s head for the Schiaparelli couture show. After that, her Givenchy noose necklace had Twitter users throwing mega shade.

Lizzo Resurfaced An Old TikTok To Prove She Correctly Predicted The App’s Potential Influence

Lizzo was named TikTok’s top music artist of 2022, generating more total video views on the app than any of her peers. Even when haters crowded her TikTok comments earlier this week, Lizzo used it to her advantage.

“Y’all love to make fun of me, and then a year later, everybody’s doing what I’m doing. This has happened time and time again,” Lizzo said in a TikTok responding to someone bullying her over her new hairstyle. And her latest TikTok bolsters her status as a trendsetter.

Lizzo resurfaced a TikTok she originally posted in April 2020, where she said, “To all the TikTok creators out there, especially the ones who don’t have millions of followers, you are so poppin’.” That video is stitched with a new video of Lizzo proclaiming (and singing), “Did I lie?!”

She continued, “I made that video April 2020, and mind you, I’ve been on this app for a long time. I have Musical.ly’s on my page right now. I said that this app is incredible because some of the best talent undiscovered is on this app right now, and I said keep makin’ yo content because if I see it, I know they see it. Brands, other artists. And it’s just incredible to see how far this app has come since 2020. How it has shook the industry. There’s people on my FYP now who used to talk sh*t about this app — making TikToks. Making TikToks! I’m proud of y’all.”

Kehlani’s Booty Gains Are On Full Display On TikTok: Watch

They say that summer bodies are built in the winter, and Kehlani is obviously proving that this season. They’ve always been something of a heartthrob within the industry. However, their latest workout regimen has the blue water road singer looking (and feeling) stronger and sexier than ever before.

Over the weekend, the 27-year-old took to social media to give a mid-January look at their gym progress. “3 committed months of fitness bro-ism in every sense of the word,” the caption on their TikTok uploaded to Instagram says. “PROGRESS [muscle emoji].”

In the clip, Kehlani wears a cropped grey crewneck sweater over printed green and black leggings. The bottoms clearly emphasize her growing behind. The audio of choice is Ice Spice’s latest joint, “In Ha Mood.”

“I tried dippin’, he begged me to stay / Bae, I’m not stayin’, I just wanna play,” the Bronx-born rapper spits in the snippet. “In the party, he just wanna rump / Big boobs and the butt stay plump,” the song continues as the Oakland native flexes her abs then turns to give fans a peak at the back.

Kehlani clearly caught Spice’s attention with the thirst trap, as she wrote “Baddie fren,” in the comments. Other friends who hyped the R&B diva up include Raveena, Bree Runway, and Layton Greene.

Aside from friends, fans have also been leaving thirsty replies. “Maybe I’m not straight?” one user openly pondered. Others added, “Those yams be yamming,” and “My favourite body type.”

In other news, Kehlani certainly has a lot to celebrate lately. Before 2022 came to an end, they debuted their new relationship on social media. Read more about that here, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.

Dreamer Isioma Drops Off New Song, “F*ck Tha World”

Dreamer Isioma is quickly becoming one of the most diverse multi-genre artists in the industry. Their unique R&B sound continues to make them one of the new artists that needs to be on your radar. As they continue their momentum into 2023, it seems as though they’re bound to blow up soon.

On Friday (January 13), they dropped off their brand new single, “F*ck Tha World.” Additionally, there’s a music video to go along with it.

The groovy track finds Isioma getting candidly honest about their feelings towards life and self-discovery. “When I disappear to go find myself, I learn the end is near / Rest in peace to your everything,” they sing, opening up the song straightaway.

In the subsequent second verse, they proceed to do more vocally and even experiment with melodically rapping. “Infrared beams on my forehead / I don’t give a f*ck when I’m on tour / Used to give a f*ck, not anymore / Technicolor lights used to keep me up at night, now sleep next to a TEC,” they express explicitly.

However, the hook is undeniably the focus point here. “F*ck the world, it’s all gonna blow up anyways / We’re all gonna float to outer space / Saying ‘f*ck the world’ brings me inner peace / It’s all gonna blow up anyway,” sings Isioma. Overall, their care-free attitude compliments the dreamy production to make this a fun, relatable song.

In February of last year, their official debut album, Goodnight Dreamer arrived. Over the course of its 13 tracks, Isioma experiments with an array of different genres and musical influences.

Furthermore, they saw viral success thanks to their 2020 hit, “Sensitive,” which made waves across TikTok and social media. “I’d never sell out for a check, you stupid motherf*cka / I’ll buy a house and on my own, I put that on my mother / My babe’s gon’ rock Christian Dior, I put that on my lover,” they sing in the undeniably catchy track.

Make sure to stream Dreamer Isioma’s “F*ck Tha World” on Spotify down below. Afterwards, comment your thoughts below. Finally, stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest updates and releases.

TikTok Has Vaulted A 12-Year-Old Miguel Song Back Onto The ‘Billboard’ Charts

Miguel owned Billboard‘s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart from 2011 to 2012. “Sure Thing” became his first-ever No. 1 on the chart in May 2011, and he hit No. 1 again as the featured artist on Wale’s “Lotus Flower Bomb” that December and with his own hit “Adorn” the following year. SZA’s “Kill Bill” currently reigns atop the chart, but Miguel has accomplished a surprising re-entry.

According to Billboard on Thursday, January 12, Miguel’s “Sure Thing” sits at No. 20 on this week’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart with 8.4 million official US streams netted in the week ending January 5, with credit given specifically to TikTok.

TikTok had the same charting impact for The Weeknd’s “Die For You” on this week’s Hot 100 chart, cracking the top 10 for the first time despite releasing six years ago. A similarly delayed revelation is happening with Lady Gaga’s “Bloody Mary,” landing at No. 68 this week.

Per Billboard, “Sure Thing” is also re-emerging on other charts — leaping from No. 143 to No. 69 on the Billboard Global 200 (21.2 million global streams) and debuting at No. 134 on the Billboard Global Excl. US chart.

It’s possible that Miguel will soon have new material eligible to populate the charts, as he teased a snippet of a new song in mid-November.

Lil Uzi Vert Dances To Unreleased Song On TikTok

Lil Uzi Vert dances to a snippet from one of his unreleased songs in a new video posted to TikTok that is circulating on social media. In the clip, Uzi shows off stacks of cash while surrounded by two of his friends.

In the song, Uzi raps, “I bought my main bitch a Cullinan/I bought my other lil’ bitch a lil ‘nother Benz/Runnin’ these tracks, like I am a running man/Throwin’ my hands, we turn to the stunner man.”

While Lil Uzi Vert hasn’t confirmed when the unreleased snippet will be shared as a full song, he did recently say that he is planning on dropping new music in February. While speaking with fans on Reddit, he provided an update on when they can expect to hear from him.

“That’s why I’m dropping in February… New shit, new sound, no mid,” he wrote at the time.

The last time Uzi dropped a full-length project was his nine-track EP RED & WHITE in 2022. His last official studio album came in 2020 as Eternal Atake. That album reached No. 1 Billboard 200 project with 288,000 album-equivalent units. A week later, he dropped a deluxe version titled, Eternal Atake/LUV vs. The World 2. The project also landed at No. 1 with 247,000 equivalent album units.

If Uzi’s new music in February is just a single, it will be his first since “Just Wanna Rock.” He released the song back in October after similarly teasing it in TikTok posts. The track landed on HotNewHipHop’s list of the best songs from 2022.

The Weeknd’s Six-Year-Old Song ‘Die For You’ Has Cracked The Hot 100 Top 10 For The First Time Thanks In Part To TikTok

Over the weekend, The Weeknd commemorated one year of Dawn FM with a video for “Is There Someone Else?.” Coupled with the video’s release was this tweet: “I wonder… Did you know you’re experiencing a new trilogy?” Before we walk with The Weeknd into an enticing future, there’s reason to revisit his past.

Billboard revealed its newest Hot 100 chart (dated January 14) today, January 9. It’s unsurprisingly that Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero” has returned to No. 1 for a seventh total week after debuting there in late October, but it is surprising to see The Weeknd’s 2016 Starboy hit “Die For You” at No. 8 — which is now his 16th top-10 single on the chart.

“The Weeknd’s ‘Die for You’ vaults 26 to 8 on the Hot 100, led by 67.3 million in airplay audience (up 3%) and 9.9 million streams (up 10%),” the publication additionally relayed. “The song hits the Hot 100’s top 10 over six years after its original release on The Weeknd’s album Starboy, sparked by interaction on TikTok (which does not presently contribute to Billboard‘s charts). That buzz helped lead to the song’s airplay promotion and prominence, as the track holds at its No. 4 Radio Songs high.”

The Weeknd owns six career No. 1 Hot 100 singles, including the record-breaking “Blinding Lights” and “Starboy” (the latter featuring Daft Punk). Fellow Starboy track “I Feel It Coming” (also featuring Daft Punk) peaked at No. 4 on the chart.

“Die For You” isn’t the only The Weeknd song in this week’s Hot 100 top 10, either. His collaborative track “Creepin’” with Metro Boomin and 21 Savage, off of Metro Boomin’s December No. 1 album Heroes & Villains, sits at No. 6. It peaked at No. 5 last month.
