T.I. & Tiny Hit With Another Sexual Assault Lawsuit

T.I., Tiny

T.I. and his wife Tiny Harris have found themselves in legal trouble once again as they are hit with another lawsuit alleging sexual assault. New details have emerged surrounding the case, with the couple being accused of drugging a woman they met in a nightclub and engaging in non-consensual activities.

Jane Doe Speaks

The plaintiff referred to as Jane Doe, claims that she was drugged by T.I. and Tiny after meeting them at a nightclub. The incident allegedly took place in or around 2005 when she was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in L.A.

According to the lawsuit, the hip-hop couple was not present at the party where the initial encounter occurred, but a person named “Caviar,” who claimed to work for the couple, assured her they would meet in an L.A. nightclub the following night.

Jane Doe alleges that Tiny handed her a drink at the nightclub, which she consumed, and Tiny did not. Soon after, the woman further claims that T.I. invited her along with Tiny to their hotel, where they engaged in sexual activities. However, she states that during the encounter, T.I. penetrated her vagina with his toe without her consent, leading her to say “no” and try to push him away.

The plaintiff also alleges that she vomited in the bathroom, prompting T.I. to mock her saying “Are you alright? Looks like you are in last place.”

T.I. & Tiny Respond

As a result of these disturbing allegations, Jane Doe is suing the couple for sexual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment. She cites the California Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act as the basis for filing the suit at this time, as it provides a year-long window to revive claims that the statute of limitations would otherwise bar.

In response to these allegations, the legal representatives for both T.I. and Tiny informed TMZ:

“Not only are the claims bogus, but they missed the deadline to file the lawsuit.”

Following the claims, the hip-hop couple has vehemently denied the allegations and expressed:

“On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”

MGA Lawsuit

This recent lawsuit is not the first legal battle T.I. and Tiny have faced. They previously filed a lawsuit against the toy company MGA, alleging that the company had stolen the image of the tween music group they managed, OMG GIRLZ, for their LOL Surprise dolls.

Unfortunately, they lost the case. Additionally, the couple dealt with a defamation lawsuit filed by Sabrina Peterson, a former friend, who accused them of sexual and physical abuse. However, they emerged victorious in that legal battle.

Cassie Vs. Diddy

The music industry is grappling with a whirlwind of lawsuits, implicating numerous influential figures. One such figure is Bad Boy music mogul Diddy, who recently settled a high-profile case with his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, before finding himself embroiled in his fourth lawsuit concerning allegations of sexual and physical abuse with a 17-year-old girl.

T.I.’s Harris Community Works Spreads Holiday Cheer with 8th Annual Caravan

T.I.'s Harris Community Works Spreads Holiday Cheer with 8th Annual Caravan

Through his nonprofit Us or Else, grammy-winning artist and philanthropist Tip “T.I.” Harris marked the 8th Annual Holiday Caravan with Harris Community Works, a subsidiary. Collaborating with local Atlanta leaders and organizations, the initiative aimed to create a memorable holiday experience for mothers and families in need.

“When you’ve been blessed as I am, it’s important to give back to those who may need a little extra assistance. I look forward to these events every year and will continue to serve my community as long as I’m able to,” T.I. said.

The caravan commenced at DTLR shoe store, treating mentees from the Next Level Boys Academy diversion program to a surprise shopping spree, Atlanta Hawks merchandise, and exclusive game tickets. The festivities continued at My Sister’s House, the Atlanta Mission’s shelter for homeless women and families, where T.I. and Tameka shared joy with toy giveaways and breakout sessions, joined by Congresswoman Nikema Williams.

“For many, this is their Christmas,” stated Gary Davis, Founder and CEO of the Academy. “T.I. and Harris Community works has been a long-time supporter of us, and we appreciate all they have done and continue to do for us. As I tell the mentees, ‘It’s not where you are in life, it’s who you have by your side that matters.’”

“Many of our clients come in dealing with very heavy things that children should not have to deal with. When we have community partners like Harris Community Works come in and give Christmas gifts, it allows our children to feel safe and dream child size dreams,” said Katrina Dantism, Director of Program Support Services at the Atlanta Mission.

The final stop at the Project Pinnacle Diversion Program saw T.I. surprising mentees at their graduation ceremony. The year-long program offers second chances for first-time, non-violent juvenile felons, providing alternatives to incarceration. Personal stories of triumph, like Rodney Crayton’s, underscored the program’s impact on overcoming challenges and fostering positive change.

Judge Asha Jackson Founder of Project Pinnacle shared, “Project Pinnacle, Inc. is once again honored to partner with Harris Community Works as we celebrate the graduation of Cohort 12. These amazing young men and women are ready to embrace all their life goals while leaving the criminal justice system behind. “

Why Was T.I. Upset That His Son King Was On A Club Flyer?

t.i.

There’s a meme that’s been circulating on the internet for the past decade or so making light of the fact that urban club promoters will put literally anything on their flyers to make their events relevant. Examples range from Martin Luther King Jr. in a durag (for MLK Day parties, of course) to flavor of the month video vixens who certainly won’t be attending.

But that tendency apparently came back to bite a party promoter in Atlanta after they referenced recent public discord between trap rap OG T.I. and his song King Harris to promote an event in the city. A video of T.I. reading the club’s employees the riot act surfaced online, drawing amused and amazed reactions from fans on social media who couldn’t help noting the rapper “stands on business.”

But why was T.I. so angry that his son was on the flyer? The trouble goes back to another viral video that captured the 18-year-old King arguing with his parents about his upbringing during a recent Atlanta Falcons game. In the video, King tries to assert his hood credentials to a father who literally sold drugs to make a living (by the way, the video was shot in a suite at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium), eventually getting so heated at his parents’ joking provocations (he sucked a pacifier ’til he was 12, according to Tiny) he appears to physically challenge his father. While the video is hard to make out, from the audio, it doesn’t sound like that went well for him.

Obviously, this is an embarrassing situation for the family — especially for T.I., who’s had something of a rough couple of years in the public eye (partly his own fault) — so it makes sense he wouldn’t want other folks making light of his troubles. Undoubtedly, when he got wind of the club flyer, which PhotoShopped him putting King in a chokehold, he wasn’t too happy about it. In the video posted online, T.I. tells club employees “ain’t nothing goin’” until the flyer is changed. To make a long story short, the flyer was changed.

If there’s a lesson in this, it’s probably to remember that despite the money and notoriety, entertainers are people too, and deserving of some amount of decency and privacy. You might think everything is fair game, but if they disagree, it can go badly for you — expeditiously.

Zonnique Jailee Pullins

Born on March 20, 1996, Zonnique Jailee Pullins is the first of T.I.’s seven kids. Although she is not his biological child, he has been a father figure to her for years. Pullins was conceived in a previous relationship Tameka “Tiny” Cottle had with Zonnie Pullins in the ‘90s. While Zonnie Pullins separated from Tiny years ago, he remains present in his daughter’s life. The 27-year-old is also musician and member of the girl group OMG Girlz. Furthermore, she is a mother of one and welcomed her daughter in December 2020.

Messiah Ya’Majesty Harris

The first of T.I.’s biological kids, Messiah was born on February 2, 2000. Like Zonnique, Messiah is not a child the rapper shares with his wife Tiny. Rather, the 23-year-old is from a past relationship the rapper had with Lashon Dixon. Taking after his father, Messiah now has a career in the entertainment industry. He is a budding musician and releases music under the name Buddy Red. He is also an actor and has appeared in a handful of movies, including Sons 2 The Grave (2022) and The Products Of The American Ghetto (2016).

Subsequently, they separated and did not get back together. In the years that followed, Domani discovered his love for music. He started rapping at the age of 10 and eventually chose to pursue a career in music, like his older siblings and father. Of T.I.’s biological kids, Deyjah is his oldest daughter. She was born on June 17, 2001, just months after Domani. Deyjah’s mother is singer/songwriter Ms. Niko. Although she spent time with her father as she grew up, Deyjah was primarily raised by her mother. Furthermore, of all T.I.’s kids, she is the only one not interested in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry. Instead, the 22-year-old is a popular social media influencer and has been a Fashion Nova partner for several years now. While her relationship with her father has experienced considerable strain, he continually expresses his loves love for her.

Clifford “King” Joseph Harris III

Several years after they started dating, T.I. and Tiny bore King, their first child together. Born on August 25, 2004, the 19-year-old bears the same names as his father and grandfather. Additionally, like most of his older siblings, he is a musician and performs under the name Kid Saiyan. King Harris recently shared in an interview with Funny Marco that he spent the bulk of his childhood with his grandmother, and would visit his parents whenever they were recording T.I.’s reality show, T.I. and Tiny: Family Hustle. Evidently, the two have their rough patches. However, while they may currently be at loggerheads, T.I. has a history of supporting King and verbally expressing his love for him.

Major Phillant Harris

Born on May 16, 2008, Major is the second child T.I. and Tiny share together. At 15, he is also T.I.’s youngest son. Despite his young age, Major has already expressed an interest in following the steps of his parents, career-wise. With a growing social media following, the teenager seems to be building a fanbase for his eventual debut.

Heiress Diana Harris

Completing T.I.’s clan is Heiress Diana Harris who is currently the youngest of all his kids. She was born to T.I. and Tiny in Atlanta on March 26, 2016. Considering her age, there’s very limited information about the youngster. However, the public was informed via an Instagram video posted by Tiny, that Heiress is already attending an acting school. In the video, the 7-year-old sweetly sings “Who’s Loving You” by The Jackson 5.

D.L. Hughley Says King Harris’ Outburst Was “Insulting”

This past holiday weekend was maybe a bit up and down for T.I. and his family. He brought his loved ones out to the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons game. It turned out to be a good one, with both vying for possession of first place in the NFC South. The Falcons would emerge victorious, certainly making T.I. a happy camper. However, a family feud went down during the game and it has gone quite viral since it happened on Sunday, November 26. It was recorded on Instagram Live so a ton of eyeballs saw it, including comedian D.L. Hughley.

Another celebrity who caught wind of it was Charleston White. He shared his thoughts on it like he always does with everything that is trending. “God damn it, I told T.I. he should kicked that boy’s a** last year. If T.I. woulda kicked that boy’s a** last year, that boy wouldn’t have had to jack him up today. You had that boy showing out at the Falcon game and embarrassing the family.”

D.L. Hughley Reacts

Now, D.L. Hughley has some words about it. He caught up with TMZ Hip Hop at the LAX airport as he called King Harris’ actions “insulting.” He also addressed what T.I.’s son said about growing up in the trap and having roaches crawl over him. In a quite hilarious statement, Hughley says that the only roaches around him were paid actors as he was living a much easier life than he made it seem to be. Seeing as how Hughley has children, he knows that his own would not act like that.

What are your initial thoughts on D.L. Hughley’s comments about King Harris’ freak out at the Atlanta Falcons game this past weekend? Do you think that T.I. and Tiny deserve more blame than King? What can Harris do to correct his own behavior? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. Why Did T.I. Get In A Fight With His Son, King Harris?

King Harris, T.I and Tiny’s first son together, is no stranger to life in the public eye. After all, we watched him grow up on the reality show, T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle. Nonetheless, perhaps their family’s dynamic might have been a bit of a charade… at least according to King Harris. In a heated Instagram Live, the 19-year-old got into a very heated scuffle with his famous parents. The clip of their argument has gone viral, and T.I. can even be seen getting physical with his son. Here’s what we know so far about the father-son duo’s intense tussle.

The Genesis: King Harris Goes Live

On Sunday, Nov. 26, the Atlanta Falcons faced the New Orleans Saints, but that wasn’t the only heated exchange that went down. T.I. performed at the event, in honor of the ongoing 50th anniversary of hip-hop. King Harris, who has built a substantial following on Instagram, was live at the event, which took place at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. While watching the game with his parents, the young star made some interesting claims to his followers.

King Harris started off claiming he grew up in harsh conditions, but his wealthy parents were not having it. T.I. particularly asked if he had ever woken up with a roach on his face, further stating, “Alright then! You don’t know what you talkin’ ‘bout.” Nonetheless, King maintained his stance, insisting he didn’t grow up with a silver spoon in his mouth.

In fact, King Harris also resurfaced his claims that he wasn’t brought up in T.I. and Tiny’s home. He previously made these assertions in an interview with Funny Marco earlier in October. He initially revealed that he lived with his grandmother, and would only be at his parents’ house when they were filming episodes of their family reality show. Once again, at the Falcons game, King said he preferred being “outside in the neighborhood” and staying at his grandma’s.

The Heated Exchange Turned Physical

Upon hearing King Harris’ words, Tiny chimed in. She stated, at his grandma’s, he could “suck a pacifier there, ’til he was 12 years old.” Soon after, things escalated quickly, as King and his parents began yelling at one another. In detail, the 19-year-old kept reiterating that his father was capping and that he knows the truth. It wasn’t long until Tiny proceeded to push King while telling him to stop joking around.

A visibly frustrated King insisted that he was not joking around and that he “stands on business!” In response, T.I. yelled, “You are embarrassing yourself and your family!” The pair then got physical, as T.I. seemingly restrained King, stating, “Boy, you can’t do nothing with me! Ain’t sh*t you can do with me!”

The Aftermath

King Harris left the scene and posted a series of snapshots on his story on Instagram. He has since deleted the posts, but they were quickly captured by fans and the media alike. Some of his quotes were: “If ima mistake say dat stop making da world think u fw me when u DONT.” He also claimed that T.I. was “faking a image for da internet.” Afterward, King shared a snippet of a song titled “Grandma’s Boy” as a tribute to his grandmother, Dianne Cottle-Pope. However, neither party has directly spoken of the altercation since then.

Charleston White Chimes In On T.I. And King Harris’ Recent Argument At Falcons Game: Watch

One of the veterans in the online world is Charleston White without a doubt. For years he has been dishing out his unfiltered and unashamed opinions. One of the wildest moments looking back at 2023 definitely includes his uncomfortable encounter with Brittany Renner on The Danza Project. It all went down this past August, as the social media starlet and model lashed out at everyone on the set, including White. The clip went absolutely viral all over the internet. Why Renner was so upset had to do with the fact that White said she was playing dirty with the men she was getting with.

Now, Charleston is giving another opinion on a hot topic. This time, it is about T.I. and King Harris’ fight at the Atlanta Falcons game. The reason both of them and the rest of the family were in attendance was because the legendary rapper was going to be performing. But, it was not just for any show, it was for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of hip-hop. Before his show, Harris and his father were going at it on Instagram Live. T.I. said he was embarrassing the family after causing a scene in the stands.

Charleston White Has Something To Say

Of course, White saw this and he had some words for Harris. XXL found the video in which he goes after the son and also comments on T.I.’s parenting. “God damn it, I told T.I. he should kicked that boy’s a** last year. If T.I. woulda kicked that boy’s a** last year, that boy wouldn’t have had to jack him up today. You had that boy showing out at the Falcon game and embarrassing the family.” The video goes on for about four minutes. T.I. has yet to comment on any parts of the situation.

What are your initial thoughts on Charleston White’s comments about the recent argument between T.I., King Harris, and the rest of the family? Do you think his remarks were fair or foul? How would you handle the situation if you were in T.I.’s shoes? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. T.I. Still Performs After Nasty King Harris Fight At The Atlanta Falcons Game

T.I. had a bit of a rough Thanksgiving weekend. He and his family attended the Atlanta Falcons game in Georgia against their NFC South rival, the New Orleans Saints. It was a nail-bitter with both middling teams fighting to the end to claim first place in the division. The Falcons went on to win, but it came with a price. The trap legend’s son, King Harris, painted himself in a negative light.

It all went down when the 19-year-old son went on Instagram Live. Harris mentioned how he used to go to his grandmother’s due to some fighting. Right after he said that his mother, Tiny, snatched the phone and gave the real reason as to why Harris went there often. Things began to escalate from there. T.I.’s son called out someone, saying, “What’s wrong with y’all? Why ya’ll doing that to me? Y’all know me, you know I stand on business. Why would you let someone play with me like that?” T.I. finally had enough and said that he was embarrassing the family.

To say it was not a pretty moment is an understatement. However, even with all of that the rap legend still had to give the fans a show. In fact, he did just that. To be honest, if he did not, it would really send people into a frenzy if he did not perform after a family spat. Luckily, he still put a lot of energy in for the amped crowd. You check out the performance above from The Neighborhood Talk.

What are your initial thoughts on T.I. still performing at the Atlanta Falcons game after the fight with his son, King Harris, and his family? If he did not go on with the show, would that have been a bad look for him? Was Harris out of line with his comments, or does he have a point that he is a grown man?
