Tupac Shakur and Snoop Dogg’s legacy as the star MCs of Death Row Records is virtually unmatched within not just the West Coast, but hip-hop as a whole. Tha Doggfather remains one of rap’s most important leading gurus, whereas ‘Pac remains arguably the most influential rapper of all time. However, interest in the two doesn’t just revolve around their current moves and, in Shakur’s case, his tragic murder. Moreover, nothing matches those early days in many’s eyes, whether due to their artistry, their groundbreaking characters, or their iconic style. On that last point, some iced-out pieces that the two spitters once owned could sell for a massive pile of cash at an upcoming auction.

Furthermore, GottaHaveRockAndRoll.com claimed to TMZ Hip Hop that they got their hands on Snoop Dogg and Tupac’s diamond-encrusted Death Row pendants. They will soon go up for auction, along with many other items from the Suge Knight-fronted record label’s heyday. Apparently, the outlet got them from Reggie Wright Jr., the Row’s former head of security. From what these reports allege, Suge commissioned various chains for his artists to borrow, and set aside these 14-karat “Fully Iced” pieces for ‘Pac and Snoop. As such, hopeful buyers expect them to go up for anywhere between $500K and $1 million.

Not only that, but a couple of partial diamond pendants will also be available, and folks think they could sell for any price point between $200K and $500K. In terms of other items available, there’s also Tupac’s SNL memorabilia from 1996, including a performance envelope and a personalized ticket. Those are expected to range from $8K to $12K, and is part of an online bidding structure. It opened today (Thursday, October 26) via Gotta Have Rock And Roll and will close on November 10. This is a part of the outlet’s celebration of rap’s 50-year anniversary.

Julia Fox isn’t buying into the notion that Kim Kardashian has copied her style, instead suggesting they both wear “what’s trending.” She discussed her admiration for Kardashian during an interview with Vanity Fair published on Wednesday. The comments come following the release of Fox’s new memoir, Down the Drain.

“I actually really love her,” Fox said of Kardashian. “I grew up watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians and I actually liked it before they were even cool. And when people would bash her I would always go to bat for her.” As for whether she thinks Kardashian has copied her style, Fox remarked: “I would say that there have been some looks that are a little similar to mine. But I feel like, you know, it’s just what’s trending. I don’t know if I’m on her mood board or anything like that.”

LeBron James Arrives At NBA Opener In $28K Pharrell-Designed Louis Vuitton Outfit

LeBron James was dripped out ahead of the start of his 21st season in the NBA. His pregame outfit was a $28,000 worth of Louis Vuitton, mostly from his good friend Pharrell’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection. According to TMZ, that included a “$5k damoflage tweed chic collarless jacket, $1,250 pants, and $1,220 LV checker derby kicks,” as well as an $11K Speedy Bandouliere 40 and a $9500 briefcase. Anyone wanting to replicate LeBron’s look can do so when the collection goes on presale in December.

He wasn’t the only one rocking a signature look, however. Nuggets star Michael Porter Jr. rolled up in a signed Peyton Manning Broncos jersey. Meanwhile, Peyton Watson was embodying Coach Prime in another show of Colorado love. Elsewhere, sharpshooter Aaron Gordon hit up Ball Arena in a burgundy vest and shorts combo. The NBA heavily marketed the game as a rematch of the Western Conference Finals and as a definitive statement on the power players in the conference this season.

LeBron Scores 21 To Open Season 21, Lakers Fall

However, it wasn’t the season opener the Lakers were hoping for. While LeBron led the team with 21 points, they were soundly beaten by the defending champion Nuggets 119-107. Of particular note was Anthony Davis putting up a goose egg in the second half. This was despite Davis hyping the matchup as a revenge game for the Western Conference Finals earlier this year. Davis had gotten off to a hot start, scoring 17 points in the first half.

Overall, the Lakers once again proved no match for the Western Conference preseason favorites. Nikola Jokić opened the season with a triple-double as three Nuggets starters put up at least 20 points. Beyond LeBron, no Laker put up more than 18 points, leading Denver to extend their win streak against the Lakers to six. This perfume was being teased and tested throughout the Renaissance shows.
