When it comes to his baby mamas, we can never quite tell how Blueface’s mom, Karlissa Saffold, is feeling about the other women in her son’s life. Lately, she’s been on a Jaidyn Alexis hate train, making it known that she doesn’t see the “Stewie” artist with her MILF Music boss romantically too far into the future. At the same time, she seems confident that Chrisean Rock can still finesse her way back into the father of three’s life, though it’s unclear if he’ll want anything to do with her now that she’s been outed for punching James Wright Chanel at Tamar Braxton’s Love & War concert this past weekend.

Rather than demanding Rock take accountability for her actions, or think twice about getting aggressive due to her newfound role as a mother, Saffold went on a rant blaming Braxton for inviting the 23-year-old out knowing her history of anger issues. “You knew that baby needed help when you brought her there,” Blue’s mom commented on a post of the R&B darling’s response to all the drama from Monday (November 13) evening. “Your security should be responsible for bringing her there knowing she’s worse than when she started… If you want to have her to help your following, you need the proper security or wait until she finishes healing. Respectfully, DaMama,” Karlissa added.

James Wright Chanel Confirms Assault At Tamar Braxton Show, LeTroy Drops Chrisean Rock Receipts

We’ve heard Chrisean Rock share her side of the story regarding the alleged assault of James Wright Chanel at Tamar Braxton’s weekend concert. Now, the victim is giving us some insight into his perspective, though he didn’t specifically name the new mother as his attacker. After everything unfolded on Friday (November 10) in Baltimore, Wright went Live (while hiding his face from the camera) to confirm that at least some of the rumours circulating are true.

“Chile, I was an innocent bystander,” Braxton’s backup singer said of his involvement in the blowout. He laughed while delivering the news, noting that it’s important to still find the joy and humour in things if possible. “I don’t know what be wrong with people, I really don’t,” he reflected. It’s likely Chanel was referring to Rock’s decision to reportedly punch him in the face after finding out she wasn’t performing during Tamar’s concert.

Elsewhere, LeTroy, – a member of Braxton’s team who shared one of the initial stories about the drama – responded to Rock’s video denying any wrongdoing with a screenshot of his text interaction with someone from her management. “Hey LeTroy, nice to meet you. Tamar had told Chrisean that she wanted to bring her out tonight,” the latter confirmed.

While it was agreed upon that the Baddies cast member would come on stage, nothing was said about an actual performance. This seems to be where the confusion led to violence.

Benzino Blasts Coi Leray & Angie Martinez For “Pushing A False Narrative” About Him

After making her presence fully felt in 2022, some wondered how Coi Leray could top her success in 2023. The Boston-born baddie delivered her sophomore LP, COI, a few months back, and though the numbers were slightly lower than her debut, many titles on the tracklist managed to go viral on platforms like TikTok. In addition to sharing music of her own, Leray has been working with other stars like Lola Brooke, RAYE, and Busta Rhymes in recent months, putting out catchy collaborations for her fans to play on repeat.

Despite all that she’s achieved in life so far, one area of the black-haired beauty’s life that remains troubled is her relationship with her father, Benzino. We saw them share a sweet moment back in September when responding to an apparent diss from Latto, however, feelings have obviously changed based on what Leray had to say in her new interview with Angie Martinez. According to the Trendsetter, she feels as though The Source legend is “envious” of all that she’s accomplishing.

“At first it was rocky, because I felt like he couldn’t handle my success,” she told the radio personality. “[It’s] okay because he’s human, that’s fine,” Leray noted, not holding too much animosity toward her father. Despite her calmness in sharing her feelings, Benzino had plenty to get off his chest in an angry IG rant. “This has to be the most ridiculous I’ve heard in my entire life on this earth. How tf can be envious towards someone I RAISED, NUTURED, PROVIDED FOR, INFLUENCED AND LOVE VERY DEARLY???” he asked on Friday (November 10) afternoon.

“This industry and the internet have completely messed up the minds of this young generation. I’m tired of her pushing a false narrative about who I am and what I’ve done as a father. In my 40 years in hip hop I’ve never ever seen an artist DOG their parents out the [way] Coi does and it’s embarrassing and sad,” the 58-year-old went on. After giving his daughter a piece of his mind, Benzino then went in on Martinez. “@angiemartinez knows she doesn’t like me so she’s just being manipulative and messy,” he speculated. “They want me [to] crash out but I’ve worked on myself so hard that I ain’t going backwards for ANYTHING,” Zino promised.

A very interesting debate just propped up in the ongoing beef between DJ Akademiks and Saucy Santana. For those unaware, the two began to send shots at each other following Ak’s criticism of Yung Miami, for which the rapper defended her against him. Now, Wack 100 got roped into things, sitting down for what seems like a podcast conversation with the commentator to express support of his own. In a clip of their meeting, the music executive boasts about calling up a bisexual male friend of his to beat up Santana for them. This is all pretty bizarre and wild when it comes to rap beef, but it’s all fortunately stayed only on social media for now, and hopefully doesn’t go any further.

Currently, Khia and Sexyy Red’s beef is taking centre stage, following a new video from the former that reads the latter to filth. “We the people vs. fugly, non-Sexyy knocked-up a** Red,” her lengthy rant aimed at the St. Louis native begins. “Your a** is being charged with not being ashamed of your God d**n self. Doing h*e s**t then being mad about it. Being a deadbeat mama, a deadbeat daddy, a deadbeat daughter, and a deadbeat Young Thug lookalike,” Khia went on.

The “My Neck, My Back” hitmaker then compared Red to a “wrinkled bedsheet” while labelling herself a queen. “Suckin’ on toes and balls at the same d**n time. Getting pissed and shi**ed on and tryna come for a real Queen,” Khia continued to list her opp’s various charges. “Tryna clap back with the Clap,” and “looking like some crust in a ni**as drawers” also made the list, along with the Philly native’s theories about Sexyy being unable to deliver her baby vaginally due to a history of STIs.

Now, it looks like drama is brewing between Sexyy Red and the “Lottery” hitmaker.

Trouble first began when Latto and a group of friends shared a video twerking and turning up to throwback music in True Religion jeans. The upload itself seemed innocent, though that didn’t stop social media sleuths from speculating that the 777 hitmaker was copying Red. Yung Miami Unbothered By “RAW” Album Sales Projections Critics

The landscape of the industry has changed significantly in recent years, leaving many artists with lower first week sales numbers than ever previously seen in their careers. In particular, women working in music are having a difficult time keeping up with their male counterparts, and as a result, getting clowned online despite all their hard work and other achievements. We saw it happen to both Coi Leray and Chloe Bailey earlier this year. Now, it’s the City Girls whose critics are coming at them over their RAW sales. Regardless of what people like DJ Akademiks have to say, Yung Miami and JT don’t seem to be letting their projections get them down.

Earlier this week, we found out that the duo’s new arrival is set to move a total of 6K – 9K album equivalent units during its first seven days out. Compared to artists like Drake or Bad Bunny, these numbers are obviously minuscule, but as Caresha pointed out on Twitter, she’s not mad at the results. “That’s good for a b**ch who voice y’all hate and can’t rap,” the Florida native wrote on Monday (October 23) evening.
