Sherri Shepherd Ensures Kelly Rowland Has Appropriately-Sized Dressing Room

Sherri Shepherd has seemingly taken shots at The Today Show as she showed Kelly Rowland a huge dressing room for the singer’s appearance on Sherri. The move comes after Rowland walked off a guest host role at The Today Show after her dressing room was reportedly “too small” for Rowland’s liking.

The footage that appeared online made fans question just how poorly The Today Show had treated Rowland. “And that dressing room she was just in wasn’t even that big so can you image what they gave her that made her walk off like that,” one fan said. “The fact that this dressing room isn’t even huge, tells me they tried to put Kelly in a maintenance closet…” added another. “I have been waiting for this to come out. Why give JLo a full suite for a dressing room to spend 10 mins at most total but give Kelly a hallway and expect her to cohost a hour show and a segment in the first half of the show? Not to mention, you want to discuss Beyonce at her movie premiere. It was the multiple levels of disrespect for me watching…” ranted a third.

Many famous faces have come out in support of Rowland as well. “Y’all stop with these false narratives. I’ve worked with [Kelly Rowland] as a star/producer. I will honestly say she was nothing short of AMAZING. Sweet, kind, professional. On time, great energy, impeccable manners and professionalism. She was nice to EVERYONE on set. Not one diva moment. S**t happens in Hollywood. Get both sides before you castrate anymore legends. Love this woman. Yall stop this BS. This woman was nothing short of a humble loving queen… PERIOD,” Marlan Wayans wrote on Instagram.

Furthermore, Beyonce made an appearance at the premiere of Mea Culpa, a new Tyler Perry movie starring Rowland. Furthermore, Beyonce shared her love for her former Destiny’s Child bandmate online. “Dats my best friend! Dats my best friend!!!!! So proud of you Kelly,” Bey wrote alongside images from the premiere.

Sherri Shepherd Shades Sexyy Red: “Let Them Imagine Something”

During a recent appearance on The Breakfast Club, Sherri Shepherd shared her thoughts on Sexyy Red. The 25-year-old hitmaker is known for her raunchy songs and laid-back persona, and it’s safe to say that her music isn’t for everyone. Lyrics to tracks like “Pound Town” and “Looking For The Hoes” are enough to incite gasps from even the most open-minded listeners, including Shepherd.

According to Shepherd, she just can’t get behind the St. Louis-born performer’s explicit lyrics. “Oh my God, I was like “what are these girls talking about nowadays?” she says of hearing “Pound Town” for the first time. “When did talking about your booty hole start being sexy to people?” As for whether or not Shepherd would be willing to have Sexyy Red as a guest on SHERRI, it looks like another ‘no’ from her.

“When did just getting money, and showing your booty hole to dudes become sexy? Me, I come from the school of let them imagine something. Don’t just come and show him every day,” the personality continued. She then described how things have changed since she was Sexyy Red’s age, noting how she doesn’t get current trends. Shepherd says that although they had their fair share of “wild” music back in the day, they kept things balanced. She acknowledges that there are some current artists putting out wholesome tracks, but she doesn’t think there are “enough.”

Shepherd’s take on the “SkeeYee” artist has some fans up in arms, while other users understand where she’s coming from. Obviously, everyone’s entitled to their own opinions, and can listen to and support whoever they want. Sherri Shepherd Shows Off Breast Reduction, Jokingly Offers to Donate Old 42DD Bras to Drake

“New Season, New Boobs!” That was the announcement that Sherri Shepherd made to open Season 2 of her namesake “Sherri” show. Joking that “everything is going to be bigger except these boobs,” the television host took time to poke fun of Drake‘s massive bra collection.

Shepherd started out by telling viewers that despite decades of unsolicited comments about her body from others, she did indeed get a breast reduction over the summer, making note that she did not get the procedure based on the input or opinions of other people, but because she was experiencing back pain and other physical issues as a result of her breasts (which she shared with the audience were a 42DD). She took time to explain how her breast size was something that she had struggled with her whole life and struggled with even more as she aged, making a series of hilarious jokes before describing some of the physical pain that she had endured before going to the doctor for a consultation and eventually going through with the procedure.

Shepherd then put Drake up on the screen behind her before making a series of jokes about the women who threw their bras at Drake, musing about how difficult it must be to take one off at a concert before going and getting a wheelbarrow full of her whole bras and spilling them out on stage and joking that someone needed to make sure that Drake got them for his collection.

58-year-old Vivica A. Fox is looking for love, and she’s apparently not afraid to spin the block to find it. Over the years the actress and various Hollywood heartthrobs have had rumours flying, including Ne-Yo, Dennois Rodman, Jamie Foxx, and Shemar Moore. Perhaps her most-talked-about relationship also happens to be one of her oldest, when she briefly dated 50 Cent in 2003. The pair looked undeniably good together, but couldn’t make things work. While he’s currently happily in love with Cuban Link, Fox revealed during a recent appearance on Sherri Shepherd’s talk show that she’s looking for love at the moment.

“Well, [Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez] did it again. Why not?” the black-haired beauty joked when the host asked if she would be interested in reconciling with the New Yorker. Elsewhere, she and Shepherd discussed Fif’s reaction to Fox’s upcoming First Lady of BMF project, which he seemed less than enthused about. “I took it as a compliment. I did. I was like, ‘That was his way of showing support.’ Thanks, boo,” the Indiana native laughed.

Of course, Fox is well aware of her ex’s new relationship, and she made sure to send them love during her Sherri interview. “[50 Cent] has a beautiful girlfriend by the name of Cuban Link… Recently, he gave her something, but I don’t know if it was an engagement ring. But it was a beautiful ring,” she noted, clearly having seen the young socialite’s IG post at the time.

Despite gossip rapidly circulating at the time, the Power producer quickly shot down engagement talk online. He and his partner may not be ready to take their love to the next level quite yet, but friends and fans alike have often commented on how she seems to have shaped her beau into a better man. [WATCH] Sherri Shepherd Debuts Trailer For New Talk Show

Sherri Shepherd dropped the first trailer for her new daytime talk show, Sherri, which replaces “The Wendy Williams Show” time slot.

In the trailer, Sherri promises to take viewers “behind the scenes, on the road, in the studio, rehearsals, interviews and so much more.”

The former “The View” co-host assured viewers that her show won’t be Wendy Williams 2.0.

“This is my time. It is my lifelong dream to have my own show and it is finally happening,” she said.

“I can’t wait until I return to New York to host the show and merge everything I love… pop culture, talk, entertainment and comedy,” Sherri said previously.

Sherri Shepherd Officially to Take Over ‘The Wendy Williams Show’

In fall 2022, Sherri Shepherd will officially host her own talk show. Titled Sherri, the show will replace The Wendy Williams Show. According to Variety, Williams is currently battling health-related issues.

Sherri will be produced by the same company behind Wendy Williams, Debmar-Mercury of Lionsgate. During her hiatus, Shepherd has been one of many guest hosts that have rotated throughout the season.

Sherri Shepherd will executive produce her new show with her producing partner, Jawn Murray. The Wendy Williams Show executive producer and showrunner, David Perler, will join Sherri.

“Sherri is a natural who proved her hosting skills for many years as a panelist on ‘The View,’ on Fox’s ‘Dish Nation’ and again this season as a popular guest host of ‘Wendy,’” Debmar-Mercury co-presidents Mort Marcus and Ira Bernstein said to Variety. “Like our viewers, we have been impressed by the unique comedic twist Sherri puts on our daily live ‘Hot Topics’ segment, her creativity and interactions with our guests. Her love for the content and daytime fans is obvious, and we are excited to partner with her to create another long-term talk franchise.”
