Jamie Foxx Denies Claims Of Sexual Assault After Lawsuit

A new sexual assault lawsuit against Jamie Foxx from a model just got his staunch and immediate dismissal. Moreover, his representative recently told TMZ that this is a completely baseless and false claim according to them, and apparently one that actually saw a swift resolution a couple of years ago. “The alleged incident never happened,” the spokesperson remarked. “In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter. The claims are no more viable today than they were then.” As such, this indicates that the multi-hyphenate entertainer’s team will be looking for a similar result in court this time, without it even going to trial.

Furthermore, the woman who brought the lawsuit forth claims that Jamie Foxx groped her without consent at an August 2015 rooftop party in New York City. Not only that, but the Any Given Sunday actor allegedly gushed to her about her “supermodel body” and how she “smells so good” after she asked for a picture with him. Then, her accusation continues, he pulled her by the arm to an area outside of public reach. According to her claims, the 55-year-old, then 47, inappropriately touched her breasts, vagina, anus, and the rest of her body.

Former Bad Boy Executive Faces Sexual Assault Accusation In New Lawsuit

Ex-Bad Boy executive Harve Pierre is currently facing a sexual assault lawsuit from a former assistant at the label owned by Diddy. The anonymous plaintiff accuses Pierre of preying on them “on multiple occasions in New York City and other locations throughout the country,” according to court documents obtained by The Fader. The alleged victim filed the complaint in New York County Supreme Court on Tuesday.

“Pierre used his position of authority as plaintiff’s boss to groom, exploit, and sexually assault her,” the filing reads. “Pierre engaged in a year-long pattern of grooming plaintiff, leading to sexual harassment of plaintiff, and sexual assault.”

The plaintiff further cites physical, emotional, and psychological injuries that they want to be “fully and fairly compensated” for in response to their experience. The filing continues: “Pierre used his position of authority as plaintiff’s boss to groom, exploit, and sexually assault her. Pierre engaged in a year-long pattern of grooming plaintiff, leading to sexual harassment of plaintiff, and sexual assault.”

News of the lawsuit comes just days after Cassie filed a similar lawsuit against the Bad Boy owner, Diddy. She came forth with numerous allegations including rape, physical abuse, and much more. Less than 24 hours later, the two parties agreed on a settlement, which reportedly landed Cassie $30 million to drop her legal action. “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” Cassie wrote in a statement. “I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.” In his own statement, Diddy added: “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. Suge Knight Alleges Akon Once Raped A 13-Year-Old Girl

Suge Knight claims that Akon and his longtime producer, Detail, once raped a 13-year-old girl, who was the sister of one of Knight’s associates. He recalled the alleged incident during an interview with Source magazine co-founder Dave Mays on his new podcast, Collect Call.

“I wasn’t going to bring it up,” Suge began while addressing Akon directly. “[But] one of my homegirls, she was a hustler. She had a little sister — 13 years old. And her best friend was 12 years old. She’s in the car with him. You and Detail call her [Suge’s homegirl]. And she said, ‘I got my little sister and her best friend with me.’ I said, ‘Well, then stop by for a second.’ She go by y’all hotel, in y’all room, and she gets a call. It was the dudes she met at the hotel when she was coming to see you muthaf*ckas.”

Knight continued: “She goes to the next room … she says she comes back in about 35 minutes. When she gets back in the room, her little sister and that other little girl don’t wanna eat. They look scared. And they’re crying. When she gets back in the car with them, they tell her, ‘Akon, you fucked the little girl, 13 — Detail fucked the little girl, 12 years old. Y’all raped them.’”

“So when she told me, I pulled up on her, and she said she’s going to the police to put you muthaf*ckas in jail for rape,” he concluded. “I said, ‘Nah, we don’t do that, telling to the police. However, when he got there, there was a man dressed as a woman, who wanted to be called “Kitty.”

Harper was not aware that Kitty would be there. Subsequently, Howard allegedly pressured the man into a threesome. At one point, he describes Howard taking his underwear off despite Harper not consenting to it. Howard allegedly performed oral sex on the man before realizing Harper wasn’t into it. From there, Howard allegedly had sex with Kitty while Harper watched on. According to Radar Online, Howard has since admitted to wanting to hook up with Harper. He also admitted to Kitty’s presence. However, he says it was all consensual.

“Defendant stood up (towering over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual oral sex on Mr. Harper,” the lawsuit reads. “Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while Defendant continued to sexually assault him.” Harper is in the midst of suing Howard for “assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.”

Trey Songz Faces New Lawsuit Over Alleged Sexual Assault At Party

Two women filed a lawsuit against Trey Songz over allegations of sexual assault at a house party. According to TMZ, Trey Songz, who faces numerous allegations related to assault, allegedly forced himself on two women while they slept at his home in the Los Angeles area during his birthday party. They said they first met Songz in June 2015 after meeting at a concert and subsequently, receiving an invitation to the after-party. Ultimately, they kept in contact, leading Trey to invite the two of them to his home for the birthday celebration.

However, the lawsuit details the moments leading up to the assault. Both women said they had to hand over their phones and the password to enter the party. Things got even more shady afterward, they claimed, revealing that there were mostly women at the party who were drinking from unsealed bottles. The women believed someone drugged them, claiming they felt intoxicated after drinking a small amount. Trey reportedly led them to a room where they passed out, fully clothed. They said once they woke up, Trey was naked and allegedly forcing himself on them, even as they tried to push him off.

The lawsuit added that Trey demanded that they shower with him after he allegedly forced himself on them while they were sleeping. The women said they refused, leading him to angrily state, “You are little f***king girls, get the f**k out of my house.” However, they alleged that once they tried to leave, Trey refused to turn over their phones. Fortunately, a security guard intervened, retrieved their phones from a safe and got them in an Uber.

Michael Freedman, Trey Songz’s attorney, denied that there’s any truth to these allegations in response to the lawsuit. “This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window. Moreover, Funk Flex recently took to Instagram to once again call out a rival in the media space: Charlamagne Tha God. Specifically, this call-out revolves around The Breakfast Club host’s sexual assault accusations, dating back to an alleged 2001 incident. Furthermore, the Hot 97 icon caught wind of an April 2023 news story covering how Charlamagne wants to dismiss the legal filing altogether. The real story behind it isn’t exactly what Flex is assuming, but it’s nonetheless a jab.

Charlamagne Tha God and his team pointed out that the DNA from the assault kit doesn’t match his own in the case in a recent filing, supposedly proving his innocence. “[Reid] has persisted in broadly disseminating her unsubstantiated claims,” the documents read according to the VIBE report in question. “[She ignores] that the South Carolina Solicitor in 2018 declined her request to re-open the case due to a lack of evidence while confirming that no basis existed to bring sexual assault charges against Charlamagne.” “Witnesses had attested to the fact that Charlamagne had already left the party when the alleged assault occurred,” his lawyer elaborated.

In his remarks, he invoked the principle of “innocent until proven guilty” and how that’s flipped in his eyes as people aim to “destroy” his life.

“There needs to be, obviously, a conviction here,” Elon Musk said of Russell Brand on Thursday (September 28). “It can’t be guilty until proven innocent. Because, obviously, we’re just sort of in the witch burning phase here. Just being declared a witch is enough to make you a witch and be burnt.
