Whenever there’s a big bond between a male rapper and a female rapper, our hetero-centric and gossip-loving culture tends to ship them on impact. After all, there’s plenty of precedent for this kind of relationship to develop, as well as many examples of it not happening or turning out pretty sour. Moreover, rapper, reality TV star, and social media personality Rolling Ray brought forth a pretty interesting theory and interpretation on Twitter last Sunday (March 17). “Hear me out… Drake is endorsing Sexy Redd like Biggie did with Lil Kim! But yall not ready for that conversation!” he shared with his followers. “& they situationship will get deeper! Watch,” Ray added on Instagram, captioning a screenshot of his tweet.

Furthermore, for those unaware, Drake and Sexyy Red have quite the close bond these days, as they’ve performed together on tour and have at least one collab under their belt. The “Rich Baby Daddy” duo, though, have also been pretty cheeky when it comes to their relationship. They’ve joked about being involved sexually, being each other’s muse or spouse, and about the 6ix God being… well, a rich abby daddy. Not only that, but as their stardom continues to build and progress, we have a feeling they’ll stay on each other’s good side.

Meanwhile, some younger readers might not know the connection between Lil Kim and Biggie. These two childhood friends from Brooklyn became close artists under Bad Boy Records, and did have a romantic fling throughout The Notorious B.I.G.’s tragically shortened life. To this day, Kim continues to pay tribute to him as a far greater figure than the sum of the lenses through which she viewed their versatile bond. As such, Rolling Ray is insinuating that Drake and Sexyy Red’s connection runs much deeper than joking about them being together.

Dave East’s Valentine’s Day Allegedly Ruined By Jim Jones

Dave East, the acclaimed rapper and actor, found his plans for a romantic Valentine’s Day ruined by an unexpected turn of events involving fellow artist Jim Jones. According to Page Six, East and his date left the Soho House in New York after Jones allegedly claimed a VIP table that East had anticipated securing for the special evening. As East questioned why Jones was occupying the VIP space, frustration seemed to escalate. “Why is he sitting there? We were here before anybody else,” East reportedly voiced his discontent. The situation unfolded as Jones, accompanied by Chrissy Lampkin and their entourage, settled in to enjoy singer Jon B’s performance at the Soho House on Valentine’s Day.

In an attempt to resolve the brewing conflict, an associate of East reportedly intervened. However, the tension reached a breaking point, leading East to make a decisive choice. “It’s way too packed in here, and I am not standing up in this crowd. What am I supposed to do — just stand here? Nah, we out,” East allegedly exclaimed before leaving the venue with his date. Despite the Valentine’s Day setback, Dave East did not let the incident overshadow his week. On Friday, February 16, he released a new album titled For the Love, showcasing his resilience and dedication to his craft. Cam’ron & Mase Seemingly Suggest They Once Slept With Lil Kim & Foxy Brown

Cam’ron and Mase insinuated that they both slept with Lil Kim and Foxy Brown back in the day during the latest episode of It Is What It Is. While discussing NBA legend Dirk Nowitzki’s recent admission that the two rappers were his childhood crushes, Cam and Mase jokingly referred to them as their “old joints.”

“Dirk’s one of us!” Mase joked. “I knew Dirk was a n***a, yo. I knew there was a reason we liked Dirk. Foxy Brown and Lil Kim? The n***a got ratchet taste! He definitely does. He’s the leader in ratchet. Shout out to Foxy, shout out to Lil Kim. Those are my peoples, I love them.” From there, Cam added: “He like our old joints. You had one, I had one. I think. I don’t know, maybe I’m buggin.’”

As for Dirk, he revealed Brown and Kim as his crushes during an episode of Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson’s All the Smoke podcast. He said: “Childhood crush? I mean the ’90s? I mean, Lil Kim. Foxy Brown.” Foxy ended up responding to Dirk’s admission in a comment on social media. She wrote: “[Love] u DIRK Haaaaaaaa![fire emojis] HEAVY ON DAT OREO LIFE!!!!! @swish41 [laughing emoji] WHAT WOULD Y’ALL NAME IT? [laughing emojis].”

While reacting to a statement in which retired NBA player Dirk Nowitzki named Lil Kim and Foxy Brown as his childhood crushes, Cam’ron insinuates that both he and Mase have slept with Lil Kim and Foxy Brown.

The hostility is due to allegations surrounding J. Cyrus, who’s been accused of mistreating numerous young women.

During a recent interview with Montreality, Sexyy Red opened up about her love life. More specifically, the “Pound Town” rapper revealed the most romantic thing a guy has ever done for her. One might expect a story of rose petals and chocolates, but apparently, that’s just not Sexyy’s style. She shared that the gesture to win her heart above all was, in fact, a robbery.

“It was my first boyfriend,” Sexyy Red remembered fondly. “I was just in high school, he was a little older than me, and it was Valentine’s Day. I’ll never forget. He robbed somebody and gave me the money and gave me the belt he stole, and it was just so sweet ’cause he was out of breath and stuff. He was like, ‘Here, I just got this for you.’ I was like, ‘Awe, so sweet. Thank you.’ Because nobody ever did nothing like that for me. He stole for me. So, I was like, ‘Oh, you did that for me? For nearly 30 minutes, “It’s Getting Personal” finds the couple spilling some tea on their romance, with Pippen even revealing that she stored Jordan’s name in her phone under a secret identity to avoid anyone in her life piecing the puzzle together. “I could never really put your under your name… So I put you under Marc Jacob,” the mother of four confessed to listeners. As her former college athlete beau laughed, he admitted that he didn’t find out about that until their relationship officially began.

“I feel like when we first started dating, it was random,” Jordan admitted, expressing understanding for Pippen’s desire to keep things lowkey.
