Latto’s Rolling Loud Set Was Disrupted By A Phone-Throwning Fan, Despite Her Past Warning

Over the past few months, entertainers have been trying everything to get fans to stop throwing things on stage during their performances. Drake outright told It’s All A Blur attendees to only throw bras, while Latto went a step further and threatened a fan with an ass beating during a recent show. Unfortunately, her warning went unheeded by at least one fan at Rolling Loud, as Latto was forced to nearly stop the show after someone threw a phone on stage while she performed “Muwop.”

It’s difficult to see any flying objects in the video, but Latto’s body language says enough. She stops rapping for a bit, looking extremely peeved, before she adjusts her outfit and gets back to work. She’s enough of a pro to recognize that the show must go on, but for a second, it does look like she’s ready to rumble after all.

Latto had a more positive fan experience at another recent festival performance when a fan who wanted her attention got it in an appropriate way, holding up a sign that read “Latto, sign my ass.” She obliged, then joined the fan in an impromptu twerk session. This seems like some thing more fans should try instead of throwing their $800 supercomputers at performers.

Fans Think ASAP Rocky Dissed Travis Scott At Rolling Loud

ASAP Rocky fans believe that the rapper dissed Travis Scott during his headlining set at Rolling Loud in Miami on Sunday night. While performing music from his upcoming album, Don’t De Dumb, Rocky called out an unnamed artist for stealing his flow and style.

“First you stole my flow, so I stole your bitch/Then you stole my style, I need at least like 10 percent/ All due disrespect, I hope you take offense,” Rocky raps in the song. When a clip of the moment made its way to The Shade Room, fans on Instagram had mixed reactions to the track. “He’s talking about Travis Scott for the slow ones in the back,” one fan noted. Others complained about the quality of Rocky’s music and questioned his fanbase. “I had no idea ASAP had a fan base that big,” one commented, while another wrote: “The way his music plummeted over the years is wild.”

Despite ample negativity, plenty of fans did come to Rocky’s defense. “People in here downplaying rocky clearly know nothing about the [goat emoji] status he’s already obtained in his own career,” one fan argued. Another wrote: “First off there will be no Rocky slander. Anybody who don’t know who Rocky is just say that. Rocky is Rocky not just Rihanna’s BD. Do u think she would just have 2 babies w a random rapper? He is Kanye’s Predecessor & the reason y’all dress the way y’all do and wear Jays, y’all know nothing about y’all own culture. He the reason y’all wear that fake Vlone and wear grills. Hes a Literal Goat stop it & his Artistry as an artist has been copied countless times let alone his swagg ran off w it.” Check out Rocky’s apparent Travis Scott diss below.

Thanks To Travis Scott’s Rolling Loud Miami Performance, His ‘Utopia’ Album Release Date Might’ve Just Been Revealed

So far, Rolling Loud Miami 2023 has been full of shocking on-stage moments. On Saturday, July 22, headliner Travis Scott did something relatively low-key: He simply revealed his album Utopia‘s forthcoming release date.

Nearing the end of Scott’s set, the date July 28, 2023, flashed on the screen being him. One person on Twitter commented on the revelation, writing, “I need Utopia bad @trvisXX 🥲.” Scott replied, “Meet me here on Monday. We shall eat sooooonnn,” implying that more information would be shared on June 24.

But that wasn’t the only thing revealed during Scott’s set. He also played the trailer for his upcoming A24 film, Circus Maximus, which will also debut on the same day. So far, details about the movie have been largely kept from the public.

Utopia has been years in the making. On Friday, June 21, Scott dropped the first track from the album, “KPop,” which features Bad Bunny and The Weeknd.

Hidden within the official video for the record were hint that when Scott does hit the road to support that album, it will be on a grand scale, which is to say stadiums only. In addition to the tour, Scott’s team is working to host a special concert outside of the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt.

Sexyy Red’s ‘Iconic’ 2023 Rolling Loud Miami Entrance Has Users Online Looking To Put The Rapper In The Dog House

Rolling Loud Miami 2023’s lineup reads like a who’s who of rap. But even with acts like Playboi Carti and Travis Scott headlining the festival, Sexxy Red’s performance is what has set the internet ablaze.

To be specific, social media went nuts over the performer’s “iconic” entrance. As Sexyy Red headed to the stage dressed, it wasn’t her jeweled bra that caught people’s eyes. It was her pretending to walk two men on leashes as if they were animals that shocked viewers. While the festival dubbed the entrance “Iconic,” after uploading the clip on Instagram, their followers had something else to say about it.

“J Balvin did this and got in trouble. She does this and nothing,” wrote one.

Another wrote, “Something about Black men and chains.”

Someone else wrote, “So when NLE Choppa walked her and Suki like dogs in his video, the narrative was ‘Black women gotta do better.’ But now, since it’s Black men, it’s just disrespectful, and every Black man in the world isn’t included? Interesting.”

Although people online were overwhelmingly against the act, there were several people that didn’t take issue with it. One such person wrote, “That’s hard. All y’all saying those dudes are lame is just hating because this is a show. It’s called a performance, just like acting. If you don’t do it, someone else will. If I was them, I would be proud of my moment.”

Another wrote, “Not y’all kink shaming. BDSM is a thing, folks.”

Kodak Black Says He Got $600K In Bitcoin From Drake, Salutes 1090 Jake At RL Miami

Kodak Black is having one wild weekend, as he just performed as one of the biggest artists at Rolling Loud Miami on Friday (July 21). While his set was quite bizarre, what with him rambling on and refusing to leave the stage until the last second, it was nonetheless very entertaining and held many of his big hits. In fact, he even took the time to debut his verse on his new collaboration with 6ix9ine and his girlfriend Yailin la Mas Viral, “Shaka Laka.” Of course, a lot of people aren’t happy with this collab since the rainbow-haired rapper is shunned as a snitch in the hip-hop community, but Kodak doesn’t care. Interestingly enough, Yak also took the time to salute another figure in the rap world that faces similar accusations- and exposes people for it, too.

“That’s why I salute 1090 Jake, for putting all these f**k n***as out there,” Kodak Black said onstage. “I got s**t to do, I got people to take care of, you heard me?” For those unaware, 1090 Jake often makes headlines by posting alleged paperwork of rappers online, which always causes a lot of debate. One recent hip-hop affiliate who faced this was Quality Control CEO Pierre “P” Thomas.

Kodak Black Shows Love To 1090 Jake Onstage

However, that wasn’t all the Rolling Loud-related Kodak Black content that graced this week. Another was an interview that MONTREALITY did with him at Rolling Loud Portugal, an animated conversation that held a behind-the-scenes look at his industry relationships. At one point, the Florida MC shouted out a certain Canadian superstar for his generosity and support. “That boy Aubrey!” he exclaimed. “That’s my dog. Drake sent me like 600 bands in Bitcoin. Drake dropped that s**t on me. He said I’m his favorite rapper. I love that n**a.”

Yak Shouts Out Drake

Meanwhile, Kodak may have just done a 6ix9ine collab, but he has bigger dreams to pursue. Recently, he expressed his belief that he and Katy Perry, who are on the same label, could cook up some real heat together. Hopefully that wild crossover arrives one day, and if not, a Drake feature will certainly do the trick. Regardless, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Kodak Black, Drake, and 1090 Jake.

Playboi Carti Plays New Music At Rolling Loud Miami, Says New Album Is Coming “ASAP”

Playboi Carti just had an incredibly eventful and surprisingly enlightening night for his Rolling Loud Miami headlining performance. Of course, Cardi’s energy absolutely electrified the crowd as he went through old classics, Whole Lotta Red hits, and even new unreleased music. Given his time back in the studio, this is incredibly exciting news for fans who have been waiting for a new release for almost three years now. Moreover, it seems like the trap pioneer only gets bigger with each passing festival set, and he brought a lot of special things for this concert in particular beyond the songs he played. Furthermore, he recreated an Opium gas station onstage with some cars to boot, and he got to interact with a lot of fans that followed him around afterwards.

During these interactions, Playboi Carti suggested that his new album, rumored to be titled Music, will be out “ASAP.” While this may seem like wishful thinking to many, other recent revelations point to that conclusion, as well. For example, he recently announced the “Antagonist” tour, which will feature him, Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely, and Homixide Gang. What’s more is that, according to descriptions of the Opium trek from its Berlin venue, Music is set to release at some point during these performance dates.

Elsewhere during his Miami weekend, Playboi Carti hit the E11EVEN nightclub for a wild and bizarre afterparty. That’s because, as the 26-year-old performed atop a cage, his Opium labelmates stood inside it. Sure, it’s just a nightclub performance, but this adds onto the stacked list of raucous and provocative stage design that Carti graces festivals with. For those who went to Rolling Loud Miami last year, you may remember that his cohorts wrecked white vans with baseball bats as he performed. Regardless, he got to interact with fans and even did his first “interview” in years thanks to a fit check from Chris Smoove.

Meanwhile, fans call the new track that Carti featured during Rolling Loud Miami 2023 “Pop Out.” He’s previewed it before, but that doesn’t make it any less exciting to listen to, especially when you have a screaming vamp in front of you. Throughout his set, he consistently thanked fans for their support, and all this hype around him suggests that we’ll get Music soon. On that note, for more news and the latest updates on Playboi Carti, come back to HNHH.
