Doja Cat’s Mother Granted Restraining Order Against Allegedly Abusive Son

One of the most traumatic personal dramas in Doja Cat’s personal life seems to be resolved, at least for now. Dating back to last year there were reports going around that Doja’s brother was physically abusive. One particular example of his abuse included an incident where he knocked one of Doja’s teeth out and damaged some of her property. When approached by press and asked about the allegations, Doja’s brother didn’t give any comment at first. Ultimately he did though saying “I don’t have a restraining order against me.”

Despite what he claims, Doja Cat’s brother now very much does have a restraining order against him. According to Radar Online, the judge has officially granted Doja’s mom Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer a restraining order against her brother Raman Dalithando Dlamini. The first reports of a proposed restraining order first leaked online last month. Now just around a week later it’s been granted. Raman failed to appear for the scheduled court date and the judge sides with Swayer’s testimony as a result. The restraining order that was ultimately granted lasts for 5 years.

Doja Cat’s Brother Officially Hit With Restraining Order From His Mother: Report

Authorities officially served Doja Cat’s brother with a restraining order barring him from contact with his mother on January 23, Radar Online shared based on reportedly obtained court documents. For those unaware, he faced accusations of physical and verbal abuse against both women. Moreover, the court tried to serve Raman Dalithando Dlamini with paperwork twice before, which failed, but they found him at his Studio City, California apartment. Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer, his mother, filed for the order against her 30-year-old son this month. claiming the Scarlet superstar sustained physical injuries following her brother’s assault.

Not only that, but Doja Cat’s mother alleged that Raman “verbally assaulted her in a very degrading and demeaning manner,” making the artist feel “unsafe and traumatized” thanks to theft and damage of property in addition to all this. Also, Sawyer accused her son of being “violent” towards her several times over the past year up to this very month as of most recently. including a threat of murder. She mentioned multiple temporary restraining orders against him since 2017 in her filing, but remarked that they all expired. For what it’s worth, the 30-year-old denied these claims, maintained there is no restraining order against him, and said that his family hasn’t seen him “in years.”

Furthermore, the “JEEZU” hitmaker has yet to publicly respond to this scandal, and so does Sawyer. Whether it’s about the allegations themselves or the legal action, this came as a shock to many online. Regardless, TMZ reported that a court granted a temporary order protecting Doja Cat’s mother, and it could possibly become permanent in the future. However, the rapper and singer doesn’t have that safeguard yet, as she would have to file her own motion for a restraining order.

Kevin Hart’s Tasha K Restraining Order Request Shot Down By Judge

In December, Kevin Hart filed a lawsuit against Tasha K, accusing the gossip blogger of extortion. She previously sat down with his ex-assistant, Miesha Shakes, for a damning interview. In the interview, Shakes accused Hart of cheating on his wife, having a gambling problem, and more. According to him, Tasha K and her team allegedly later threatened to release the full interview if he didn’t pay her $250K.

Reportedly, the comedian refused. Hart went on to file for a temporary restraining order against Tasha K this month, accusing her of tarnishing his reputation with the interview. “Working in the entertainment industry, my livelihood depends in large part on my reputation and the public’s perception of me. That perception is of particular concern in light of the fact that I am involved in a number of family-oriented projects, such as the Jumanji franchise, Fatherhood, Captain Underpants, The Secret Life of Pets, and others,” the filing reads.

Judge Claims Hart’s Motion Was Too “Vague”

Now, however, his request has been denied. According to Rolling Stone, Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff argued that Hart’s request lacked important details necessary for him to grant the temporary restraining order. “Part of the problem I have is that there are no direct quotes of what occurred in the hour-and-a-half interview,” Beckloff said, calling Hart’s motion “just a really vague, over-broad request that doesn’t address actual malice.”

Hart’s lawyer Donte Mills proceeded to argue with the judge to no avail. “There’s no questioning them. There are things said by the speakers that are illegal. It’s defamatory, it’s extortion, and it absolutely shows malice on their part,” he explained. “Not once was there ever any claim stating that my client committed a crime until this video. Sarunas Jackson’s Keke Palmer Restraining Order Denied: Report

A judge in California has denied Sarunas Jackson’s request for a temporary restraining order against Keke Palmer. In doing so, they cited “insufficient evidence” that Palmer could cause “irreparable harm” to Sarunas. The judge will revisit the request on February 7, 2024 and give a more formal ruling, according to court documents obtained by The Shade Room.

In his original filing, Sarunas referenced an incident on January 11th, during which he says Palmer and her mother harassed him with false allegations. “She has made foul claims that I have sexual abuse claims on me when I do not,” he wrote in the filing. “I have never done such a thing. She has gone to the media & has used her celebrity [sic] to publicly lie on [sic] my family and myself, which has resulted in death threats by the public [sic].”

Darius Jackson’s brother, Sarunas, has filed a restraining order against Keke Palmer, as well as her mother, Sharon Palmer. In the filing obtained by The Blast, he accuses them of “harassment.” In turn, he wants them restricted from coming within “150 yards” of him, his family, his home, and his workplace. Additionally, he requests she not be allowed to “speak publicly or privately about me or my family.” The order stems from an incident on January 11th, during which Sarunas says the Palmers harassed him with false allegations.

Allegedly, her team threatened to drop a damning interview with one of his ex-assistants if he didn’t hand over $250K. The ex-assistant in question, Miesha Shakes, made several shocking accusations against the comedian during the interview. She alleged that Hart cheated on his wife, has a gambling addiction, and more.

Despite having been sent a cease and desist, Tasha K posted various clips from the interview. Hart alleges that his reputation has been damaged as a result. According to new legal documents obtained by Radar Online, he has now asked a judge to grant him a temporary restraining order against the internet personality.

“After my refusal to pay, the interview was published,” he also says. “After its publication, I watched the Interview and saw that, in addition to discussing private matters in breach of the NDA, Shakes made statements about me that were simply false, including that I supposedly made a secret video recording of a sexual encounter and faced criminal charges regarding that supposed incident. I did not record any such video, and I have never faced criminal charges in connection with that alleged incident or any related matters.” The judge has yet to rule on the motion. Chrisean Rock arrived at his home to drop off their son, but according to her, things took an unfortunate turn. While he blasted her for having the four-month-old positioned in the vehicle without a car seat, she alleges that he physically assaulted her.

Amid the debacle, he’s taken to Twitter to sound off on the new mother, and to once again deny being Chrisean Jr.’s father. Keke Palmer’s Ex Darius Jackson Accuses Her Of Domestic Violence

According to new court documents obtained by RadarOnline, the father of Keke Palmer’s child, Darius Jackson, has accused the performer of abuse. Reportedly, he filed a motion today (December 15) alleging that she physically assaulted him on various instances. He accuses her of “violently” gripping his arm, punching him in the face at a birthday party, and more.

On top of his allegations of physical abuse, he also claims that Palmer has hurled insults at him on multiple occasions, calling him a “loser,” “punk,” “b*tch,” and more. Jackson additionally alleges that Palmer once called him 200 times and sent him 50 emails after a spat, when he told her he wouldn’t be staying with her overnight. He provided text messages in attempts to back up his claims, which appear to show Palmer admitting that she felt “ashamed” of the way she had treated him during a disagreement.

“I’m sorry for hitting you,” Palmer allegedly wrote. “I’m sorry for being afraid to lose you and that turning into me acting out of fear and desperation. That was not the best me that you received and I’m sorry for that.” In a subsequent message, she seemingly advised him to pray about the situation. “I am mad at the situation, I’m mad at myself … I’m deeply affected and afraid because it’s such a deep heaviness that I don’t want to feel anymore. It’s not your fault nor your job to alleviate it from me,” she also added, per the outlet. “I honestly need you to pray on it.”

Jackson is also pushing for Palmer’s restraining order against him to be dropped. The news comes after Palmer accused Jackson of physical and emotional abuse in November, filing for a restraining order and custody of their son, Leodis.
