Trevor Ariza Child Support Settlement Revealed

Trevor Ariza will be required to pay $10,000 a month in child support. Additionally, he will cover all schooling and medical expenses. Furthermore, Ariza will make a one-time payment of $664,000 to his ex-wife, Bree Anderson. The public details of the child support agreement come after months of bitter legal disputes between the former NBA player and his ex-wife. Previously, Anderson had sought $60,000 a month from Ariza. Meanwhile, Ariza argued that his income had significantly declined since he retired from the league in 2022.

“The total amount of the equalization payment is a compromise between the Parties and each Party agrees that the equalization payment equitably divides the community assets and debts, and other claims that either Party has or may have against the other in connection with this dissolution of marriage proceeding,” documents regarding the agreement read. Furthermore, the pair agreed to forgo direct contact with one another. They will be required to remain 50 feet apart while jointly attending events for their children. While they will share custody, co-parenting will seemingly be limited.

Ariza retired from the NBA in 2022 after 18 years in the league. His career included one ring, won back in 2009 with the Lakers. Based on contractual data, it’s believed that Ariza earned somewhere in the region of $116 million during his career. During child support hearings, Anderson argued that she and their children had enjoyed a “lavish lifestyle” while she was with Ariza. As a result, she argued that a similar level of quality should not be denied to their children following the divorce.

Furthermore, Anderson will earn one-half interest from Ariza’s NBA retirement fund. However, she will not receive spousal support or help paying things such as credit card bills. Meanwhile, Anderson will reside in the couple’s home in San Diego while Ariza will use the property in Playa Vista. Additionally, they will share joint custody of their two children. The logistics of this clause were questioned by some given the agreement to remain 50 feet apart and not communicate directly.

The marriage, which was originally thought to be ceremonial only, was confirmed to be legally binding, last week. The source notes that, “Kanye and Bianca were legally married last year when they had their private ceremony in Beverly Hills, it was real and legal.”

“Ye has been a megastar for two decades and counting, and his first marriage was to someone who lives almost full-time in front of a camera,” the insider further said. “Bianca and Ye have a totally different vibe. They are very private, very affectionate and totally devoted to each other. I think they both enjoy carving out time that’s just for them.”

As for how their marriage is going, a source recently told The Daily Mail that West has set a strict set of guidelines that Censori must follow. “Kanye has a set of rules for Bianca, which includes never speak and wear what he wants her to wear,” the source claimed. “She is also required to eat certain food items and to work out even though Kanye doesn’t work out.” The outlet also obtained documents showing that West and Censori married on December 20, 2022, using a “confidential marriage license.”

West has spoken out about his religious beliefs numerous times over the years. After the release of his ninth studio album, Jesus Is King, West reflected on his faith during an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe. “Now that I’m in service to Christ, my job is to spread the Gospel, to let people know what Jesus has done for me,” he said at the time. Ahead of the release of her forthcoming memoir, Worthy, she sat down for a tell-all interview with PEOPLE where she dived into everything including her marriage to Will and the controversial award show moment. Apparently, the two are not “romantically together,” though they aren’t formally divorced on paper.

“We’re still figuring it out,” she told PEOPLE. “We’ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together. We just got deep love for each other and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us.” As far as the Oscars moment, she said that she thought it was a skit. Still, she said that she’s going to continue to stand by Will Smith no matter what. “I’m going to be by his side,” she said of him. “But also allow him to have to figure this out for himself.”

It was the first game since rumors about the couple emerged that Swift did not attend. However, fans wonder if she will be heading back to Missouri for the Chiefs’ Thursday night game against the Broncos.

Furthermore, Kelce has been reportedly telling friends that Swift is helping him play well and stay healthy. “He jokes that she is his good luck charm,” a source told The Messenger. Elsewhere, Kelce spoke on the relationship the same day that Swift reportedly came to visit him. “It feels like I was on top of the world after the Super Bowl and right now I’m even more on top of the world,” the tight end told reporters on Friday.

Meanwhile, Kelce also addressed the increased presence of paparazzi in his life following the news that he was dating Swift. “It comes with it. Ne-Yo’s Ex Facing Gag Order Relating To Custody Battle

R&B singer Ne-Yo and his ex Sade Bagnerise are currently locked in a custody battle in the courts. Earlier this year the singer, whose real name is Shaffer Smith, filed in court to establish himself as the father of the pair’s two children. According to The Jasmine Brand, he asked for multiple things from the judge in the trial. Included in his requests is a DNA test on the younger child. He requested it so that the child could be given Smith’s last name. He’s also seeking joint legal and physical custody of the children alongside his ex.

In a countersuit filed by Bagnerise, she requests that he be given legal custody, but she retains primary physical custody. “In Sadè’s counterclaim, she reportedly requested that Ne-Yo have the children every other weekend with alternating holiday time. She also asked for court-ordered temporary and permanent child support,” they explain. After the court made the easy decision of giving Ne-Yo joint legal custody, they’re beginning the more involved legal process of sorting out the physical custody of the children. In the newest court proceedings, Ne-Yo is making sure that Bagnerise can’t speak on their case publicly. “In his newest motion, Ne-Yo argued it would best benefit his children to keep certain information about the case — such as his finances, the location of his homes, the amount of child support he will be paying, and the entire settlement agreement — hidden from the public.”

He also doubled down on keeping the case private. He’s not only requesting that the results be kept private, but also that Bagnerise be barred from speaking on the legal battles in any public format while they’re ongoing.
