Tristan Thompson Ordered To Pay Baby Mama $58K In Owed Child Support

A judge has ordered Tristan Thompson to pay Maralee Nichols $58K in owed child support. Thompson reportedly skipped payments between September 2023 and January 2024 after being ordered to pay Nichols $9.5K a month. The couple share a two-year-old son, Theo.

Of course, Theo isn’t the only child Thompson has been accused of neglecting. “Its been so hard to refrain from speaking up, and out of respect for my sister, I haven’t for over 7 years. but this is just too much. It’s so painful to see how Tristan can find the time to do these nice things for others but can’t seem to show up and be a real parent to my nephew Prince,” read a post from the sister of another of Thompson’s BMs last year. Additionally, the post went on to call out Kim Kardashian for defending Thompson’s character on a “global platform”.

Elsewhere, Kourtney Kardashian spent most of her time on the latest season of The Kardashians going after Thompson. “I see these TikTok videos and there’s these people and they’re like, ‘I am a sociopath narcissist. I have no empathy, no feelings.’ Do you think there’s any part of you that relates to that?” Kardashian asked Thompson in a late-season episode. Thompson attempted to deflect, focusing his response on Khloé. “You should definitely feel the way you feel, 100%, because if it was my sister, I’d feel the same way. I think for me, you know, I want Khloé to be happy and whatever that may be, I’m fully supportive of that,” Thompson replied.

However, Kourtney remained unconvinced. “Yeah, like if the actions don’t match the words, it’s hard to believe the person with the actions,” she shot back at Thompson. Furthermore, Kourtney took aim at not just Thompson, but also her family at large. “In this family, you guys are so lucky — all the guys — because for whatever reason, it’s held a higher priority of, ‘Let’s keep everyone happy and getting along, and let’s make sure Tristan is at Christmas Eve and everyone’s there, and it’s one big happy family and let’s make sure everything’s fun and happy’. For some reason, that takes a priority in this family over setting a boundary or having someone’s back or having someone’s side,” Kourtney lamented.

Marlon Wayans Sued For Child Support By Alleged Baby Mama

Marlon Wayans has been sued by Brittany Moreland, who is seeking child support for the child Wayans allegedly fathered with her last year. Moreland says she makes $21K a month but spends $14K on rent and other necessities. Meanwhile, she alleges that Wayans makes $200K a month and is more than able to pay child support. Wayans has not publicly responded to the allegations at this time.

Furthermore, many fans have found the maternity photos that Moreland posted during her pregnancy. A man she claims to be the baby’s father is present in the photo. However, he is facing away from the camera and is not tagged in the photo. Despite this, a number of Moreland’s friends have claimed that the man is in fact Wayans.

Soulja Boy Threatens To Sue Woman Claiming To Be His Baby Mama

Earlier this week, a woman named Lindsay Reid hopped online to share a message with Soulja Boy, which he responded to with a legal threat. In a TikTok, Reid accused Soulja Boy of being the father of her daughter and refusing to be there for the child physically or financially. Allegedly, she told the rapper she was expecting in January of last year, and he’s yet to show his face.

Reid also alleges that he threatened to post an explicit video of her on social media, and later sent her a screenshot of it demanding that she unblock him. “I’ve given you more than enough time,” she says in her TikTok, “I’ve been lenient with you.” Reid went on to read messages she allegedly sent to Soulja Boy, offering to work out a financial agreement outside of court. Now, however, she’s seeking child support.

Soon after she put the “Crank That” performer on blast, he issued a response, making it clear that he didn’t appreciate the allegations. He took to social media to show off legal documents that stated their child support case was closed. Moreover, he insists the child isn’t even his, and threatened to take legal action against Reid for dragging him publicly.

“You want to play on this internet,” he says in a new video before going into the info listed in the legal docs. “Now I’m about to sue you and every goddamn blog that posted this sh*t for defamation of character.”

Tyrese Claims He Can’t Afford $10K Child Support Payments Due To Actors’ Strike

It’s no secret that last year’s Hollywood strikes continue to take a toll on those in the film industry. According to new legal documents, Tyrese is no exception. The docs, obtained by Radar Online, show that the performer recently gave a judge an explanation for why he was short on his latest child support payment. He revealed that due to the actor’s strike, his income has drastically decreased, making it difficult to keep up.

“The years in which he films [a Fast & Furious] franchise movie, his income is the highest in those years. In 2022, [Gibson] filmed the franchise movie in question, and he has not filmed any segment in that franchise movie since 2022. Consequently, [Gibson’s] income has fluctuated downward since the trial in this case, and as expected, [Gibson] does not earn the same amount that he earned in August 2022,” his statement reads.

Killer Mike has an idea to change the way child support works in the United States and proposed the solution to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. In a video shared on YouTube, Mike speaks with the presidential candidate at a barbershop in Atlanta.

Mike began by clarifying that his jumping in the video was not an official endorsement of the candidate. He then proposed his change for child support: “This is the two-year plan: first two years are debt free. You don’t have to pay anything back so she doesn’t have to drag him into court and the court can say you owe us money for investing in your child in food programs and head start programs because in those two years he has the option to then go to a trade school. In my community, the girls are going to college and graduating. They have no men to marry because the boys are not going to college in the same way.” By the end of the conversation ends, Kennedy jokes, “Do you wanna be Vice President?”

Well, on Wednesday, Drizzy finally gave us the music video and it boasted a unique DIY aesthetic. Sexyy Red’s water breaks during the video and we get to see her in the hospital as well. The situation took another surprising turn in November, when Taylor’s secret divorce filing started making its rounds online. The singer accused Shumpert of displaying traits of a narcissist, being jealous of her career, infidelity, and more. Her claims didn’t stop there, however. In court documents obtained by TMZ, she accused him of being under the influence while caring for their two children. Now, she’s back with even more allegations against her ex, this time involving her and her kids’ home. According to Taylor, Shumpert has begun to shut off the utilities in the house, which she claims to have noticed just this month. She recalls waking up one day to find that the WiFi and cable had been turned off, and only a day later, the water.

According to the documents, Shumpert’s brother informed Taylor that the power in the home would be shut off shortly after he moved out in October. She alleges that ever since, he hasn’t helped her cover any of the kids’ expenses. Taylor’s asking the judge to hold him in contempt for violating their standing order, and to order him to pay child support. Nia Long & Ime Udoka Child Support Settlement Revealed

Nia Long and Ime Udoka found themselves in the middle of a very harsh breakup recently. Overall, it all started when it was revealed that Udoka had an affair with a Celtics staffer. Subsequently, Udoka was let go by the Celtics, while Long broke up with the head coach. Since then, Udoka has gone on to become the head coach of the Houston Rockets. Meanwhile, Long has continued to raise their son Kez. Just a few months ago, she filed for custody, and this has led to a bit of a legal battle.

However, according to TMZ, a new development has come forth in the custody case. Firstly, Long will now have sole physical custody of Kez, however, Ime still has visitation rights. Due to his traveling schedule as an NBA head coach, this was a mutual decision. Secondly, due to the income disparity, Udoka will have to pay Long $32.5K per month. As the report explains, Udoka is making $400K per month. Meanwhile, Long is making $20K, which is why the child support is relatively high.

Things could have been worse for Udoka who was told he might have to pay a total of $56K per month. In the end, the two decided to bring that number down substantially. Either way, this brings about the end of a pretty messy breakup. This whole story was huge in the tabloids last year, and many were curious how it would all end. Darius McCrary Arrested, Reportedly Owes Over $50K In Child Support

Last month, former Family Matters star Darius McCrary was arrested for failure to pay child support. He was booked on a felony charge on November 27, reportedly owing upwards of $50K. McCrary is a father to three children, two daughters and a son. He was later arraigned and pled not guilty to the charge.

A judge then set his bond at just over $13K, and per their terms, McCrary would have to wear a GPS device. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, however, he’s still in custody. Unfortunately, this also isn’t the first time McCrary’s run into some issues for allegedly failing to pay child support. He was similarly arrested back in 2015 for being behind by roughly $5K, but was released the same day. In 2017, he revealed that he was struggling to make payments due to financial strain, claiming that he only brought in $500 the year prior.

In a 2020 interview with VladTV, the actor spoke about the nonprofit he founded, FathersCare. The organization aims to assist fathers by providing them with the resources they need to be the best parents they can be. During his conversation with DJ Vlad, he raised issues with the court system, arguing that it oftentimes “pushes” fathers out of their children’s lives. “My experience with my son has led me down a very difficult road,” he explained. “It’s been a really ugly experience of what the court system can do to men who really want to be in their children’s lives.”

“The system wasn’t broken it was designed this way,” he added, elaborating on his organization’s mission. “It’s a cold-blooded hustle, man. Antonio Brown Shades Baby Mama While Paying Child Support: Watch

Antonio Brown took aim at the mother of his 15-year-old daughter while making a child support payment this weekend. Brown posted a video to social media showing a large wad of cash and what appeared to be an alimony receipt. However, Brown could also be heard singing Jeezy’s “I’m Back”. “And I don’t wanna tell my child that his moms ain’t shit. And this ain’t about me, she just a money hungry bitch,” Brown sang on the video. It is unclear if there is a deadline by which Brown must pay the outstanding $16,000.

Brown’s reported payment of around $15,000 of child support came after he was briefly arrested over the weekend. In August, a judge had handed down a warrant for Brown over unpaid child support. However, when his ex spoke to TMZ last week, the outstanding amount had more doubled. “Right now, he’s making a mockery out of the judge, out of everything, because he feels like he’s untouchable,” Wiltrice Jackson said of Brown.

Woman On TikTok Says Brown Got Her Pregnant

However, large child support payments are not the only fatherhood scandal that the ex-Steeler is facing. Earlier this month, a woman on TikTok alleged that she is currently pregnant with Brown’s child. While largely unverified, the woman also showed purported DMs between her and Brown. The woman can be seen calling AB “daddy” while Brown can be seen at least expressing interest in hooking up with her. The woman is reportedly from Miami, at least based on a general interpretation of her messages. Brown primarily resides in the state.

Brown has not directly responded to the allegations. However, some of his posts at the time could be taken as subtweets. Brown has posted several memes to X in recent days. One reads “I may not be a gynecologist but I know a cunt when I see one.” However, as mentioned, there is very little in the way of explicit proof that Brown is the cause of the woman’s pregnancy. Despite this, it does remain a developing story.
