Boosie Badazz Reacts To Playboi Carti “Thong” Photo: “You Thought About Getting Inserted”

We already know that Boosie Badazz has a disdain for other MCs snitching, but now, he’s having a field day over recent photos of Playboi Carti that went viral. In the images, the Whole Lotta Red artist appears to have either the back of an unbuttoned bodysuit, or a thong, hanging out the back of his pants. The entertainer is obviously free to wear what he wants, but some internet trolls felt uncomfortable after seeing the pictures, including Boosie.

As XXL notes, the garment isn’t women’s underwear at all, but actually appears to be a piece from Rick Owens’ collaboration with Champion, crafted to give the illusion of wearing a thong. While going Live on Instagram, the Louisana native shared his thoughts on Carti’s fashion. “You saw the boy just put a thong on, bro. Playboi Carti,” Boosie began. “He put a thong up his a**, bro. You mean to tell me a man put a thong up his a** and not think about being a female?” the 41-year-old asked in confusion.

According to Boosie, the “Magnolia” hitmaker is experiencing jealousy regarding his famous ex, Iggy Azalea and her bodacious bod, which she makes a killing showing off on OnlyFans. “I don’t understand it, bro. He must have been jealous of his baby mama,” Boosie’s rant continued. “Iggy’s a** is beautiful with a thong on. Did you get mad and go into competition? Last week, Homeland Security raided two of Diddy’s mansions as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation, leaving the public in awe. Since then, the Bad Boy Records founder has been subject to even more scrutiny than usual, as countless social media users and peers share their reactions online. Most recently, R. Kelly even shared his thoughts on the debacle during a chat with Wack 100 on Clubhouse. He was critical of the investigation and others’ responses.

“The sh*t is cr*zy. For those who don’t know, R. Kelly is currently in prison for crimes similar to those Diddy is accused of, including sex trafficking, lewd acts with a child, and more. R. Kelly isn’t the only inmate to weigh in Diddy’s allegations as of late, however. Another convicted felon, Suge Knight, also recently shared his take on the raids. “It’s a bad day for hip hop, for the culture, for Black people,” he said. “‘Cause when one look bad, we all look bad… That’s definitely nothing to cheer about. I’ll tell you what Puffy, your life is in danger… You know they’re gonna get you if they can.”

Ari Fletcher, Moneybagg Yo’s girlfriend, stars in the racy video, showing off her twerking skills in a string bikini. So far, listeners are enjoying the track and its accompanying visual, but Fletcher took to Twitter/X today to share her own thoughts.

“I’m so f*cking single!” she wrote, later responding to a fan with, “F*ck that song and that video.” Of course, this left followers confused, as she and Moneybagg appeared to be doing more than okay in the video. Countless commenters told her that they didn’t believe the announcement, which appeared to be written in anger or annoyance. Moneybagg Yo even responded to the Tweet with several laughing emojis, telling her “never.”

In the wake of the announcement hoards of fans took to social media to show their love for the move and their anticipation for the upcoming album. One person who wasn’t happy with the move was Azealia Banks. She took to Instagram to express her issues with how the move appears. “Them critics are not just going to accept an ugly blond wig and , bullying from jay-z !!! It’s giving big time musical grift. Yes black girls can make country music … but you’re just really not hitting the button.” she said.

Now that the album is finally out, Banks is once again sharing her thoughts. She asked on social media if she was about to eat her words before giving the album a first listen, but quickly followed it up saying “absolutely not.” “Themes r redundant. The lyrics are really forced. Album is too long… Plus who is this imaginary adversary sis thinks still wants to hump on j in 2024” her response begins. She doesn’t entirely hate the record and even picks out some elements of it she likes. But she concludes her judgement by revealing that she dozed off while listening to the album. On Monday (March 25) the hip-hop world continued to react to news of federal authorities raiding Diddy’s properties in California, Miami, and New York for investigations of alleged sex trafficking. “Now it’s not Diddy do it, it’s Diddy done,” 50 Cent captioned an Instagram post that reposted a TMZ headline of the development. “They don’t come like that unless they got a case.” Fif seemingly thinks Sean Combs isn’t getting out of this, as officials reportedly detained people like Justin and King Combs at the scene during this process. However, this is still a pretty early story in the news cycle, so take these initial claims with a grain of salt.

“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners,” a Homeland Security representative told TMZ on Monday. “We will provide further information as it becomes available.” Of course, this follows a long pattern of 50 Cent trolling Diddy over this and many more aspects in the past. What’s more is that this wasn’t the end of his attempts this week.

Moreover, 50 Cent returned later on Monday to share an artificial intelligence-generated “response” to all this from Donald Trump with a bizarre deepfake clip in which he warns Diddy of his crimes for being around R. Kelly, asks for a copy of Meek Mill’s sex tape, and calls him the n-word repeatedly. “The world’s almost over,” the G-Unit mogul captioned the video on Instagram. “So what are we worried about. Who ever made this is f***ed up. I think Trumps gonna be president again, but I’m not gonna say that.”

Moreover, if you haven’t already heard for some reason, K-Dot dissed them on “Like That” off Future and Metro Boomin’s new album WE DON’T TRUST YOU, although there’s still plenty of debate as to who was really the target. Most of the pointed lines on here relate specifically to Drizzy, and Cole seems like someone caught in the crossfire who, in the album’s narrative, “picked the wrong side.” This is because the aforementioned trap duo allegedly have their own issues with the 6ix God, and are taking a stance against him with this rollout.

Furthermore, DJ Akademiks wasted no time in reacting to this development and breaking it all down. While he had many things to say on his livestream, the big point was about a question that everyone’s thinking about: what’s going to happen next? The hip-hop world will probably continue to reel from Kendrick Lamar’s guest verse dissing Drake and J. Cole on Future and Metro Boomin’s “Like That” off of their new album WE DON’T TRUST YOU for a couple more weeks. Moreover, a lot of folks are taking sides on whether Kendrick, Aubrey, or Cole are on top, and on what “team” they’re on. But for a lot of people, including The Joe Budden Podcast, they’re just excited to see this competitive nature return to rap’s main stage. On the latest episode of the program, the Slaughterhouse MC and his co-hosts debated about this verse.

As you’ll see below, it’s a very long clip and a very dense discussion, in which all the podcasters involved go through a lot of different topics. A salient one, pushed the most by Joe Budden himself, is that this is bringing an end to the “fake” nature of hip-hop relationships, something that Kendrick Lamar suggested about Drake and J. Cole’s current partnership. Budden brought up that Travis Scott had asked Future and Metro Boomin to play “Like That” at Rolling Loud L.A. despite his connection to Drizzy.
