Diddy Promises To Have No Female Visitors In Latest Bail Proposal

Earlier this week, Diddy was arrested following months of disturbing allegations and lawsuits. According to TMZ, he was charged with “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.” If convicted, the Bad Boy Records founder could face a minimum of 15 years behind bars or a maximum sentence of life.

Despite offering home detention with GPS monitoring and “all other standard conditions of pretrial supervision,” Diddy’s request for bail was denied earlier this week. Today, he appeared in court again to appeal the judge’s decision and make another proposal. His legal team claimed that if he were released, the security company that overlooks his Miami home would hand over visitor logs nightly.

They also added that Diddy would only receive visits from family, property caretakers, and friends who are not co-conspirators. His team added that his only female visitors would be family members or the mothers of his children. On top of this, Diddy promised to have no contact with witnesses and to take weekly drug tests. It’s to be seen whether or not the appeal will be successful. Previously, Judge Robyn Tarnofsky argued that Diddy could theoretically and allegedly re-offend if released. “This is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even when pretrial services is monitoring,” she explained earlier this week.

Despite these latest developments, Diddy’s team appears confident in their ability to get him off the hook. “He’s going to clear his name and we’re going to stand by his side as he does,” his attorney Marc Agnifilo said outside the courthouse yesterday. “We believe in him wholeheartedly.” What do you think of Diddy’s recent arrest? Many congratulations to the engaged couple, whom fans showered in love and a little bit of skepticism and theorizing online when they heard this news. This is due to Sanders’ recent remarks on why she won’t name their child after him. “I’m not agreeing to that,” she told her boo. “I’m sorry. It technically can’t be a Jr. Sanders-Broadnax is not a Jr. That’s not happening, ’cause I’m not married. So my last name is going as well,” Coach Prime’s daughter concluded with a laugh.

Well, this recent development certainly improves Jacquees’ chances, although it would be pretty disheartening if this is the only motive behind the proposal. Jokes and speculation aside, the couple actually have a lot more important business to deal with. His ex Dreezy caused a whole lot of drama this year when she claimed that he actually wanted her back instead of committing to Deiondra Sanders. As for what Deion Sanders thinks about his daughter and Jacquees expecting a child, he confessed to People that there’s “not one thing” that excites him about becoming a grandfather. “I haven’t digested that whole thing yet,” he remarked to the publication. “I’m proud of my baby that she’s at least waited until her thirties to give me this gift of life.” The football and baseball legend also said his main concern is that Deiondra is “straight emotionally and psychologically as well.”

He’s also been performing more in recent weeks, which can come with its own set of challenges. Earlier this week, however, he was met with a fun surprise at his show in LA. While onstage, a fan got down on one knee and proposed to him.

Luckily for the dedicated fan, he said “Of course,” and went on to marvel at how well the engagement ring fit. Kodak seemed flattered by the sweet gesture, and she seemed overjoyed by his response. It’s unclear whether or not they exchanged numbers or anything after the fact, though they did appear to hit it off.

However, according to the outlet’s reportedly close source to her, she doesn’t really see it as that big of a deal. Moreover, the publication claimed via this alleged source that the 52-year-old vocalist “is unbothered by the recent hoopla involving her past relationship.” It’s unclear exactly what that means, and whether or not the Super Bowl halftime performer should feel good or bad about that statement, but it seems like it’s all just a thing of the past and doesn’t warrant any old wounds opening back up.

During this interview, he reflected on his three-year-long relationship with TLC’s Chilli, who broke his heart when she rejected his marriage proposal.

“I was a young man, and she had very specific rules that didn’t work for me,” Usher told the publication. “I wanted to marry her, I proposed and she said to me, ‘No,’ I went through a great deal of pain after that. In a new clip, a man is seen standing in the aisle of the plane, waiting for his partner to leave the restroom so he can pop the question while Boosie films. Boosie was so moved by the whole thing that he decided to offer up his services, mostly free of charge. “I’m coming to the wedding and performing! Put me on,” he shouted at the man. “I’m performing at your wedding. No charge. Just take care of my flight.” After a few seconds, the woman finally exited the restroom, though she didn’t initially grasp what was happening.

Eventually, she caught on once she saw various other passengers filming her, and said “Yes.” Immediately, the whole flight burst into applause, cheering on the happy couple. “Ohhh, I got chills!” Boosie noted. Our resolution is an emotional, practical banner raised. Jay-Z has shown the resilience to beat the odds, self-admitted errors, and has developed mechanisms to create opportunities for others. As always, he has done this work wearing Brooklyn and NYC on his heart.”

Furthermore, TMZ recently asked Big Daddy Kane about this potentially national initiative for Jay-Z on Friday (January 5). “I think it’s real cool,” he remarked to the outlet. “You gotta understand: hip-hop is a culture. A music culture.
