Wack 100 Resurfaces Old Video Of Drake With 17-Year-Old On Stage, Girl From The Clip Speaks Out 14 Years Later

Drake has been body bagged in many people’s eyes during him and Kendrick Lamar’s legendary battle of words. The saga has spawned eight diss tracks since Metro Boomin and Future recruited Lamar for “Like That” back in March. The dominant rappers have had animosity for years, but it is clear that there is indeed deep hatred between them. It seems the “Not Like Us” creator’s mission is to totally eviscerate Drake and get more vicious with each jab. The latest efforts from him been the most accusatory and cold-blooded, with Lamar saying Drake is essentially a sexual predator and offender.

Now, Wack 100, an insider in the hip-hop community, apparently has some evidence that would back up Kendrick’s claims. The longtime manager dug up a video from a 2010 Drake concert in Colorado with a then 17-year-old girl who joined him on stage. Drizzy, who was 23 at the time, allegedly brought up this teenager and seemed to be hitting on her. “Y’all gon’ have get me carried away again. I get in trouble doin’ s*** like this,” Drake said to the crowd. He then turned to the girl asking, “How old are you?” She replied, “17.”

Then, Drake responded, “I can’t go to jail yet man. 17, why do you look like that? You thick, look at this.” Wack did include that the age of consent in Colorado is 17. However, crossing state lines to have sexual relations is illegal unless each party is 18, federally speaking. Again, from what we know and according to Drake, he has denied all of these allegations from Lamar, and he has not been found to have committed any crimes. Additionally, the girl from the video whose IG handle is tiajayed, cleared up the rumors. The now 31-year-old said, “Drake’s entourage actually picked me out from the crowd of people… NOT DRAKE himself. It was nothing then and still nothing now. Now That I have cleared up these false narratives… I’m going back to study for my law school EXAMS wish me luck.”

Drake is the biggest star in all of rap and one of the biggest stars in all of music, but it’s worth remembering he came from pretty humble origins. He’s spawned multiple hits from discussing his come up on songs like “Over” and “Started From The Bottom.” But a recently unearthed video gave fans an even more up close and personal experience with the rapper before he was famous. But it isn’t just Drizzy in his TV actor days, the video goes back even further than that.

A Twitter account called Historic Vids shared a brief 15 second snippet of video that got people talking. In the video Drake shows off his rapping and singing abilities over the music playing in the background. The catch is that it’s the now legendary rapper as a 9-year-old in 1995. The clip racked up more than 33k likes and thousands of retweets in just a few hours as fans couldn’t believe the moment was preserved on film. In the comments they discuss how fascinating it is seeing his interest in music blossoming at such a young age knowing what he would go on to become. Lupe Fiasco continues to speak on his complicated assessment of Kendrick Lamar, which some fans see as jealousy and others see as just the legitimate truth. For those unaware, while the former has always given the latter respect, many think that he’s often been dismissive of his talents in comparison to his own. Some Drake haters, for example, can’t believe that the Chicago lyricist recently called him a better rapper than K.Dot. While responding to a particular tweet exchange on Wednesday (April 17) between two fans arguing about whether or not he was a hater, Lupe replied with a video of him and Kendrick onstage in 2012.

Basically, in the clip below, Lupe Fiasco gives Kendrick Lamar the “Next Best Thing” Award, part of a corporate partnership with other companies to give out accolades on Lupe’s behalf. It’s similar to other “passing of the torch” moments in the Compton creative’s history, such as inheriting the West Coast crown. What makes this moment particularly special is how these two MCs are such gifted lyrical talents, and how the “Next Best Thing” was clearly very inspired by the award’s deliverer. Since then, though, the Food & Liquor artist has made it very clear that while he likes Kendrick, he doesn’t think that he’s any better than him… in the lyrical sense.

Lupe Fiasco Gives Kendrick Lamar “Next Best Thing” Accolade, Argues Against Hating On Him 12 Years Later

Given the “Savior” spitter’s reverence in contemporary hip-hop circles, many saw Lupe Fiasco’s dismissals as just hating, but it’s the same kind of treatment that he would offer to any other rapper who thinks they stand a chance. Also, with his caption of this video, he made fun of the idea that he’s just hating on Kendrick Lamar just because, and while the jury will likely forever be out, perhaps people are interpreting competitiveness too sensitively. “I been hating on KDot since 2012…day one hater,” the 42-year-old captioned the award clip. “Big Hate…couldn’t wait till he came to Chicago so I could hate on him to his f***ing face!”

Meanwhile, he also recently denied ever apologizing for trying to diss Mr. Morale, and clarified that his apology was for speaking on his “Control” verse in the first place. Not only that, but Sean Combs even lays his lips on Stunna’s head towards the end of the video, and a lot of folks had a lot to say about this. Sadly, all the homophobia kind of overtook the actual discussion around power dynamics and the implications of events and interactions like these.

The Cash Money executive has yet to respond to this new discussion as of writing this article. Moreover, some clips of her expressing herself through this art form started to go viral online, with many praising the Baltimore native’s talents. In fact, a lot of people even said that she deserves even more attention and praise than she’s getting, as she usually falls into reality TV drama or Chrisean Rock’s social media turbulence. But there’s a lot more talent to display here, and hopefully she finds even more success in it.

Furthermore, Tesehki teased fans with new music just last month, so she’s clearly in the middle of building a sustainable fanbase. These days, that can be harder than ever, but with built-in promotional opportunities and general public interest in the Rock family, we can’t image that hurts her.
