China Mac Calls Troy Ave A “Rat On Steroids”

A New York beef is brewing between China Mac and Troy Ave, with both sending shots at each other over social media. Moreover, it all seemed to have started when Troy was in Mac’s IG Live saying that he wasn’t really from New York. Then, Mac retorted in a video calling Ave “a rat on steroids,” saying he took inspiration from the likes of 6ix9ine. However, the taunting didn’t stop there, as Mac went to the alleged spot where Troy Ave once got shot to get some food and posted about it on social media. Furthermore, he asked Troy Ave to pull up on Troy Avenue and fight him for $500K.

In another IG Live session, it seems like Troy directed the following message: “China Mac u soft DONT make me put u on that summer jam screen.” Of course, this follows another related incident regarding the two, although Mac was actually a mediator in this case. Wack 100 and Maino fought on IG Live over the latter’s claim that he stole Troy Ave’s fake chain, despite having wished him well after his Irving Plaza shooting.

China Mac & Troy Ave Clash

In fact, that shooting caused a lot of headlines in recent weeks, as rival Taxstone was found guilty of committing said crime. Of course, Troy was quick to respond with some diss tracks against him, which then prompted Wack and Maino’s feud. It seems like everyone even slightly close to the issue is taking sides, and China Mac is no different. Moreover, the social media antics are so blurry that it’s unclear whether these attacks were completely unprompted from Troy against Mac or if there’s history there. The latter is likely true, but Mac is certainly taking things a step further.

Meanwhile, China Mac recently blasted Charleston White for racist anti-Asian remarks, which resulted in a canceled show with DJ Akademiks. “Let me make this very clear, Charleston White don’t speak for all Black people,” he responded in a video. “He don’t! This ain’t a Black and Asian thing. This is a Charleston White thing, so we gon’ keep it on Charleston White. Charleston White, you a b***h, right? You also got a lotta foul stuff to say about my people, and we gon’ hold you accountable for that. Facts.” Considering this history, stick around on HNHH for the latest news and updates on Troy Ave, China Mac, and this web of beef.

Jonathan Majors Arrested In New York City For Allegedly Assaulting Woman, Rep Denies It

Authorities arrested Jonathan Majors in New York City for allegedly assaulting a woman on Saturday (March 25). Moreover, TMZ reports that sources from law enforcement told them they took him in on Saturday morning on charges of strangulation, assault, and harassment. Furthermore, police reportedly responded to a service call in Manhattan, specifically Chelsea, around 11 a.m. ET. According to these reports, a woman claimed that she got into an altercation with the actor, who proceeded to attack her. Their relationship is unknown, and Majors’ representative denied these claims of wrongdoing.

Not only that, but the alleged victim displayed injuries such as a laceration behind her ear, reddened areas, and clear marks of impact on her face. Fortunately, she is in stable condition according to reports after officials transported her to a nearby medical center. Moreover, police apprehended Majors and took him to prison after belief that there was enough evidence for probable cause. Still, from what TMZ informs, he is already out of law enforcement’s hands.

Jonathan Majors Arrested For Alleged Assault

“He’s done nothing wrong. We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up,” the 33-year-old’s representative stated to the outlet. Of course, this news should come as a massive shock to those even remotely caught up with movies these days. After huge roles in the latest Ant-Man film and Creed III, he became one of the most acclaimed and admired screen actors of the moment. Not only have his roles impressed both casual and snobby movie audiences, but his charisma made him a favorite in the pop culture world.

For example, he recently showed some love to the rap world when talking about what music inspired him for his role as Damian “Diamond Dame” Anderson in the latest Creed film. Specifically, he honored Nipsey Hussle and Tupac. Given his massive popularity right now and how much people seem to like him, many hope that these allegations are untrue. While it seems he and his team look forward to proving as such, it would be an unfortunate fate for a career with such promise if his actions hurt others. This is still a developing story, so come back to HNHH for the latest updates on Jonathan Majors.

Rolling Loud Will Not Return To New York In 2023

Bad news for East Coast festival goers and mosh pit frequenters. Rolling Loud announced on Friday (March 17) that it will not be returning to New York in 2023. Moreover, the massive hip-hop festival just wrapped up its run in Los Angeles and is looking forward to another July weekend in Miami. However, those who wanted to see the celebrations reach Queens again this year are not in luck. Still, their team did say that it’s not a final goodbye to the Big Apple as a festival destination, as it seems that logistical issues became too large to ignore.

“For the last few years, we’ve made some legendary moments happen in Queens,” the statement read. “We saw the beginning of the King Vamp era, Travis power through his full set through the pain, Carti and Uzi reuniting on stage, Nicki, 50 Cent, and A$AP Rocky putting on iconic headlining performances in their hometown, Juice WRLD’s final festival performance, and many, many more moments. Sadly, due to logistical factors beyond our control, Rolling Loud will not return to New York in 2023. But don’t worry, this isn’t ‘goodbye,’ more like ‘see you later.’ We’ll be back in New York when the time is right. In the meantime, we invite all of our New York fans to meet us in Miami July 21-23 for our biggest, best festival of the year. Love you all! Rolling Loud forever!”

Rolling Loud New York Will Not Return This Year

Of course, the festival’s logistical issues in New York are well-documented and caused quite the controversy. Furthermore, the New York Police Department and the city banned various drill rappers from the area from performing at last year’s iteration. Not only did this anger the artist themselves, but it caused an uproar and major discussion in the culture. Even though festivals are hectic and potentially dangerous experiences, many wondered whether it was right to take such a stance.

Regardless, many incredible live performances at the recent Los Angeles festival should hold fans over from afar. Unfortunately for those close to Queens that looked forward to another run this year, it looks like it’ll be some time before they hit New York. However, Rolling Loud Miami is currently in pre-sale phases, so perhaps this is the year to head on down. Let us know whether you’re going in the comments and return to HNHH for the latest updates on your favorite festivals.

Cardi B Gives Surprise Performance At GloRilla Tour Stop In New York

Cardi B just gave a surprise performance at GloRilla’s tour stop in the former’s home city of New York. Even though the “WAP” MC has no shortage of public occurrences and McDonald’s meals, she’s been a bit away from the spotlight. Moreover, she’s hard at work on her second album, spending family time, and fulfilling community service hours. However, she made an exception for the Memphis rising star’s Anyways, Life’s Great tour. Furthermore, Cardi surprised a venue full of fans at her home city in Irving Plaza.

While Glo performed alongside “ratchet ass friends” like Aleza, Gloss Up, K Carbon, and Slimeroni, there’s always room for one more. Of course, Cardi and GloRilla performed their Billboard hit, “Tomorrow 2,” and people were going crazy in the venue. Also, Offset’s boo cheekily preempted her appearance by proclaiming to “always get [her] lick, boo” as she emerged from backstage. However, that’s not the only surprise the “F.N.F.” hitmaker had in store for fans in the Big Apple. She also brought out rising star Lola Brooke, who might be the next breakout sensation this year following Glo’s footsteps. Moreover, Brooke performed her viral hit “Don’t Play With It,” building off of a lot of excitement surrounding her career.

Cardi B Performs With GloRilla On Her Tour

Meanwhile, Glo’s tour only has three stops left on her list before it wraps up. Tonight (February 23), Boston fans will witness her live spectacle. She’ll hit Philly and Washington, D.C. on Friday the 24th and Saturday the 25th, respectively. However, it hasn’t all been peaches and cream for Glo when it comes to live appearances. Recently, she faced backlash for showing up to a club for a hosting gig, while promoters wanted a performance. The Oakland crowd threw water at her as she went through the venue, and she addressed the situation shortly after.

“Ain’t no h* spit on s**t!!!!!!” she tweeted after her reception went viral. “Ask dat h* how ha face feel doe. No way you think I’m performing when you paid for a hosting, crazy tail self.” Also, Yo Gotti said that the promoters didn’t pay them enough for a proper performance, so something fishy might’ve gone down. Regardless, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Cardi B and GloRilla.
