Chris Brown is certainly no stranger to showing off his impressive dance moves onstage, and evidently, the R&B icon also likes to flex them at the club. In a new clip, he’s seen getting down to Kendrick Lamar’s viral Drake diss track, “Not Like Us.” He didn’t hold back in the slightest, grooving to the now-infamous bars, which accuse Drizzy of being a “certified pedophile.”

Fans can’t blame Breezy for turning up. The track has gotten awfully comfortable at the top of the charts since its May release. He also has a history of bad blood with the Toronto superstar, as they were rumored to have gotten into a scuffle over Brown’s ex Rihanna back in 2012.

A few years later, Brown reignited their feud with a shady remark on Hot 97. He refused to discuss him because he didn’t want to give out any free publicity. “I can’t keep making these motherf**kers famous,” he said at the time. Drake seemingly fired back at a show in New Zealand by switching up the lyrics to his If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late cut, “Energy.” The original lyrics are “I got rap n****s that I gotta act like I like,” but Drake said “R&B n****s” instead.

Obviously, Brown dancing to “Not Like Us” at the club suggests that he’s sided with Kendrick amid his lyrical battle with Drake. However, what they cannot add to their nearly unbeatable resumes is being in possession of the most expensive house in California. According to HipHopDX, Jay-Z and Beyonce have just lost the real estate record to the founder of Oakley, James Jannard. Multiple reports say that the head honcho over at the sportswear company recently sold his $210 million Malibu mansion, surpassing Hov and Bey’s $200 million palace in the same suburb.

Jannard purchased the luxurious pad for $75 million back in 2012 (back when the market was much more reasonable). It apparently possesses eight bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, on top of 9.5 acres in land, which includes 300 feet of ocean frontage. Furthermore, the new owner will also be able to enjoy an expansive courtyard, in addition to a gym and two guesthouses. According to the New York Post, Jannard’s spot has never hit the open market and the person behind this lavish purchase is still unknown.

Again, her remarks sparked rumors that she may have allegedly been a minor when they got together, which is unconfirmed. Justin Timberlake’s Lawyer Warns He Will Have “A Lot To Say” About The DWI Arrest

Justin Timberlake’s lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., has addressed the singer’s arrest for driving while intoxicated, warning that his client will have “a lot to say” about the incident when the time is appropriate. Police arrested Timberlake on early Tuesday morning and charged him with one count. He was reportedly leaving a dinner in the Hamptons at the American Hotel and refused to take a breathalyzer test.

Burke addressed the situation in the statement shared with TMZ. “[We] look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time. He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA’s office,” Burke said.

Officer Michael Arkinson wrote in the arrest report that Timberlake, “was observed operating a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign and failing to maintain his lane of travel.” He further added: “It was ascertained that the defendant was operating said vehicle in an intoxicated condition in that his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.”

Chief Keef’s Explosive Summer Smash Performance Was The Homecoming Fans Were Begging For: Review

Tensions were high on the third day of Summer Smash 2024. Ahead of sets from the likes of Waka Flocka Flame, Ken Carson, and, of course, Chief Keef himself, the festival had to be evacuated due to “high winds.” This left eager attendees concerned, angry, and confused — factors perhaps exacerbated by intense heat, a myriad of whichever substances may have allegedly snuck their way in past lovely venue security staff, and a heavy police presence. The looming threat of the whole fest getting shut down for good only made matters more serious for those who had waited all weekend for Chief Keef’s set. Luckily, the gates reopened after roughly an hour of crowds lingering just outside the festival grounds. As fans rushed to reclaim their spots, assess the now-reconfigured lineup, and get back to the action, a collective sense of relief swept the festival grounds.

In just minutes, performances had resumed. Most seemed to have been re-energized by the impromptu intermission, as well as the much-needed temperature drop caused by a brief downpour. Due to the evacuation, each artist’s set had to be pushed back, meaning there were shorter breaks between them. Now-back-to-back performances left little to no opportunity for a lull in the crowd’s energy. However, as the clock struck 9 p.m., Chief Keef was nowhere in sight. After a few minutes, people became antsy, rubber-necking the stage as mumblings of what was taking so long moved through the sea of people. Unfortunately, this would continue for quite some time. Sosa didn’t make it onto the stage until over half an hour after he was scheduled to begin.

Once he finally did make his entrance, he was welcomed by a greeting best described as thunderous. Fans knew they were witnessing history in the making, and after a day plagued by uncertainty, they were grateful that the most eagerly anticipated moment of the weekend was finally underway. This was the first time the drill pioneer performed in his hometown of Chicago in over a decade. It felt like the peak of the tremendous hometown pride on display all weekend. He opened with the intro from his latest release, Almighty So 2, and the crowd went wild. “I’m back motherf*cker,” he declared, marking the start of something no less than explosive.

Chief Keef rolled right into “Treat Myself,” another fan-favorite from his new album, before diving into some older material. This is when things became truly electric. He moved through cuts like “B*tch Where,” “Kay Kay,” and more in a celebration of the decade-plus-long discography that brought him to the top. He even brought out fellow Chicago MC G Herbo for a performance of “Who Run It,” his eldest daughter, and more.

Chief Keef took a momentary pause before crashing into “Faneto,” and for obvious reasons, the crowd lit up. This was the first time ever that Chicago fans saw a live rendition of the hit. It was followed by even more classics before the show ended with a fireworks display. Attendees were amped as ever after songs like “Love Sosa” and “I Don’t Like.” Then, the show was cut off. It seemed as though things ended sooner than anyone involved would have liked. It left no time for other major hits, though this was clearly out of Chief Keef’s control. Unfortunately, it managed to dull the shine of the finale and led to some confusion onstage.

This confusion wasn’t exclusive to the finale either, as it was prevalent at other points in the show. For instance, while the crowd swelled with excitement during the intro to “Love Sosa,” Rara ran out to give fans a live version of his infamous rant. In a bizarre turn of events, he was promptly thrown to the ground by security and escorted off the stage. The worrisome mix-up took away from the powerful moment and left some questioning if it could have been avoided. Overall, the performance left little to be desired. Chief Keef and his crew’s energy was on ten, and his historic return certainly lived up to fans’ high expectations.

It seems clear that Drake fans are hanging onto this Kendrick Lamar debate by a thread. Over the last day or so, there has been some speculation surrounding the use of bots, particularly on the latter’s side. Of course, one of those Drizzy supporters who has been leading the charge has been DJ Akademiks. To try and make his case for how the Canadian artist technically won the battle, he brought on an alleged stream botter who was supposedly paid off by Lamar’s manager, Anthony Saleh. He had a screenshot of the Zelle transfer, equating to a $2500 payout. However, not a lot of people online are buying this, as it could very well be a hoax. But Joe Budden is one of those who actually believes that Kendrick Lamar did utilize bots.

A clip from today’s podcast, which is 734 deep, was shared on X moments ago debating this very topic. In the 40-second breakdown, Joe Budden goes as far as to claim that he knew Lamar was boosting his numbers to outpace Drake. While this is still all up in the air right now, it could leave a bit of a stain on how dominant Kung Fu Kenny was during the beef. However, if this true, Joe could not care less even if he really tried.

The arraignment of Jayson Scott and his co-defendant is scheduled to take place Wednesday inside a Queens County courthouse. During the arraignment, prosecutors are expected to present the charges formally, including first-degree murder, weapons possession, and reckless endangerment. The defendants will have the opportunity to enter their pleas. If found guilty, they face harsh penalties, including a potential life sentence.

It’ll be the hitmaker’s first show since his infamous feud with Drake, and he’s expected to bring out several high-profile special guests. Roddy Ricch, Mustard, and DJ Hed are already confirmed to be making appearances, though supporters will just have to wait to see who else might “Pop Out.”

Clearly, they’re eager, as evidenced by new photos of the venue shared on Twitter/X this morning. In the photos, a few loyal fans are seen already lined up for the event. Obviously, they have quite a long wait ahead of them. Needless to say, however, they’ll likely secure the best seats in the house.

The-Dream Hit With Barrage Of Roasts For His Live Singing Vocals

The-Dream is a living legend. Throughout his illustrious career, the Atlanta, Georgia singer and songwriter has accomplished so many things. However, some days you are not going to bring your best stuff as a musician. It happens to even the best of the best, and for The-Dream, it took place earlier this month. Footage from the Roots Picnic — an annual music festival held in Philadelphia– has just surfaced. The two-day event saw artists like Lil Wayne, The Roots, Smino, Sexyy Red, Andre 3000, and The-Dream all show up for the 16th installment.

It looks to be taken by an audience member while the veteran was onstage. Right away, The-Dream’s vocals seemed to be off-note or off-pitch, and the crowd immediately reacted with secondhand embarrassment. Perhaps the funniest moment of the whole video happens when the camera turns toward the fan recording the questionable performance. All she can do is look absolutely confused and taken aback.
