Although we haven’t seen any ramifications from the raid, we do know that a Grand Jury has been formed. This means an indictment could be coming down the pipeline, although that is certainly not guaranteed. Recently, some footage surfaced online that shows Diddy throwing Cassie to the ground, and kicking her while she’s down. Following this footage, Diddy released a much-scrutinized apology on his Instagram. Now, that video along with every other post on the mogul’s IG page, is gone.

GloRilla Celebrates Herself And Her Girls On Her New Single, ‘TGIF’

GloRilla is having the time of her life this summer. On top of dropping one of the buzziest hits of the year — the catchy, infectious “Yeah Glo!” — the Memphis rapper has been killing it as the opener on Megan Thee Stallion‘s Hot Girl Summer Tour. All the while, her unreleased material has been going viral in TikTok videos. Tonight (June 21), Glo has shared her new single, “TGIF,” which has already proven to be a hit online.

Over a scorching beat, Glo looks forward to the weekend. She’s not stressing over a man, but rather, she is looking forward to spending time with her girls.

“Turnt up with my b*tches / Turnt up at my shows / Cuzzo I got that blicky / 60,000 fans, came to see me do my dance / Got a million and one haters / And they all can kiss my ass,” raps Glo.

The song arrives shortly after her mixtape, Ehhthang, Ehhthang, and on the very first night of summer. Having first gone viral with “FNF (Let’s Go)” two years ago, Glo has been supplying the heat for the ladies.

Pure confidence paired with some dirty south flavor is a recipe for an undeniable banger.

6lack Is Solely Focused On The Music With His New Single, ‘F*ck The Rap Game’

Rapper and singer 6lack is known to take his time between projects. But on his latest single, he’s not mincing words. Tonight (June 21), the Atlanta artist shared his new single, “F*ck The Rap Game,” on which, he does some introspection, and takes an honest look at the current musical landscape.

At times, 6lack finds himself defeated. But regardless of what comes his way, nothing can ever affect how much he loves music.

“I came into the industry before the streaming era, and I’ve witnessed a lot of change since then,” said 6lack in a statement. “Over the last few years there seems to be a lot more moments where it feels like being an artist is about everything besides the actual music. I consider myself very fortunate to do what I love for a living. But I say f*ck the rap ‘game’ because that’s the part I don’t love. The part that has nothing to do with artistic expression and makes being an artist feel like a job. This song is a personal reflection about distractions within the music industry that detract from what this art form was created for. I’m distancing myself from the politics and reminding myself what my purpose is within the genre.”

Post Malone And Blake Shelton Are Ready For The Weekend On Their New Collab, ‘Pour Me A Drink’

A hot Posty summer is upon us. Earlier this week, Texas native Post Malone announced his sixth studio album, F-1 Trillion, which will serve as his first-ever country album. Tonight (June 21), Malone has shared his new single, “Pour Me A Drink” — a fun, weekend-ready collab with Blake Shelton.

On “Pour Me A Drink,” Malone laments a draining week. Seeking a debauched night with a buddy in Blake Shelton, the two lay the ground for some good old-fashioned partying.

“Somebody pour me a drink, somebody bum me a smoke / I’m ’bout to get on a buzz, I’m ’bout to get on a roll / Yeah, I been breakin’ my back just keepin’ up with the Joneses / Y’all know what I mean, and y’all know how it goes,” sings Post on the song’s chorus.

While Post dreads the 9 to 5, it seems Shelton is mourning a different type of pain.

“Guess I really went and messed it up again / Now, my baby’s goner than the Tulsa wind / Judgin’ by the stone-sober state I’m in / Need to crack one wide open,” sings Shelton on his verse.

While the two artists may have coveted accolades to their credits, when they come together, it’s time to get the festivities rolling.

Pusha T Teases Features On New Clipse Album After Listening Party

Clipse are back. The Virginia duo haven’t dropped since 2009, but they have confirmed their plans to reunite with producer Pharrell Williams on their fourth studio album. Considering how good their stuff is when Pharrell is behind the boards, fans are in for a classic. The promo for the album definitely makes it seem that way. Clipse and Pharrell hosted a listening party for new album in Paris on June 20. Feedback was glowing, but it was Pusha T’s comments afterwards that got fans more excited.

The listening party revealed crucial details about the album. The album is reportedly 90% done, and rappers who have been confirmed to appear on the tracklist include Nas, John Legend, and Stove God Cooks. The revelations, didn’t stop there, though. Pusha quoted a tweet about the listening party, and wrote: “Plus a couple more features…” with an upside down smiley face emoji. The notion of a stacked feature list on a Clipse album is novel, given the tracklist for their first two releases. The guest verses were mainly handled by Re-Up Gang. Til the Casket Drops, their third album, had more star power to offer, but it’s also considered Clipse’s weakest. It also featured the least Pharrell production.

Clipse Promise To Drop Their Most “Mature” Album Yet

All the pieces are in play for the new album to work. Pusha T and Nas have never officially been on the same song. Nas was supposed to be on Push’s 2022 album It’s Almost Dry, but it never came together. “Nas was gonna be on my last verse of ‘Hear Me Clearly,’” he told Spotify. “I don’t know, man. It pisses me off. It was my biggest regret for the album.” Stove God Cooks has never worked with Pusha T either, though it’s easy to see, lyrically and stylistically, how they would mesh. If anything, John Legend is the head-scratcher of an inclusion. Legend’s image seems to clash with Clipse’s, but if anybody can make their incongruous sounds work, it’s Pharrell.

Pusha T and No Malice are confident the new album will be their most mature yet. The latter said as much during a recent profile with Vulture. “I think the album shows the supreme maturation of a rap duo,” he posited. “I think this is where you get the difference between taste and filler. This music is curated. This is a high taste-level piece of work. You can only have that level of taste when you have the fundamentals down to a science.” No Malice concurs. “This is what the true evolution of the Clipse looks like,” he concluded.

The Game Clarifies His Friendship With Drake Amidst Kendrick Battle

The Game had a lot to get off his chest on June 20. The rapper was tired of the rumors that he was beefing with Kendrick Lamar. He was also annoyed by those same rumors serving as the reason why he didn’t attend Lamar’s “Pop Out” show on Juneteenth. The Game got on Instagram Live to clear the air. He also clarified where he stood with Kendrick Lamar and Drake, which has been a controversial topic over the last few months. The claim that The Game supported Drake over a Compton rapper isn’t true. Well, mostly not true.

The rapper made a point of giving Kendrick Lamar his flowers. He dubbed the “Pop Out” show an “amazing” feat, and praised Lamar for being “big-hearted” and sharing the spotlight. The Game also made it clear that he hasn’t turned his back on Drake. He considers the rapper to be a friend, no matter what happens between him and Kendrick Lamar. “As far as my relationship with Drake,” he said. “Drake is my n**ga, I f*ck with Drake.” He went on to compliment the 6 God for being there when he’s needed, and for providing things for Game’s family whenever he can. “My loyalty is with muthaf**kas that’s loyal to me,” he added. “Drizzy, he know what the f*ck it is when he see me.”

The Game Is Still Close Friends With The 6 God

The Game also praised Drake for his handling of the Kendrick Lamar battle. He doesn’t make a ruling on who won, but he felt both men delivered. “I think what [Kendrick] doing is amazing,” he asserted. “What Drake doing is amazing. I think them n**gas just came out of one of the biggest hip-hop beefs ever and survived. Tupac and Biggie didn’t.” Fans may be surprised to see The Game play a centrist role in such a volatile beef, but he’s always done this with Lamar and Drake. He had both artists featured on 2011’s The R.E.D. Album. He linked back up with Drizzy for the 2015 album The Documentary 2, and made a point of getting a Lamar verse as well. The Game has never tipped his hand one way or the other.

The Game is famous for picking fights with other rappers. He recently dropped a diss track on Rick Ross out of the blue. Things have evidently changed. The rapper told his IG followers that he doesn’t want to get involved in a situation that he isn’t already part of. “As far as the Kendrick and Drake sh*t,” he stated. “That’s Kendrick and Drake sh*t. That sh*t ain’t for me man. I had to navigate myself through this sh*t. I been in this sh*t since 2003 being a solid a*s n**ga to everybody.” It’s hard to imagine a time when The Game isn’t beefing, but we’ll take him at his word.

Peso Pluma And Cardi B Are On Their Mob Boss Sh*t With Their New Collab, ‘Put Em In The Fridge’

Peso Pluma just dropped his new double album, Éxodo. The past couple of years have cemented the Mexican rapper and singer as a global superstar, and with 24 fire new tracks, Pluma isn’t slowing down soon. Éxodo features a coveted set of collaborations, including the track “Put Em In The Fridge” with Cardi B.

Both Pluma and Cardi have reached prolific, household name status, but make no mistake, they’re not the ones to play with.

“Forty shooters, if I send them in, they comin’ in / Fifty kilos, if you need them, then they comin’ in / Hundred thousand real close and they’re Mexicans / I said the word, and they’ll put you in the f*cking fridge,” raps Pluma on the song’s chorus.

Cardi, as she is known to soon, adds some glam power to the song, reminding everyone that she’s the boss.

“Encima de los beats los asesino / Tengo el presidente de vecino /El mundo es mío / Como Al Pacino,” she raps, which translates to “Over beats by a killer, I’ve got the president as my neighbor, the world is mine like Al Pacino.

Now this is some real mob boss sh*t.

The Game Addresses Kendrick Lamar Beef Rumors After “Pop Out” Absence

The Game is a legendary West Coast rapper. He was the biggest star in Compton during the 2000s, and served as a mentor for the stars who came up under him. He was also absent from the biggest L.A. show in recent memory. Kendrick Lamar brought down the house with his “Pop Out” show on Juneteenth, and fans were quick to point out that Game was one of the few CPT legends who did not get a shout-out or a reference. This led many to theorize that Lamar and Game were on the outs. The latter decided to hop on Instagram Live the day after the show to clear the air.

The Game made it clear that he was a fan of the “Pop Out” show. “Kendrick did his sh*t, and what he did last night was amazing for the West Coast,” he told his followers. “I sat back and I watched it. I ain’t have to be there to think that the muthaf**king sh*t was cool. It’s a dub for the coast.” He assured fans that he has no problem with Lamar or TDE as a label. The rapper actually claimed that he was given the chance to invest in TDE when the label was starting out. “[Anthony] Top Dawg [Tiffith] wanted to give me half of Top Dawg,” The Game stated. “I didn’t want nothing from n**gas. I just wanted to push n**gas in the right direction.”

The Game Claims K. Dot’s Concert Was “Amazing”

The “Hate It or Love It” noted that he doesn’t live to engage in gossip. Still, he was annoyed by what he saw on social media during and after the “Pop Out.” “Stop speculating and doing all that goofy sh*t,” he demanded. “Muthaf**kas in my DM, all these blog sites talking about ‘the West Coast ain’t f**king with you and you ain’t this and you ain’t that. I be in my own lane, chilling. Taking care of my kids.” The Game also felt the need to assert the role he played in helping people like Dot and Nipsey Hussle break through to the mainstream. “That n**ga learned that sh*t on the way up,” he said. “Snoop looked out for me like that, I looked out for Kendrick.”

The rapper does have evidence to support his claim. The Game tapped Kendrick Lamar to appear on his 2011 song “The City,” and reunited with him on 2015’s “On Me.” Lamar, meanwhile, dedicated a verse to The Game on the 2012 song “Black Boy Fly.” The song, which uses Game’s real name, Jayceon Taylor, details the jealously that Lamar felt when the former released his classic debut, The Documentary. The respect has always been mutual between the two rappers, even if the friendliness hasn’t been.

Kendrick Lamar Honors 2Pac With Matching Outfit & $600K Chain At “The Pop Out”

Kendrick Lamar’s recent “Pop Out” at the Forum in LA was undoubtedly impressive, and it appears as though he paid tribute to one of the iconic artists who inspired him with his onstage outfit. During the show, Kendrick rocked a bright red hoodie with a white t-shirt underneath, as well as a matching red hat. This is strikingly similar to the look 2Pac wore for his performance at the 1994 Source Awards.

To complete his 2Pac-inspired fit, Kendrick even sported a massive diamond cross chain, which is also similar to the one the late icon wore at the awards show. Jeweler Ben Baller recently chatted with TMZ Hip Hop about the eye-catching piece, revealing that Kendrick reached out to him last week looking for something to wear for the show. He claims that he wasn’t aware of its connection to 2Pac at first, but was friends with him before his 1996 death, making it an ideal collab.

Kendrick Lamar Rocks 2Pac-Inspired Look At LA Show

Reportedly, the chain Kendrick wore is worth a whopping $600K, which is certainly no small chunk of change. He also rocked a $150K Cuban link, meaning that all together, his jewelry alone was $750K. Obviously, the hitmaker went all out, and fans can’t blame him. Aside from the hundreds of thousands of fans tuning in to watch the show, he was joined by several of his celebrity peers onstage. Dr. Dre, YG, Tyler, The Creator, and many more made appearances.

He performed his hit “Not Like Us” five times too, truly driving his message home after his viral feud with Drake. As for Ben Baller, he said he didn’t pick a side amid the beef, and that he’s still friends with Drizzy despite providing Kendrick with the 2Pac-inspired chain. What do you think of Kendrick Lamar paying tribute to 2Pac with his “Pop Out” look? Are you surprised?
