2Pac & Biggie’s Autographed Arrest Fingerprints Selling For $225K Each

Two rare pieces of memorabilia from the late 2Pac and Biggie Smalls went up for sale recently, giving lucky buyers a chance at feeling closer than ever to the musical icons. The site Momentsintime.com is selling their fingerprint cards, which were created after both of their 1995 arrests. Aside from their fingerprints, the cards also feature signatures from the two men. Of course, they signed off with their government names instead of their rap monikers, making for some even more exclusive collectibles.

While the pieces will surely go fast, it won’t be for cheap. Reportedly, each of the cards is listed at a whopping $225K. It seems steep, but it’s a small price to pay for such a pivotal piece of cultural history. These aren’t the only rare items exciting hip-hop enthusiasts as of late, however.

At the end of October, it was reported that 2Pac’s booking photo and prison ID car were also going up for sale. The booking photo was listed for $35k while the ID, which came alongside a handwritten note from the hitmaker, was listed for $75k. “I lost my ID and need a new one. Thank you,” the note reads, complete with 2Pac’s signature. TMZ reported that the items were given to the performer’s family when he was released from prison in October 1995, and later made their way into the hands of a collector who was willing to part ways with them.

2Pac had served 11 months at the Clinton Correctional Facility in New York on sexual abuse charges. The Notorious B.I.G. was booked for aggravated assault and robbery, but his charges were eventually dropped. The mother of two recently hopped on Twitter to look back at where she first began, celebrating how far she’s come.

“I rode my first pj when I shot barbie now Barbie keep putting me on them,” she wrote earlier this week. “Blessed, protected n focused.” Obviously, her journey hasn’t come without obstacles, as Blueface’s fiancée frequently faces criticism from all angles. Regardless, it’s clear that the 25-year-old doesn’t plan on slowing down, particularly after achieving what she has with “Barbie.”

Some of the criticism Jaidyn receives on the regular relates to her cooking skills. The father of her children often shows off the meals she prepares for him online, prompting some discussion among users. In the past, she’s been docked for lack of presentation, seasoning, and more. Despite the negative feedback, her fans continue to come to her defense. Many note how her busy lifestyle can be tough to balance. Others argue that there’s nothing wrong with the meals she’s cooking up for her family, as everybody has their own preferences.

One person who’s on Jaidyn’s team these days is none other than E-40, who weighed in on the new rapper’s cuisine in a recent chat with TMZ. When Drake challenged other rappers to tackle his Scary Hours 3 tracks by dropping the instrumentals, he probably expected a couple of smaller MCs to step up to the plate, and maybe a titan or two. Well, for that last category, none other than Fabolous came through with a sharp freestyle over one of these beats, and it’s unsurprisingly quite good. It’s nothing wild- after all, it’s only a simple freestyle- but his charisma and ability to deliver with such conviction carries this to a solidly satisfying set of bars. Moreover, the Brooklyn rapper showed off his brand-new Benz truck for his birthday, making it as opulent as Drizzy would want a freestyle over one of his beats to be.

“New truck, but I been driven,” Fabolous raps over the instrumental for “Evil Ways,” a freestyle that he uploaded just a day after Drake dropped the Scary Hours 3 beats. “Pull up and turn your Friendsgiving to a Benzgiving, told my b***h what is givings, what has been given. Even though the 46-year-old’s career peak probably passed a little while ago, don’t let that fool you into thinking he took his foot off the gas. Just recently, Ne-Yo tapped him for the remix of his single “Link Up,” and he dropped plenty of other great verses over the years. Maybe the response to this brief “Evil Ways” freestyle will inspire Fabolous to drop a mixtape and tackle more beats at length. Regardless, if Drake isn’t going to respond to these challenges and give praise, then maybe they should trade some bars instead.

Jokes aside, Loso knows how indelible, influential, and acclaimed his legacy is, and will take some time to make sure folks preserve it well. Recently, a group of kids got together to prepare a cover of Boosie Badazz’s 2006 hit, “Wipe Me Down.” As one would expect, the results were hilarious. In a new clip, the pack of little ones is seen gathered at an event, showing off their moves as one of them spits bars. Clearly, they were pretty into it, and social media users think it’s adorable.

“He was ready for that [second] verse lol,” one Twitter user writes. “Oh sh*t they killed it,” someone else says alongside a series of laughing emojis. Other social media users are calling for Boosie himself to react to the video. He’s yet to do so at the time of writing, but he’d surely find it amusing, unlike some other recent uses of his music.

Earlier this month, Boosie took to social media to rant about other artists using his music without permission. He even threatened to take legal action over the allegedly stolen work, calling out artists like Rod Wave, Kodak Black, and more by name. According to him, he appreciates when other performers take inspiration from him, but he’d like to see a check too. Unfortunately, Rod Wave didn’t take too kindly to getting put on blast, and hopped on social media shortly after to fire back.

The Florida native didn’t hold back, giving Boosie a piece of his mind and insisting that he didn’t “steal” anything. “Jus ‘cuz you know ’bout da original song [doesn’t] mean I stole it? [You] d*mb b**ch,” he said in a since-deleted Tweet. “I ain’t never stole s**t, five platinum albums. Find [you] a hobby f**k ni**a. [You] b**ches don’t even [f**k with me], speaking on me. The fade from the foreground should make her split from Iman Shumpert a tad easier to deal with.

In September, after weeks of online rumors, Taylor confirmed the couple were no more. Since then both parties have remained tight-lipped. Unfortunately, on November 22, TMZ revealed that their split had turned into a full-blown divorce. alleging that in court documents, Taylor stated the reason for the separation was Iman’s alleged jealousy and insecurity. On Friday, November 24, Taylor decided to speak out regarding the leaking of the paperwork via her official Instagram page.

We’re officially in the holiday season, and of course, hip-hop has a lot of gifts to give us to close 2023 out. Moreover, we complied the best and biggest releases from this week on our latest Fire Emoji playlist update, and there’s plenty of variety to find. Leading the way are Kanye West, Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Durk, and Bump J with their new single “Vultures,” which was a surprising release. Sure, there was some controversy surrounding the presence or absence of the Smurk feature, but the original track is now on streaming services for you to enjoy. In addition, Ye collaborator Conway The Machine dropped another cavernous and impressive single- “Cosca“- from his upcoming collaborative effort with producer Wun Two, PALERMO, for which they already dropped the song “Montagna.”

Furthermore, another Fire Emoji highlight is the new Sexyy Red record “Free My N***a,” which is a pretty self-explanatory track topically. With the same boisterous energy and fast pace that she built a stellar career off of this year, she pleads for the return of her man on this new song. Another bouncy cut from this week is the latest from Luh Tyler, the light and low-key “Change My Wayz.” The energy might not be at supersonic levels, but it’s a welcome change of pace that shows that Tyler can stay within a more relaxed realm and still engage listeners.

HNHH Fire Emoji Playlist: Stream

As far as albums, Fire Emoji‘s got two big drops this week, and the first one to mention is Busta Rhymes’ BLOCKBUSTA. There are plenty of fun, lyrically dense, and hard-hitting bangers to name here, but we haven’t been able to let go of “OK” featuring Young Thug and with help from Cool and Dre. On the other hand, Lord Apex’s new project The Good Fight is a versatile and well-rounded collection of tracks with a lot of distinct appeal. Omarion Denies Making His Video Vixens Uncomfortable

At the end of last month, Omarion unveiled a new music video for his track “Serious.” He’s joined by two women in the video, who are seen spending time with the singer in a pool. He shared a snippet from this particular scene on Instagram to promote the video earlier this week, and it managed to get fans talking. Unfortunately, many of the commenters are claiming that the scene feels a bit awkward, and think it may have been because his two co-stars felt out of place.

“The women look uncomfortable,” one social media wrote underneath the clip. “Atleast pour them a drink or sum they drinkin air,” another said. While he’s been met with quite a bit of clowning for the clip, some fans have come to his defense. Many think that the women simply weren’t given any notes from the director as to what to do in the scene. “They just don’t know what to do that’s all,” one commenter says. Others think that due to the nature of the scene, palpable weirdness was unavoidable. “This was just an odd scene in general,” someone else writes.

Young Thug RICO Trial Start Date Has Social Media Reflecting On YSL Case So Far

With Young Thug’s trial set to start Monday, social media has taken a moment to reflect on everything that has happened since Young Thug was arrested over 17 months ago. The X account ThuggerDaily posted a long list of every wild thing that has happened. While the full tweet is posted below, highlights include Donald Trump accusing Fani Willis of sleeping with YSL Mondo, one defendant was found to be in a relationship with his jail guard, and someone hacking the courtroom screens to play porn.

However, after nearly a year of jury selection, Thug’s trial will start on Monday. After over 20 indictments, just six men will go to trial, Thug included. Despite this, there was still plenty of drama to go around. Thug’s lawyer was formally warned by the judge. The attorney was heard calling one of the prosecution’s pre-trial witnesses a “farce”. Similarly, Ya Gotti’s lawyer was warned after a verbal altercation about Gotti being denied his right to have a clear line of sight to the jury.

Away from the courtroom, Mariah The Scientist is continuing to prove her “wife goals” in regards to Young Thug. “I feel like he definitely wants to be married and I feel like I do too. I feel like being imaginative can help every human being on earth not lose your mind. It is like a little slight state of delusion,” Mariah told XXL. Furthermore, she noted that she spends “all day long” thinking about one thing. That thing is what life is going to be like with Thug once he is finally released from prison.

How To Buy Future’s Lanvin Lab Collection

While some of the rap game’s most legendary record labels, including Roc-A-Fella, Ruff Ryders, and Death Row Records, are being immortalized with signature throwback jerseys, “Turn Yo Clic Up” rapper Future wants to showcase the culture’s impact on high fashion.

Although Future is often seen sporting designer duds, his new fashion collaboration marks a first for him. In June, WWD revealed FutuFuture announced as Lanvin Lab’s first guest creative. With the line officially available for purchase, here’s how you can buy Future’s inaugural Lanvin Lab collection.

Future’s first line includes unisex pieces (jumpsuits, t-shirts, pants, footwear, handbags, and other accessories), which can be purchased on Lanvin’s official website here and in stores.

Items in the collection range in price from $250 (graphic t-shirts) to $23,000 (signature studded jacket). In the pieces, Future injects notes of his staple look, such as a bold leather jacket. He also incorporates his record label, Freebandz’s eagle logo.

When detailing the collection, Future said in a statement, “I created a vibe with this collection, something you can feel when you wear it. Jeanne Lanvin drew inspiration from her life and lifestyle. We are the same in that way we create from experience.”
