Eminem Touchingly Announces His Daughter’s Pregnancy In “Temporary” Music Video

Eminem continues to hearten fans and draw a couple of tears from them, as he just dropped the music video for his The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce) cut “Temporary” featuring Skylar Grey. The song and visual is a touching tribute to his daughter Hailie Jade, with the lyrics hypothesizing on the Detroit rapper’s final message to her before his eventual passing. The visuals show old home video footage of Hailie, tearful moments at her wedding, and even the reveal that she’s expecting a child. We can’t believe that Marshall Mathers will become a grandfather soon, and from the looks of it, he can barely believe it either.

“I watched it in entirety and I don’t think I can do it again,” Hailie Jade recalled her reaction to Eminem’s “Somebody Save Me” music video featuring Jelly Roll, another family tribute. “I definitely cry every time I hear it at all. Between that and ‘Temporary’… I mean, I can’t. I audibly sobbed, I think, for both songs, but especially ‘Temporary.’ Watching the [‘Somebody Save Me’] video back and listening to the songs, I feel like my parents did such a good job growing up where I didn’t realize how bad things were.

I think that’s why I get emotional so much just thinking that that could have happened,” Hailie Jade shared concerning Eminem’s addiction struggles and near-death experiences. “And obviously that’s the point of the song. But I will say, if you’ve ever lost an addict or loved one, I feel for you.” “The older I get, the less I can listen to any of the songs,” she said of “Mockingbird.” “I’ve done enough crying and I told myself I refuse.”

However, Eminem and Hailie Jade aren’t the only ones who got emotional from these milestones. “I wish I had a daughter, I do, I wish I had a daughter,” 50 Cent recently told Haute Living of Hailie’s wedding. “I wish I had that [father-daughter] relationship. For female children, their dad is the first man they fall in love with. Male children go to their mom; I’m a mama’s boy myself. It was unbelievable, the wildest thing for me, period. I was like, ‘Yo, bro, this is cr*zy. We’re getting old. Your baby is grown. What the f**k is going on?’ I was having a moment myself over there. I told Em, ‘You said it was OK to cry? Because I’m crying.’ I couldn’t believe it went that fast.”

Sexyy Red Goes On An Intergalactic Mission In New “U Kno What To Do (UKWTD)” Music Video

Sexyy Red has come a long way since rising to fame with songs like “Pound Town” and “SkeeYee.” The St. Louis-born hitmaker has gone on to collaborate with the likes of Nicki Minaj, Drake, and many more. She unleashed her third mixtape earlier this year too, which has since earned her even more virality. Now, she’s dropped a music video for her track “U Know What To Do (UKWTD),” and it’s action-packed, to say the least.

In the video, Sexyy’s seen throwing it back in a hot pink bedroom, playing the role of Captain Sexyy Pants on an intergalactic trek to “yo man’s house,” and more. She even models one of her new lip glosses, deciding between shades like “Blue Balls” and “P*ssyhole Pink.” The playful visual pairs well with the expectedly raunchy single, which she first unveiled last month. Check it out below.

Sexyy Red Unleashes Space Travel-Themed Video

Sexyy Red’s latest video arrives amid her “Sexyy Red For President” tour, which she kicked off back in August. The tour is scheduled to wrap up this month with a performance in Tampa, however, she still has a slew of remaining 2024 U.S. dates. So far, she’s been joined by various special guests like Kodak Black, Ice Spice, Lil Durk, and more.

Sexyy’s latest release also comes after King Von’s sister, Kayla B, opened up about texting her from Chief Keef’s phone. The two of them have gone back and forth over the Chicago rapper in the past, but according to Kayla B, she didn’t do it out of jealousy. Instead, she claims she found several messages between him and Sexyy with her name in them, prompting her to let the “Get It Sexyy” rapper know she saw them. What do you think of Sexyy Red’s new “U Kno What To Do” music video? What’s your favorite part? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Rich Homie Quan’s Team Releases Tear-Jerking Music Video For “Song Cry”

Rich Homie Quan was sent off with a beautiful celebration of his life just two weeks ago, but it feels like a lifetime already. Every day that passes by without the Atlanta rapper seems like a decade has gone by. What we are trying to say is that us, along with the rest of the hip-hop world, miss him dearly. His funeral service showed that, as there was a massive turn out thanks to Quan’s father allowing the public to come and remember the beloved MC. The words spoken by fellow artists, DC Young Fly, and more show just how much he meant to everyone he came across. Whether it was his music or in-person interactions, he clearly touched many lives. Thankfully, the estate of Rich Homie Quan understands that because they have just dropped visuals for his posthumous record, “Song Cry”.

The song dropped just a day before the service, and it is a hard song to get through without tearing up. The same goes for the video, as it includes shots prior to his shocking death and the funeral, according to TMZ Hip Hop. Shots include some emotional reactions from all walks of life, as well as some white doves flying away at his burial site. It has been easy getting through this for anyone as evidenced by longtime girlfriend, Amber Williams. “This has to be the toughest thing I’ve ever endured,” she said in a tribute. “Don’t even know how to gather my words”. You can check out the new music video with the link below. Thoughts and prayers from the HNHH team continue to go out to the loved ones of RHQ.

The Weeknd & Playboi Carti Share Minimalistic Visuals For Hit Collab “Timeless”

Brazilian fans of The Weeknd were treated to some previews of his upcoming album Hurry Up Tomorrow. During the performance, Playboi Carti joined him onstage to give the rambunctious crowd a taste of what we now know to be “Timeless”. The superstars have been developing their relationship for the last year or so since the release of “Popular” last summer. So, it’s nice to see that Abel felt it was necessary to include him on his supposed final Weeknd album. So far, it seems that the Canadian multi-hyphenate is looking to give us an amalgamation of the sounds we have gotten on his last two projects with some callbacks to his earlier work too.

On “Timeless”, The Weeknd and his stacked team of producers blended some incredible shots of synths and contemporary trap production. It allowed Abel to effortlessly switch between his rapping and his delicate singing. Additionally, Carti drops the controversial deep voice for his OG high pitch delivery, making the track that much better. It seems that fans are in agreement with us on it too because the streaming numbers have been off the charts. In just the first 24 hours on Spotify, it racked up over 10 million plays. Currently, it’s over 24 million. These two new they had a hit, so it’s no surprise we have visuals for “Timeless” as of today. In comparison to the video for “Dancing In The Flames”, this one is not nearly as dramatic. It’s darker and grimier, with The Weeknd and Playboi rocking dark attire to match the cavernous vibe. It’s fairly minimalistic, as the locations rarely change from the plain black backdrop. Check out the music video below with the attached embed.

Snowd4y And Drake Drop Ridiculous Music Video For “Wah Gwan Delilah”

Drake has been moving in slightly puzzling ways since the Kendrick Lamar battle. Some of his moves have worked. The “100 Gigs” drops have been major online events. They’ve also given fans insight into some of their favorite Drake albums. Other moves have left us collectively puzzled. “Wah Gwan Delilah” is at the top of this list. The 6 God decided to team up with comedian/artist Snowd4y for a Plain White T’s cover so baffling that the band thought it was a parody. And now we have a music video for it.

Drake and Snowd4y didn’t shoot a live action video for their cover. That would have been pushing it. They did, however, decide to drop an animated music video as ridiculous as their accented take on the song. An animated Snowd4y strums an acoustic guitar amidst various landmarks in Toronto. The video real kicks off, though, when animated Drizzy shows up. The rapper is inexplicably styled to look like he did during his Views era, rather than his current day vibe. He’s even rocking a vintage OVO hoodie. It’s unclear why Drake didn’t want his braids and bulky 2020s fits animated, but we digress.

Drake Pokes Fun At Himself In New Animated Video

The music video has some genuinely funny moments. Drake and OVO Chubbs freaking out over text messages the former received, and Drake posted up on a bed with the titular Delilah. The animation style is reminiscent of South Park, right down to the minimal movement and facial expressions. To further sell the Views-era, though, the music video decides to perch animated Aubrey on top of the CN Tower that graces the album cover.

Drake has been dropping lots of loosies over the last few months. He’s had collabs with Latto, Playboi Carti and Lil Yachty. Some of them have well-liked by fans. It’s baffling, then, that “Wah Gwan Delilah” is the one that got a music video. Sure, it’s animated, but the song came out months ago. It’s a puzzling for Drake to bring attention back to the least-liked song he’s dropped in 2024. That said, he’s doing his own thing. We just hope that Drizzy and PARTYNEXTDOOR album is coming soon.

Future Promotes Healthier Habits In Music Video For “TEFLON DON”

Future has gone three for three in a lot of people’s eyes this year after the release of MIXTAPE PLUTO. The 17-song affair is just a straight 40-plus minutes of wavy and grimy trap bangers with no guests. That’s been upsetting to some listeners, as features with at least Travis Scott and Gunna were heavily teased. Additionally, the similar and familiar sounds may feel like wash, rinse, and repeat Pluto. But, as we just mentioned, his day one listeners understand what this tape is all about and it’s why it’s looking at a solid opening week on the charts. As it stands, the Atlanta legend is projecting to sell over 120,000 units. As for the songs themselves, there most likely won’t be a “Like That” in terms of hit level. However, there are some memorable cuts Future lays down here such as “TEFLON DON”.

It’s got a hypnotic instrumental, courtesy of a slew of talent behind the boards such as Southside. Pluto also does his thing on it, bring his trademark high and low pitch vocal inflections. It’s extremely braggadocious, as he plays around with the comparison of criminal kingpin John Gotti, aka “TEFLON DON”. Future’s touts himself as someone who is always finding himself on top no matter how many times people try to bring him down. However, the new visuals for the track add another layer to always trying to better oneself. Uproxx points out the custom wrapped old school sedans which are promoting Suboxone and Narcan. They are drugs that help fight addiction to opioids, something that Future’s been synonymous with, but has also been putting down in real life. Check out the NSFW visuals with the link below.

Travis Scott Drops Surprise Visuals For DBR Deluxe Cut “Mo City Flexologist”

The end of August was a great time for Travis Scott fans. After 10 long years, the Houston rapper would finally put DAYS BEFORE RODEO onto streaming platforms. This was something that his supporters had been hoping would happen for quite a while. When he did reissue it, though, he made sure to do it in a big way. Instead of just giving people the mixtape, he released vinyl and CD copies, apparel, bundles, as well as multiple deluxe versions. Out of the six editions, the first one may go down as the most treasured. Only available for a limited time, Scott dug up some fan-favorite unreleased cuts such as “Serenade”, “Yeah Yeah”, “Too Many Chances”, and “Whole Lots Changed”. However, there was a fifth that was included and that was “Mo City Flexologist”.

It’s probably the most unheard of one of the original bunch, but it might be the best of them. From the hungry rapping to the short but catchy chorus, Scott had everything working on this cut. The grand scale of the instrumental is also another key reason “Mo City Flexologist” sticks out in a very good way. It’s also got a lot of cool foundational elements to what would be carried over into Scott’s other projects. Even, though we are just about a month removed from that amazing run, he’s still looking to bring the rage. HipHopnMore has just made it known that a “Mo City Flexologist” music video is out now, which you can see below. It comes out of nowhere once again, but it might be here to help celebrate DBR finally going number one on the Billboard Hot 200 chart.

ScHoolboy Q Leads An Anti-Snitching Campaign In New “THank God 4 Me” Music Video: Watch

ScHoolboy Q’s BLUE LIPS continues to be one of 2024’s best and most impactful albums, and one of its finest and most balanced bangers just got the love it deserves. In the visuals for “THank god 4 me,” the TDE rapper, director Omar Jones, and their team bring forth a lot of visuals alluding to snitching, loyalty, the American dream, diving into one’s psyche, and camaraderie. He even included a snippet of the track “BANG YOUR HEAD” (which features Q) from TDE affiliate and frequent BLUE LIPS presence, Devin Malik. That cut’s off his new album DEADSTOCK, which you should absolutely check out if you haven’t already. All in all, it’s exactly the type of impressive visual treatment and homegrown love that you’d expect.

What’s more is that ScHoolboy Q also added his talents to a lot of other hip-hop moments this year. For example, he recently featured on The Alchemist’s “Ferraris In The Rain” off of his soon-to-come LP, The Genuine Articulate. In the case of the alleged conversation between Q and J. Cole for the latter to drop out of the Kendrick Lamar and Drake battle, then those talents are just common sense, concerned sensitivity, and just looking out for his fellow MCs.

ScHoolboy Q’s “THank God 4 Me” Music Video: Watch

Elsewhere, ScHoolboy Q is also leading the charge for the hype around fellow TDE member Doechii’s excellent mixtape, Alligator Bites Never Heal. He sung its praises online, and all this goes to show just how much more he’s done this year beyond just dropping a surefire AOTY finalist. Sometimes, artists drop and disappear altogether, but seeing Q in this space as of late is always a treat. That’s especially the case when he can nurture and further push the great songs and ideas he discusses on the album, of which “THank god 4 me” is a clear standout.

However, ScHoolboy Q also lends his critical perspective from time to time, such as with Michael Rubin’s controversial comments about Black culture on The Breakfast Club. “YOU KNOW WAT I DONT LIKE ABOUT U N***ERS? I HATE WHEN U N***ERS BE ACTING LIKE N***ERS…basically,” he said to characterize Rubin’s comments. “NO SUCH THING AS BLACK ON BLACK ANYTHING,” Q added in this since-deleted series of tweets.

Playboi Carti Drops Cameo-Filled “All Red” Visualizer And Teases New Video

Playboi Carti is really giving fans an album rollout. There was a period where it seemed as though getting new music from the rapper would be harder than getting a release date out of Frank Ocean. Playboi Carti has made good on his promises since Friday, though. He dropped the pre-order links for his upcoming album, MUSIC, and released the lead single, “All Red,” a few hours later. Then, on Monday, September 16, Playboi Carti dropped the visualizer for the song. The first visualizer of his his entire career.

The visualizer is as slick and cool as the song itself. Fans can be seen walking into a convenience store and buying the Billboard Magazine with Playboi Carti on the cover. The visualizer then shifts to a more traditional club setting. Carti can be seen partying alongside a star-studded roster of guests. It may seen counterintuitive to think of Playboi Carti as a rapper with lots of industry connections. He’s the posterboy for intrigue and mysteriousness. Some fans are going to be put off by the fact that he stacked his official visualizer with cameos. That said, it’s cool to see him partying alongside people like NAV and Meek Mill.

NAV And Meek Mill Appear In Playboi Carti’s Visualizer

It works perfect as a music video for “All Red.” Fans are used to getting so little from the rapper that even a song visualizer seems like a luxury. Fortunately, there’s more “All Red” content around the corner. Carti confirmed that the official music video for the single is still in the works. “Not official video,” he wrote in the caption of the visualizer link. Christmas has seemingly come early for Playboi Carti fans. At least, it’s shaping up to be earlier than expected.

Playboi Carti’s “All Red” has garnered attention for reasons both good and bad. Everybody is happy that the elusive rapper is back with a new song. Some, however, have pointed out the similarities between his new sound and that of Future. Carti dropped the baby voice and is now using a deep register that sounds eerily like Pluto. There are even those who are convinced that Future is an uncredited feature on “All Red” given how much it sounds like signature delivery. All stylistic debate aside, though, we are all eager to see what the music video for “All Red” has in store.

Ice Spice Makes The Strip Club Come Alive In New “Popa” Music Video: Watch

Ice Spice is still rolling out her new album Y2K!, and wants to show that it can still electrify a party. Moreover, the music video for “Popa” just released, and given its multiple visuals involving a strip club and a whole lot of shaking rumps, it’s pretty NSFW. Elsewhere, she also flaunts her private jet, vibes out on top of a luxury car, and parties all around. While not everyone in the world was a fan of the Bronx femcee’s latest output, she certainly hasn’t lost any motivation to keep her foot on the gas. It seems like she’s already working on her next step, which is exactly how you should handle criticism no matter whether or not it’s valid.

Elsewhere, Ice Spice is just enjoying the fruits of her fame, spreading her image and artistry around to every corner she can find that will take her. For example, she recently linked up with Madonna at a Luar New York Fashion Week show, one of many huge celebrity crossovers that she’s enjoyed over the years. We don’t know much about next moves, though, especially considering how frantic and busy of a year 2024 was for the hitmaker. But we know she has plenty of extracurricular avenues to develop, and plenty of time right now to think it over.

Ice Spice’s “Popa” Music Video: Watch

However, Ice Spice also has to contend with a lot of naysayers, even within the rap game. During a recent talent scout session with Funny Marco, Latto seemed to shade her by comparing her to a female rapper who tried out and, in the Atlanta femcee’s view, underwhelmed. “It gives me like… Ice Spice, probably,” she remarked. “It was like, ‘I’m so cute, grah.’”

But a lot of folks out there also know that the hate for Ice Spice (disregarding controversial allegations around her behavior) could come from pretty biased and misguided places. “B***hes hate Spice cuz n***as love spice,” Fivio Foreign recently tweeted, speculating as to why she gets so much negative attention. If the music just isn’t your thing, then we can’t pretend like this new “Popa” music video will convince you. Yet sadly, a lot of critics seem to forget that they can hold that simple opinion instead of turning it into vitriol.
