Moneybagg Yo Links Up with Denzel Washington for Lunch

Moneybagg Yo Links Up with Denzel Washington for Lunch

One of the best moments from the past weekend was a link-up between Moneybagg Yo and Denzel Washington.

Moneybagg shared images from lunch with the iconic actor, revealing he let the Hollywood star wear his diamond flood Audemars Piguet watch. He says of the link up:

You đŸ„·s Aint Having Lunch Wit Denzel , Stop It !!
Psa : I Let Em Rock Da AP He Said Its Time To Feed Da Streets . 😅 #SPEAK

Moneybagg Yo Lends Denzel Washington His AP Watch For Dinner

Moneybagg Yo recently revealed that he entered another echelon of rapper/actor crossover in the A-list celebrity world. “You [ninja emoji]s Aint Having Lunch Wit Denzel , Stop It !!” he captioned an Instagram post that pictures him with none other than Denzel Washington. In fact, the Memphis MC even flexed how he lent the legendary actor his Audemars Piguet watch and included a wild pic of him wearing two watches on his wrist, one of them being the AP. “Psa : I Let Em Rock Da AP He Said Its Time To Feed Da Streets. #SPEAK,” he added. We can’t help but wonder what on Earth prompted this crossover.

Regardless of its origin, we’re glad it happened, as these are two titanic champions of focused and hard work in their respective fields. For example, Denzel Washington and Moneybagg Yo probably spoke on their business endeavors, their art, the former’s upcoming or recent roles, or the latter’s record label. On that note, actually, maybe Denzel had something to weigh in on regarding DeJ Loaf recently calling Moneybagg out for allegedly stealing her name for his Loaf Boyz label. It was a bizarre attack online, but we can’t deny that folks typically don’t appreciate the MC like they should.

As for The Equalizer star, his relationship with hip-hop is relatively well-known. He actually spoke on what it was like to meet a much younger Drake, and it would be interesting to hear what he’d have to say about Moneybagg Yo. “I met a kid in Toronto who came up and was fascinated with me because I was, like, this star,” Denzel Washington told Good Morning America almost a year ago. “He wanted to talk to me and he couldn’t believe that he met me. Well, 10 or 15 years later, he came up and he said, ‘You don’t remember when you met me?’ I said no. His name is Drake.”

Meanwhile, the CMG affiliate is also dealing with some drama outside of the musical realm thanks to cheating accusations. However, he said that he and Ari Fletcher are just fine, and things seem quite chill on that front at press time. We wonder if any or all of these topics came up in this duo’s conversation, or if that connection is beyond our comprehension. Nevertheless, for more news and updates on Moneybagg Yo and Denzel Washington, check back in with HNHH.

DeJ Loaf Blasts Moneybagg Yo’s Loaf Boyz Label For Allegedly Stealing Her Name

DeJ Loaf has been around for a while in the hip-hop game, so much so that people seem to have forgotten her influence. At least, that’s what she alleged on Thursday (February 8), as she recently blasted Moneybagg Yo for allegedly stealing her name for his Loaf Boyz label. For those unaware, he signed a new deal with 10K Projects, their first as a lone label following their exit from Warner Music Group. In fact, the Memphis rapper wanted to release a compilation to celebrate, yet he remains signed individually under Yo Gotti’s CMG imprint. It’s unclear if this caused a delay in the compilation, but regardless, Loaf wants them to recognize her input.

““Ay y’all don’t let these n***as call themselves ‘Loaf’ It’s only One!” DeJ Loaf expressed in a recent Instagram post. “And it’s yo mf baby.” “Pay HOMAGE f**k n***a,” she added in subsequent IG Story posts. “It’s only 1 LOAF!” the “Harpo!” MC shared. “Fytb. They tried to steal everything I came in the game with. My name I ain’t going for! Originality at its finest.” Overall, even though this seems like just a case of coincidental similarities, it looks like it might develop into more direct beef.

DeJ Loaf’s Messages To Moneybagg Yo

Moreover, Moneybagg Yo’s Loaf Boyz affiliate ShotOff, also known as Fat Wizza, who took to the social media platform to launch some mocking responses. “This b***h say we took her s**t wit the loaf all my fans go spam this cancer patient looking ass b***h,” he said of DeJ Loaf. “If u [wanna] be #loafBoyz just say that tf h*e u is not relevant stop it. I can’t believe this B. Shawty ain’t been s**t since smurk left. We understand u tryna be relevant again baby just ask for a loaf contract we’ll still sign yo broke a**. Dej whoooooooo!! This Loaf S**t For the having, not the have nots, and she definitely a have not.”

Of course, these aren’t the most important allegations Moneybagg dealt with over the past few months. That might go to cheating accusations concerning his relationship with Ari Fletcher. Apparently, they’re “peaceful and happy” over there, so we’ll see if he says the same of this supposed name-biting. On that note, stay posted on HNHH for the latest news and updates on Moneybagg Yo and DeJ Loaf.

Sexyy Red Tried Hiding Her Pregnancy While Touring With Drake But It Physically ‘Hurt’

Right now, it’s easy to tell that Sexyy Red is pregnant, as she’s pretty far along. Back when it would have been easier to hide, though, Red tried. It was still challenging, though, when she attempted to conceal her stomach while on tour with Drake and Moneybagg Yo.

In a recent video interview with Billboard, Red said:

“When nobody knew I was pregnant, I’d be in the back room like trying to suck my stomach in, or wear clothes to show that I wasn’t pregnant, and I had to practice my breathing. Like, before I’d go on stage, I had to hold my stomach in and look at myself and be like, ‘Can they tell?’ Once I just was like, ‘OK, I can’t keep hiding it,’ ’cause it hurt to just be on stage all day holding your stomach in, so I’m like, just forget about it. Because I was pregnant on the Drake tour and the Moneybagg [Yo] tour, but nobody knew. People started suspecting it on the Drake tour because there was videos and pictures of me coming out. [
] That’s the only reason I was hiding it, because I just wanted me and my family and friends to know.”

Moneybagg Yo Cheating Allegations Confuse Rapper: “We Peaceful & Happy Over Here”

Moneybagg Yo isn’t perfect, but the multi-talent won’t let the internet ruin his name for no reason. Like most of his contemporaries, the lyricist has been accused of infidelity in the past, though he and Ari Fletcher admit to opening up their bedroom for others to join them on occasion, which seems to curb that issue in their relationship. Ahead of the holiday season, Bagg’s other half hinted at them being married for two years now, despite her previously explaining her aversion to tying the knot.

No matter what their marital status is, the 32-year-old made it clear earlier this week that he’s not being disloyal to Fletcher, despite what “receipts” social media sleuths think they have on him. “I don’t even [know] who [the f**k that] is bra. [Please] leave me alone [with] all [that] type s**t,” Bagg said in response to photos of an anonymous woman posing in front of the same pool as him going viral. “We peaceful and happy over here,” the Memphis native added, seemingly referring to his union with Ari.

In @hollywoodunlocked’s comments, many are pointing out that the images don’t tell enough to make up a narrative. “That’s literally Sean Kingston’s home where he had a party at in Miami smh,” one person pointed out. “These folks feen for dirt on him so they can clown Ari and see another woman hurt.” Another chimed in with, “Man this was at a birthday party. That man don’t know her, she came because my friend who is the birthday boy sister invited her. Shorty was in and out.”

Before Moneybagg Yo had to worry about people spreading rumours regarding his relationship with Ari Fletcher, the Hard to Love hitmaker was keeping a close eye on his other half. Before she could post her salacious ceiling challenge video, Bagg advised her to not “get f**ked up.” Read what else the Southern superstar had to say at the link below. Moneybagg Yo Throws Shade At Ari Fletcher’s Ceiling Challenge: “Don’t Get F**ked Up”

It’s no secret that the “ceiling challenge,” has taken over social media by a storm. The challenge consists of people taping their phone to the ceiling, while J.I.D.’s song “Surround Sound” plays in the background, and the person dances to it while the phone is showing the above-ground view. Ari Fletcher is the latest celeb wanting to take part in the action. In the world of hip-hop power couples, Moneybagg Yo and Ari Fletcher have never been ones to shy away from the spotlight. However, a recent comment from Moneybagg Yo during Ari’s Instagram Live has fans buzzing.

Ari Fletcher, known for her unapologetic attitude, recently teased that she would be taking part of the viral “ceiling challenge” on Instagram Live. As she posted a pic of herself taping her phone to the ceiling, social media couldn’t wait to see the final result. Earlier, she went on IG live and the song was playing in the background. She further teased the content, saying “this the song right?” asking her audience. Moneybagg Yo couldn’t help but watch her on live to see what she was going to do. He couldn’t resist chiming in with a comment that raised eyebrows.

However, Moneybagg Yo had different opinions about his girl dancing on camera for the internet. “Don’t get f**ked up,” Moneybagg Yo commented while she was on the live. The ceiling challenge has become a social media sensation, with users showcasing their dance skills while twerking usually, and recording from a ceiling’s angle. Ari Fletcher’s take on the challenge was no exception, as fans were likely excited to see her twerk. But it seems Moneybagg Yo’s comment has added a layer of hesitation, as her challenge video still hasn’t been posted. “Y’all lmk when she post it so I can block her off my man phone,” one person playfully joked in the comments.

Moneybagg Yo Forced To Stop Denver Show Early Due To Health Emergency

Moneybagg Yo has been dealing with a tumultuous tour this year. He set sail this summer for his solo album, Hard To Love. One of the first hiccups the hitmaker had to deal with was the canceled shows due to low ticket sales. People were obviously frustrated, but some were also criticizing him and dishing out some humble pie. One person on Twitter ranted, “These street rappers got no substance in they music. nobody tryn see them walk back and forth in stage for an hour.”

If that was not enough, one of Moneybagg’s shows was shut down. This time it was out of his control as fire marshals stepped in before the concert could get underway. Due to overcapacity within a closed-in environment, safety came first. While it was disappointing for both Moneybagg and the fans, it may have been the right decision. People have been poking fun at the rapper for this rough outing. This time though, his Denver tour stop was over early due to a health scare.

According to HipHopDX, the medical emergency is still unspecified at this point. Denver was another city that was dealing with a lot of alterations. It was rescheduled from August 29 to yesterday. Then, the rapper was an hour late. Then, because of this health concern, Moneybagg only was onstage for a half hour. He took to his Instagram to clear it up as there was a photo of him connected to wires. Additionally, he had this to say to his fans, “Denver I apologize dat I had to shorten the show. Y’all just don’t kno wat I went through to make it happen tonight.” Hopefully, we hear what it was soon. We are wishing him a speedy recovery. He is slated to perform in Los Angeles, but there is no word if he will make it there tonight.

What are your initial thoughts on Moneybagg Yo canceling the Denver tour stop last night due to health concerns? Do you think he will reschedule the show once more, or will he refund the fans? Moneybagg Yo Given Lawsuit Paperwork At Bottle Signing Event, Reacts Confusedly

Moneybagg Yo recently found out the hard way that, when you’re in a public setting, you always have to be prepared for the worst. While this specific case isn’t too wild, it did make for a pretty bizarre and almost comical moment, if it wasn’t for the circumstances. Moreover, it centers around a recent clip that surfaced online of someone greeting him at a bottle signing event in Las Vegas. After the rapper signed a bottle for the person recording, it turns out that they were actually a prompter. They gave him paperwork for a lawsuit against him and walked away, and Ari Fletcher’s husband had an incredulous look on his face.

Furthermore, he probably did not expect to receive paperwork on this occasion, especially from someone who went to get a signed bottle. Regardless, these papers allegedly focus on the Loaf Boyz executive‘s supposed failure to repay a no-show back in 2021. Since we don’t have any further details about the lawsuit, we can assume that the plaintiff wanted to resolve this in a more private manner with Moneybagg Yo. Otherwise, we would’ve already heard about it from another source, rather than this shy prompter who ironically created the more interesting story.

Unfortunately for the Memphis MC, it looks like this no-show is a bit of a common trend in his career. Well, not the no-show specifically, but rather a general streak of bad luck when it comes to not being able to perform. For example, back in September, organizers suddenly canceled his hometown concert at the FedEx Forum arena, which Moneybagg Yo was not happy with at all. He expressed disappointment in not being able to put on for his city.

“I did not cancel s**t FedExForum canceled the show!” Bagg shared on Facebook. “I Spent 300k in production and had MAJOR special guests popping out to help me put on for my city! S**t broke my heart frfr that was the one show I was looking for to I love coming home [broken heart emoji]. I tried everything in my power to assure them that none was gone happen! Unfortunately At the moment we looking for another venue that’s large enough will keep u updated thanks for everybody support [100 emoji].” For more news and the latest updates on Moneybagg Yo, stick around on HNHH.
