Nate Diaz is an absolute legend in the fight game. For years, he was able to dominate the UFC. Although he did lose his fair share of fights, he always made things entertaining. Usually, his matches would end in a bloody mess. Overall, this ingratiated him with the likes of Dana White. More importantly, however, it had fans tuning into all of his matches. Even when he got up there in age and had no chance at winning, he was able to go out there and put on a show.
Recently, Nate Diaz fought against Jake Paul. He ultimately lost the fight by unanimous decision. However, it was still a great performance as he didn’t let himself get knocked out. While he probably won’t box again, he still has other fights to look forward to. For instance, just last year, he created a new promotion called Real Fight Inc. He has been recruiting some new fighters, and recently, he hit them with a fantastic new gift. According to TMZ Sports, they all got some new pendants.
As it turns out, the UFC legend went to Ice Box and got a total of seven new pieces. They are all the same, with the pendant simply brandishing the name of the promotion. These chains contain VS Diamonds and gold as well. Furthermore, the pendant comes with a rope chain that is 14K gold. Overall, this is an amazing gift, and we’re sure the fighters are very appreciative.
Only time will tell just how successful Real Fight Inc. will be. Hopefully, it proves to be exactly how Diaz envisioned. Conor McGregor will not be charged after being accused of raping a woman at Game 4 of the 2023 NBA Finals. Prosecutors in Miami declined to charge the MMA fighter due to insufficient evidence and a lack of corroborating witnesses. While prosecutors acknowledged that CCTV footage showed McGregor and his accused did enter a men’s bathroom for approximately five minutes, they stated that there simply wasn’t proof that McGregor sexually assaulted the woman. Furthermore, prosecutors pointed to comments the alleged victim made to law enforcement in which she appeared to ask if they thought McGregor was likely to financially settle the case.
“After a thorough investigation, including a review of videos and interviews with eyewitnesses, the authorities have concluded that there is no case to pursue against my client, Conor McGregor. On behalf of my client, his family and his fans we are pleased this is now over,” Barbara Llanes, an attorney for McGregor, told TMZ this week. McGregor had proclaimed his innocence throughout the investigation. Furthermore, the fighter’s team had dismissed the claims from the start as nothing more than financial intimidation.
Meanwhile, McGregor is taking significant steps in his fighting career. McGregor officially rejoined the USADA drug testing pool last week. Returning to the Octagon after two years battling a leg injury, McGregor has previously been reluctant to rejoin the pool. This led many people to believe that he had been using steroids during his rehabilitation. According to the UFC’s agreement with USADA, a fighter who rejoins the testing pool must remain in it for six months and pass two random tests before they can fight again. While appeals were made to eliminate the six-month waiting period for McGregor, the anti-doping agency held firm.
It’s unknown who McGregor’s first fight back will be against. Many assumed that it would be against Michael Chandler after the two went head-to-head on The Ultimate Fighter. However, McGregor has spent his time away calling out anyone and everyone who comes to mind. That said, many people are now eyeing UFC 300 as McGregor’s return. That would give him plenty of time to fully recover, as well as arrange a fight for himself.
Dillon Danis got absolutely dusted against Logan Paul this past weekend. Overall, it was a pretty bad fight for everyone involved. Logan didn’t look particularly good. However, he was much better than Danis, who couldn’t hit anything to save his life. He was getting beaten up pretty handily, and it became clear that he is a social media warrior. Despite all of this, he is still feeling thankful. For instance, he took to Twitter today where he thanked his mentor Conor McGregor. Below, you can see the array of nice words.
“Just an appreciation post for my brother,” Danis wrote. “I have learned so much from him in my life and he always has had my back through everything. He is the greatest fighter of our generation and I’m blessed to call him my brother. I could go on for paragraphs about what this man has done for me but just wanted to say, love you, my G. Got your back till the end.”
McGregor eventually replied to Danis by noting just how proud he is of him. Moreover, he noted that Danis accomplished a lot by getting in the ring. He even brought up his jiu-jitsu titles, as if that means anything after such a shocking drubbing. “Proud of you Dillon!” Conor said back. “You built that card tremendously and went out swinging! 4x jiu jitsu world champion with the bottle to go into Pro boxing in front of the world. Chalk it up to the first time ever in history that has been done! Well done brother! Onwards!”
Needless to say, Danis should probably never get back in the ring, ever again. His showing was embarrassing, and had he fought a real boxer, he would have been knocked out easily. Let us know what you thought of Danis and his performance, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world.
Dillon Danis put OnlyFans model Elle Brooke in a rear naked choke at a Misfits Boxing event this week, causing her to go unconscious for a few seconds. Danis performed the MMA staple after Brooke, who has also found success as a celebrity boxer, asked if he could perform the move on her. As soon Brooke went down, Danis and several others carefully lowered her to the ground until she came to.
When she finally recovered, Brooke compared the experience to taking MDMA but said that it was “better than drugs”. Danis was sporting a hat that read “I went on a date with Nina Agdal and all I got was this stupid hat” during the event. He is set to fight Logan Paul in DAZN’s Prime Card in just three days. The fight will finally bring an end to their two-month feud. Paul enters as the heavy favorite, with -580 odds and an 85.3% likelihood of winning. 63% of public bets have been placed on Paul.
However, choking out OnlyFans models isn’t the only thing Danis has been up to. Clearly bored with just trolling Logan, the former Bellator fighter has been eyeing other targets as well. While his attacks against Logan Paul continue, Danis also took time this week to go after Jake Paul as well. “Jake isn’t a real boxer; he’s a loser, a lifelong JV athlete who hand-picks the exact opponents to make him look decent. He’s a scam artist, just like Logan. Two little insecure boys deep down fronting with tattoos and false confidence,” Danis wrote on X alongside a picture of Jake pulling a goofy face.
However, Danis also bizarrely decided to take aim at UFC champion Jon Jones in a separate post. “If there was a world record for dodging, @JonnyBones would be the undisputed champ. But against a real legend like me? Doubtful. Maybe when he’s done playing dress-up as a fighter, he’ll muster the courage to step into the big league. I’ll be here, ready to give him a lesson in greatness.” While there has been some criticism of Jones “dodging” fights, he’s still one of the UFC’s best fighters. Meanwhile, Danis hasn’t fought in four years, has dodged multiple fights, and has never been invited to fight in the UFC.
Dillon Danis appears to have reached the level of internet trolling where he targets anyone he can think of. While his attacks against Logan Paul continue, Danis also took time this week to go after Jake Paul as well. “Jake isn’t a real boxer; he’s a loser, a lifelong JV athlete who hand-picks the exact opponents to make him look decent. Perhaps Danis calling out Jones is part of his wider plan following the Paul fight. Danis has stated a desire to get a shot in the UFC if he beats Paul. “I’m willing to go and go out there and see if what I’m saying is true. If I go to the UFC, give me your toughest fight. Give me Ian Garry, give me Neil Magny. Anybody. Leon Edwards. That would be the easiest fight. Colby [Covington], anybody,” Danis told The MMA Hour earlier this week. Danis is still technically under contract with Bellator, the Paramount-owned UFC rival. However, he hasn’t fought for the promotion since a pair of fights in 2019.
Furthermore, Danis claimed that his target was the UFC despite an offer from Misfits Boxing. “[Misfits is] trying to sign me, if I beat him. They’re actually in kahoots, who wants me, Jake [Paul] or KSI. But why am I doing that, boxing? I’m a jiu-jitsu guy. It’s so stupid. I want to go tap [UFC lightweight champion [Islam [Makhachev]. I want to go fucking beat these guys.” However, everything rides on the fight against Paul on October 14.

Despite Danis’ confidence, the Paul fight will not be easy for him. “I can’t imagine after all the talk he’s done on X, after all the shit he said, what it’s going to be like to be trapped in a ring with me — he has made a grave error. And assuming he shows up, October 14 will be the worst night of his life,” Paul told TMZ.
However, Paul was far from finished. “He’s a crybaby, legitimately. I’m not just saying this to be like a mean fight companion trying to rile him up. He’s a coward. He’s made this fight entirely about a woman — he chose to pick a fight with a woman. She fought back. He’s whining about it, he’s upset. He’s making excuses left, right and center.” During the same interview, Paul also confirmed that Nina Agdal plans to attend the fight in Manchester, England.
In the world of sports, it’s not just the athletes who garner attention and admiration. Their partners, too, often become figures of interest, especially when they have their own impressive achievements. Alessa Quizon, the wife of UFC star Max Holloway, is one such individual. As of 2023, Quizon’s net worth is estimated to be around $5 million, according to SportsManor. But how did she amass such wealth, and what makes her story so captivating?
Born in Makaha, Hawaii, Alessa Quizon’s love for surfing began at a tender age. By the time she was seven, she was already riding the waves, and by ten, she was showcasing her skills in local competitions. Her talent didn’t go unnoticed. At just 10 years old, she clinched her first contest victory. This early success paved the way for sponsorship with ‘Billabong’, a renowned surf brand that has supported her ever since.
Alessa’s achievements in the surfing world are commendable. In 2015, she emerged victorious at the Maui and Sons Pichilemu Women’s Pro. The following year, she secured the fifth position at the Rip Curl Women’s Pro Bells Beach. As of 2023, she boasts a significant following on Instagram, with over 637K followers. Her journey in the World Surf League has also been noteworthy, with her current ranking standing at number 83.
The Power Couple: Max and Alessa
Max Holloway, a prominent figure in the UFC, has often credited Alessa for being his pillar of strength. The two share a heartwarming love story. They began dating in early 2020 and got engaged later that year in November. By April 16, 2022, the couple exchanged vows in a picturesque beach wedding, images of which Holloway shared on Twitter.
In an interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, Holloway expressed his profound gratitude towards Alessa. He mentioned how she has made his life easier, allowing him to focus solely on his MMA goals. Despite her busy schedule as a professional surfer, Alessa has been a constant source of support for Holloway, a sentiment he often shares on social media.
Behind every successful individual, there’s often a supportive partner. In Holloway’s case, that partner is Alessa. The former featherweight champion has frequently emphasized the positive impact Alessa has had on his life and career. Her unwavering support and love have been instrumental in keeping him grounded and focused on his MMA aspirations.
In the aforementioned interview, Holloway stated, “My wife made my life easier. She took a lot of things off my plate and she just makes it easier. So, all I got to do is go there, focus, do my thing.” Such testimonials underscore the pivotal role Alessa plays in Holloway’s life, both personally and professionally.
Alessa Quizon’s net worth of $5 million in 2023 is a testament to her dedication, hard work, and passion for surfing. While she may be known to many as the wife of UFC star Max Holloway, her achievements in the surfing world stand tall on their own merit. Together, Max and Alessa form a power couple, inspiring many with their love, support, and individual accomplishments.
Newly crowned UFC champion Sean Strickland made his thoughts on male lifestyle influencer Andrew Tate very clear in a recent podcast interview. “Here’s the thing about Andrew Tate. As young men, I can see why you look up to him because you are moralless men. You have no values, you have no positive role models. You latch onto a piece of shit like Tate, who has money, who has women. Andrew Tate is a con artist. Have you seen that interview where he goes on about how he used to pretend to be a cam girl and rob people’s savings? He has no remorse. If you want to look up to someone, look up to someone like Jordan Peterson.”
This is nothing new about Tate but it’s interesting to see Strickland come out so vehemently against him. Despite this army of followers, Tate garners a lot of hate from people he would likely model as good alpha males. However, it appears that Strickland’s beef is less with his ideology (given he promoted fellow grifter Jordan Peterson) and more with Tate’s business practices. Tate is yet to respond but it’s likely that he probably will in the next few days. We’ll bring you that response if and when it comes.
Away from the podcast mic, Strickland is likely waiting on confirmation that he will be rematching Israel Adesanya for the UFC middleweight belt. “The rematch is interesting,” White said. “That could be the thing, too. You go into the Pereira fight, it’s such a big fight, and then you overlook Strickland? I don’t know the answers to these questions, but Israel does and I’m looking forward to hearing them.” At this point, it’s tradition to give stars like Adesanya the chance to win their belt back. After all, Strickland was simply meant to be an entertaining opponent for Adesanya to beat while Driscus du Plessis recovered from injury. It’s likely that Adesanya will get another shot to reclaim his title before new paths are forged in the middleweight division.
“I had a different plan for this, but life throws curveballs at you,” Adesanya said. “Win or lose, I wasn’t going to say much anyway, but right now, I lost tonight to the better man on the night and I just want to be with people who care about me, my team, so I’m going to go do that,” Adesanya said after the fight. He was gracious in defeat, lifting Strickland’s arm before he left the Octagon.
There’s certainly no love lost between Israel Adesanya and Sean Strickland. The two men are due to face off in the headline fight of UFC 293 on September 10, with Adesanya seeking to defend his middleweight belt. Of course, the pair have traded barbs back and forth in the run-up to the bout. However, it appears that Adesanya is tired of Strickland running his mouth.
“I do wanna shut him up and I’m gonna shut him up. I’m gonna break his jaw if he keeps talkin’ to me while he’s in there, trust. When you’re talkin’, you never know when a shot’s coming, the jab can hit you while your mouth open and send your jaw to the back of your head,” Adesanya told TMZ. “[Sean] should just thank me. He got his passport, he got the fight, he gets to travel out of the country for the first time, actually see the world instead of being a fucking hillbilly and yeah, he should thank me. Should really appreciate the fact that I got him the opportunity and he’s gonna get paid, he can buy his boat and then he can fuck off and make other opportunities,” he continued.
UFC 293 is the first event to be held in Australia since 2017. For Adesanya, it will be his seventh title defense fight, but his first since reclaiming the belt at UFC 287. Stylebender briefly lost the belt to Alex Periera at UFC 281 in 2022 but won it back in the rematch in April of this year. However, Strickland wasn’t the first choice for this fight. Adesanya was meant to fight Dricus du Plessis, the South African fighter that he has been publicly beefing with for most of this year. However, with du Plessis injured, the fifth-ranked Strickland was subbed in.
“Do I think he deserves it? I think he’s been in there long enough to earn it. To step in there with me, my ego says no. My ego says we’re levels above. He knows it. I know but he knows he still has a chance of winning this fight. I just have to make sure it’s the minimalist chance ever. That’s my job. “I know he’s dangerous because a man with everything to gain and nothing to lose is a fucking dangerous man but I have a habit of making dangerous men look easy,” Adesanya said when asked if Strickland deserved the title shot.
Over the weekend, mixed martial arts fighter Dylan Reischman made his MMA debut in the Jose Ferreira vs. Leonardo Morales undercard fight against Jamie Mora. In what some have considered “the worst leg break in combat history, Mora took down the 21-year-old Reischman, resulting in hi left leg getting broken to the point where the bone was almost poking out of his skin.
Despite the loss in his debut fight that went viral because of the leg break, Reischman thanked his fans and supporters on IG, posting, “Thank you everybody for all the support and prayers it seriously means the world and has already made this adjustment a lot easier.”. “My surgery went great, I’m going to be mobile on crutches tomorrow and I can start training again in 4 months which was honestly a lot sooner than expected.”
