Last year, he posted almost daily about Diddy in the wake of sexual assault allegations leveled against him. He reposted just about any clips or news stories he could find that he felt were disparaging to the hip-hop mogul.

One of those was a clip of a stand-up comedy special. In the video he shared a comedian makes their own jokes about the Diddy situation. Now he appears to have shifted his focus to Meek Mill. Meek was allegedly included in a new lawsuit filed against Diddy last month. The lawsuit heavily implies that the two may have had a sexual encounter, something Meek Mill has repeatedly refuted online since. In the caption of his post 50 Cent cosigns Schulz’s comedy. “This guy is funny as hell, @andrewschulz check him out. This wasn’t even the best part of his set. 🤷🏽‍♂️some people just got it” his caption reads. In the comments fans largely agree. “The fact he performed this in Philly of all places is crazy” one of the top comments on the post reads. “Bro you just wake up and choose violence everyday” another fan comments at 50 directly.

On this latest joint offering though, Future absolutely dominates “Giving Chanel.” His verse takes up the bulk of the runtime. However, he manages to be entertaining throughout his performance. Hendrix’s fast-paced flow is stank-face inducing and he adds some cool cadences as well. For example, when he rhymes words with long “e” sounds he really draws out the vowel sound. Meek Mill Was Reportedly Involved In A Car Accident And Claims It Was Supposedly Due To A Manufacturing Issue

Over the past few months, Meek Mill has tried to keep his head down. When the “Too Good To Be True” rapper made a public appearance, it was to raise awareness for probation reform through his nonprofit organization (Reform Alliance) or to tease a reunion with his former Maybach Music Group labelmate, Wale.

But as he prepared to reenter the spotlight, Meek faced a few unfortunate circumstances. Yesterday (March 1), Meek was reportedly involved in a bad car accident, which he claims was due to a manufacturing issue.

In a post on his Instagram Stories, Meek uploaded a photo of the frightening crash. “God telling [me] don’t crash out for the busta,” he wrote. “Imma listen, sh*t knocked me out, LOL. GMC. The whole brake pedal slipped off my first time driving SMH.”

While Meek should be celebrating the release of his latest EP, Heathenism, he has to tend to both his physical health and mental well-being. Meek’s reference to crashing out is seemingly in response to his string of posts on X (formerly Twitter) to shut down claims made in a new lawsuit that he was involved in a sexual relationship with Diddy.

Meek Mill’s been warring with the Internet ever since his name was seemingly redacted in a sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy. Moreover, many people speculated on their alleged intimate relationship and history, which he took to social media to blast outright. Unfortunately for the Philadelphia MC, this means that folks will scrutinize and criticize his activity on social media and elsewhere much more closely. As such, it didn’t take fans long to spot a post that he liked on Twitter that raised a lot of eyebrows. In it, a fan seemingly approaches the Dream Chasers rapper and speaks to him as he chills out in a pool.

“Meek mill cooling ’em cakes after all night of bender [crying-laughing emoji],” the tweet’s caption read. In addition, the use of words like “daddy” and “king size” also made fans chuckle in the replies and question why he would even like this. Also, the tweet is a reply to a meme about the Diddy allegations and his industry proximities. Of course, it’s always possible that this could just be a hack of some sort, but it seems like a pretty light and innocuous instance if that’s the case. After all, there’s a lot more you could do with Meek’s Twitter account.

Furthermore, fans already saw how this whole debacle and slew of claims, allegations, and discoveries resulted in some combative responses from him. For example, Meek Mill reignited his beef with DJ Akademiks given that the media personality was the main media source pointing to his involvement in the Diddy lawsuit. It got pretty nasty between the two, who had previously engaged in and then squashed beef, but that didn’t last long. DJ Akademiks Claims Meek Mill Sent Police To His House, Wants To Box Him

The social media feud between DJ Akademiks and Meek Mill continues, and it allegedly went beyond that online space. Moreover, the media personality recently claimed while on livestream that the Philly MC sent police to his house as a result of their beef. In addition, while kicking it with Adin Ross on his own livestream, Ak expressed wishes to box Meek, as he’s calling him these days. For those unaware, this started because of the latter’s implicit mention in the latest sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy, which the former commented on. It’s also worth noting that these two have clashed a lot in the past.

“And tweeting out like you on my a**?” DJ Akademiks said of Meek Mill while speaking to his audience. “Like, of course police are gonna come to my house! N***a, the f**k is you doing? Meek Mill isn’t done responding to new allegations of his proximity to Diddy in the latest sexual assault lawsuit against the Bad Boy mogul. What’s more is that the Dream Chasers MC still has one target in mind: DJ Akademiks, who kicked off speculation about an unnamed “Philadelphia rapper who dated Nicki Minaj” in this legal filing. They traded shots on Twitter on Wednesday (February 28), and the scuffle continued the following day. Specifically, “Freak Mill” -– as Ak referred to him in this exchange -– threatened that he would “die” over this feud, taking this escalation and spat to a whole other level.

Meek Mill Drops The ‘Heathenism’ EP While Proclaiming He ‘Ain’t Gay’ In Response To Diddy Rumors

Yesterday (February 28) was an unusual day for Meek Mill. The rapper found himself at the center of online conversations after he appeared to be referenced in a lawsuit filed against Diddy. The suit claims that Diddy said he had sex with a rapper whose name was redacted from the document. A footnote clarified of the redaction, though, “He is a Philadelphia Rapper who dated Nicki Minaj,” which many saw as proof it was Mill the document was addressing.

Mill then got into it with DJ Akademiks, and not long after that, he dropped Heathenism, a new five-track EP that includes features from Future and Fivio Foreign.

Before and after the release of the project, Meek took to X (formerly Twitter) to continue sharing his thoughts on the Diddy situation. He wrote in one tweet, “The 2 things they say … we snitching or we gay ….we generating 100’s of millions from music it’s not a coincidence we all gay and snitches …. They are powering this stuff even if it’s fake! The goal is to disrupt the hip hop community…. I own this music that drop tomar play it!!!!!”

Meek added in another, “Every black blog site enhanced that post to make me seem gay…. I change laws for our people I donate millions … they are designed to destroy the image of black leaders! It can’t work with me tho you gotta really kill me and I still will get bigger after death! This god not me lol.” He also wrote, “When I got a girl around me I’m f#%king her twice a day lol ask some of ya favorites … p*ssy don’t control me but it’s like a high… one love to the gay people but that juicy p#%sy do it for meeeeee [smiling emoji] I done ran red lights to get that feeling yall weird on here like devils lol.”

In response to one user who wrote, “Meek you have the right to remain silent,” the rapper replied, “I have the right to say I ain’t gay and I’ll trash anybody that play with my manhood lol.”

The fallout from the new lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs continues. The discourse has predictably — perhaps inevitably — gone downhill as the focus shifted from the allegations of Combs’ inappropriate, bullying behavior to (sigh) beef between rapper Meek Mill and internet personality DJ Akademiks over gay rumors now circulating as a result of Meek Mill being mentioned in the lawsuit. Here’s a rundown of why Meek and Akademiks have been arguing on Twitter.

Why Was Meek Mill Mentioned In The New Diddy Lawsuit?

As pointed out earlier today, the lawsuit, filed by one of Diddy’s Off The Grid producers, Rodney “Lil Rod Madeit” Jones, claims that Combs boasted to Jones he had sexual intercourse with other entertainers, whose names were redacted.

DJ Akademiks, in reading the suit for his fans (shame on them) on social media, used the provided footnotes to determine that they were most likely Usher and Meek Mill. Naturally (sigh), as this report spread on social media, it kicked up the well-tread, utterly exhausting tendency of a certain segment of users to fixate on the alleged participants’ sexualities rather than, you know, anything Diddy did that might have been illegal or harmful.

Meek, upon discovering the rumors flying online, logged in to try to regain control of the narrative — rookie move. His insistence that some identified “they” were doing “damage control” (does he know what these words mean?) only drew more attention to the buzzing rumors, while his indirect threats toward Akademiks brought the man (slash “mouse”) himself to Meek’s digital doorstep. You can see a truncated version of the exchange below.

An important thing to remember in this situation is that anybody can say anything in a lawsuit. The point is to get attention and generate buzz around it, so plaintiffs’ attorneys will often make sure to put the most inflammatory allegations in the news cycle, hoping to embarrass the defendant into a quick settlement (as happened with Cassie’s lawsuit against Diddy, which kicked off the last several months worth of legal actions against the music impresario). Diddy has maintained his settlement with Cassie was not an admission of guilt, while decrying the new lawsuits as nothing but “money grabs.”

If Diddy really did engage in illegal or inappropriate behavior, he should be held accountable for it. Past that, the rest is nobody’s business. The main takeaway here is that the world really would be better off if we all stopped paying attention to DJ Akademiks.
