Meek Mill heard Kanye West’s statements on Clubhouse and has a response.

During the Clubhouse chat, Ye took shots at Meek Mill while ranting about celebrities coming out against the musician and fashion designer.

“Oh, you know what, let’s go get celebrities,” Ye said. “Let’s go get Puff Daddy, let’s get Dave Chappelle, let’s go get Meek Mill… What made somebody think Meek Mill could say something to me?!”

Ye added: “Yo, man, I’m about to start crying laughing, somebody thought Meek Mill… Yo, I’m literally in tears.”

Meek would take the high road:

“Never lost my mind for fame or money,” Meek wrote. “I still have my family …my people respect me … I’m freeing people from prison… I’m doing community service all month with children up close and personal .. I’m chilling wit my son and his friends today.. y’all on clubhouse at 50 lol”

Meek Mill Responds To Kanye West

With Ye throwing shots and shots left and right, at least a few people caught in the crossfire are bound to respond. Meek Mill recently responded to Kanye West’s jabs at him during a recent appearance on the platform Clubhouse. Amid many other users and commentators, the Chicago rapper couldn’t stop laughing at Meek criticizing him. The Philly rapper spoke out against Kanye using a “White Lives Matter” shirt, to which Ye could only laugh.

“Why I made somebody think that Meek Mill could say something to me?” the fashion designer said while laughing uncontrollably. “No, this is the funniest thing of everything. I’m about to start crying laughing. Sorry- no I’m literally in tears.”

While many focused on Kanye’s controversial statements, a few people online threw their hat into this ring. On one hand, many defended Meek for standing up against that behavior, but people sent their fair share of hate as well. Regardless, he recently took to Twitter to voice his thoughts on the matter, at least somewhat.

“Never lost my mind for fame or money…” he wrote. “I still have my family… my people respect me… I’m freeing people from prison, doing community service all month with children up close and personal… I’m chilling wit my son and his friends today… y’all on clubhouse at 50 lol.”

Moreover, this isn’t the first time that Meek has criticized Kanye this year, or vice versa. In fact, Funk Flex urged the “Dreams and Nightmares” rapper to go after Ye following his Drink Champs interview. He also said Kanye “sold his soul” on his freestyle on DJ Khaled’s GOD DID and also called him “crazy and lame.”

“I don’t got no celebrity friends,” Kanye said on Drink Champs. “Because when I was on TV on Instagram saying, ‘I don’t know where my child is,’ and ‘the Kardashians kidnapped my daughter in public,’ and ‘I didn’t have the address to my child,’ none of these n***as that want to say something now…as far as Meek Mills, Puff Daddy, all you fake hard n***as, f**k you. You can’t shoot nobody anyway.”

Ye & Wack 100 Diss Meek Mill On Clubhouse: “I’m Literally In Tears”

Ye has once again gotten the boot from various social media platforms. However, the 45-year-old isn’t letting that stop him from making sure the world hears his thoughts. Most recently, he joined Wack 100 over on Clubhouse, at which time the two industry heads shared a laugh about Meek Mill.

In an audio snippet shared to @theneighborhoodtalk on Instagram, the Graduation rapper can be heard talking about the backlash he received in response to his White Lives Matter t-shirts earlier this year.

“Oh, you know what, let’s go get celebrities,” Kanye West recalled of what the world’s reaction to his antics felt like. “Let’s go get Puff Daddy, let’s get Dave Chappelle, let’s go get Meek Mill… What made somebody think Meek Mill could say something to me?!” he exclaimed before cracking up.

The rapper could barely get a word out without giggling. “Yo, man, I’m about to start crying laughing,” he tells Wack and their listeners. “Somebody thought Meek Mill… Yo, I’m literally in tears.”

“This a world tour or your girl tour, right?” another voice chimed in with the famous Drake lyrics previously aimed at the “Uptown Vibes” hitmaker. At the same time, the Yeezy founder maniacally laughs at the thought of his fellow artist checking him. The majority of the audio is unintelligible due to West’s snickering.

Meek and Ye have been publicly trading shots for some time now. At the end of November, the former made claims that the latter “sold his soul” on his “God Did” freestyle.

“Make a hundred million dollars and still go get my friends after / And that don’t go for everybody, just the only ones that been back for me,” he rhymes on the song. “I will never sell my soul for money, like I’m Kanye / It’s crazy I used to bring you on my cell house on lock day.”

At this time, Meek Mill hasn’t responded to Kanye West and Wack 100’s comments. Check back in with HNHH later for any updates on the rapper’s ongoing beef.

Meek Mill & Boosie Are Convinced DaBaby Is Blackballed

Things just aren’t the same for DaBaby these days. The rapper’s empire fell in the summer of 2021 during his Rolling Loud performance. He decided to bring out Tory Lanez as his special guest — just before Megan Thee Stallion. Still, his homophobic comments shortly after overshadowed the Tory bit. It didn’t take long for corporate sponsors, collaborators and others to denounce the rapper.

Ultimately, this played a significant impact in the way his music was received. Not just from fans but the industry, at large.

Akademiks and Ebro have gone at it on Twitter for nearly 24 hours after the former accused the latter of blackballing the North Carolina rapper. Ebro denied that he prevented DaBaby from getting on any Apple Music playlists. However, it seems like others believe the industry politics is what’s really hindering DaBaby’s career.

Meek Mill chimed in on the matter on Twitter, writing, “They blatantly black balling da baby .. not my business but ima observer.”

Boosie, who worked closely with DaBaby on several occasions, said that “something is definitely going on” behind the scenes.

“Ain’t no way my n***a @DaBabyDaBaby supposed to sell 16k after selling almost 150k his last first week ‼he one of the BIGGEST n this shit ‼I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON BUT SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY GOING ON,” wrote Boosie on Twitter.

A similar point was initially raised by Akademiks, who noted the influence that playlist has on Billboard charts. DaBaby’s last album, 2020’s Blame It On Baby, debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 with 124K in its first week. The album before that, Kirk, reached the top of the charts with 145K.

Kirk and Blame It On Baby arrived before the Rolling Loud incident, which he’s since apologized for. Still, even back then, fans expressed concerns about his formulaic flow.

Is it the industry politics or the music itself that’s holding DaBaby back? Let us know in the comment section below.

Ari Fletcher Addresses Rumours About Moneybagg Yo, DreamDoll, Meek Mill, & More: Watch

On the latest episode of Dinner with the Don, 27-year-old Ari Fletcher had plenty of rumours to address, and the mother of one didn’t hesitate to get vulnerable when discussing everything from the current status of her relationship with Moneybagg Yo to the online gossip about her and DreamDoll’s alleged feud.

While working on cooking an at-home KFC Bowl with her friend Tuson, he asked The Don, “Are you single?”

Ari promptly looked up at him and responded with, “You know, I’m in between jobs,” with a shrug and a smile, earning a laugh from everyone in the room.

While that comment didn’t exactly answer the question, she would later reveal in the episode that she did, in fact, break up with her rapper boyfriend, although she didn’t specify exactly why. “I did break up with that motherf*cker,” she confirmed while stirring ingredients together.

“Yes, I did! Yes, I did, because he had me f*cked up!” she went on, although when asked if she plans to take her ex back, her friend chimed in and said, “Who knows what the future gon’ hold.”

At the same time, Fletcher clarified that the reason for her and the Memphis-born rapper’s drama has nothing to do with any infidelity. “That whole little thing, it wasn’t about no cheating, it didn’t have nothing to do with nobody else,” she clarified. “It was just between me and him.”

When she was asked about her friendship with DreamDoll – who she’s rumoured to have been beefing with lately – the YouTuber made it clear that while she has a lot of love for Dream, she’s “straight on her right now,” but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re on the outs.

As for the gossip floating around that Fletcher had found herself a soccer player to spend time with after declaring herself a single woman, she shut those down quickly. “No, I do not know that man, y’all,” she insisted.

“Seriously, we just went to a soccer game because it was something that we’ve never done before, and I guess the passes we had just so happened to be his,” the model explained.

Finally, the Chicago native addressed the Meek Mill speculation that arose during New York Fashion Week, after the two celebrities posted up separately in similar-looking hotel rooms. The “FWM” artist had previously denied the claims shortly after they wound up on various blogs, and now Fletcher is doubling down on his response.
