Lil Uzi Vert Said That It’s ‘About That Time’ To Release ‘Luv Is Rage 3’ Because Their ‘Heart Is Hurting’

Lil Uzi Vert’s The Pink Tape Tour isn’t set to kick off until next month. However, one of their pop-up performances revealed what the “Endless Fashion” rapper has in store for fans. During their set at Listen Out Melbourne 2023 on September 29, Lil Uzi Vert gave the crowd insight into their highly anticipated project, Luv Is Rage 3.

Days after rolling out their chart-topping album, The Pink Tape, Lil Uzi Vert shut down rumors that a deluxe album would be shared soon. Instead, Uzi confessed they would “drop a whole new album.” That album might be Luv Is Rage 3.

While onstage, a fan grabbed the musician’s attention, which prompted the confession. In the video clip captured by a concertgoer, Lil Uzi Vert can be heard saying, “Yeah! I’m about to drop ‘Luv Is Rage 3,’” in response to a fan in the crowd’s question.

Uzi added, “You know I only drop ‘Luv Is Rage’ when my heart is hurting. It’s about that time. But you know, right now, ”

The anticipation for the project was only intensified when the official X (formerly Twitter) page for Rolling Loud posed the question, “Luv Is Rage 3? 👀👀👀

No further information is known about Luv Is Rage 3. But with a vault of over 1,500 songs, it should take Lil Uzi Vert long to assemble something when they are ready to.

Lil Uzi Vert’s “Luv Is Rage 3” Album Is Coming Soon, They Promise At Concert

Rappers have been steadily releasing new music all year long, though it wasn’t until Lil Uzi Vert came through with their Pink Tape that the genre secured its first No. 1 album of 2023. On that, the Philly native collaborated with an impressive roster of artists, including Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Don Toliver, and Bring Me The Horizon. Some creatives would take a lengthy break after delivering such an impressive feat, but LUV has remained focused on completing more gifts to share with their fans.

The “Just Wanna Rock” hitmaker’s main focus has been Barter 16, which we’re patiently waiting for to arrive on DSPs. Aside from that, they’ve also been hinting at a follow-up to 2017’s Luv Is Rage 2 for quite some time, though social media users are reluctant to believe the hype. Ahead of this week, Uzi confirmed during a live performance that the third installment in the beloved album series is in the works. As you may recall, the recording artist hinted in mid-summer that it would only be “a couple of months” before their work was ready for its big debut.

Lil Uzi Vert Has Plenty of Music On the Way

“Hey now, I’m ’bout to drop ‘Luv Is Rage 3’,” the entertainer declared in the video above. “You know I only drop ‘Luv Is Rage’ when my heart is hurting. It’s about that time,” they vulnerable admitted. While many fans are happily reacting to the news, others are speculating that it could be some time before the LP drops. “This ni**a is a boldface liar and I’m tired of it,” one Twitter user declared. “I can’t wait to look back on this video in a few months and caption it, ‘What was the point of this?’” another wrote.

Lil Uzi Vert has kept mostly quiet about Luv Is Rage 3 since this summer, but they’ve been regularly giving us updates on their Barter 16 project over the past few weeks. The project has already been turned in, and though a tentative release date was set earlier this month, it hasn’t landed on DSPs quite yet. Lil Uzi Vert Fan Fights Back Tears While Listening To Their Unreleased Song

One of the best things about music is the raw emotion factor. So many artists truly pour their heart out into their work and it can elicit some emotional connections with listeners. There are plenty of tracks from artists like Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, and other great storytellers who have a knack for developing feelings that many cannot replicate. However, even if that is not a musician’s best strength, fans can still find some sort of sentiment within their art. That is the case with Lil Uzi Vert, as his sound is more for entertainment or kicking back.

If you are a loyal fan who has been following an artist for years, or before they blew up and you watched them become a star, that can make you feel certain things. As a music fan, that might be one of the most satisfying things to see unfold over the years. You discover them at the beginning of their career, and as they evolve over time you notice that other people are starting to catch on. All of this can add up into you getting quite emotional, which is what this one fan of Uzi did.

Lil Uzi Vert Fan Cries To Their Music: Watch

Lil Uzi Vert shared a quick clip to their Instagram Story earlier today. In one of the stories, he posted a friend/fan of them listening to what appears to be an unreleased song. It could possibly be off of his upcoming Barter 16 tape, but that is uncertain. The man is singing along but is doing his best to fight off the tears. He cannot do it and Uzi has a funny and wholesome reaction to it. He says in the attached clip, “If your homies don’t cry 2 your music remove them [crying laughing emoji].” If this song is off the Barter 16, we hope it brings out this much emotion in us too.

What are your initial thoughts on one of Lil Uzi Vert’s friends crying to their music? Which song of theirs was the fan listening to? What artist’s music makes you cry all the time? JT Reminds Followers That Relationships Aren’t Forever

City Girls rapper JT has taken to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share some relationship advice. The “Where The Bag At” rapper, who’s on-again, off-again dating fellow rapper Lil Uzi Vert, shared her thoughts on being in a relationship and leaving when unhappy. “Do men know that a ‘girlfriend’ not that deep,” she started. “If you don’t like your ‘girlfriend’ you can leave, that’s not your wife OR mother of your kids. You owe her nothing. & vice versa if you don’t like your boyfriend leave his ass & don’t feel bad or play with other ppl feelings.”

JT’s post was in response to a viral meme captioned, “how men look at you when you remind them they have a girlfriend.” One user responded, “Damn, this is cold.” And JT took to replying with “Why you feel like that? What’s cold is pretending to hate your partner in the streets or using others instead of simply being single. No broken family or alimony!” Her response suggested that instead of cheating, an unhappy partner should just leave — especially if they’re not married or have kids.

However, JT has never been one to shy away from her relationship views with social media. In fact, just earlier this year she claimed that she would hold her man Uzi down if they were behind bars for 10 years. The hypothetical question was asked during a virtual interview and JT responded that 10 years is not really that long of a time to her. “Um…10 years. Yeah. 10 years not really that long. I did 15 [months].” she admitted.

Moreover, the City Girls rapper has definitely made her other opinions known when it comes to the things men should do for women. Earlier in August, JT shared some words for a fan she felt was “begging” her for merchandise during her Instagram live. One of her viewers asked her for some free merch, and JT responded by saying to ask the guy they’re talking to to buy it for them instead. “Stop begging,” she began. “You know what I don’t like? When a muthaf**ka scared to beg a man but they’ll get on here and beg me. Don’t ask me for s**t you won’t ask a man for, baby.” “Don’t ask me for nothing you won’t ask a man for,” she continued.

Lil Uzi Vert & Bobbi Althoff Link Up At Bktherula Concert: Video

Lil Uzi Vert has been everywhere lately – including with podcaster Bobbi Althoff. As they continue to prepare for their Barter 16 project’s debut, the Philadelphia native has been spending time with friends, both new and old, as well as teasing what they’ve been cooking up in the studio. On Thursday (August 17), LUV teamed up with Mike WiLL Made-It for a new banger called “Blood Moon,” and days before that, the rapper linked up with Young Thug’s sister to turn up to some songs from Barter 16.

Today (August 18), a video of Lil Uzi out at a recent Bktherula concert surfaced online. It’s definitely not surprising to see the “Just Wanna Rock” hitmaker supporting his contemporaries, but what did leave some people shocked is Althoff’s presence at the show. “Ily @bktherula but why @liluzivert n @bobbialthoff here [right now]?” the original poster asked in the clip below, which zooms in to show people who resemble the two entertainers.

Lil Uzi Vert and Bobbi Althoff Seen Out Together

It’s likely that the Uzi and Bobbi are working on something for her web series, though internet trolls did speculate that the 28-year-old won’t beat the cheating allegations this time. They were referencing the incident at the BET Awards, at which time JT threw her phone at her partner, allegedly because of something he said to, or about Ice Spice. They’ve obviously since kissed and made up, but if trolls start taunting the City Girl about Althoff, she likely won’t be happy.

It’s been several weeks since Bobbi Althoff and Drake’s interview dropped online, but still, pop culture fanatics continue to discuss the awkwardness of it all. The internet personality recently spoke with Barstool Sports’ Dave Portnoy about her experience interviewing the Canadian, though he’s been facing some backlash for asking Althoff if she slept with Drake. Read more about that at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Mike WiLL Made-It Delivers New Single “Blood Moon” Feat. Lil Uzi Vert

Mike WiLL Made-It Delivers New Single "Blood Moon" Feat. Lil Uzi Vert

Powerhouse producer Mike WiLL Made-It and rap sensation Lil Uzi Vert have ignited the music scene once again with their dynamic collaboration, “Blood Moon,” released under Giant Music. The fiery single, premiering on Apple Music’s New Music Daily at 9 am PT/12 pm ET, showcases the unparalleled synergy between the two artists. Mike WiLL’s signature production expertise harmonizes effortlessly with Lil Uzi Vert’s lyrical finesse.

Lil Uzi Vert’s verses in “Blood Moon” weave a captivating tale of aspiration and reality, painted vividly with lines like “Stepped in this b*tch like a killa” and “Sike now b*tch I live in a penthouse.” These lyrics illustrate a journey from modest origins to the pinnacle of opulence, with success symbolized by the metaphorical penthouse. The melodic beats and rhythmic cadence infuse the single with infectious energy, creating an irresistible groove that magnifies Uzi’s magnetic lyricism.

With its contagious rhythms and collaborative brilliance, “Blood Moon” is poised to set the tone for the upcoming season, solidifying its position as a potential anthem for the summer.

Mike Will Made-It And Lil Uzi Vert Burn Bright Like A ‘Blood Moon’ On Their New Single

Super producer Mike Will Made-It has blessed a new track his Midas touch once again. This time, he has teamed up with Lil Uzi Vert for a flashy new single, “Blood Moon.”

On “Blood Moon,” Mike Will is at the helm of the beat, per usual, and is joined by J. Cole, who, despite not having any rap vocals on the track, contributed to the song’s production. Over the track, Uzi celebrates a life of excess, rapping raspy, bragaddocious bars.

“Stepped in this b*tch like a killer, stepped in this b*tch in all Margiela / Grip on my waist, got a damn caterpillar / Lil Uzi Vert higher then a damn pillar,” raps Uzi on the song’s opening verse.

While Uzi enjoys the opportunity to flex, they’ve admitted that they don’t think of themselves as a fashion icon. In an interview with GQ, they admitted that some of their biggest fashion moments have come from them just throwing random items of clothing together.

“I low-key just wear anything,” said Uzi. “Sometimes I troll and say shit like that, but I’m not the best-dressed rapper. I don’t even care about that. It’d be the worst-dressed people with all the girls, so it doesn’t even matter.”

You can listen to “Blood Moon” above.
