Kodak Black loves a lot, but he’s certainly no romantic. Recently, a recording of him in what seems like a luxury watch store surfaced in which he talks about why he could probably never get married, and the reason why certainly raised some eyebrows for good and not-so-good reasons in the comments section of the post down below. “I don’t think I could ever get married, bro,” the “Versatile” rapper remarked. “I don’t think I love p***y that much.” Considering that he has four children (and is reportedly expecting another one) with multiple women, he probably doesn’t mean what some people thought he meant with that last comment.

However, these comments come at an interesting time for Kodak Black, whose baby mama Daijanae Ward recently spoke on his alleged relationship with their two-year-old daughter. “He wouldn’t know ‘cause he don’t be around her,” she claimed during a recent Instagram Live session. “He don’t know how the f**k my baby act, he don’t even know her. […] If he kept his hands to himself, she wouldn’t be so scared of him.” Those are all just allegations, though, and ones that Yak has yet to respond to or address at press time.

Kodak Black Reveals His Stance On Marriage

Elsewhere, Kodak Black is clapping back at people who expressed concern with reports of him popping pills during a Kai Cenat stream. “Y’all be so f***ing butt-hurt,” he reportedly remarked on Instagram Live after this backlash. “Y’all don’t like a n**** anyway. Of course, this track resulted in a lot of backlash from fans online, whether they were Republican supporters, strong opposers, or just fans of Fivio or Kodak’s music. Their issues ranged from the politics on display to the corniness of the track, among other criticisms.

As far as the song itself goes, it’s a pretty standard Fivio Foreign and Kodak Black performance with some sharp bars here and there and presidential references. The beat is unremarkable, but you’re wondering about that Donald Trump appearance, aren’t you? Kodak Black’s baby mama drama just got a whole lot more complicated, as authorities reportedly arrested the mother of two of his kids, Maranda Johnson, for allegedly jumping his first baby mother Jammiah “Maya” Broomfield. Specifically, the reported charges are battery, burglary, and grand theft, and follows Johnson threatening Broomfield and Kodak online as well as smashing his car windows. If you recall, this incident occurred because the rapper was with Broomfield and their son the other day. Seems like everyone involved has some issues to sort out. Hopefully they do so soon for the sake of the families, because seeing things go to these lengths can be scary.

Furthermore, this comes amid a pretty interesting time for Kodak Black, who’s not dealing with many legal issues right now and seems in a much better place. As such, we hope that the patience and positive energies are there to handle this combative situation as well as possible. But in addition to this being a more tranquil time for the Florida MC, he’s also got a lot more to develop when it comes to his next career moves and how he will grow throughout the decade. Moreover, Boosie told DJ Vlad during his latest VladTV interview that he doesn’t really see his personal and social media issues with Kodak as “rap beef,” per se. The same goes for his feud with NBA YoungBoy, as he thinks that these spats and situations are pretty casual and aren’t indicative of any real issues. Kodak Black Still In Prison Despite Dropped Drug Possession Charge

Kodak Black is still in significant legal trouble and behind bars right now, despite a judge dismissing his drug possession charges stemming from a December 2023 arrest. Moreover, according to The Associated Press, Judge Barbara Duffy dropped this charge on Friday (February 9), but she and the court ordered him to stay in prison. This is because the Florida rapper still faces evidence tampering charges in this specific case, and if those are dismissed, only then will he see freedom. Concerning this December 7 arrest, prosecutors could not verify whether or not his claims of actually having an oxycodone prescription are true.

Furthermore, law enforcement officials searched Kodak Black’s vehicle that day in Plantation, Florida. They found him sleeping in his Bentley’s driver’s seat. They claimed they found a substance similar to cocaine within, which he tried to discard of and even ingest orally. Still, the 26-year-old maintained that this was not cocaine at all, but rather the aforementioned and prescribed oxycodone in his possession. Not only that, but he claimed that this was to deal with injuries sustained during a nightclub shooting in Los Angeles in February of 2022.

However, his lawyer Bradford Cohen hopes that this will lead to a dismissal of the evidence tampering charge, as well. “I wasn’t surprised,” he stated concerning Judge Duffy’s decision to drop the drug charges, according to the Sun-Sentinel. “Whenever a court follows the rule of law, I’m never surprised. I’m surprised when they don’t follow the rule of law, that’s when I’m surprised.” Not only does Kodak Black’s attorney want him free from jail, but he also wants his bond reinstated.

In it, he calls for the liberation of Israeli hostages in the conflict between the nation’s government and Hamas terrorists.

This conflict took thousands of civilian lives thus far, and with things not getting any better, hopefully this message reaches fans who wouldn’t have batted an eye otherwise.
