Legendary musician Brian McKnight is a family man. He has four biological children. There are his sons Brian Jr. and Niko from his marriage to his college sweetheart, Julie. Then there is his daughter Brianna and son Clyde from previous relationships. That makes four biological children for McKnight.

Julie and McKnight split in 2003 but McKnight remarried in 2017. His second wife is Dr. Leilani Mendoza, whom he met in 2014. Mendoza has two children from a previous relationship, Julia and Jack. McKnight and Mendoza have since had a son, Brian, together. But it’s an Instagram post about Julia’s recent birthday that has riled up McKnight’s detractors online.

McKnight Critized For “Forgetting” Biological Children

The post that has sparked so much ire was originally posted by McKnight in December 2022. It shows McKnight with his step-daughter Julia, posing in front of a car he and his wife had given her for her birthday. McKnight included the caption “Today we celebrate you Jules on your birthday your mom and I couldn’t be prouder of you and I couldn’t ask for a better daughter than you!!! Happy birthday to the best daughter ever! Love u a zillion.”

People are seemingly only just discovering the post, as the discourse surrounding the post has only erupted in the past few days. McKnight’s detractors online are seemingly mad that his post appears to “ignore” or “forget” his biological daughter, Brianna. Furthermore, people have pointed to McKnight’s Instagram bio as further evidence that McKnight is “ignoring” his biological children.

Chris Brown just warmed fans’ hearts with a picture of him and his three children: daughter Royalty, 8, son Aeko Catori, 3, and daughter Lovely Symphani, 1. Moreover, the children laid in Brown’s arms as he put on a goofy smile for the snap, and people gushed over their cuteness. Of course, this pic came amid the R&B star’s continued presence in the headlines for many more reasons. For example, many fans took note of his lewd and provocative choreography at Rolling Loud Thailand, which got fans either feeling sweaty or slightly uncomfortable.

However, a lot of discussion around Brown these days centered around his controversial collaborations, as well. One of these was “Freaky Friday” with Lil Dicky, who remarked on the race-swapping concept of the track and reckoning with Brown’s history of abuse. As a big fan of the “Yeah 3x” singer, Dave said that he felt touched by Brown giving him props, and said that song opened many doors for him. Also, he said that he “knows his heart is good” at the end of the day, referring to people criticizing him for working with a past abuser.

Kylie Jenner says that she’s not necessarily planning on having more children, but isn’t against the idea either. The 25-year-old mother of two discussed her plans for the future during a new interview for a Hommegirls cover story published on Tuesday.

When asked what she’s most proud of, Jenner replied: “My kids. Experiencing pregnancy and motherhood.” And as for whether she’ll have any more, she answered: “I don’t have a number in my mind. Some women do but I don’t really have a plan. I think that whatever happens is meant to happen.”

When asked to elaborate on that point, Jenner continued: “Like whatever happens happens? I think I’ve always felt that way. I believe things are written for us. Whatever is gonna happen, it’s gonna happen. But I also feel very in control of my life and my decisions.” Jenner gave birth to her and Travis Scott’s daughter, Stormi, in February 2018. After an on and off again relationship for several years, Jenner welcomed her second child with Scott, a son, in February 2022.

Elsewhere in her interview with Hommegirls, Jenner reflected on her decision to get lip filler when she was younger. She described it as the “best thing I’ve ever done.” “I think a big misconception about me is that I’ve had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn’t! Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up I was always the most confident person in the room. I was the girl performing for everyone,” she said. “I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I don’t regret it. But I always thought I was cute.” She also said that the beauty advice she’d give Stormi would be, “Be confident, always be confident in yourself.” She further described her as “perfect the way that she is.”

Nick Cannon Considers Dating Taylor Swift On “The Howard Stern Show”

Nick Cannon says that he’s currently satisfied with having 12 kids, but would make an exception for one woman in particular, Taylor Swift. Cannon appeared on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show, Monday, and discussed the current state of his love life.

The discussion kicked off with Stern asking Cannon whether he’ll have more kids. “Every time I answer this question – I can never answer it correctly because I don’t know,” Nick admitted with a laugh. “I’m happy currently with the [children] that I got.” As for the type of woman that could make Cannon reconsider, he said, “She’d have to be cold. She’d have to be amazing.”

From there, Stern asked if Taylor Swift would be that type of woman. “Absolutely, I’m in — let’s go … That’s the one!” Cannon replied. He went on to praise her songwriting abilities and willingness to be vulnerable in her music before concluding, “Me and Taylor’s numbers are very similar when we’re talking about being in these streets. So, I think she would relate to me very well. We probably would really understand each other.”

Co-host Robin Quivers remarked, “She’s free and single,” to which Cannon joked, “My Spidey-Sense is tingling. I think that would be amazing.” Swift had been in a relationship with her longtime partner, Joe Alwyn, for six years before the two called it quits in recent weeks. News of their breakup was first reported by ET. The outlet cited sources that said the split was amicable and “it was not dramatic.” They added that “the relationship had just run its course. It’s why [Alwyn] hasn’t been spotted at any shows.” They’ve yet to comment on the breakup publically, but throughout their time together, both were very private about their relationship. Swift is currently traveling the world to perform on her sold-out 52-stop Eras Tour.

Nick Cannon Wishes He Had Kids With Christina Milian

He’s dated his fair share of Hollywood starlets and icons, and Nick Cannon is reflecting on his early 2000s romance with Christina Milian. The NCredible mogul has been a star since his teens, and over the years, he’s matched up with some of the hottest women in the industry, including his ex-wife, Mariah Carey. T.I. Says He Began Reading The Newspaper Before Kindergarten

It isn’t uncommon for T.I. to make declarations about his skills and talents, and he’s delivered a story about his childhood that caused a conversation. Tip has dubbed himself the King of the South, and recently, Georgia’s Royal Highness revealed he was working on his final solo album, Kill the King. While fans await its release, T.I. has been a regular on the comedy circuit, trying out new material to audiences who are used to hearing him belt out his hits.

Recently, T.I. caught up with Uptown Comedy Corner, and during the chat, he spoke about his development as a child.
