Since Beyonce first flew to Europe to begin her RENAISSANCE Tour back in the spring, her loyal fanbase has been impressing the “Halo” hitmaker. Before she even asked patrons to wear their best silver attire to shows throughout the month of September, many stepped out in over-the-top ensembles, many of which Queen B applauded from her post up on the stadium stage.

This week, the Southern starlet put on a rousing performance in her hometown of Houston, where plenty of celebrities stepped out. Lizzo and Monaleo met for the first time while awaiting Bey, and Moneybagg Yo also brought his lady Ari Fletcher out for a night on the town. Aside from those notable names, tens of thousands of locals also crowded into the concert. As TMZ reports, some of them weren’t afraid to throw hands when it came time for the famous “mute challenge.”

Beyonce’s Hometown Show Involved Some Violence

When the Destiny’s Child alum gets to the part in “ENERGY” ordering everyone to be silent, the audience remains as quiet as possible. Some cities have been far better at this than others, but there were high hopes for Houston to be one of the best. In fact, one person in the crowd was so intent on pleasing Bey that the smacked another person around them for snacking on popcorn during the big moment. “Shut the f**k up,” she added while striking the culprit, who laughed the altercation off. It’s unclear if the two know each other. Regardless, it doesn’t seem as though the night was totally ruined for either of them.

Beyonce has been the centre of attention for months on end thanks to her RENAISSANCE World Tour, reminding us once again why she’s known as one of the greatest entertainers of her generation. While fanfare continues to surround the mother of three amid her final few performances, Plies has made it clear that to him, Britney Spears’ living room dancing videos are just as captivating as what Queen B has been serving up over the past few months. Megan Thee Stallion is currently in her comeback season. Throughout the Tory Lanez shooting trial, Meg largely remained lowkey. Moreover, once he was convicted and sentenced, she continued to be silent on social media. Overall, it is easy to see why she proceeded this way. After all, the emotional turmoil that came with the shooting incident was overwhelming. It also didn’t help that numerous people in the industry were taking Tory’s side.

One of those people is none other than Drake. On tracks like “Circo Loco,” Drizzy has offered up some bars that seemingly take a clear side. Furthermore, he has consistently liked Tory’s Instagram posts in which he proclaims his innocence. Not to mention, during a recent concert in Houston, the megastar gave a shoutout to his photographer which led to an awkward moment. “Real H-Town love, shout out to Meg one time for real … not that Meg, this Meg,” Drake said. Now, it seems like Meg might be responding through a cryptic Instagram caption.

“Thee real Htown Hottie,” Megan Thee Stallion wrote in her caption. It is a very simple caption that doesn’t completely address Drake, although the implication seems pretty clear. Aside from the caption, Meg gave us some serious looks thanks to her camo jumpsuit which was incredibly well-designed. The artist has been promoting some new music, and her recent photoshoots suggest that she may have some sort of music video coming very soon. No matter what, we cannot wait to see what she does next.

Hopefully, some new Megan Thee Stallion music drops very soon. Some believe there will be a new track out today, although that has yet to be guaranteed. Beyonce Brings Out Megan Thee Stallion For Renaissance Tour Hometown Show In Houston

Beyoncé had a special guest for fans at her hometown show in Houston this weekend. Fellow Houston songstress Megan The Stallion joined Beyoncé on stage during the September 23 show at NRG Stadium. The two musical powerhouses performed together, with Megan rocking a camo bodysuit. Megan flexed her twerking prowess before giving her co-star a hearty “I love you Beyoncé!” during an ad-lib exchange. The crowd at NRG Stadium went absolutely wild for the pair, who were bathed in an intense red light during most of their performance. “I was there. And the stadium was shaking. The energy was insane. Houston you WIN ,” one fan wrote on social media.

However, Megan’s appearance won’t come as a surprise to many eagle-eyed fans. Last weekend, it was reported that Megan had pulled out of the Global Citizen Fest in New York, which also took place on September 23. Internet sleuths put the pieces together and reasoned that Megan had likely received an offer to guest with Beyoncé in their shared hometown. This was confirmed earlier this week when sources told various outlets that Megan had chosen to perform with Beyoncé instead. It’s unknown if Megan will be joining Beyoncé for the second show in Houston.

However, a Houston talent link-up wasn’t the only thing that Beyoncé did while in Texas. Beyoncé and her mother were seen posting up in front of Beyoncé’s childhood home, appearing to be engaged in a little photoshoot. Elsewhere, Beyoncé also teased new merch from the tour, including a t-shirt that reads “You’re the visual, baby”.

Sadly, the Renaissance Tour is coming to an end. As of September 24, there are just three shows left on the tour that began back in May. Beyoncé will play her hometown once more on September 24 before heading to New Orleans on September 27. Beyonce Visits Childhood Home, Teases Fans With New Merch

Recently, Beyonce brought her Renaissance World Tour to her hometown of Houston for the first time ever. Ahead of her show, however, she was sure to pay a visit to the place where it all started. She was spotted having a mini photoshoot in the front lawn of her childhood home. The Texas-born performer was joined by her mother, Tina Knowles.

Though it’s hard to get a clear glimpse of Beyonce in the clip, Knowles is seen rocking a cream-colored suit. The Renaissance Tour will run into October, with its final show being scheduled for the first of the month in Kansas City, UT. She’ll perform at Houston’s NRG Stadium on September 23 and 24, then head to New Orleans just before the tour closes.

Megan Thee Stallion Chose Beyonce Over Global Citizen Fest, Sources Claim

This month, it was announced that Megan Thee Stallion will no longer be performing her headlining set at Global Citizen Festival. The fest shared the unfortunate news with a vague Tweet, simply writing, “Hi there — due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, Megan Thee Stallion will no longer be available to perform at the 2023 Global Citizen Festival.” As expected, fans were pretty disappointed by the news. Now, however, new reports give supporters some insight as to why she dropped out last minute. It seems as though it might have been worth it, as her motive was to help out none other than Queen Bey.

According to some sources who spoke to Page Six, Beyonce invited the “Hot Girl Summer” performer to join her at a pair of upcoming Renaissance Tour stops in Houston. Apparently, the “unforeseen scheduling conflict” was just the result of “an inadvertent duplicate scheduling mistake by her team.” Beyonce’s scheduled to perform in Houston this Saturday and Sunday ( September 23 and 24), and reportedly, her fellow Houston native will be joining her.

The Canadian rapper delivered incredible back-to-back performances at the Toyota Center. At one point, the rapper gifted a fan a luxury bag, which has been a common theme throughout his career. Then, he found another fan who apparently attended several nights on his tour. As a token of his appreciation, he offered the fan a VIP experience at his Atlanta concert, along with a first-class ticket and $10,000 cash.

However, it’s evident that his appreciation for Houstonians extends beyond those who spent their hard-earned cash to see him perform. His connection with the city runs deep, as we saw when he pulled up to Bun B’s Trill Burger and later, showed his gratitude to UGK, Slim Thug, Paul Wall, and other H-Town representatives who left an indelible mark on the culture. Still, before his performance in Charlotte, NC this weekend, he had to pay a visit to one man who “made these beautiful ladies’ dreams come true.”

Drake paid a visit to Dr. Calvin Jung, a renowned BBL specialist, before leaving Houston. Dr. Jung shared a video to his TikTok page alongside Drake who delivered a suitcase filled with new work attire. “Custom OVO Jung Money scrubs,” the doctor said. “I had to get him right with the Jung Money scrubs,” Drake added. “It’s only right. Appreciate you showing love all these years. Making these beautiful ladies’ dreams come true.” Drizzy added that the suitcase had basically every size imaginable.

There’s a strong possibility that Drake and Dr. Jung, who is also a Canadian, might be hanging out more often in the future. The Her Loss rapper revealed that he’s moving to Houston during his second night at the Toyota Center. “I’m excited I get to share this with night two. I had to make it official first. I’ve been looking for a long time. Trying to figure out, you know, the right place for me to live where I belong outside of Toronto. Drake And French Montana Reunite During Houston Tour Stop

The “Splash Brothers” could be back together again. No, not Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, Drake and French Montana who reunited during a stop on the “It’s All A Blur” tour in Houston last night. The tour has been making its way through Texas playing shows in Austin and Dallas, where the rapper met up with Kyle from YouTube prank channel NELK Boys. At the start of the Houston show, Drake walked out with Johnny Manziel who is still a legend for his time quarterbacking at Texas A&M. He’s made a habit of walking out with sports stars throughout the tour. Names like Kevin Durant and Jayson Tatum previously popped up.

Now, Drake is reuniting with somebody even more familiar to him. Video is making the rounds online of the rapper embracing French Montana and shouting out his fellow Splash Brother between songs in the show. The pair have collaborated multiple times on songs like “No Stylist” and “No Shopping.” The former has racked up over 400 million streams on Spotify and sits among Montana’s top 5 songs on Spotify. As you’d expect fans online couldn’t help but speculate if there could be new music between the two on the way. Travis Scott‘s fourth studio album, Utopia, is finally here. Over the course of the past week, the album has caused a lot of mixed emotions for Scott’s fans. While many fans are lauding Utopia‘s five different album artworks, some are devasted that Scott’s Egypt concert — which was set to live stream from the Giza pyramids — has been canceled. We can’t imagine how the fan who sold his house to buy tickets must feel.

But regardless, Utopia is finally here and in the hands of fans. As with any of Scott’s albums, Utopia features a coveted list of guests. But one particular track is already proving buzzy among fans.

On “Delresto (Echoes)” Scott is joined by another Houston legend — the one and only Beyoncé.

Over a thrilling, haunting beat, Bey opens, showing off her rap chops, then delivering immaculate melodies.

Beyonce And Kelly Rowland Join Forces To Help The Unhoused

Beyonce and Kelly Rowland are reportedly teaming up in the fight against homelessness. According to reports, the former Destiny’s Child performers are working alongside Harris County officials to create over 30 permanent housing units in the Midtown neighborhood of Houston, TX. County leaders plan on using $7.2 million in funding from the American Rescue Plan to develop the housing complex. The housing complex is set to be built at the Bread of Life gymnasium at 2019 Crawford Street.

Judge Lina Hidalgo spoke on the project earlier this week at a press conference. “Harris County and the city of Houston, jointly with the coalition for the homeless, have reduced homelessness in the middle of the pandemic by 20 percent, and we’ve been able to hold that reduction,” she explained. Hidalgo continued, “It’s initiatives like this one I certainly will be supportive of no matter who’s behind it, but it’s especially interesting, I think, because there are these names of Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland, who, of course, have been supportive of the community for a very long time.”

Hidalgo additionally claimed that the housing units would see an “even bigger launch” in September. Beyonce’s “RENAISSANCE” tour is scheduled to stop in Houston on September 23. Harris County records also reveal that residents of the new development will gain access to a slew of resources. Resources include “case managers, peer specialists, service specialists, and support services.” Services also include “transportation, mental health, physical and behavioral health support.”

Local pastor and executive director of Bread of Life, Rudy Rasmus, described himself as “grateful” for the upcoming development. He claims the collaboration was sparked by Destiny’s Child donating money from their 1998 hit, “No, No, No,” to build a youth center in Houston. Rasmus explained, “This will be our fifth housing development in downtown in Precinct 1 over these last 17 years.” He says that he’s “just really grateful to continue to help end homeless in our county.”

Unreleased Drake Song Goes Off In Houston Nightclub

Drake is one of the biggest artists in the world. At this point, this is an indisputable fact. Soon, he will be embarking on his It’s All A Blur tour with 21 Savage. Overall, this is a massive North American tour that will take him all throughout the United States and Canada. In most instances, he is going to each city twice. This is going to be a special time for fans as they will get to see him perform for the first time since back in 2018 when Drizzy went on tour with Migos.

Last year, Drake was very busy as he dropped Honestly, Nevermind, and Her Loss. Since that time, the Canadian megastar has dropped a song called “Search & Rescue.” However, some fans are still hoping for a brand-new album or at least another single. For now, you are probably going to have to wait for that. Although, an unreleased Drake song was recently played out at a club in Houston, called Area 29.

In the Instagram post from Our Generation Music, you can hear a good bit of the track. Overall, it sounds great, although it is certainly something we have heard before from Drake. In the comments section of the IG post, a lot of fans felt a bit underwhelmed. Moreover, some felt as though Drake was coming off “sassy” with his lyrics and his flows. That said, it seems like everyone in the club was enjoying themselves. Being able to hear some unreleased Drake probably makes you feel like you are living your absolute best life.
