Travis Scott is one of the biggest stars in not just rap music, but music period. He’s fresh off the release of his album UTOPIA last year, his first since 2018’s Astroworld. Astroworld received one nomination with its hit single “Sicko Mode” locking up two more. UTOPIA also scored a nomination for Best Rap Album. Ultimately, Scott lost the category to Killer Mike’s Michael as part of a sweep of the rap category that resulted in three wins for the Run The Jewels rapper.

Adding in his work with other artists like Kanye West and SZA, Travis Scott has 10 total Grammy nominations and 0 wins. While you would think that would affect his opinion of the institution, he still sees the award as an admirable goal. During a recent interview he discussed the respect he still has for the Grammys. “A lot of my peers, everyone is like, ‘f*ck that award.’ I actually f*ck with it,” his statement begins. He discusses a time when the Grammys used to be more respected and sought after, then confesses that he still views the awards with that idyllic image. Despite being two of the biggest stars in all of music, Scott and Nicki have never properly collaborated before until now.

With everything unfolding with Diddy in the news lately, the duo spoke about the Bad Boy leader’s connection with the late Kim Porter. According to Junior, the model was fearful of the man she shared children with. Elsewhere, Ak and his guest compared the raids on Sean Combs’ homes to what Trump experienced on his property.

As the conversation turned more political, Akademiks asked the former POTUS’ son for his thoughts on Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. “The DA, Fani Willis, she’s actually prosecuting a bunch of people that are hip-hop artists. There’s a whole ongoing conversation [about whether] she’s fairly targeting these guys because they committed crimes, or maybe because their lyrics are violent? You’re arresting these guys and holding them for years,” the host explained to Trump Jr.

N3on is easily one of the biggest streamers in the entire world right now. Overall, his come up has been fairly controversial. This is because he has said slurs on his streams, all while trying to manufacture drama. Quite frankly, his streams embody the kind of brain rot that is prevalent on the internet these days. Most recently, N3on went through a situation while streaming in Dubai.

At the time of his arrest, N3on appeared to be in big trouble. He has been accused of recording in an unauthorized way, and there were reports that he could very well get hit with a one-year jail sentence in the United Arab Emirates. In the end, however, he was released by authorities, and now here we are. Yesterday, N3on delivered his first stream since the arrest, and fans were pretty surprised to see him, especially given the fact that some thought he was toast.

Nicki just announced the “SLEEZE Mix” of “FTCU” which features a trio of artists with a variety of different styles.
