D.L. Hughley Says Media Let Dana White Off Easy After He Slapped Wife

The UFC president apologized, but D.L. Hughley doesn’t think that’s enough for Dana White. We previously reported on White’s controversy after he was filmed in a nightclub with his wife. The two were in the throw of an argument when she slapped White, and he, in turn, hit her back. After going viral, White and his wife emerged with an apology, but Hughley believes the media would have treated the situation differently had this been a Black man.

“’What can BROWN do for you?’ Apparently not a damn thing!” Hughley wrote. His play on the word “brown” was a nod to White’s last name as well as Chris Brown, Bobby Brown, and Antonio Brown. All three men have been tied to domestic violence scandals. “If that had been a brotha, it’d be NONSTOP coverage.”

Hughley added that the media would be “dredging up a playground fight from the 3rd grade, scouring old tweets, you name it.”

“Dana White ‘s ENTIRE LIFE is immersed in brutal , physical violence,” the comedy legend continued. “He’s amassed a fortune from it. Where are the salacious headlines?? Where’s the pressure?? Ohhhhh, he apologized🙄 #WhitePrivilege (PUN INTENDED) scores a 1st round knockout yet again.”

In Hughley’s comment section, several of his famous peers co-signed the message.

Jamie Foxx wrote “F*cking preach!!!!,” while Willie D from the Geto Boys added, “Absolutely.”

Meanwhile, White said he was “embarrassed” by the altercation with his wife.

“My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years.” He added, “We’ve known each other since we were 12 years old. We’ve obviously been through some sh*t together, we’ve got three kids.”

“It’s never happened before. It’s the first time it’s ever happened.”

GloRilla & Her Team Under Fire For Alleged Shady Business Deals

GloRilla was undeniably one of the hottest breakthrough stars of the year in 2022. This is thanks to a couple of viral hits, including “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” and “Tomorrow 2” with Cardi B.

These songs, along with her charisma and commanding presence on the mic, have helped to turn her into one of the most promising acts in the game.

However, some business owners are calling out the Memphis native and members of her team for allegedly scamming their brands. A video report about the allegations is now on The Shade Room‘s Instagram account.

Specifically, the owner of a small hair and body care business, Kimberley Renfroe, says she paid $1,000 to a man claiming to be GloRilla’s manager. The payment was supposed to be for an endorsement deal in which the 23-year-old rapper would promote some of her business’ products. Once the man received the payment, he subsequently asked for more cash and then ultimately ghosted Renfroe.

A choreographer claims she had a similar experience. She says the Memphis native and her team are responsible for reaching out to her for a five-hour dance lesson for $1,500. Once the class allegedly happened, she says she never got her money.

However, the “Blessed” rapper claims that these are cases of scammers pretending to be members of her team.

“I was made aware that an individual has been impersonating members of my team and deceiving people for money as part of a scam. I’m looking into the issue, but I’d like to encourage all my fans and supporters to be very careful with how they communicate with online strangers. It’s important to do research and take the appropriate steps to prevent yourselves from being victimized by cybercriminals posing as celebrity teams,” she says in a statement to FOX13 Memphis.

Of course, this story arrives shortly after the Memphis native made headlines for seeking a personal assistant. She was offering $550 per week for the position.

In other news surrounding the 23-year-old, an old video of her recently began surfacing online. In the footage before the fame, she confesses her love for Chief Keef. A picture of the “Love Sosa” rapper appears in the background while the Memphis native lip-syncs to pre-recorded audio.

“This is your man? the audio asks. “Yeah,” she promptly pretends to reply. After the audio states to “look at the screen,” she does so with admiration and says, “That’s mine.”

Shy Glizzy Affiliate Ant Glizzy Claims They Spiked Women’s Drinks For 15 Years

Shy Glizzy’s affiliate Ant Glizzy isn’t denying the claims made by OnlyFans creator Sky Bri during her No Jumper interview.

During Bri’s latest appearance on No Jumper, she accused Shy Glizzy of sexual misconduct. Though she said she never had any bad experiences in the past, the “White Girl” video shoot opened her eyes. She said he forced her to take an unknown pill after saying no several times. Then, she accused him of trying to force her to perform fellatio on him.

At this point, Shy Glizzy hasn’t publicly responded to these claims. However, it seems that another member of Glizzy Gang has.

Ant Glizzy said he believed Bri’s account of the “White Girl” video shoot. He admitted Shy Glizzy’s notoriously known for spiking women’s drinks in the hope that they’ll have sex with these women. He even alleged in detail that the “Awesome” rapper taught him how to slip molly into drinks.

“I been told y’all Shy spiked them bottles,” Ant said on Instagram Live. “The fuck? I know he spiked them bottles. On GQ, I spiked a couple bottles with ’em.”

From there, Ant outed Shy Glizzy for adding molly to bottles of Patron before offering it to other women.

“Any girl that ever been around Shy Glizzy, once you super duper drunk and shit — now just think about it,” Ant continued. “It’s a #MeToo movement. He been doing this shit for ten years, I swear to God.”

“I been told y’all these stories. I told y’all he spikes them,” he continued. “He been doing this shit for 15 years on GQ. Like, any girl that ever drunk with the Glizzy Gang at a club or at a table, you was extra drunk. All you gotta do is ask him.”

On the topic of Sky Bri’s allegations, Ant Glizzy said that he believes her, solely on his own experiences with Shy Glizzy.

Lil GotIt Says Young Thug Hasn’t Talked To Anyone Except His Lawyers

While Young Thug prepares to face trial in the forthcoming YSL RICO case, several people are trying to speak on his behalf. Following his arrest in May, he’s remained behind bars with very little communication outside of his lawyers. Atleast, that’s what Lil GotIt says following statements from numerous individuals who claim they’ve talked to Thug about the prosecution’s plea deal offerings.

We’ve witnessed several individuals associated with YSL cop plea deals recently, from Gunna to YSL co-founder, Walter Murphy. Young Thug’s blood brother, Unfoonk, also accepted a deal from prosecutors. Throughout this time, many have wondered where Young Thug stands on the matter.

People such as Wack 100 claim Young Thug wasn’t informed about the deals. However, an associate of BSlime claimed Young Thug wasn’t aware that any of his co-defendants copped a deal.

Lil GotIt later addressed the matter online, declaring that Young Thug hasn’t talked to anyone except his lawyers recently.

“Ain’t no one talked to damn Slime, bruh,” he said. “Everybody just stop doing that, bruh. Man, fighting for his god damn life.”

“Ain’t nobody talk to slime,” he wrote on his Instagram Story. “Ya’ll tryna get back in the loop and s*** relaxxxxx this ain’t that keep pushin. God got lil Jeff ya’ll doin too much on this app mane.”

Afterward, he shared another post on his Instagram, which read, “Once again Jeffrey is not communicating with anyone but his LAWYERS. We live in a media world. Everybody wants fame off this situation.”

The jury selection process starts today (Jan. 3rd) in Young Thug’s trial. Last week, YSL’s Tick copped a plea deal where he agreed to testify against Young Thug if called to the stand. Testimonies from those who copped deals will likely help the prosecutors secure a conviction in the case.

We’ll keep you posted on any more updates surrounding Young Thug’s trial.
