French Montana Is Already Back Action With Skilla Baby-Assisted Banger “Skyami”

French Montana has always been someone who drops at a frequent rate. In 2024, the Moroccan rapper is proving that to be case again. So far, the veteran hitmaker has been all over the place in terms of features. In the first half of the year, we have seen him collaborate with Rick Ross and Meek Mill, Lola Brooke, Diddy, 21 Savage, and The Weekend, as well as Stunna Girl. Then, when you look at his solo catalog, he has singles out the ying-yang. From Swae Lee to Kodak Black, Lil Baby and ATL Jacob, he has been in the studio with everyone. The latter two were just a small portion of the guests on the fifth Mac & Cheese mixtape, which dropped in late February. Now, French Montana is back at it with “Skyami”, a single with first-time teammate, Skilla Baby.

Like French, the Detroit native has also been seen with a massive collection of talent. It has really been a coming out party for the rising star from the Midwest. On “Skyami”, both artists are celebrating their wins. Whether it be endless stacks of money, the women, or bossing up on the haters, they are unapologetically living their best lives. You can check out the Montana single, which he also co-produced, with the link below or on streaming services.

French Montana And Ryan Garcia Are Training Together: “Getting Ready For Our Next Fight

Rappers French Montana and Ryan Garcia are training together, gearing up for whatever their next fight is. French looks like he is getting ready to enter the ring with Garcia’s helo. On Saturday, the Moroccan-American rapper posted a picture and a video of himself exercising with the boxing phenom on Instagram. A leaner Montana hinted that the two are training for Garcia’s upcoming bout. French looks like he is taking his fitness seriously and might be preparing for a celebrity boxing exhibition.

Ryan Garcia, fueled by his recent monumental win over Devin Haney, is now facing a new challenge. Despite the victory, his success has been marred by reported positive PED tests. However, Garcia has refuted these allegations very firmly. He is now preparing for his next fight with the support and assistance of French Montana. We might see the rapper walking the young boxer out in a Devin Haney rematch sooner than later.

French Montana wrote on Instagram, “Me and champ getting ready for our next fight, bet on yourself [boxing glove emoji] @kingryan.” Garcia and French Montana seem to be preparing for something, and hopefully, it will be another fight for the boxer. Ryan recently had a beef with Atlanta rapper 21 Savage for refusing to walk him out of his fight with Devin Haney. Garcia felt some type of way after 21 was seen chilling with his rival in his dressing room pre-fight. Garcia was also beefing with Kanye West for not agreeing to walk him out.

Ryan Garcia’s pre-fight antics were entertaining and wild. He admitted after the win that his erratic behavior was all a part of his master plan. Additionally, after news of his alleged PED usage came out, Garcia refuted the claims. He also admitted he was “high AF” during his fight with Devin Haney. He couldn’t take Haney’s belt because he was overweight for the fight. Furthermore, his alleged PED usage has put a damper on the fight. Fight fans are anticipating a blockbuster rematch. Hopefully, Garcia’s training with French Montana is hinting at something major being announced soon.

French Montana Poses For Pics With Max B During Prison Visit

Coke Boy French Montana recently visited his partner, the Wave God Max B, in prison and Biggaveli made sure to post the pics from the V.I. on social media.

Max posted two pics of him and French, with Max donning his jail jumpsuit and the former Bad Boy dressed in casual, designer drip.

He captioned his post, “BRO CAME THROUGH AND DROP OFF A BAG [wave emoji] ALL THE FEMALE CORRECTION OFFICERS PUT ON LIPSGLOSS WHEN THEY SAW YOU THEY WANTED A TASTE [laughing face emoji] #COKEWAVE 4 LIFE #loyalty #2025 #HIPHOPSAVIOR.”

The “2025” hashtag is a hint that Max will be released from prison next year.

Max B was previously expected to be freed last year following a substantial reduction to his initial 75-year sentence for armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault and murder in 2009.

The Harlem native had his sentence substantially reduced to 20 years in 2016 after taking a plea deal, before announcing three years later that it had been further cut to 12 years. Recently, he has been boasting that he could be coming home, saying: “It’s almost over. Two more joints, n-gga, I’m sliding out. Max Bigavell. 45, I feel good, look good. I taste good, I smell good, n-gga.”

Drake Allegedly Cease & Desisted French Montana Over “Splash Brothers” Verse

Rick Ross just ramped up rap’s civil war by dropping a response diss to Drake, on which he takes a lot of shots at his alleged surgeries, racial insecurity, label prospects, and more. However, one of the most notable lines sought to claim that the OVO mogul sent French Montana a cease and desist letter. “You sent the police, n***a, hatin’ on my dog project,” Rozay said on the cut after this accusation, and it’s important to note that this is still speculation since French hasn’t commented on it at press time. As such, fans began to theorize as to what this letter could’ve meant, and the common conclusion is that it was because of a song (or verse) that didn’t make his most recent album, Mac & Cheese 5.

Furthermore, some fans believe that this references a leaked track called “Big Pun” which apparently featured Drake. In fact, rumors floated that this song would appear on French Montana’s next project when a snippet surfaced in May of 2023 before a full leak in December of that year, and there was also speculation that Metro Boomin produced it. Of course, this is very interesting because of Metro’s current feud with Drizzy. But it probably wouldn’t have been of much note if it wasn’t for this recent context.

Drake’s Leaked Verse On French Montana’s “Splash Brothers”: Listen

On the other hand, the more widely believed theory about this alleged cease and desist letter is that it’s about the track “Splash Brothers” off of Mac & Cheese 5. While this track does appear on the album with features from Lil Wayne and, ironically enough, Rick Ross, it was supposedly meant to be on French Montana’s previous album and with a Drake feature instead of Tunechi. It would make more sense if this is why the Maybach Music Group honcho is invested in this track rather than caring about the unreleased song “Big Pun.” Also, he would likely have more first-hand knowledge of it.

Meanwhile, we wonder if this means the Moroccan-American artist will have to “pick a side” now or if he’d rather stay out of this. He and the 6ix God have some collaborations and good times to look back on, and it seemed like everything was good between them. We’ll see what else comes of this in the near future. Rick Ross Seemingly Called Drake A ‘White Boy’ And Suggested He Got A Nose Job On His Scathing Diss Track, ‘Champagne Moments’

The rap game is a blood bath this weekend. Three weeks after the release of Future and Metro Boomin‘s collaborative album We Don’t Trust You, Drake seemingly responded to the album’s Kendrick Lamar-assisted “Like That,” on which, Lamar is thought to have dissed Drake and J. Cole. Earlier today (April 13), A track by Drake called “Push Ups” surfaced online. Certain lines from the song were interpreted as subliminal shots toward Lamar, Metro, The Weeknd, and Rick Ross. While the song garnered much buzz, Drake may not get the last laugh in this ongoing war of words.

Hours after “Push Ups” leaked online, Ross shared “Champagne Dreams,” which is thought to be a response toward Drake. Though Ross doesn’t call out Drake by name, the song features an audio clip from an interview with Drake, during which, he praises Ross. But now, it appears idols have turned rivals.

Throughout the song, Ross seemingly refers to Drake as “white boy.” He also seems to accuse him of leaking “Push Ups” to generate buzz online.

But in one of the more shocking accusations, Ross implies that Drake got a nose job, as a means to fit in with Eurocentric beauty norms.

“You ain’t never want to be a n***a anyway, n***a /. That’s why you had an operation to make your nose smaller than your father nose,” raps Ross.

“Champagne Moments” hasn’t been formally released to DSPs yet. But you can listen to a clip of the song above.

French Montana Makes Slight Tweaks To 41-Assisted “Too Fun” By Adding Dthang To The Mix

French Montana is back already to provide more music. It is to continue to promote his latest mixtape Mac & Cheese 5. This is one of the few series that the Moroccan rapper possesses in his catalog. Jenn Carter and Kyle Richh are also in the mix. French Montana, along with the 41 members, are teaming up for a remix of “Too Fun.”
