Is Drake’s New Album ‘For All The Dogs’ Done?

For All The Dogs, Drake’s upcoming eighth studio album, is coming soon — but how soon? The Toronto rapper has been teasing its release all year, beginning with his Apollo Theater show in New York in January, but he still hasn’t revealed very many details about it. While on his ongoing tour with 21 Savage, It’s All A Blur, however, he did tell fans they wouldn’t have to wait “that much longer,” as he’s “finishing it up,” attributing the delay to the tour itself and promising, “it will be worth the wait.”

He made the statement after a rumor circulated online that the album would be released this past New Music Friday, August 25. However, Drake admonished the attendees for believing the speculation because “I didn’t say it was dropping last night, so don’t be mad at me. I just said it’s coming soon.” Lil Yachty, who reportedly has a production credit or two on the upcoming project, also clowned fans on Twitter and TikTok (not calling it X, not sorry), saying, “By the way, I know y’all thought For All The Dogs was coming out tonight: Joke’s on y’all because nobody ever said that it was. Gotta stop believing sh*t you see on the internet.”

As to the origin of the rumor, it appeared to have started with a photo of a supposed tweet from Amazon Music, but the tweet itself was deleted — or never existed in the first place. Something about the whole “anyone can have a verified accounts if they just pay eight bucks” thing has seriously undermined the credibility of the platform. Who’da thunk?

Anyway, we’re sure when Drake is ready to drop the album, he’ll tell us himself. ‘Til then, keep Lil Yachty’s advice in mind: take things you see online with a grain of salt — especially on social media, which has never been super reliable but has recently become a free-for-all of scammers and bots.

Drake Drops “For All The Dogs” Merch, Fan Grabs His Neck During Tour Stop

Drake unfortunately didn’t drop For All The Dogs, his highly anticipated album, this week like many fans believed. However, we at least got some merch (a T-shirt) that’s now available on his official website. As such, it seems like the 6 God is pulling the classic move of doing everything for an album rollout before dropping the actual album. You can check out the shirt design below, and though it’s disappointing that it’s just a shirt, hopefully there’s more to come. During a recent stop on his “It’s All A Blur” tour with 21 S*vage, the Canadian superstar addressed fan anticipation for the canine-themed project.

“I know everybody’s upset because I didn’t drop my album last night,” Drake said during his performance. “I didn’t say it was dropping last night. So don’t be mad at me. I just said it was coming soon. It’s not going to be that much longer. Trust me, you know I got shows every night. But I promise you, For All The Dogs is on the way. If you never loved anything I’ve ever done in the past, I promise you, this album will be for you. It’ll be worth the wait.”

However, that wasn’t the only notable thing that happened during this concert, and with all the antics and special guests he’s brought out, how could it ever be uneventful? As Drake walked out from the stands to the stage, a fan tried to grab his neck as he made his way past them. Champagne Papi seemed to laugh it off, but people’s obsession over his relationship and romantic tendencies have clearly led some to assume his kinks. That’s probably not something you want to test out on tour, but he seemed to take it all in good fun.

Fan Gets Too Close To Drizzy

Meanwhile, with For All The Dogs coming out soon, fans can’t wait for him to play some material from it while on the road. After all, “It’s All A Blur” still isn’t over, and it’s reasonable to assume that the 36-year-old wants this rollout to match his live shows. That being said, another tour for the album certainly wouldn’t hurt, and would fill up his pockets even more. On that note, buy the new For All The Dogs shirt here and log back into HNHH for the latest news and updates on Drake.

Drake Vibes To “GOD DID,” Showcases Yeat During Show

Drake’s been making his away around the U.S. and Canada with 21 Savage lately, on his “It’s All A Blur” tour. Since the tour kicked off at the beginning of July, it’s been making headlines for fan antics, new music updates, and celebrity guests. Some fans even speculate that the Canadian performer is previewing some of the features on his upcoming album by showcasing them on the tour. With that being said, those rumors remain unconfirmed. Lil Yachty, Lil Durk, and most recently, Yeat have popped up at his shows.

In a new clip, Drizzy is seen shouting out the 23-year-old artist as he’s highlighted on a jumbotron. “Aye, put the camera on this man right here,” he says. The moment happened at Drake’s stop in Seattle last night. Fans have been calling for a collaboration between the two of them for some time, and this has only added to the anticipation. At the end of last year, Yeat even said they’re “going to have some sh*t on the way.”

Drake And DJ Khaled Listen To “GOD DID”

Earlier this month, Drake gave Yeat another shoutout on his Instagram Story. He shared a screenshot from the artist’s “bigger thën everything” music video, adding the caption “Dialed In.” It’s safe to say that fans would appreciate an appearance from the masked rapper on For All The Dogs. Luckily, fans will find out soon whether or not he has a feature on the LP. “It’s not going to be that much longer,” Drake said of the drop at his recent performance.

In other Drake news, the artist recently got down to some DJ Khaled, as showcased in a clip shared by the DJ himself. The two of them are seen bobbing their heads to Lil Wayne’s verse on “GOD DID.” Drake appears to be really feeling the music. Keep an eye on HNHH for more updates on Drake.

Drake Said He’s ‘Still Finishing’ His Upcoming Album ‘For All The Dogs,’ But The Wait Won’t Be ‘That Much Longer’

Drake fans have been anxiously awaiting his ninth studio solo album, For All The Dogs. At the time of writing, not much is known about the album, though some have theorized that it may be an R&B album, as Drake teased a return to the “old Drake” upon the initial announcement. Fans were expecting For All The Dogs to arrive this past week, as Amazon Music had accidentally tweeted, then later deleted an announcement that contained a release date for August 25.

When the album didn’t drop, fans, of course, expressed their disappointment. Last night (August 25), during the Seattle stop on the It’s All A Blur Tour, Drake shared an update on For All The Dogs with the fans.

“I know you’re probably upset because I didn’t drop the album last night. I didn’t say it was dropping last night, so don’t be mad at me” said Drake. “I just said it’s coming soon. It’s not going to be that much longer, trust me. I’m finishing it up. You know I’ve got shows every night. But I promise you, For All The Dogs is on the way.”

Drake wrapped up his sentiment, teasing that the album may be similar to some of his earlier work.

“If you’ve ever loved anything I’ve ever done in the past, I promise you this album will be for you,” he said. “I promise you it will be worth the wait.”

You can see a clip from the show above.

Drake Fans Hope He Drops “For All The Dogs” On International Dog Day

It’s Friday August 25 as of writing this article, and Drake fans are scrambling because For All The Dogs, his highly anticipated new album, didn’t drop like they thought it would. Moreover, his reveal of the cover art earlier this week led many to believe that this was finally the week we would get it. However, when midnight hit, OVO hopefuls everywhere checked their streaming services, and it was to no avail. It’s not like the 6 God has been teasing this album for months or years like some of his previous projects. Regardless, it doesn’t make the sting any easier to handle in the moment for fans, and they’re looking for any way out possible.

Furthermore, Drake fans have a new beacon of hope, and it’s nothing other than International Dog Day. That’s tomorrow (Saturday, August 26), and would explain the cover art reveal and be hilariously on brand. If there’s any artist that can drop outside of expected Friday release dates and still get the same attention, it’s him. As unlikely and corny as it sounds, it also sounds like exactly the kind of thing that the 36-year-old would probably get a kick out of.

Drake Fans Look To International Dog Day For Hope

All we can hope for is that Lil Yachty catches wind of this speculation, because it would probably make for another funny moment. Recently, he clowned Drake fans for thinking For All The Dogs would release today when there was no such announcement online. “y’all stup*d, no body even said for all the dogs was comin out tonight,” Yachty tweeted. In a separate video, the Let’s Start Here creative plugged his new single and said that he might drop a song every week for the rest of the year.

Meanwhile, another harsh reality to reckon with is that we might be waiting for this album for a while. At the very least, we know that it exists and is heavy on the Canadian superstar’s mind right now. With features from Bad Bunny, Nicki Minaj, and whoever else makes a splash, how could it not? For more news and the latest updates on Drake and For All The Dogs, stick around on HNHH.

Drake Fans In Shambles After Waking Up Without “For All The Dogs”

Drake fans have been at the edge of their seats awaiting his eighth studio album, For All The Dogs. Marking his fourth album in two years, the Canadian rapper initially announced the project as a companion piece to his book, Titles Ruin Everything. In the months that followed, he hinted that it would arrive before the summer ends. In late July, he even suggested that the album would arrive on August 11th. However, the Boy never followed up with a confirmation and fans have speculated each week that the album would eventually drop on Friday.

It felt like a promising week for Drake to release his next album. He not only released the cover art for the project, courtesy of Adonis, but fans also began putting the pieces together. International Dog Day lands on Aug 26th, making the 25th a prime day for the Toronto MC to unveil his next album. However, it was a tweet from Amazon Music’s Twitter account that fanned the flames of anticipation. “Drizzy’s son has a future as a cover artist. New @drake august 25th!!” A since-deleted tweet from their account read. Billboard similarly claimed that Drake’s album would be dropping on the 25th, although they’ve since corrected their claims.

Drake Doesn’t Drop & Fans Are P*ssed

Needless to say, there’s a group of individuals that aren’t necessarily pleased that Drake didn’t actually release the album. The rapper never confirmed that the album would drop. Still, all signs pointed to an August 25th release date. However, at a recent concert, Drake also suggested that the album would arrive before his birthday in October, which seemed to mean that we might not receive the album for a few more weeks.

At this point, there’s still limited information on the album available but Drizzy’s shared a few clues in recent weeks. There has been speculation that J. Cole would appear on the tracklist after the Fayetteville native joined Drake to perform in Montreal, Quebec last month. Drake also confirmed that Nicki Minaj and Bad Bunny would appear on the project

Shortly after midnight, Lil Yachty took to Twitter to acknowledge that there was never a confirmation that FATD would drop. “y’all stupid, no body even said for all the dogs was comin out tonight,” he wrote. “wait swear y’all on my head like dat,” he added after facing backlash from Drake fans. Check out a few of the reations below and sound off with your thoughts in the comments.

Lil Yachty Thinks ‘Y’all Stupid’ For Believing Drake’s Album Was Coming Out Today, But He Found A Silver Lining

Drake hasn’t revealed the release date for his new album, For All The Dogs, but it looked like Amazon Music did last week, when a tweet from the streaming platform indicated it was coming on August 25. That is of course today, and when midnight rolled around, the album was nowhere to be found. Lil Yachty has some thoughts on that.

Shortly after midnight this morning, he reminded people that no official source actually said the album was scheduled to drop that night, tweeting, “y’all stupid, no body even said for all the dogs was comin out tonight.”

He had pretty much the same message in a TikTok video he posted around the same time, saying, “By the way, I know y’all thought For All The Dogs was coming out tonight: Joke’s on y’all because nobody ever said that it was. Gotta stop believing sh*t you see on the internet.”

Yachty then saw an opportunity for a plug and took it, continuing, “Second of all: I dropped tonight, you know what I’m saying? Check out that new ‘Tesla.’ Wow, that’s oh so shameless, mentioning Drake’s name to plug myself, but whatever. I just dropped. No brakes, still going, I’m going to drop a song every week for the rest of the year. Ah!”

So, no Drake today, but a bunch of Yachty for the next few months.

Lil Yachty Clowns Drake Fans For Thinking “For All The Dogs” Would Drop

Lil Yachty and Drake are the best of friends these days. Consequently, the artist has the inside scoop on whatever Drizzy is up to. Whether that means going on tour or dropping a new album, you can be sure that Yachty is aware. Of course, many fans expected Drake to drop his new album For All The Dogs on Friday morning. However, the album did not actually come out. Instead, fans were left wondering: “what happened.”

If you remember, just a couple of days ago, Yachty tweeted and deleted that he hadn’t heard any factual information surrounding the album. Although this was concerning, he deleted his tweets, which made people think he was wrong. However, he was vindicated at midnight when fans looked up Drake on streaming services and were met with older albums. Sure, it was a disappointment for the supporters. But for Boat, this was an opportunity to gloat and call Drake fans “dumb.”

Lil Yachty Speaks

“Y’all stupid, no body even said for all the dogs was comin out tonight,” Yachty wrote on Twitter. Moreover, in a separate video, he noted that everyone looks silly right now. Furthermore, he urged people to go listen to his new song called “Tesla” which dropped last night. Yachty admits it was shameless of him to do this, although he is taking it in full stride. Overall, there was a clear miscommunication here. Now, it remains to be seen when For All The Dogs will drop. Perhaps it could be weeks, or maybe even months.

If you are a Drake fan, then this morning has been incredibly disappointing. That said, he has released a whole lot of music over the last couple of years, so at least you can fall back on that. Let us know what your expectations are in relation to For All The Dogs, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the music world. Drake’s “For All The Dogs” Nearly Made Lil Yachty Crash His Car

During a recent episode of his podcast, Lil Yachty revealed that Drake’s new album almost got him seriously injured. Apparently, the 26-year-old was giving some friends a preview of the unreleased LP in the car, when he nearly crashed. The rapper’s co-host, MitchGoneMad, claims that he’s not a very good driver. With that being said, it’s possible that the album is just so groundbreaking that it managed to be a hazardous distraction.

“I’m so mad,” Mitch explains, “you’re such a terrible driver.” Lil Yachty admits that he’s “not the best,” however, he insists that wasn’t the reason for the close call. Veeze also joined the duo on the episode, claiming that Lil Yachty could have flown threw the windshield. The rapper agrees that it was worth listening “to the death,” noting that he had to support his friend. The harrowing tale has served as a reminder to fans to always wear a seatbelt while behind the wheel, and to give For All The Dogs a listen.

Lil Yachty Almost Flew Through The Windshield

The LP has yet to receive an official release date announcement from Drake himself. Amazon Music, however, announced that it’ll be dropping tomorrow (August 25), earlier this week. Yesterday (August 23), Lil Yachty took to Twitter to speak on Drake’s upcoming project again. The rapper claimed that none of the rumors he’s seen circulating about the album are true, later deleting the Tweet.

It’s unclear what rumors in particular he was referring to, but as expected, there’s been a lot. Many fans are speculating about what other artists could be featured on the LP, most recently suspecting Lil Durk. The Chicago rapper walked out with Drake at one of his recent performances, sparking the discussion. So far, Nicki Minaj and Bad Bunny are confirmed to appear on the album. Keep an eye on HNHH for more updates on Lil Yachty and For All The Dogs.

Lil Durk Shares A Picture Of Himself And Drake

Drake is one of the biggest stars on earth, so even some major figures in rap music can find themselves a little star-struck in his presence. But others manage to play it cool and take the opportunities that come with being around someone with such significant pull. Lil Durk seems to be somewhere in the middle. Overnight he shared a new picture of the two hanging out together. While it’s a pretty simple snap the implication is clear, Drake and Durk are closer than people may realize.

Unfortunately, fans in the comments weren’t so sure about what Lil Durk did. “Posting another man on your page is crazy,” reads the top comment on the post. “Durk posted this after he did sum for drake,” jokes another fan in reference to Drake’s hit song “Rich Flex” from last year. Though there were fans in the comments hyping Durk up, a surprising amount of his own replies are at his own expense. After Durk and Drake were initially spotted together leaving one of the latter’s recent shows, it sparked plenty of speculation about whether or not Durk would appear on Drake’s upcoming For All The Dogs project.

Lil Durk fans can expect more material coming soon. All summer he’s been promising a deluxe edition of his Almost Healed album from earlier this year and last week he gave fans a first taste. He shared the song “F*ck U Thought,” the lead single of the pending deluxe edition of the album. The song is already pushing close to 2 million streams on Spotify just a week after it was first released.

Durk also promised fans that a feature run could be coming soon. That combined with his appearance alongside Drake and teases with Sexyy Red have fans speculating who could be teaming up with Durk later this year. What do you think of Lil Durk getting clowned by fans for posting a pic of himself with Drake? Let us know in the comment section below.
