YG & Saweetie Hit Up West Hollywood Club On Her Birthday Weekend: Video

In the past, both YG and Saweetie have been in relationships with other artists that many thought would be their end game. While the Icy Girl spent several years cuffed to former Migo Quavo, the “Why You Always Hatin?” hitmaker made a beautiful pair with Kehlani. In. the years since their respective breakups, it would seem the West Coast stars have found their way into each other’s lives, finally confirming their romance after much speculation, and a baecation in Cabo.

On Sunday (July 2), Saweetie celebrated her 30th birthday, and many were surprised to see no signs of YG in her commemorative photo dump. She did pose beside a massive bouquet of flowers in one image, which very well could be a gift from him. For all we know, he wasn’t present at her party, though he would’ve missed out on Saweetie looking stunning. Nevertheless, if YG really wasn’t on the town with his lover then, we can confirm he joined her on Monday evening for a date in West Hollywood.

A video captured by patrons of the same venue show Saweetie and the 33-year-old leaving hand in hand, trying to stay calm amid a mass crowd of people. YG wore his usual muscle shirt and stack of ice around his neck and wrist. As for the fashionista, she may have topped her sultry birthday outfit with her bold butterfly ensemble last night.

The rap diva wrote, “,” in her Instagram post showing off the ethereal look. Her lengthy nails perfectly complimented the jewel-toned rings on her fingers, and were just one of the elements that made her beautifully shine under the full moon light.

Latto Is A Butterfly Beauty At Iris Van Herpen’s Paris Fashion Week Runway Show

Cardi B may be the best dressed we’ve seen at Paris Fashion Week so far, but her “Put It On Da Floor Again” collaborator Latto is also making major moves. 2023 has been huge for the 777 hitmaker so far, with her and Bardi’s collaboration already becoming a top contender for Song of the Summer. Latto performed the solo version live at the 2023 BET Awards, and we’ve also seen her posing nude for the cover of Cosmopolitan in recent weeks.

Now that fashion has once again moved to the forefront of the news cycle, the Atlanta-based starlet is among various celebrities attending runway shows overseas. Her first appearance of the season was outdoors for Iris van Herpen’s stunning F/W 2023-24 collection. As is tradition, the brand dressed Latto for the event, styling her in a stunning purple and black butterfly-inspired gown.

As Billboard notes, the “Wheelie” artist was in the company of popstar Camila Cabello to watch van Herpen’s new Meta Morphism collection make its debut. Latto has yet to update her IG feed with content from the show, however, her Story does give a glimpse of her favourite looks.

At this time it’s unclear if we’ll see the blonde beauty grace any other fashion shows with her presence. Just a few days ago she was in Poland. Following that, her next live performance will take place on Wednesday (July 5) at Rolling Loud Portugal.

Cardi B Is An Hourglass-Shaped Dream At Schiaparelli Couture Despite Near-Wardrobe Malfunction

Even before she was famous, Cardi B could envision herself attending runway shows dressed in designer couture. After years of hustling and putting in hard work, the New Yorker has spent several of the past few Paris Fashion Weeks living out her dreams. We’ve seen her and Offset bring attention to Balenciaga, and Cardi has also shown an affinity for Maison Schiaparelli. The latter brand is whose presentation she attended on Monday (July 3), upstaging everyone in the vicinity with her gorgeous black and gold gown.

The 30-year-old’s cosmetically enhanced body was shaped into a perfect hourglass thanks to a corset back on her dress. The same feature also created ample cleavage rising up from the chest area, which stylist Kollin Carter had to help her adjust to avoid a wardrobe malfunction, Daily Mail reports. Cardi came to the Schiaparelli show hidden beneath a large black jacket. Upon removing that our eyes were immediately drawn to her slim waist and creative gold accessories.

“Polished! @schiaparelli BEAUTIFUL SHOW ,” the mother of two wrote in the caption of her post commerating the event. Other celebrity guests include Gwendoline Christie, Sabrina Elba and Nicky Hilton Rothschild.

Offset didn’t join his wife for this presentation, though he did take a moment to show us his new Balenciaga shoes over in New York. There seemed to be some drama regarding infidelity rumours surrounding the former Migo and his wife, though it’s unclear how serious the allegations are at this time.

Rihanna Forbids Photos From Being Taken At Museum Exhibit Celebrating Divas

A new exhibit at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London celebrates divas. The exhibit, dubbed “Diva,” showcases various artifacts, clothing items, and more from iconic divas. Pieces from Marilyn Monroe, Tina Turner, Lizzo, Adele, and Elton John are featured. Another diva honored at the exhibition is Rihanna, with some of her most notable fashion statements on display. Leaning into her “diva” title, the singer has even reportedly forbidden museum attendees from taking photos of her clothing items.

When a reporter recently visited the exhibit, they were reportedly advised not to take photos of RiRi’s looks. An employee of the museum told the reporter that Rihanna had personally requested for photographs not to be taken. According to Daily Mail, the employee claimed not to have an explanation for the singer’s request. “We weren’t given much explanation past ‘it’s the request of the artist’, and I personally can’t even come up with a possible excuse. These dresses are here because she’s already been photographed wearing them in a million different ways,” they said. “I would love to know why because I have to explain it to people. I just say: ‘She’s a diva, isn’t she. We’ll leave it at that.’ Visitors think it’s funny,” the employee explained.

RiRi has allowed the museum to showcase the nude Swarovski crystal-covered gown she wore to the 2014 Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards. She’s also loaned the museum her 2018 Met Gala outfit, inspired by the Pope. The museum is additionally displaying her 2023 Academy Awards gown, various pieces from her 2016 world tour, and more. The V&A Diva exhibit is active now, and will be available to the public until April of 2024.

Author Kathy Lette commented on the icon’s decision to ban photography of her pieces at the exhibit. “This exhibition is a celebration of Divas,” she says, “and what better example of Diva-dom could there be than to ban museum visitors from taking photos of her outfits?”

Cancer season finally began as June came to a close. This marks a major shift in energy from the airy, chatty Gemini season into a more emotional, intuitive time. Among those whose birthday falls under the crab are Ariana Grande, Post Malone, and Chloe Bailey. The latter turns 25 today (July 1). She’s already accomplished a lot for someone her age. Still, that’s not stopping the “Treat Me” songstress from continuing to glow and grow.

To commemorate another trip around the sun, Bailey shared a series of Instagram photos which see her sitting pretty by the pool. “Ima Cancer, body built like a dancer #twentyfine,” the Praise This actress wrote in the caption, drawing attention to her naturally sculpted physique, which she spends plenty of time working on.

For her outfit of choice, Chloe opted to create major contrast between her glowing brown skin and the white mesh fabric of her two-piece set. Some images gave a close-up look at the gorgeous brown eyeshadow painted across Bailey’s lid, along with her perfectly lined nude pink lips. She kept jewelry to a minimum, though the cross choker on her next certainly proves how great her taste is.

Lil Uzi Vert & Nicki Minaj Boast “Endless Fashion” Sense In “Pink Tape” Highlight

Pink Tape is finally here, and odds are that you like at least one of Lil Uzi Vert’s 26 tracks on it (although fan consensus indicates that people are mostly enjoying a big chunk of the tracklist). Still, even if you aren’t the biggest fan of the project, you can’t deny that songs like “Endless Fashion,” featuring Nicki Minaj, are clear highlights. On the bouncy and bright cut, the two MCs trade ridiculous bars, clever wordplay, and of course, plenty of flexes of their luxury fashion sense. In addition, it’s all brought together by a cheeky and instantly recognizable vocal interpolation of Eiffel 65’s “Blue (Da Ba Dee).”

First, the production on the track is relatively atmospheric, with minimal hi-hats, snares, and kicks making up the drum pattern. In addition, there’s not a strong or super prominent melody in the instrumentation, as Lil Uzi Vert and Nicki Minaj take up that responsibility vocally. Instead, the beat is grounded by occasional high-pitched synth keys and by washed-out and faint synth pads replicating the catchy tune of “Blue.” As such, it makes for quite the dreamy and spacey cut that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but ensures that the vibe of the track goes further than its novelty. What’s more is that both artists come through with some sharp bars and melodic phrases to fill the track up, especially Nicki.

In fact, she and JT spoke on Twitter about the process behind her verse, with the City Girl asking how she turned it in so fast. “Girl I started @ 8am & finished like 5pm,” the Queen explained. “When I tell you I was exhausted by the time I was done. Lol. B/c I was rushing to get it in on time. I kept telling [them] ’30 mins’ then hitting [them] back 2 hours later TB 15-20 more minutes Uzi!!!! I did that ALL DAY LONG YO.” Even Natalie Nunn reacted to the Queen name-dropping her in this verse, showing her love. ASAP Rocky Dons Stacks On Stacks Of Gold Chains While Filming Video With Locals In Barbados

There’s been a clear maturing in ASAP Rocky since he assumed the role of a father last May. Both he and Rihanna have acknowledged this growth, as have fans who are glad to see the East Coast icon looking happier than ever before. While he’s been on daddy duty, new music arrivals from Rocky have been few and far between, though listeners are holding out hope that he’ll drop something noteworthy on us in the near future. On Friday (June 30), we got unofficial confirmation that something is in the works. The lyricist was out in Barbados, mingling with locals while apparently filming a music video.

In one clip making rounds online, Rocky wears countless cold chains stacked around his neck over a white tee. Around him, a group of men excitedly cheer, looking somewhat similar to the ASAP Mob star (minus the bling). This could be intentional, as we previously saw him sprinting through Paris in Timbs in a crowd of men, also dressed in a similar fashion to him at the time.

Videos obtained by TMZ show Rocky rewarding those who came out to help him with his project. He handed them cash and hung out for a bit to snap photos for Instagram which have already begun circulating. Rihanna wasn’t spotted on set, though she did look stunning in a green mini-dress earlier this week when she and her man’s flight first touched down in Barbados.

The last single we got from ASAP Rocky, “Same Problems?” arrived in mid-January, meanwhile, the last album he gave us, TESTING, landed in 2018. Fans are obviously thirsty for more new music from the New Yorker, but while they wait, they’ve been reflecting on his discography. Many in attendance were tastefully and elegantly dressed. The SKIMS founder, however, had more of her body on display than some internet users are comfortable with. As Page Six notes, she wore a dress from Alaïa that uses little material on the upper half. It only covered the lower half of her breasts, along with extra straps around the neck and waist for support.

No images from the event have surfaced on Instagram quite yet. Still, we wouldn’t be surprised if the 42-year-old captured a thirst trap or two for future use.

Lil Uzi Vert Says They Dress Better Than ASAP Rocky, Updates Album Art, Tracklist

A$AP Rocky is undoubtedly one of the most stylish hip-hop artists out there, but plenty of people are coming fro his throne. One of the rappers closest to that title is Lil Uzi Vert, who recently declared that they dress better than Rocky during an interview at this year’s BET Awards. However, the 27-year-old still gave the New York MC his flowers for influencing their drip and helping them out in that regard. During their conversation with Billboard on the red carpet, Uzi answered some questions on which other artists have inspired them the most throughout their career. Furthermore, their answer gave credit in the realms of both fashion and music to three names in particular.

“Mike Jones really helped me be not repetitive in a bad way…” Lil Uzi Vert started off his remarks. “Kendrick [Lamar] helped me with my flow, [and] ASAP Rocky helped me with my clothes. I’m flyer than ASAP Rocky nowadays. He can’t touch me nowadays… he know I got them pieces in the corner, but shoutout to Flacko, though.” We’ll see if we get a response from the 34-year-old anytime soon.

Regardless of that debate, the Philly star has a huge week to look forward to, as they confirmed that their highly anticipated album Pink Tape (sometimes referred to as The Pink Tape rather than how it appears on streaming) will release this week on Friday (June 30). Not only that, but Lil Uzi Vert’s new project appears to contain 26 tracks. It will be their longest project to date based on the pure size of the tracklist, which obviously suggests a long runtimes well. In addition, Uzi also seemingly changed the album on Apple Music from the original.

With all this in mind, Pink Tape is becoming the most hyped hip-hop album release so far this year. Of course, there’s heavy competition in Travis Scott’s UTOPIA and Young Thug’s surprise drop BUSINESS IS BUSINESS. Nevertheless, we’re beyond excited to see how all these albums age when we look back at 2023. The same could be said for Rocky and Uzi’s respective styles. For the most part, headlines surrounding Kendall Jenner so far this year have been a result of her budding relationship with Bad Bunny. The pair has yet to make their romance Instagram official, but the later winter and early spring months saw them becoming closer with each outing. We saw the lovers hit up a hotel together just last week. Following that Jenner has caught the world’s attention on her own accord thanks to her latest modelling job, which was for Jacquemus’ show on Monday (June 26).

The reality starlet’s outfit for the runway is one that definitely doesn’t appeal to most. In fact, the white mini dress makes Jenner’s slim midsection disappear entirely amid a mess of white fabric, making her resemble a cloud. Other, less kind, social media users have compared the outfit to a diaper, which honestly isn’t inaccurate. The puffy design is an obvious miss for the brand, but Jenner’s slicked-back black bun, silver heels, and chunky necklace still all look incredibly elegant.

“When folding the fitted sheet goes wrong,” someone else online joked after watching the Jacquemes show. “Why does Kendall look like she smelled something bad?” another person joked. “May [because] she is wearing a huge pamper?” a reply to that message reads. As Page Six notes, Gigi Hadid also appeared on the runway, and plenty of celebrities were in the audience watching the show. Emily Ratajkowski, Eva Longoria, Victoria Beckham, Claire Foy, and Karol G were among them.
