Drake Continues to Shade Joe Budden and His ‘Rushed Conclusions on Best Buy Podcast Mics’

Drake Dreamville

Drake continues to shade Joe Budden following the rapper-turned-podcaster’s opinion of For All The Dogs. Hitting Instagram, Drake shared a collection of photos, the last highlighting a fedora case that Joe Budden carried. “I thank god for this life and not having to come to rushed conclusions on Best Buy podcast mics,” Drake wrote.

Previously, Drake heard Joe Budden’s latest podcast, breaking down his issues with the For All The Dogs album, but overall, he was happy with receiving the release. He then hit him a scathing response that you can see below.

Drake Recalls Criticims of ‘Take Care’ from Fans: ‘Weak, Repetitive, Boring at Times’

Drake Shows All the Bras He Has Collected During 'IAAB' Tour

Drake sees that his new album For All The Dogs isn’t getting unanimous rave reviews on Twitter. With his every move continuing to be watched, Drake reflected on how people felt about Take Care when it dropped.

Posting a screenshot of Hot New Hip-Hop to Instagram, Drake wrote: “reading these comments from when Take Care dropped [laughing emoji]”

The comments state the album was weak, boring, and singing too much. Much of the criticism surrounding his current release.

Meanwhile, Drake is still dropping from the album. See his new video here.

Azealia Banks Claps Back At Drake After Joe Budden Comments

Over the weekend Drake released his highly anticipated new album For All The Dogs. The album turned out to be 23 tracks long and round out at over 80 minutes, providing plenty of material for the rapper’s die-hard fans. It also sports a number of high-profile features including SZA, J. Cole, Bad Bunny, 21 Savage, Sexyy Red, and many more. Despite how much hype there was for the project, ultimately some online aren’t big fans.

Rapper turned podcast host Joe Budden had plenty to say about For All The Dogs. Budden’s biggest complaint appeared to be about who the music was aimed at. He claimed that Drake was “rapping for children” and advised the rapper to start hanging out with more people his own age. When Drizzy clapped back he pointed out that Budden failed as a rapper and is now critiquing one of the most successful rappers of all time. In particular, he slammed Budden describing his show in hard-hitting terms. “You are watching a failure give their opinion on his recipe for success,” he said of Budden’s show.

Azealia Banks Weighs In On Drake

One person who is clearly taking Budden’s side in the beef is Azealia Banks. The rapper has criticized Drake in the past and clearly thought his rap critiques rang hollow. “Does Drake know his nose job and liposuction is not hiphop?” she began her response statement. That’s only the beginning of her response which is short but extremely hard-hitting calling out just how far she thinks the rapper has strayed from the lens of “hip-hop.”

In the comments of a recapping of the beef, fans generally agreed with Banks’s take. That hasn’t stopped Drake from doubling down as he once again took shots at Budden overnight. He shared the phrase “rushed conclusions on Podcast mics” to Instagram seeming to take aim at Budden again. What do you think of Azealia Banks’s critiques of Drake following his beef with Joe Budden? Let us know in the comment section below.

Sophie Brussaux’s Drake Tattoo Proves How Far Adonis’ Co-Parents Have Come

Like many rappers before him, when Drake first found out he had a child on the way, he was in full denial. Seeing as his son, Adonis Graham, has bright blue eyes and curly blonde hair, it’s not entirely unreasonable for the Canadian to have had some doubts. Still, he and his baby mama, Sophie Brussaux, certainly weren’t seeing eye-to-eye at the time. Rather than letting the drama build-up, however, both Drake and his co-parent have taken considerable strides in mending their relationship so that they can healthily raise Adonis together.

Since the summer, the Scorpion rapper has been out on his It’s All a Blur tour, which wrapped up in Toronto this past weekend. While Drizzy was entertaining tens of thousands in his hometown, Brussaux and her little boy were cheering him on from the stands. In a photo dump shared on the former adult actress’ Instagram page a few days ago, she’s even seen rocking a tattoo of Adonis’ dad’s face on her forearm. “Proud family moments,” Sophie wrote in her caption.

Sophie Brussaux is a Supportive Baby Mama

Immediately, social media users flocked to the comments to speculate about whether Brussaux’s ink is real or not. As XXL notes, the artist tagged Inkbox, a temporary tattoo company, in the post, so it seems she was only willing to flaunt her baby daddy’s portrait on her skin for a few weeks at most. Nevertheless, there are still some who would like to see Brussaux and Drake come together as an authentic family unit, especially because of her beauty.

Adonis Graham is the son of two wildly creative parents, so it makes sense that he also has artistic abilities to show off. We heard the young boy make his rapping debut on For All The Dogs, and it’s likely he’ll only continue to make appearances on his father’s songs in the future. A few weeks before the album arrived, Sophie Brussaux and Drake’s only child hit another major milestone – beginning grade one. Check out the adorable photos from that at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Drake Had Fun Revisiting Some Hate He Received Back When ‘Take Care’ Was Released

Drake is one of the most accomplished and beloved musicians working today, but that doesn’t mean he’s immune to criticism. He’s not letting that bother him, though, and in fact, he seems to actually be having a great time checking out some old comments about Take Care, his 2011 sophomore album.

On his Instagram Story yesterday (October 8), he shared a screenshot of an old online comments section, presumably from a post about the album. Drake wrote, “Reading these comments from when Take Care dropped [crying laughing emoji].”

As for the feedback, one commenter wrote, “i agree with the review Drake lost some respect with this one, in my own opinion he should had back dated the release day and done a better Cd.” Another said, “I think his album was weak, repetitive, boring at times.. Nothing new, nothing exciting.. Same ole, same ole.. Blah!” Somebody else commented, “thank me later > take care… features went harder on TML, classic verses from all of them… the rapping was better and no track had to be skipped, take care has a few I don’t really like… good album but not great.”

Given that Drake decided to take this trip down Memory Lane shortly after the release of his new album For All The Dogs, perhaps this is his way of dismissing whatever hate his new project may be subject to at the moment.

Birdman Claims Drake Signed Bad Bunny To OVO Since “Day One”

Drake continues to be the talk of the town after his latest album For All The Dogs. The record has been hotly debated by listeners and other celebrities in social media circles. One of those is Joe Budden and that is a whole other subplot around the LP’s release. Now, we have another one surrounding Drake. However, this one includes Bad Bunny and Birdman. How did this all happen? Well, let us run down the details and background for you. As for some basic information, Bad Bunny made an appearance on For All The Dogs, teaming up with Drizzy for “Gently.”

On top of that collaboration, they also brought the Latin summer vibes to “MIA,” which came out back in 2018. That song and this latest one are a combination of Drake’s label OVO, and Bunny’s, Rimas Entertainment. However, Birdman firmly believes that Bunny has been with The Boy since the beginning. The Cash Money label leader chopped it up with Wack 100 about all sorts of things, one of which being Bunny and Drake’s relationship.

A post shared by No Jumper 🏀 (@nojumper)

Throughout the clip provided by No Jumper, Birdman continues to claim that the Latin rapper and singer signed with OVO at the start of his career. “Bad Bunny already signed to Drake,” he says. “Y’all just don’t know it.” This would be a true shock if this rings true. But, as of now, he is official with Rimas, separate from Drake, and neither has came out publicly to confirm Birdman’s statement.

What are your initial thoughts on Birdman saying Bad Bunny has been signed under Drake’s OVO label since his career began? Why do you believe he is saying this? Are Drake and Bad Bunny one of the best duos in modern rap right now? We want to hear what you have to say about all of this. Chief Keef Unveils His Would-Be Verse On Drake’s “For All The Dogs,” Fans Blast It

There were plenty of big and maybe unexpected features on Drake’s hyped album, For All The Dogs. There were multiple appearances from Teezo Touchdown and SZA. Sexyy Red delivered her raunchy and unfiltered verse on “Rich Baby Daddy.” PARTYNEXTDOOR, while a frequent collaborator with Drizzy, has been reluctant to put out new material and features, but he joined his close friend for the massive project. J. Cole hopped on a track with him for the first time in 10 years. These were all fairly surprising, but Chief Keef has to be another name to include here.

You can find him on track 16 “All The Parties” and while it is a brief showing, it has still been a big deal. Chief Keef is highly respected in the hip-hop space and Drake knew that he had to grab him for this project. Keef just delivers a short chorus and he never gets repeated again. But, recently, the Chicago rapper revealed to fans that there was supposed to be a verse from him.

A post shared by DJ Akademiks (@akademiks)

DJ Akademiks reposted the audio clip and needlessly said, fans are not digging it. The caption on the video reads a short bar from Keef. “She laughed her draws off I tickled the b****.” Fans did not hold back, with one saying, “He’s overrated asf but he’s so well respected in rap that nobody admits it.” Another chimes in, “Yea keep that.” While a fair amount are not feeling it, it would be interesting to see if the song will suffer from fewer streams because of the shorter inclusion of Chief Keef in the final edition.

What are your initial thoughts on this unreleased version of “All The Parties” from Drake and Chief Keef? Do you think Drake should have included this verse in the final version? Or, do you agree with the fans takes that it was good that it did not make it? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind be sure to leave all of your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below. Drake & Joe Budden’s Beef Seemingly Continues As The Rapper Posts Subtle Sports-Related Jabs Online

Drake’s latest solo album, For All The Dogs, has stirred up several heavy online debates. From the blatant featured guest omissions and accusations of failing to appropriately credit other artists’ work to the speculated disses on the project, Drake’s latest has been a constant topic of conversation online. However, despite trending across social media, he’s opted not to issue a response.

Then Joe Budden critiqued the album during a recent episode of his self-titled podcast. Immediately after getting wind of Budden’s remarks, Drake hopped into the Instagram comments to clap back. Now, via Drake’s Instagram Stories, the beef seemingly continues.

In the series of posts, Drake pulled inspiration from a tense stand-off between several titans in the National Basketball Association (NBA). “You thought you was Kobe 😂, ” wrote Drake, quoting basketballer Draymond Green’s infamous jab at now-retiree Paul Pierce.

For viewers of the post who didn’t know about the exchange, Drake uploaded the video clip as well. Where Green pokes at Piercing, saying, ”Chasing that farewell tour? They don’t love you like that.”

Drake repurposed the shade to make fun of Budden’s retirement from rap music to pursue entertainment media full-time, which he did after expressing that he felt unappreciated in music. Below, you can see Budden’s original remarks that might have kickstarted this back-and-forth.
