Sean "Diddy" Combs to Receive Global Icon Award and Perform at 2023 "VMAs"

The full indictment against Sean “Diddy” Combs has been made available online, shedding light on the extensive allegations against him following the March 2024 raids of his Miami and Los Angeles homes. According to the indictment, law enforcement officials seized “various Freak Off supplies,” including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

The indictment describes the “Freak Off” events as “elaborate and produced sex performances” that Combs orchestrated, directed, and participated in, often recording these activities electronically. It also notes that Diddy had IV fluids on hand for recovery from drug use.

Diddy faces serious drug charges, including intent to distribute cocaine, oxycodone, Xanax, CHB, MDMA, and ketamine. Additionally, authorities found three AR-15 rifles with scrubbed serial numbers and a drum magazine in his possession.

The indictment spans from 2008 to the present and includes allegations against Combs’ business associates for illegal activities such as sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for prostitution, coercion, and other offenses. The document suggests that Combs’ company, initially established for media and entertainment, also facilitated his sexual gratification.

Diddy remains in custody and is scheduled to have his charges read in court on Tuesday. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has vowed to “fight like hell” to secure bail for the music mogul.

Yesterday (September 16), Diddy was taken into federal custody on charges that weren’t publicly specified at the time. Now, we know: Variety reports that according to legal documents, Diddy has been charged with “racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.”

Diddy is reportedly set to appear before a judge this morning, at which point the charges will be read. TMZ notes that outside the courthouse today, Marc Agnifilo, Diddy’s attorney, said he will “fight like hell” to get Diddy released on bail. CNN also notes Agnifilo told reporters, “He’s not guilty. He’s innocent of these charges.”

Agnifilo also issued a statement following the arrest yesterday. It reads:

“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community.

He is an imperfect person but is not criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation, and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

The indictment states that Diddy’s alleged criminal activity began in 2008. The prosecution is claiming that the music mogul engaged in sex trafficking and racketeering as a means of creating a criminal enterprise. Other claims include the allegations that Diddy would lure women into his group with the promise of a romantic relationship. However, he would then allegedly coerce them into sexual acts which would then be filmed. Moreover, it was alleged that Diddy would then give these women IVs so they could recover following extensive drug use. 1000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant were seized from Diddy’s home in Miami. As the prosecution explains, the charges mostly stem from alleged evidence that was found during the now-infamous raids on his home.

Dirty Money Member Kalenna Harper Says She Did Not Witness Diddy Abuse Cassie

Diddy Says 'ENOUGH IS ENOUGH' After New Lawsuit

Diddy spent the night in federal custody, but one of his former collaborators has denied accusations laid against him. Diddy-Dirty Money member Kalenna Harper states she never saw him abuse former girlfriend Cassie, contrasting what the other member, Dawn Richard, alleges in a lawsuit.

According to TMZ, Kalenna is mentioned 33 times in the lawsuit, but denies the claims: “While I fully respect Dawn’s right to recount her experiences, I want to emphasize that her account reflects her personal perspective and should not be interpreted as a universal truth applicable to everyone involved.”

She added, “Many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit are not representative of my experiences, and some do not align with my own truth.”

Last week, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team responded to a recent lawsuit filed against him by singer-songwriter Dawn Richard, alleging physical abuse and sexual assault. In a statement to Complex, Diddy is “shocked and disappointed” by the lawsuit, describing it as a “manufactured series of false claims all in the hopes of trying to get a payday.”

The lawsuit, reported by TMZ, accuses Diddy of harassment and sexual abuse. Richard, a former member of Danity Kane and Diddy-Dirty Money, alleges a pattern of abusive behavior between 2009 and 2011. She claims he once forced her to rehearse for 48 hours straight, resulting in severe weight loss, fatigue, and dehydration. Richard also recalled an instance when, during a visit to Diddy’s Miami home, he greeted her wearing only his underwear and refused to dress.

The accusations extend further. Richard alleged Diddy forcibly entered her dressing room and groped her. In another incident, she claims he locked her in a car and was only released her after her father traveled from Baltimore to New York to confront Diddy. During the confrontation, Richard says Diddy warned her father, “Think about your daughter and think about your daughter’s career.”

The lawsuit also references an incident involving Cassie, in which Richard claims she witnessed Diddy violently throwing Cassie against a wall, choking her, and dragging her upstairs at his Los Angeles home while under the influence of drugs. She also alleges an incident when Diddy threw a hot pan of eggs at Cassie.

Richard claims that when she and her Diddy – Dirty Money bandmate Kalenna Harper advised Cassie to leave Diddy, he retaliated. Allegedly, he told them, “Y’all bitches don’t get in my relationship … Just make money and shut the fuck up,” and threatened their lives, stating, “I shelve careers … You could be missing … You bitches want to die today.”

Diddy’s legal team released a full statement to Complex:

“Mr. Combs is shocked and disappointed by this lawsuit. In an attempt to rewrite history, Dawn Richard has now manufactured a series of false claims all in the hopes of trying to get a pay day — conveniently timed to coincide with her album release and press tour. If Ms. Richard had such a negative experience with Making the Band and Danity Kane, she would not have chosen to continue working directly with Mr. Combs for Dirty Money, nor would she have returned for the Making the Band reboot in 2020 or agreed to be featured on The Love Album last year. It’s unfortunate that Ms. Richard has cast their 20-year friendship aside to try and get money from him, but Mr. Combs is confidently standing on truth and looks forward to proving that in court.”

Diddy Taken Into Custody By Homeland Security In New York

It appears Diddy’s alleged crimes have caught up with him. The Bad Boy mogul was arrested and taken into custody on September 16. TMZ reports that Homeland Security entered a Midtown Hotel on Monday night and cuffed Diddy before taking him to an FBI field office in Manhattan. While the outlet notes that Homeland Security may have searched Diddy’s hotel room following his arrest, these claims remain unsubstantiated.

Diddy has been accused of multiple crimes over the last year, but his arrest was seemingly tied to the investigation that led to his Miami home being raided back in April. Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told TMZ that the arrest was an example of “unjust prosecution” on the part of Homeland Security. “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist,” he wrote. “Who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community.”

Agnifilo went on note that his client has made mistakes in the past, but that he is by no means the criminal mastermind that he’s been branded in recent months. “He is an imperfect person but is not criminal,” the attorney opined. He also noted that Diddy has been cooperative with law enforcement in the wake of the Miami house raid. “To his credit,” Agnifilo explained. “Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges.”

The attorney concluded his statement with appealing to the public writ large. He tried to remind the public that people are innocent until proven guilty. To this point, Diddy has not been found guilty of any crimes. “Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts,” he asserted. “These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide. And he looks forward to clearing his name in court.” There will be more information about Diddy’s arrest to come.
