Andrew Tate Sparks Concern With “Matrix” Tweet Following Hospital Visit From Jail

Since Andrew Tate and Greta Thunberg found themselves in the midst of a Twitter feud late last year, the controversial figure’s name has been constantly circulating in the media. As you may recall, his video response to the young activist allowed for authorities to confirm his location and subsequently place him under arrest.

Initially, it was thought that the reality star would remain in custody for a few hours. Now, though, it seems it could be weeks before he sees potential freedom. Both Andrew and his brother Tristan were apprehended and charged with human trafficking, along with a few other men.

As Newsweek notes, the Tate brothers are facing accusations of coercing six women into producing pornography. Their alleged victims were faced with “acts of physical violence and mental coercion.” We presently know that one of the accused is additionally facing sexual assault charges, though it remains unclear who.

While the world awaits answers, an interesting tweet appeared on the podcaster’s account yesterday (January 8). “The Matrix has attacked me,” he wrote. “But they misunderstand, you cannot kill an idea. Hard to Kill.”

Beneath his words, Tate included an article to a Romanian website, SpyNews, with an update on his health. The story explains that one of the siblings has already been to the hospital since their December 29 arrest.

“Yesterday he was taken out of the Central Prison of the Capital Police and taken to a hospital because when he was incarcerated, according to the procedures. He was given a medical examination and the prison doctor asked him if he was suffering from certain ailments,” local journalist Carmina Pricopie reported.

She went on to say, “The attorney for the Tate brothers notified the central detention center and stated that he had certain medical problems. Based on this notification, yesterday he was taken to a specialist consultation in a hospital in the capital.”

Since his field trip outside of the detention centre, the 36-year-old is said to have returned to his holding cell.

The latest reports on the situation come from the Independent. They say that Tate’s attorney is claiming there’s “no evidence for trafficking or sexual assault charges” against the brothers. Additionally, he alleges that the criminal investigation file has “not been made available to [them].”

BLM Co-Founder Patrisse Cullors Claims LAPD Killed Her Cousin

She helped spark a movement that would change activism, but Patrisse Cullors has also faced many controversies. The co-founder of the Black Lives Matter organization has been at the center of allegations of misappropriating millions in donations. The foundation should not be conflated with the movement.

Cullors has long denied any illegal activity, but this week, she makes headlines for a separate issue. According to the author, her cousin, Kennan Anderson, died due to the Los Angeles Police Department following a traffic collision in Venice, Calif.

Reports state Anderson was a 31-year-old English teacher with a six-year-old son. Investigators claim when police stopped to check on the collision, Anderson was acting erratically and running in the middle of the street. Police also reportedly spoke with him and asserted he seemed cooperative. However, once more police vehicles arrived, Anderson was said to have tried to flee the scene. This led to a chase.

Officers struggled with Anderson for several minutes, utilizing a TASER, bodyweight, firm grips, and joint locks to overcome his resistance,” LAPD said in the statement. “Anderson was subsequently handcuffed and hobbled at the ankles.”

The teacher was later taken to a hospital to treat his injuries and, while there, died after suffering cardiac arrest.

R. Kelly Claims Tasha K Tampered With Witnesses In His Case

He will likely spend the remainder of his life behind bars, and allegations against R. Kelly are still pouring in. The disgraced music great was once hailed as one of the best in the business, but these days, his fans are defending his legacy. For decades, Kelly has faced ongoing accusations of child pornography and sex crimes, and he has faced his days in court.

Dozens of outlets tracked and covered Kelly’s trials in New York City and Chicago, but Kelly is paying particular attention to Tasha K. According to him, the YouTuber tampered with witnesses. “Tasha shared my information with the government witness in my case in New York,” Kelly said in a call. “I knew nothing about it ’til I got to Chicago, and it was in the Sun-Times and in the Tribune.”

The jailed singer added that “it was proven to be true” because they quoted “verbatim everything that Tasha K said that I was saying to my girlfriend.” The host asked if he was referencing Azriel Clary. Kelly answered, “I can’t name any names because that’s my case.”

“The only thing I can say is that, you’re not supposed to do that,” he added. “It’s okay to have witnesses on stands, cases, all of that. No problem. But they’re not supposed to be scorned witnesses. They’re not supposed to be witnesses that’s mad with you because they may have seen some emails or heard some phone calls between you and another woman.”

“That is not how you’re supposed to get your witnesses or have your witnesses.”

It seems that Kelly believes Tasha K interfered by turning the women in his life against him just before their testimonies.

The singer also detailed alleged interactions between his girlfriend and others in 2019 he claims he’s been trying to tell the world about for years. Meanwhile, Tasha has a hefty judgment against her; she’s battling against having to pay Cardi B $4 million.

Young Thug’s Jury Selection Begins Today In RICO Trial

The day felt like it would never come, but finally, YSL’s RICO Trial is officially underway. Since Young Thug, Gunna, and a slew of other affiliates were arrested in the spring of 2022, the hip-hop community has been eagerly waiting to watch the case play out in court.

Many – including the DS4EVER rapper – have taken plea deals to secure their freedom. Thugger, however, has remained in custody from day one. According to previous reports, the only deals put on the table for him would still result in life in prison.

As France24 reports, jury selection began earlier today (January 9) in the city of Atlanta. The process will likely be a lengthy one, as final members must be impartial to the situation.

The trial itself is due to last much of this year as prosecutors attempt to prove that Young Thug’s record label is a crime ring front. The defence has vehemently denied these allegations. They insist that YSL (Young Stoner Life Records) is “a music label and vague association of artists.”

One element of this case that’s specifically raising eyebrows is the use of the So Much Fun hitmaker’s lyrics in the courtroom. Earlier this month, a video of a judge awkwardly reciting bars from “Slime Shit” began circulating online.

According to TMZ, other songs we may hear from prosecutors are “Take it to Trial,” “Ski,” and “Slatty.”

Elsewhere it’s been noted that the state could call over 300 witnesses, including Lil Wayne. It remains unclear what other famous faces may appear in court, though Thugger’s far-reaching influence has connected him with much of the industry over the years.

The Atlanta native has pleaded not guilty to his charges, and his attorney seems confident in his ability to clear his client’s name.

Tory Lanez Ex-Lawyer Explains Exit: “I Don’t Do Appeals”

His trial may be over, but the second phase of the case against Tory Lanez is just heating up. During the holiday season, Lanez was found guilty on three counts related to the July 2020 of Megan Thee Stallion. He denied culpability in the case; however, Megan testified that she watched as her former friend shot at her during an angry outburst.

It was recently reported that Lanez switched up his legal team and got rid of attorney George Mgdesyan. Law & Crime reporter Meghan Cuniff has steadily shared updates about Lanez’s case, and yesterday (January 8), she tweeted the rapper hired David Kenner. He has famously represented both Snoop Dogg and Suge Knight.

Meanwhile, following the conclusion of the case, Mgdesyan has faced backlash. The attorney’s methods were criticized, including closing arguments about the singer not being tall enough to shoot over the vehicle door at Megan.

Rolling Stone senior reporter Nancy Dillon has also tracked this case and issued a statement from Mgdesyan. The lawyer refutes claims that he’s exiting Lanez’s legal teams on bad terms.

“I don’t do appeals, so we had to get somebody on board to handle the appeal,” said Mgdesyan.

Additionally, Mgdesyan added he “may still attend” Lanez’s sentencing hearing on January 27, “if possible.”

He shared, “As a party who represented Tory and is friends with Tory, I have an interest.”

This case continues to divide the Hip Hop community. Lanez’s avid supporters stand by his innocence, while Megan’s fans believe the right person is behind bars.

We’ve continuously reported on the developing case again Tate, his brother, Tristan, and two assistants. The group was recently arrested in Romania on charges of human trafficking, sex trafficking, and rape. It is alleged that the Tate brothers held at least six women hostage and forced them to perform sex acts for pornographic online content.

Andrew Tate is being held for 30 days in jail as investigators dig into the case. “The four suspects … appear to have created an organised crime group,” said prosecutors. “With the purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content meant to be seen on specialised websites for a cost.”

Reports state that several women, including a 22-year-old American, were branded with tattoos. The permanent ink is alleged to read “Owned By Tate” and was placed in areas that could clearly be seen during their pornographic videos.

There have also been claims that the women weren’t allowed to leave the location where they were housed. An alleged victim, a British woman, reportedly spoke with Vice News about what she endured. She told the outlet that Andrew Tate abused her “at least five times.”

“As soon as he handed me my money, I forgot about him hitting me and everything else,” she reportedly added. “It just got worse over time. He got more verbally abusive, more physical.”

A general view taken on December 30, 2022 shows the main building of the Bucharest Court in Bucharest, Romania, where former professional kickboxer and controversial online personality Andrew Tate was expected to appear for alleged human trafficking, rape and setting up an organised criminal group. – British citizen Tate and his brother Tristan were expected to appear in court in Bucharest on December 30, with a proposal to keep them in pre-trial detention for 30 days. Bryan Kohberger’s “Serial Killer Traits” Discussed By Notorious BTK Murderer

The initial arrest affidavit for Bryan Kohberger came out last week. Since then, the public has been reeling for more answers. Within the lengthy document, police revealed some of the evidence that led them to suspect the 28-year-old of four gruesome murders, as well as further detail into what may have happened in Moscow, Idaho on that fateful night.

The alleged murderer is due back in court this coming Thursday (January 12). He’s pleading not guilty and seems to be in complete denial about committing any crimes. However, police say they obtained his DNA from a knife sheath left at the scene of the crime. On top of that, a surviving roommate actually saw Kohberger in the house that morning.

The affidavit doesn’t say that she was able to identify him. Still, she did note he was 5’10” or taller and had bushy eyebrows. Additionally, a mask covered both his nose and mouth, and he wore all black.

Much is still to be learned about the tragic deaths of four University of Idaho students. Many continue to speculate – including an infamous serial killer by the name of Dennis Rader. Best known as the BTK (short for Blind, Torture, Kill) murderer, he tells TMZ he undoubtedly sees similarities between his crimes and Kohberger’s allegations.

Speaking via email, the prisoner tells the outlet that he thinks the Ph.D. student stalked the home of his victims, “much like [he] did.” He also noted the younger man’s “dark mind” to which he obviously relates.

In this handout image provided by the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s office, BTK murder suspect Dennis Rader stands for a mug shot released February 27, 2005 in Sedgwick County, Kansas. (Photo by Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office via Getty Images)

If you’re not familiar, BTK’s major crime took place in 1974. At the time, he murdered the Otero family in Kansas. “Murder four, much like the Oteros, up close and personal stabbed,” his email says. However, Rader took things one step further by also asphyxiating his victims after tying them up in their Wichita residence.

Another similarity is the DNA both men left at the crime scene. The serial killer’s semen was on one body. However, police couldn’t link him until years later when DNA technology became further advanced. As we mentioned earlier, the seemingly forgotten sheath seems to be Kohberger’s downfall in the investigation.

Finally, BTK thinks the alleged Idaho terror “may have killed by fantasy homicide,” – something he also did. At this time, Moscow police haven’t disclosed a motive for the crimes due to a recent gag order.

It was previously speculated that Kohberger actually attempted to contact Rader himself, though the prisoner was able to dispute those rumours. However, he does think the recently arrested suspect studied his crimes. Presently, he’s serving a whopping 10 life terms in prison.

Elsewhere in the news, law enforcement sources are saying that Bryan Kohberger threw his trash out in his neighbour’s bins prior to his arrest. Read more about that and his affidavit here, and check back later for any updates on the investigation.

Prince Harry Claims To Have Killed 25 Taliban Members

Prince Harry is gearing up for a dramatic tell-all in the form of his new book. The memoir is set to serve as an inside look into the Royal Family.

However, one of the things that Harry mentions is the fact that he claims to have killed 25 members of the Taliban while serving in Afghanistan. This is certainly causing lots of controversies online.

The Associated Press allegedly has an early copy of the book and its contents. Harry reportedly writes proudly about the murders. “Baddies eliminated before they could kill Goodies,” is how he says it himself. He goes on to say that, in the heat of the moment within battle, enemies dying are like removing pieces from a chessboard.

Not only is he putting a number on the amount of people he’s responsible for killing, but he’s also referring to them in a rather inhumane way. Anas Haqqani, a Senior Taliban leader is speaking out against the prince’s claims. “The ones you killed were not chess pieces, they were humans with families,” he says.

Furthermore, some veterans are speaking out about the dangers of these comments. Military members say it’s an “unwritten rule” to not put a head count on your killings while being in the line of battle. “That’s not how you behave in the Army; it’s not how we think. He has badly let the side down. We don’t do notches on the rifle butt. We never did,” says Tim Collins, a retired British Army colonel.

This is also not the first time that the Duke of Sussex is speaking publicly about his time in the military. In total, he served 10 years as part of the British Army, serving in Afghanistan two times. Between 2012-2013, he served as an Apache helicopter copilot gunner.

Of course, the world was witness to Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, leaving the Royal Family in 2021. The memoir, titled Spare, will be available worldwide on Tuesday (January 10).

Reese LAFLARE Reacts To News Outlet Using His Photo Instead Of Young Thug’s

YSL’s RICO trial has been looming over the music industry ever since the arrest of Young Thug and others in May of last year.

There have been countless reports and updates on the case over these past months. However, none of this prevented a news outlet from making a critical mistake in one of their latest articles on the trial.

In the since-deleted tweet, FOX26 Houston reports on the upcoming RICO trial. “Rapper Young Thug, accused by prosecutors of co-founding a criminal street gang responsible for violent crimes and using his songs and social media to promote it, is set to go to trial starting Monday,” writes the network in the post.

While this information is certainly accurate, the article’s accompanying photo is not of Thugger. It’s instead a picture of a different Atlanta rapper, Reese LAFLARE. “Stop using my picture,” the “No Hook” rapper writes in response after seeing his photo wrongly attributed to the case.

LAFLARE went on to show his support for the So Much Fun rapper, tweeting out “Free Jeffery” multiple times. “I mean [I] do have a YSL chain on in the pic but cmon now,” he writes afterwards. He ends it by simply tweeting, “I need a Lawyer.”

Unfortunately, this isn’t the only case of a news network getting it wrong when reporting on rappers. Just a few weeks ago, ABC accidentally put a photo of Quavo rather than Takeoff in their year-end “In-Memorium” segment. When the tribute for the “Casper” rapper appeared on the screen, it was instead a photo of his uncle.

What are your thoughts on the situation? Comment down below. Finally, make sure to stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest stories and updates.

XXXTENTACION Murder Trial: New Incriminating Evidence Allegedly Found

It’s been nearly five years since XXXTENTACION’s tragic murder. Ever since, authorities have been working tirelessly to solve the case.

There were originally three arrest warrants out for alleged suspects. However, one of them, Dedrick D. Williams, pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder. This was not even two weeks after the murder took place.

Although there are a few other people of interest in the case, it certainly seems as though authorities believe Williams really is responsible. A new update from AllHipHop indicates that a new piece of evidence may solidify this.

Prosecutors allegedly believe that they are connecting the murder weapon to the discovery of a live round in Williams’ home. Additionally, they’re reportedly saying his phone pinged at the murder scene a mere one minute prior to the fatal shooting. Of course, this would be RIVA Motorsports in Florida.

The prosecutors also claim to have video footage of the suspect carelessly tossing around $100 bills just a couple of days after the murder. The “SAD!” artist was robbed of about $50,000 in cash at the scene.

This obviously doesn’t look good for Williams and his defence. His legal team is pulling out all of the stops in an attempt to free him though. Just a few weeks ago, his attorneys listed a number of high-profile names as potential witnesses. Among them are 6ix9ine, Joe Budden and Drake.

Furthermore, they really want the latter to testify in the case, alleging that he may somehow be responsible for X’s murder. Of course, the pair of artists were involved in a beef for a number of years. The Florida artist was responsible for accusing the Toronto star of stealing his flow. This was famously on his 2017 track, “KMT” with Giggs.

The murder trial will begin later this month. Finally, make sure to stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest updates surrounding the case and any other pop culture news.
