Andrew Tate’s Human Trafficking Charges Expanded

The investigation into Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan based on allegations of abuse and human trafficking continues to develop slowly but surely, as officials are still piecing potential evidence together. Now, the pair learned that authorities expanded their charges. To elaborate, Romanian prosecutors investigating the Tates now seek charges of human trafficking in continued form rather than as separate counts. On Tuesday (June 13), the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) summoned them and the press to reveal such developments. Despite victim testimonies and official arrests, they continue to deny any and all accused wrongdoing.

Furthermore, DICOT stated that these new charges reflect discovery of a “more serious crime” than the investigation originally suggested. In addition, they have added another victim to the case, which involves another testimony and layer to explore in the legal process. This means that this investigation reflects the allegations of at least over six women brought forth against Andrew Tate and Tristan. However, the fact that no official indictment or trial came forward in the past few months makes this case remain a mystery.

Authorities Expand Andrew Tate’s Charged To Continued Human Trafficking

For those unaware, the Tate brothers faced an investigation when Romanian authorities apprehended them in December of 2022. Furthermore, they remained in Romanian jail until their removal into house arrest in late March of the following year. Both built large followings, particularly Andrew, for their commentary, which many criticize for its bigoted views on women and other social norms. Regardless of your take on their views, the legal purview of this arrest remains hard to fathom given the lack of trial or official charge. The investigation itself seems to have taken a long time to process, but their continued misogynistic takes and condemnations of “the woke agenda” don’t make it any harder to believe.

Still, thought and action are two separate entities, at least for now while the public (and the Tate brothers, for that matter) remain in the dark on the investigation. Romanian law states that they could face up to ten years in prison for trafficking adults if convicted. Prosecutors may bring them to court at some point in June, or at least that’s what many expect. Andrew Tate Threatens To Sue Alleged Victim For $300 Million For Defamation

Andrew Tate threatened to sue an alleged victim for 249 million pounds for defamation after she accused him of rape and human trafficking. Meanwhile, he and his brother are currently behind bars in Romania on related charges following a December arrest. Moreover, the woman’s U.S. lawyers claim she received a cease and desist letter from him and his brother in December. To clarify, Tate’s threatened lawsuit equals $300 million in U.S. currency. What’s more is that the two brothers allegedly threatened to involve the victim’s family in the lawsuit as well.

Furthermore, a Romanian court recently found that Tate seemingly brainwashed women who worked for him and denied any trafficking. In addition, the brothers denied all claims and filed legal action against two women in Romania last April. While this occurred before Tate’s arrest, authorities believe he tried to intimidate witnesses and prevent any revelations.

“In April 2022, you falsely stated to a third party that our Client [Andrew Tate] human trafficked you, abused you and held you against your will,” the cease and desist letter read. “You have repeated false and defamatory statements to the police, the media, and another United States citizen about the Tate brothers.” On the other hand, lawyer Benjamin Bull said his client is a key witness against Tate in this legal battle. As such, he believes this letter is an egregious attempt to silence testimonies. “They want these young ladies to climb into a hole and hide, never come forward [or] describe what they saw and what happened to them,” he stated. Bull works for the National Centre on Sexual Exploitation in the U.S. “It’s clearly an effort to intimidate.”

Meanwhile, lawyers from Tate’s team confirmed the letter’s existence, but denied any such intimidation. In other news, officials took much of Tate’s assets after raids on his Romania properties. While the six alleged victims in the case who will testify are anonymous, they received huge hatred and even death threats from Tate supporters online after their identities leaked online. Also, no one brought specific charges against the brothers yet, but they remain in preventative custody as authorities investigate. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Andrew Tate.

She revealed that as many as 12 women and girls were being kept in a “trap house.”

It was stated that Corleon also didn’t provide care or food for the women and girls. However, it was alleged that he kept them supplied with drugs. The Chronicle also shared that it was after one of the adult women was rescued that the rapper’s nefarious deeds surfaced. Andrew Tate’s Security Calls Accusers “Young & Stupid”

The explosive case developing against Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan has become a worldwide phenomenon. The brothers were arrested last month in Romania after authorities claimed they were leading an organized crime operation. It is alleged that the Tates coerced women into believing they were dating before forcing them to create pornographic content for their online channel.

Andrew Tate established himself as a self-described misogynist social media influencer. Following his arrest, an audio clip of Tate telling a woman he “loved” sexually assaulting her was released. In an interview with the BBC, Tate’s head of security, Bogdan Stancu, said he only witnessed his boss ask for women to leave, not stay.

According to Stancu, he saw more than 100 women visit the Tates’ home within his two-year employment. He claims he was even advised to “physically remove women from the Tate house,” reports the BBC. However, “no force was ever used.”

The security guard further stated that the way Andrew Tate presents himself to the public doesn’t match how he is behind closed doors.

“Some of the girls misunderstood the reality and believed [they would] be his next wife,” said Stancu. “When they realized the reality, it’s easy to transform from a friend into an enemy, and make a statement to the police.”

While this seems to align with the police’s assertations that Tate coerced the women, Stancu remained dedicated to his employer.

“I never doubt Andrew,” he also said. Stancu called the accusers “young and stupid.”

Additionally, Stancu claimed that Tate was constantly worried about someone coming after him. He was asked if it was all paranoia.

“I would not say ‘paranoid’ but something similar, maybe,” Stancu answered. “He wanted to have a normal life and couldn’t – maybe it’s normal to be a little bit more paranoid.”

Meanwhile, it was reported that $4 million in cash, cars, jewelry, and other assets were seized by authorities.

Andrew Tate Reportedly Bragged About Raping A Woman In New Leaked Audo

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are currently being held in Romania on human trafficking charges. For those of you who may not know, the Tate brothers rose to prominence throughout 2022. It felt like a coordinated effort to promote their online school, Hustler’s University. Furthermore, the two became popular for their misogynistic takes on women. Overall, their popularity was a poor reflection of the state of humanity.

Having said that, the Tates would frequently brag about how they treated women. On a few occasions, Andrew Tate even was seen on camera talking about having sex with 16-year-olds. Additionally, his old website details how he used to recruit women for his cam girl operation.

Andrew Tate Audio

Now, some new alleged audio of Tate has hit the internet. This all stems from a Vice News expose of the social media star. Below, you will find some audio messages that Tate allegedly sent a woman he met in the UK back in 2013. The woman accused Tate of rape, however, she wasn’t believed at first. Eventually, the case was looked at in 2019, although authorities said there was an ounce of doubt and that conviction couldn’t be pursued.

In this audio, Andrew Tate can be heard bragging to the woman about raping her. The audio is quite disturbing as Tate says things like “the more you didn’t like it, the more I enjoyed it.” Subsequently, he calls himself “one of the most dangerous men on the planet.” There are also some text messages in which he says “I love raping you.”

Overall, this is yet another massive allegation against Tate. If you may remember, the original allegation from the woman above is what ultimately got him kicked off of Big Brother in the UK. However, as we stated, he was never punished for the alleged crime.

Now, the Tates will be carrying out another 30 days in a Romanian prison. From there, it remains to be seen what the next steps will be. Either way, you can stay tuned to HNHH for all of the updates.

Andrew Tate Human Trafficking Allegations Have Twitter Ridiculing Him

We’ve seen some interesting headlines this year, from Kanye West’s pro-Hitler posts to Jhené Aiko and her elderly father both surprisingly welcoming new babies within weeks of each other. Even with all the previous chaos, though, nothing could have prepared us for seeing an Andrew Tate detainment.

Earlier this week, the controversial media figure found himself in the midst of an online spat with Greta Thunberg. Eventually, a video rant came, clapping back at the young woman. In it, he chiefly smokes a cigar in his robe, a stack of pizza boxes sitting in front of him.

While feuding with a 19-year-old girl as a 36-year-old man is embarrassing enough, Tate’s post actually wound up getting him in some serious trouble. In fact, thanks to the takeout boxes in front of him, authorities were able to piece together Tate’s location. They then brought him in in connection with a human trafficking investigation.

The former reality star’s brother later met the same fate. Romanian police have been looking into the siblings since April. Both Andrew and Tristan are facing accusations of sexual assault, organized crime, and more.

Authorities previously served search warrants at five different homes, CNN reports. Four suspects – specifically two Brits and two Romanians – are receiving questioning. Presently, they’re due to appear in court later on Friday (December 30). Tate’s lawyer unquestionably says that “He was not arrested. He was detained for 24 hours.”

Videos presently being released to the public show some of the raids taking place, and even include footage of anonymous men being pat down.

Early on Friday, Tate shared a message from his personal Twitter account, though it remains unclear if he was actually the one to post it. “The Matrix sent their agents,” it reads.

Additionally, details reveal that authorities believe two of the suspects were talking their victims “into believing that they intended to enter into a marriage/cohabitation relationship” as they were brought to Romania. Later, those same women were reportedly sexually exploited with physical violence and coercion.

On Thursday (December 29), the DIICOT stated that the four suspects would be detained for 24 hours following questioning. At this time, no further information has been shared.

Finally, check out more reactions to Andrew Tate’s human trafficking allegations below. Afterward, let us know what your thoughts are in the comments.
