Gillie Da Kid & Wallo Slammed Over J. Prince Interview

Just before Quavo took to the Grammys stage to memorialize Takeoff and other musicians we lost last year, J. Prince sat down with Million Dollaz Worth of Game. It’s an interview that has quickly swept through Hip Hop as Prince opened up about the night Takeoff was murdered in Houston at the top of November 2022. The Migos star was said to have been an innocent bystander at a private event when he was shot and killed. Reports claim there was a verbal disagreement about a dice game that Takeoff wasn’t even a part of.

J. Prince’s son was at the scene and was spotted on video walking past Takeoff’s body. People called him out for alleged callous behavior, but Prince insisted they did all they could. Elsewhere, he also called out Offset for speculated tension with Takeoff just prior to his death. “In reality, the truth of the matter is you wasn’t really right there with Takeoff when he was alive, you know what I mean?” said Prince.

Prince added, “So for you to be taking these positions that you’ve taken—and I’ve got people everywhere, so I hear all kinds of things—I’mma just say this to you. Don’t ever put me in no position where I have to defend myself. That wouldn’t be healthy for you. I have to say that.” Offset clapped back, but among conversations from fans have been criticisms toward Gillie Da Kid and Wallo. The Million Dollaz Worth of Game hosts were called out for allegedly facilitating a space where a potential beef could brew.

The podcast has long attempted to educate those in the streets about making better choices. Gillie and Wallo deliver inspiring messages to those who have faced trouble with the system, and their critics questioned this interview with allegations of divisiveness. They haven’t addressed the backlash just yet, but comments continue to pour in. Check out a few reactions below, and let us know if you think the J. Prince interview was inappropriate.

Fredo Bang Reveals Drug Smuggling Tales From Behind Bars

Fredo Bang recently opened up about his experiences behind bars for two years, and also shared his proximity to drug smugglers in prison. While he doesn’t have much first-hand experience, he revealed some curious terminology. Moreover, the Baton Rouge MC served two years in jail for a second degree attempted murder charge. He spoke to VladTV of his tales, and as he dug deeper, he had some terms to explain. Furthermore, Vlad asked him of the cruel ways in which people rob smugglers who use their anal cavities to hide drugs. During his explanation, he said that people in prison call their rear end their Gucci bag.

“Your Gucci bag,” he stated, before explaining that using it didn’t mean you were safe from a beatdown. “They gon’ beat you up, they gon’ pin you down, they going off in there. They want that mojo, they want that meth and they want that back. If they gotta go in that back, that’s what they doing.” While Fredo sold drugs while he served time, he claimed to never have gone that far.

“I ain’t even gon’ lie, I ain’t never played those games,” Fredo said, “I don’t even know how to wipe back there too long, you feel me? I ain’t never played with my Gucci bag. When I was selling drugs in jail, I used to have like a little pocket. I had a migo stitch in the pocket. So when I go in there, I just pull it out the pants. If I’m getting searched it don’t really show too much. I ain’t put nothing in my Gucci bag.”

Still, the 26-year-old didn’t give much further details about how he got the drugs in the facility. In fact, that seems to be part of his nature. Reportedly, he refused to answer questions during a pre-trial conference for YNW Melly’s double murder trial last June. Fredo continuously invoked his Fifth Amendment rights and the judge denied the prosecution’s motion to require him to answer. As always, log back into HNHH for the latest on Fredo Bang, the case of YNW Melly, and more interesting revelations from rappers.

Donald Trump Compared To John Gotti, Prosecutor Claims Former POTUS Nearly Faced RICO Charges

Donald Trump has been busy preparing for his third presidential run. At the same time, former Manhattan prosecutor Mark Pomerantz is gearing up to spill plenty of tea about the New York native in his new book. The forthcoming project – People vs. Donald Trump – will specifically focus on the 76-year-old’s alleged corrupt practices in business.

Both the New York Times and The Daily Beast are publishing excerpts. In them, the author reflects on his tumultuous time investigating Trump. Pomerantz’s colleagues allegedly dug into all of his businesses. Among them were his real estate empire, for-profit university, and the family’s charitable foundation. Based upon his findings, the legal expert could think of only one other person to compare The Apprentice alum to.

“In my career as a lawyer, I had encountered only one other person who touched all of these bases: John Gotti, the head of the Gambino organized crime family,” the book’s preview reads. Due to Trump’s incessant history of lying, the DA’s office would’ve had to “show, and stress, that [the former POTUS] was not legally insane.” Employees spoke about whether or not the businessman can decipher between “bullshit and reality” anymore.

“Was Donald Trump suffering from some sort of mental condition that made it impossible for him to distinguish between fact and fiction?” Pomerantz says he asked his colleagues. The writer explains that the Florida-based politician “demanded absolute loyalty and would go after anyone who crossed him.”

Additionally, the Truth Social founder feels as though his book’s subject was “always one step ahead of the law.” The mention of Gotti was apparently met with outrage from Trump’s lawyers. Attorney Joe Tacopina is threatening legal action on his client’s behalf if the book goes public.

“Injecting the name John Gotti into this seems like just another desperate attempt by Pomerantz to sell books,” he previously told the Times. As Daily Mail notes, the upcoming release will focus on Trump’s allegations. However, the primary story is about the author’s journey to build a case against the then-president. It was ultimately never pursued during his time in the DA’s office.

Ultimately, Pomerantz resigned from his position in protest last year. At the time, Manhattan’s current DA, Alvin Bragg, opted out of seeking an indictment against the reality star. Prior to that, the prosecutor was seeking racketeering charges for Trump. This was because pursuing money laundering came with clear risks. Unfortunately for him, his coworkers became “unenthusiastic” about the project – just one of the reasons it wasn’t complete.

It seems as though legal troubles are coming at Trump from every angle these days. Reports recently began circulating that the embattled politician has had a grand jury probe launched regarding his previous affair with Stormy Daniels. Ahead of the 2016 election, he allegedly paid the adult actress to keep quiet about their time spent together.

If things go in the Manhattan District Attorney’s favour, it’s possible that the father of five could face criminal charges. Aside from that, he’s also still being investigated regarding the Mar-a-Lago classified document scandal. Read more about those situations here, and here, respectively, and check back later for more news updates.

PnB Rock’s Girlfriend Speaks On Life After His Death: “I’m Not Doing Well”

It was nothing short of a tragedy when PnB Rock was gunned down in Los Angeles. The Philadelphia rapper was with his girlfriend, Stephanie Sibounheuang, at Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles restaurant when he was approached by assailants who demanded his jewelry. During the chaos, the thieves would become murderers, as they shot down the rapper in cold blood. It’s reported that he saved Sibounheuang by pushing her under a table.

A family has been arrested concerning the crime—a teen boy, his father, and his stepmother have all been charged. Sibounheuang has focused on raising their young daughter, and in a recent interview with Baller Alert, she shared what life has been like since losing the love of her life. “I’m not doing so well, but God is keeping me; he got to stand on me,” she said.

Sibounheuang also said she’d made lifestyle changes to help through the process. She’s practiced fasting and has given up smoking marijuana to strengthen her spiritually. “So, right now, I’m just on this journey with God. Like, I’m just walking with him, no distractions. I’m pure. I haven’t had, well, of course, I haven’t had sex with nobody, but I haven’t been talking to nobody. I’m just aligned with God.”

Not long after the death of the 30-year-old rapper, Sibounheuang shared a touching tribute on Instagram. “My man saved my life, Throwing me under that table. I’m not supposed to be here but bc of him. I am. No one would be able to handle this. TBH, I can’t even handle this. To witness what I saw and to keep seeing it in my head, to being forced out the restaurant, to not be able to go in the ambulance or the hospital, Car keys, purse and my phone taken from me, forced in the back of a police car, locked in an interrogation room all night, while all this is going on and to be the last person in this world to know my man didn’t make it after having the faith and confidence that he was.”

Nicki Minaj & Kenneth Petty Sued For $740K Over Alleged Attack: Report

It looks as if Kenneth Petty has another legal issue to deal with. Nicki Minaj and her husband live a more reclusive life away from the spotlight, but that hasn’t kept their names out of headlines. Petty has been battling it out in court over his attempted rape conviction and registering as a sex offender. However, he and Nicki Minaj were also accused of being involved in an attack on a security guard in 2019.

In January 2022, reports stated Minaj and Petty were sued by a German man named Thomas Weidenmuller. The Blast reported Weidenmuller was the head of security at a Minaj concert in Frankfurt when a fan made it past guards and jumped onstage. The incident allegedly made Minaj upset, and Petty, along with her entourage, confronted Weidenmuller backstage.

Court documents revealed that the “concert-goer breached a security barricade dividing the audience from the stage and was able to get on stage while Minaj was performing. In obtaining access to the stage, the concert-goer bypassed a female security guard stationed at the stairs leading to the stage.”

The Blast reported on newly filed paperwork where it shows that Weidenmuller is demanding $753,958.51 in damages. “The concert-goer did not cause harm to any other person, nor did he damage any property during or after his limited time on stage. He simply danced on stage to the music. He did not attempt to, and did not actually, make any physical contact with Minaj while on stage.”

Weidenmuller added that Minaj’s entourage was “irate during this confrontation and screamed at the female security guard that she was a f*cking b*tch and accused her of having put Minaj in physical danger. During the confrontation, the female security guard was in tears and apologized to Minaj.”

The accuser claimed that the apology from the guard wasn’t enough for the Rap icon. Minaj allegedly told the woman to apologize again, this time while she was being recorded. “Tell Minaj’s fans, via the recording, that she failed to do her job and put Minaj in danger,” Weidenmuller stated. He also said Minaj threw her shoes at the guard before Weidenmuller was allegedly verbally and physically assaulted.

“Without warning, Petty PUNCHED Weidenmuller from the side and made contact with the right side of [his] face.” He was said to have spent 10 days in the hospital. Minaj nor Petty have commented on the accusations.

“Euphoria” Star Chloe Cherry Accused Of Stealing $28 Blouse

She starred in one of HBO’s most successful shows, but that didn’t keep Chloe Cherry out of trouble with the law. The mania surrounding Euphoria thrust its stars into the spotlight, and Cherry found a new level of fame. The former adult entertainment actress was featured in over 200 pornographic films throughout her career, but she set her sights on the mainstream side of Hollywood.

According to Lancaster Online, Cherry was visiting her hometown in Pennsylvania when she was arrested. The outlet stated that Cherry was at Jenny & the Clowder, a space located at Building Character downtown. The actress reportedly took a $28 Moda International blouse into a dressing room but left without the shirt.

Cherry was said to have paid for “other items” but was questioned by an employee. The incident was captured on surveillance footage. Cherry allegedly “admitted to taking the blouse and returned it to an officer,” a complaint reads. Building Character owner Marty Hulse spoke with reporters about Cherry’s theft.

“Most times, when we find people who are shoplifting, we don’t find them in the act,” Hulse said. “They’ll take the tag off of it and throw it somewhere. Then we see the tag, and we can find them on the camera and where it came from, and that’s exactly what happened.”

Hulse and general manager Joel Henry claimed they didn’t know Cherry was a Hollywood star until police reached out to her mother. “I know it sounds piddly, but when it comes down to it, we’re all small businesses,” Hulse also stated. “You’re stealing from your neighbors.” However, Cherry’s rep told TMZ that this theft isn’t what it seems. They allege that the actress never admitted to stealing anything.

“In December, there was confusion over a blouse that wasn’t properly charged to my client’s credit card,” they said. “In no way did she ‘admit’ to taking the blouse, since that was not the case. This story seems to be more about a local store trading on a celebrity’s name more than anything else.”

Reports added that Cherry was allegedly involved in a similar theft in 2015. She is scheduled to face a judge in this case on March 1.

Tyre Nichols: Stepfather Denies Rumor Of Affair With Officer’s Wife

Social media can be helpful when sharing information beneficial to the masses, but Tyre Nichols fell victim to unsubstantiated rumors. We’ve continued to report on the death of the 29-year-old who was beaten by police. Nichols was headed to his mother’s home when he was pulled over by officers, yanked out of his car, and tortured. Videos from the City of Memphis show him being tased, punched, kicked in the head, and bludgeoned with a baton. Emergency responders didn’t tend to his injuries for 20 minutes. Three days later, Nichols died in a hospital.

There has been a public outcry for justice, and five officers have been fired. Three employees of the Memphis Fire Department have also been let go, while two other officers have reportedly been suspended. Yesterday (February 1), Nichols’s funeral was live-streamed for the world, but amid the mourning were rumors about why the young father was targeted.

In such situations, people often try to reconcile what occurred by figuring out the answer to “why.” A rumor circulated about Tyre’s alleged involvement with one of his attackers’ wives, and his stepfather, Rodney Wells, stepped forward to call it all lies. He addressed the gossip during a press conference.

“Don’t anybody believe that mess,” said Wells. “They tryin’ to get out of this, but they’re not… Police tried to cover it up. It’s still trying to spread rumors about my son that are not true. For anybody that thought that these rumors are true, they are not. And to stand up here every day and try to put on this face and all that, it’s difficult. But we have to do it. I have. a wife, I have stepchildren that need my support.”

There have been reports that hours of additional footage have not yet been shared The tapes allegedly feature the officers speaking about the incident. The initial videos took weeks to be released, and the public has questioned why the City of Memphis responded so slowly. Attorney Ben Crump represents the Nichols family, but former NBA Stephen Jackson said his involvement with the case was political.

Kyle Rittenhouse Solicits Donations For Legal Fees After Judge OKs Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Kyle Rittenhouse dodged convictions after fatally shooting two men and injuring another during civil unrest in Kenosha, WI in 2020. Rittenhouse quickly became a controversial figure as many condemned his actions while others, typically on the far-right, championed him. Though he roams freely, even appearing on podcasts to discuss the incident, he still faces a wrongful death lawsuit.

A judge gave the green light for a wrongful death lawsuit filed against Rittenhouse to move forward. John Huber, the father of one of the victims, Anthony Huber, accused the officers of violating his son’s constitutional rights. Huber said they allowed a dangerous situation that ultimately led Rittenhouse to shoot Anthony to death. Additionally, he claimed that Rittenhouse and law enforcement conspired to harm protesters.

KENOSHA, WISCONSIN – NOVEMBER 10: Kyle Rittenhouse starts to get emotional a second time as he is on the witness stand during his traill at the Kenosha County Courthouse on November 10, 2021 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Rittenhouse is accused of shooting three demonstrators, killing two of them, during a night of unrest that erupted in Kenosha after a police officer shot Jacob Blake seven times in the back while being arrested in August 2020. Rittenhouse, from Antioch, Illinois, was 17 at the time of the shooting and armed with an assault rifle. He faces counts of felony homicide and felony attempted homicide. (Photo by Sean Krajacic-Pool/Getty Images)

Rittenhouse later filed a motion to dismiss the civil rights lawsuits but his efforts fell short of successful. He claimed that Huber served the lawsuit at his sister’s home, rather than his own. Still, the judge said Rittenhouse “is almost certainly evading service.” This was based on Huber’s claim that he spent 100 hours trying to locate his house, going through seven states before finding Rittenhouse’s Florida home.

U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman ruled that the case should move forward since Huber’s death “could plausibly be regarded as having been proximately caused by the actions of the governmental defendants.” “Rittenhouse has been deliberately cagey about his whereabouts,” Adelman wrote. “Although he denies living in Florida, he does not identify the place that he deems to be his residence.”

“We still have a long fight ahead of us this ruling was disappointing but expected,” Rittenhouse wrote after the judge dismissed his motion. “I respect the judges decision. but hope that as this lawsuit against me continues that truth will be brought to light. I am hopeful and thankful for all of your continuous support as I face this.” He later shared a link to a GiveShareGo page where he’s collecting donations for his legal fees.

Young Thug Codefendants Accused In Prison Stabbing

Authorities accused three of Young Thug’s codefendants of a prison stabbing. Moreover, YSL members Bhris, Bali, and Lil Rod allegedly stabbed another inmate in Fulton County Jail, according to county Sheriff Pat Labat’s words to WSB-TV. While YSL’s sprawling RICO case is underway, these members could face completely new charges. Still, officials haven’t shared additional details about the attack, such as the identity and status of the victim. However, Rodalius “Lil Rod” Ryan and Damone “Bali” Blalock are serving life in prison due to separate murder charges. Meanwhile, officials accused Christian “Bhris” Eppinger of a February 2022 shooting against an Atlanta police officer.

Furthermore, Eppinger also allegedly stabbed YFN Lucci in Fulton County Jail last February along with another YSL member. Both Eppinger and Antonio “Obama” Sumlin (who since took a plea deal) sought Thugger’s permission to make another attempt on Lucci’s life, according to prosecutors. However, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution obtained a statement from Ryan’s attorney Angela D’Williams maintaing her client’s innocence in the stabbing. “Mr. Ryan is hopeful that there is a thorough investigation and that there is not a rush to judgement,” she said. “Mr. Ryan maintains his innocence regarding this incident.”

Meanwhile, officials hit Ryan with additional charges for delaying trial proceedings, for which jury selection began last month. Moreover, authorities described Ryan as an “ongoing problem.” Also, he allegedly spat in a deputy sheriff’s face while awaiting court transportation on January 23. Additionally, the court implicated Ryan in the alleged drug deal involving Thug and YSL codefendant Khalieff Adams. Moreover, Adams stands accused of passing his label leader a single Percocet pill during court session.

While Young Thug faces eight charges and awaits trial, people in his circle shared he’s still in good spirits. Moreover, this support comes after a video of him looking tired and defeated in court went viral. “I be talking to him, he’s blessed man,” Metro Boomin expressed last month to DJ Drama. “Anybody know Slime know he got a heart of gold, but he got the heart of a warrior at the same time, so he got his head up.” As always, come back to HNHH for the latest developments in the YSL case.

Stephen Jackson Criticizes Al Sharpton’s Tyre Nichols Eulogy: “All For Political Gain”

Today (February 1), the public funeral for Tyre Nichols was livestreamed for the world. The 29-year-old was killed earlier this month by a mob of police officers who savagely beat him. Three days later, Nichols, a father of a four-year-old, succumbed to his injuries. Several political figures and celebrities gathered for Nichols’s homegoing, and Rev. Al Sharpton was responsible for delivering the eulogy.

“The tape speaks for itself. They started beating an unarmed man,” said Sharpton. “In the city where the dreamer laid down and shed his blood, you have the unmitigated gall to beat your brother.” The display is being talked about across social media platforms, and Stephen Jackson chimed in with a hot take.

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE – FEBRUARY 01: Rev. Al Sharpton delivers the eulogy during the funeral service for Tyre Nichols at Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church on February 1, 2023 in Memphis, Tennessee. On January 7th, 29-year-old Nichols was violently beaten for three minutes by Memphis police officers at a traffic stop and died of his injuries. Five Black Memphis Police officers have been fired after an internal investigation found them to be directly responsible for the beating and have been charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault, two charges of aggravated kidnapping, two charges of official misconduct and one charge of official oppression. On Instagram, The Shade Room posted about Sharpton’s appearance at Nichols’s funeral. It wasn’t a sight that impressed Jackson, who worked alongside activists when George Floyd was killed by officers in Minnesota. The former NBA giant called out purported leaders who he suggested have ulterior motives.

“Y’all keep letting these folk fool y’all,” Jackson commented. “Same scene Al sharpton and Crump Crew. All for political gain. They pray on people’s pain.” He also said, “Seeen it first hand with G Floyd. If it’s not a national media case u won’t see them. Yet we getting killed everywhere by police. Free game.”

Attorney Ben Crump, who was also at the Nichols funeral, is well-known as a representative for families of police violence. Sharpton has a long history of activism, although his methods have often been criticized by all sides.

It is further reported that five Memphis police officers were fired, all Black men, and another two were relieved of their duties. Additionally, the Memphis Fire Department also made some changes. A lieutenant and two emergency responders were also fired following an investigation. It was stated that they did not adequately administer aid to Nichols following the attack.
