Mother’s Day was celebrated worldwide, and even hip-hop artists took to social media to express their love and appreciation for their mothers. From Beyoncé to Nicki Minaj, these artists shared heartfelt moments and wishes, showcasing the importance of mothers in their lives. Beyoncé Queen Bey shared a Mother’s Day tribute she did for her mother […]
Big Freedia is back and ready to make you dance. Fresh off of an exciting 2022, the artist returns with a new dance single just in time for summer. Last year, Big Freedia worked with Beyonce on her hit track “Break My Soul.” It wasn’t the first time she worked with Queen Bey, but it was the first time she had been fully featured. Previously, the pop superstar had sampled Freedia on her 2016 single, “Formation.” When asked about featuring on the dance track with Beyonce, Big Freedia expressed her excitement. “The speakers were like jumping at me,” she said. “The bass was coming out of the speakers so heavy. I was in there just like shaking and like excited and overwhelmed.”
Now, Big Freedia is here with a dance track of her own. This time, she’s calling in pop star Ciara for a feature. “The first time I heard this song I thought the melodies were infectious. But also, even before that, Freedia and I have had such an amazing chemistry since we met, we both talked about working together,” Ciara said about working on the track. “The record is melodic, it’s a song for everyone from little kids to the grandmas, it just makes you feel joy.”
Big Freedia Feels Fresh And Clean
On her new single, Big Freedia displays an extremely infectious confidence. “’$100 Bill’ is about feelin’ like new money hot off the press! Big money! Feelin fresh and extra fabulous, but mostly about feeling good in your own skin,” she said to Source of the track. “Owning your walk, your talk, your scent, your ride, anything that makes you feel like your best self.” The New Orleans artist said that she and Ciara have been contemplating working together for quite some time.
The song really is infectious. It opens with Ciara’s melodic vocals over a chill rhythm guitar part, calling to mind the spirit of summer nights out with friends. Of course, given Freedia’s reputation as a bounce artist, you know there are plenty of parts in the song that will make you want to get up and shake it. Air horns are used to the absolute max as Big Freedia repeats, “Lookin’ like a, lookin’ like a, lookin’ like a hundred dollar bill.” It’s a fun dance track that you can really imagine just about anyone being able to move to.
Quotable Lyrics:
Walkin, lookin like a hundred dollar bill New money, that’s how I feel Yeah, I’m bop-bop-boppin’ for real And I look like a hundred dollar bill
Big Freedia is back with a new anthem for all the hotties. Titled “100 Dollar Bill” with Ciara as a feature, it proves to be an incredibly fun dance track that pays off with a hypnotic beat.
Freedia completes it with the equally-energetic lyricism on repeat, “So fresh, so clean! Lookin expensive!,” while Ciara also kicks off the song with, “Walkin’, lookin’ like a 100-dollar bill, new money that’s how I feel.”
“’$100 Bill’ is about feelin like new money hot off the press! Big money! Feelin fresh and extra fabulous, but mostly about feeling good in your own skin. Owning your walk, your talk, your scent, your ride, anything that makes you feel like your best self,” Big Freedia told The Source. “Ciara and I have been talking about working together for a while, so this track was perfect with her.”
“The first time I heard this song I thought the melodies were infectious. But also, even before that, Freedia and I have had such an amazing chemistry since we met, we both talked about working together,” Ciara added. “The record is melodic, it’s a song for everyone from little kids to the grandmas, it just makes you feel joy.”

Throughout her long-spanning career, Ciara has given us hits like “Level Up,” “Body Party,” “Goodies,” and “Love Sex Magic” with Justin Timberlake, just to name a few. While her vocals have obviously earned her plenty of praise, the 37-year-old’s dancing abilities are where she really shines. Thankfully for fans who follow her on social media, she’s never been shy about showing them off – and bringing along friends to help her. On Monday (April 24), it was Destiny’s Child alum Kelly Rowland who came through to assist CiCi with her latest Instagram post.
“Kellz and CC make it bump ‘Like This,’ ,” the mother of three wrote in her caption, referencing the Atlanta native’s song featuring Eve that had both of their booties bouncing in the sunshine. While Ciara has previously been known to show off her toned figure in nearly-naked outfits, this time around she kept it cool in a pair of black sweatpants worn under a Tupac tee. She’s been switching up her hair frequently in recent weeks, but today’s look was an ultra-short blunt black bob that perfectly framed her cool yellow sunglasses.
Ciara and Kelly Rowland Are Dancing Queens
Rowland also opted for a more laid-back look, contrasting the “1, 2 Step” hitmaker with her bright white tee and light-coloured pants. As the infectious beat blasts on, the multi-talent’s show off their best moves and lip sync along in what appears to. be someone’s backyard. After some fun-loving freestyling from Ciara and her friend, we eventually see them twerking in unison to the chorus before breaking into more synchronized choreography.
Today’s post was obviously all about “Like This,” but in the past, Kelly Rowland and Ciara made magic together on their “Girl Gang” track. It remains unclear if they have set plans to collaborate again in the future, but with the Texas-born starlet preparing to drop more music in the near future, we certainly won’t rule out the possibility of more music magic. Are you excited to turn up with your friends to your favourite songs this summer? Let us know in the comments, and tap in again later for more pop culture and hip-hop news updates.
Russell Wilson’s first season with the Denver Broncos didn’t go according to plan. The Broncos were anything but a success last season. With many looking at Wilson as one of the issues with the team. However, the Broncos have already made some massive changes ahead of next season. Including bringing in new head coach Sean Payton. Now the pieces are coming together for Denver to prove that last year was indeed a fluke. However, football isn’t the only thing that defines who Wilson is.
The Denver quarterback has long talked about how important his family is to him. Wilson shares many moments with his children and wife, Ciara, on his social media accounts. On Sunday, Wilson shared a cool moment between a father and son. Wilson and Ciara’s 8-year-old son Future Zahir is seen in the video practicing his swing for baseball season. Russell Wilson Loves The Role Of Dad
“His first Home Run way over the fence! 2 hours post game.. Future taking ground balls, pop flies & extra swings. Right before Sun down! Anything worth having, we all have to work for!!! Proud dad moment,” Wilson tweeted on Sunday. Wilson is no stranger to the baseball diamond himself. The Super Bowl-winning quarterback was drafted by the Colorado Rockies coming out of college. Obviously, Wilson felt that football would be the best path for him to take.
Choosing football does seem like the right choice in hindsight. Wilson saw a lot of success in his tenure as the starting quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks. Say what you want about Bow Wow, but you can’t deny his music career. Kids today may know the Ohio native from his social media antics, but that’s not who he is. Bow Wow is one of the original kid superstars. He has songs with some of the biggest rappers in Hip Hop. In case you didn’t know, Snoop Dogg is his godfather. Bow Wow was always in good hands.
After being discovered by Jermaine Dupri, Bow Wow became the hottest thing in Hip Hop. In fact, many rappers wanted to be Bow Wow as rappers started putting “Lil” before their monikers. Bow decided to drop his after other artists were copying his style. Early in his rap career, Bow crossed over into Hollywood. After releasing his second album, he even starred in the basketball movie, Like Mike.
Along with filming movies and TV shows, he also spent time being the host of BET’s 106 & Park. Bow has done a lot in his career and remains relevant today. His music cannot go unnoticed, though, as he is vital to Hip Hop. Let’s look at some of his best songs, in no particular order.
“Fresh Azimiz” ft. Mike Jones (2005)
Bow Wow has always rapped a big game even when he had the “Lil” in front of his name. It’s no different here in “Fresh Azimiz.” The way Bow raps the chorus makes for a catchy phrase to use. “You ain’t fresh as I’m issss” was a popular saying after this song was released, and it’s still remembered today. Additionally, this track scored Bow another Top 40 hit. It originally had three verses from Bow, but Mike Jones is featured, substituting his second verse.
6. “Ain’t Thinkin’ ‘Bout You” ft. Chris Brown (2010)
Besides making hits with Omarion, Bow Wow also sees success with Chris Brown. A few years after “Shortie Like Mine,” they both linked up for “Ain’t Thinkin’ Bout You.” This song differs from what we usually hear from these two. Instead of catering to the ladies, Bow Wow and Breezy make an anthem for the fellas. In what can be labeled a breakup anthem, neither artist thinks about their failed relationship. “Ain’t Thinkin’ Bout You” is the first single Bow released as a Cash Money artist.
5. “Bounce With Me” ft. Xscape (2000)
“Bounce With Me” is our introduction to Bow Wow. Later, we realize he was one of the kids at the beginning of Snoop Dogg’s “Gin & Juice” video. That was just a cameo, but he showed off in his debut. “Bounce With Me” set the tone for his debut album, Beware of Dog. It was also a lead song for the movie Big Momma’s House.
Clearly, Jermaine Dupri knew what he was doing with Bow Wow. After discovering Kriss Kross, JD knew how to make records everyone enjoyed. Kids, teens, and adults danced to this song. The young star rolls through the neighborhood in the video as everyone enjoys the song. It gave Bow Wow his first No. 1 on the Billboard Rap chart.
4. “Bow Wow (That’s My Name)” ft. Snoop Dogg (2000)
Bow Wow must be one of the biggest kid stars ever! He was just a phenomenon. “Bow Wow (That’s My Name)” told you all you needed to know about the young rapper. Out the gate, Snoop and Dupri’s protégé lets it be known that he’s the hottest thing in music. Move over, Backstreet Boys!
The video was even better as he ran around town, away from the crowd of people chasing him. He transforms into a dog at points in the video, making this his signature that mirrors Snoop. The visual appeared on BET’s 106 & Park so much it was retired from the network’s popular show.
There were a lot of hits off Bow Wow’s fourth studio album, Wanted. “Let Me Hold You” is another one. This is the first time he joins forces with Omarion. The platinum record reached No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. Once again, Bow Wow always manages to speak to the ladies. He continues to grow up right before our eyes. The lane he is in with creating timeless R&B/Hip Hop hits suits him well. “Let Me Hold You” shows Bow makes these songs with ease.
Ciara and Bow Wow collaborated for a massive R&B-Hip Hop hit. Off Bow Wow’s Wanted album, “Like You” is the perfect song for a young couple in love. This is precisely what Bow Wow and Ciara were. At this time, Bow and CiCi were dating, and the media loved them. They were at the top of their careers, and this song gave both artists another Top 10 hit. It was reported that the two were engaged for a short stint.
This song is still Bow Wow’s highest-charting song to date. The Ohio native has been a favorite amongst the ladies since he started. He continues to make songs catered to them and excels at it. “Like You” is undoubtedly one of the more popular tracks of the 2000s.
1. “Shortie Like Mine” ft. Chris Brown & Johntá Austin (2006)
Bow Wow knows how to make a hit. He grabbed Chris Brown and Johntá Austin for “Shortie Like Mine.” He adds another ballad for the ladies to his catalog as he praises his special woman throughout the song. Actually, “Shortie Like Mine” is one of the first videos to integrate social media. At this time, MySpace was huge, and the music video incorporated similar Myspace features. Bow Wow was ahead of his time with this one.
Russell Wilson had a very difficult season with the Denver Broncos last year. Overall, the Broncos were not good at all. Although they were poised to have an amazing season, Wilson found himself having the worst numbers of his career. However, the team has gotten a new head coach in Sean Payton, who some believe could be the savior of the team. Needless to say, there is a very real possibility that the Broncos have a resurgence this year. Only time will tell whether or not that will be the case.
Throughout the offseason, Russell Wilson has been hard at work, making sure that he doesn’t have another horrendous season. Moreover, he has been spending some time with his kids, as well as his step-son, Future Zahir. Of course, this is Future’s son with Ciara. Over the years, Russ has taken a large role in raising Future Zahir, much to the dismay of weirdos on Twitter. Recently, Wilson has been helping Future Zahir when it comes to playing wide receiver. Overall, the kid has a ton of talent.
Russell Wilson Is Training The Youth
In the video clip up above, Russell Wilson can be seen in the gym, throwing the ball to Future. Additionally, the kid is showcasing a ton of natural talent by making some one-handed grabs. Moreover, Wilson played with his daughter Sienna. It seemed like some good old-fashioned family fun. In the Instagram clip, Wilson wrote, “One Handed? Too Easy! Future soon to be @NFL 1st Rounder & Yes Girls play Football too! Sienna loves her Sundays!” If you can find a way to hate on this, well, you are likely beyond saving.
Subsequently, Wilson will be attending training camp with his teammates. There are plenty of narratives surrounding the quarterback, and we’re sure he is eager to shake off some of the negative labels that exist out there. Hopefully, the Broncos get a bit better, and actually contend in a crowded AFC West. Let us know what you think, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the football world.
Ahead of his headlining performance at Rolling Loud Thailand later tonight (April 14), Chris Brown confirmed earlier this week that he’s got new music on the way. The last time we heard from the Virginia-born crooner was on his collaboration with Chlöe, “How Does It Feel,” which notably received mixed reviews from audiences. For his next release, Breezy will seemingly be reuniting with Ciara, and according to his Instagram Story earlier this week, the recording artists have something seriously special in store.
“ME AND @ciara got some coming ,” the father of three wrote over a black screen on Thursday (April 13) morning. Brown and Ciara previously made magic together in 2009, with their “Turntables” joint effort that arrived on the fashionista’s Fantasy Ride album. More recently, they also attempted to bring their talents together for the R&B icon’s Michael Jackson tribute at the 2022 American Music Awards. Unfortunately for both, the presentation was cancelled at the last minute, with producers seemingly taking issues with Brown’s unflattering past, especially in conjunction with the allegations his honoree faced during his own life.
Breezy Brags About New Song
Of course, the “Kiss Kiss” hitmaker didn’t explicitly state that he and Ciara are working on music. Both artists happen to also be skilled dancers, and fans would surely be just as happy with a project focusing on other talents outside of their vocal range. As HipHopDX notes, collaborating with Brown is a guaranteed way for others to ensure backlash for themselves, though the mother of three has made it clear that she’s willing to stick by her friend, no matter what haters and critics have to say.
Following 2022’s Breezy album, the 33-year-old has steadily shown out on singles like “It’s Giving Christmas,” “Nasty” with Tyga,” and “Do You Mind” alongside Vedo. As for Ciara, her last full-length project, Beauty Marks, arrived back in 2019. She’s since made a comeback thanks to singles like “JUMP” featuring Coast Contra, “Better Thangs” with Summer Walker, and most recently, “Da Girls.” Revisit her throwback “Turntables” link-up with Chris Brown below, and check back later for more music news updates.
Revisit CiCi’s 2009 Track, “Turntables” Feat. Chris Brown
It seems like everything Chris Brown puts out is an automatic hit, and now, he’s enlisting the one and only Ciara for yet another all-star collaboration.
Today, the “Under The Influence” recording artist took to his 137 million followers on Instagram to reveal he’s dropping a song with Ciara. On his Instagram story, he writes, “Me and @ciara got some coming ”
While CB didn’t include any details on when we might be able to expect the collab, fans were left in a frenzy. The last time the two were seen together was on stage at the BET Awards back in 2008, as Ciara joined Chris Brown for a special performance of his smash hit “Take You Down.”
The chemistry on stage was immediately apparent, as both artists were seen decked out in all black with a waterfall backdrop.
Fast forward to 2022, the two were supposed to take the stage again at the 2022 American Music Awards, paying tribute to the late, great Michael Jackson. However, unfortunately, Chris Brown was pulled last minute, due to his background in domestic violence.
Thankfully, Chris Brown uploaded his own behind-the-scenes footage of the choreography for his fans, not letting his hard work go to waste.
On the music tip, the last time the two collaborated on a song was for Ciara’s 2009 album called Fantasy Ride, on the song “Turntables.” Fans can look forward to part two, hopefully arriving real soon in the near future.
