Lil Yachty & Chief Keef In “Say Ya Grace” Music Video From Lyrical Lemonade: Watch

The new Lyrical Lemonade album All Is Yellow is finally out, and to name highlights off of it would be a much longer article than needed. Still, there is one track in particular that its team, artists, and fans seemed to take a liking to in particular: Chief Keef and Lil Yachty’s “Say Ya Grace.” Moreover, as expected from a creative like Cole Bennet, its visual treatment is pretty stunning from a technical standpoint, even if it’s not the flashiest of most complex presentation on paper. Some yellow tarps, filter effects, simple outfits, and cameos from Denzel Curry, G Herbo, and Big Sean make this a compelling package.

But all this is unsurprising if you’ve been following All Is Yellow‘s rollout, which contained no shortage of bangers as both singles and music videos. Take for example “Doomsday” with Juice WRLD and Cordae, which is a refreshing spin on old ideas in both lanes. For what it’s worth, Lil Yachty and Chief Keef still come through with a lot of charisma and personality in the video despite their simple set-up. Seeing MCs bring life to ad-libs and contrast their recording delivery is always a really fun part of visuals, and they don’t disappoint here.

Furthermore, while it’s Chief Keef’s only appearance on All Is Yellow, Lil Yachty also appears on the cut “Fallout” with Joey Bada$$ and Gus Dapperton. Back to “Say Ya Grace,” though, it’s a Sosa-produced cut that pairs an ethereal sample with icy drum patterns, and the two rappers provide all the energy necessary to take it over the top. Their vocal chemistry is potent here, and though we would’ve loved to hear more trade-offs, their matching tones are enough to satisfy. Hopefully it’s not the only collab that the two have in store.

Meanwhile, with other bangers like “Stop Giving Me Advice” from Dave and Jack Harlow, we’re excited to see how All Is Yellow ages throughout 2024. In a video online, Sexyy Red revealed: “I can’t wait to drop this baby.”

“I’m gettin’ so thick in these streets,” Sexyy Red said. “When I drop, Imma be a whole new Sexyy Red.”

She added, “That bitch from 2023, she was cool. This new Sexyy Red… Super thick, super pretty, get money, you know… Just that.”

FTP Records, Sematary, Hackle & Chief Keef Drop New Banger “F**k The World”: Stream

FTP Records, based from the F**KTHEPOPULATION merch brand, will likey have a breakout 2024 with a mixtape reportedly on the way. To get some hype behind it, the collective just released a destructive new single with some former collaborators. Moreover, Sematary, Hackle, and the one and only Chief Keef rip through their aggressive and misanthropic verses on this new song, “F**k The World.” The incredibly distorted instrumental takes heavy inspiration from early Chicago drill sounds and more harsh trap styles, plus mixtape-like DJ drops. Sosa in particular, who just remixed one of Sexyy Red’s biggest songs this year, doesn’t hold anything back with wild delivery and unbridled rage.

In fact, Sematary had previously spoken to Complex about how excited he was about this Chief Keef collab back in June. The pioneer inspired a lot of the Haunted Mound leader’s work and artistry, so to see this full-circle moment is heartening and exciting. “I got a Sosa feature on my song,” the King Of The Graveyard visionary expressed. “With Zac FTP for the FTP album. It’s called ‘F**k The World.’ I got Chief Keef on my s**t, so no one can ever say s**t about me now. Like he made all of this, there ain’t no any of this without him. I can’t even put it into words.” To see the Glo Gang MC join one of the scariest and most explosive sounds adjacent to hip-hop right now is truly special, and it helps that “F**k The World” ends up being so catchy and energized.

Chief Keef & Sexyy Red’s “F My Baby Dad” Remix Teaser Sounds Seriously Lit

With each passing day, Sexyy Red moves closer to becoming a mother of two, but that’s not stopping her from maintaining her post at the top of the rap game. The “SkeeYee” hitmaker graced the top half of many “Best Hip-Hop” lists from various publications throughout December, and after the success of her Hood Hottest Princess (Deluxe) tape, we’re happy to hear she has more fire in her belly to share with the world.

One of the most popular titles to come from the updated album is “Bow Bow Bow (F My Baby Dad),” which had Cardi B feeling herself in the club this past weekend. Meanwhile, Chief Keef (who appears on the project’s next time, “Ghetto Princess”) was feeling the catchy anthem so much that he put his own spin on it. This led to a seriously salty response from his co-parent, who put the “Love Sosa” artist on blast by posting his alleged child support papers for the world to see.

Rather than let her collaborator get dogged, Red invited Keef to join her on an official remix of “Bow Bow Bow,” which is being teased online this week. “F**k my baby mama / F**k my baby mama / She a dusty a** b**ch left me broke all summer,” the rap diva mouths along in the clip above, hyping up the Chicago native’s explicit addition to her hit song.

2023 was the biggest year Sexyy Red has had in her career, but that doesn’t mean she’ll be slowing down in 2024. When she gives birth to her second child, the femcee will obviously take time off to recover and care for her newborn, but once she’s ready, we’re fully expecting the St. Louis native to continue her epic feature run. Sexyy Red Is Dropping A Deluxe Edition Of ‘Hood Hottest Princess’ And The Release Date Is Soon

Two weeks ago, Sexyy Red teased a forthcoming deluxe version of her Hood Hottest Princess album, which initially dropped in June. She posted an Instagram video showing the presumed deluxe album cover soundtracked by her rapping, “F*ck my baby dad.” (The St. Louis-bred rapper is pregnant.)

Luckily, we don’t have to wait much longer to get the full Hood Hottest Princess (Deluxe). In fact, that is a gross understatement. The album drops in less than 12 hours — at midnight, December 1.

Sexyy Red shared the tracklist on Instagram, which includes the aforementioned “Booty Meat (F My Baby Dad),” “Ghetto Princess” featuring Chief Keef, “Perfect Match” featuring 42 Dugg and G Herbo, “I Might” featuring Summer Walker, and “Hood Rats” featuring Sukihana.

Sexyy Red just wrapped her Hood Hottest Princess Tour, which spanned from October 16 to Wednesday night, November 29, at The Fillmore in San Francisco, California.

Most recently, Sexyy Red released the video for “Free My N***a.” At the beginning, Sexyy Red says to her pregnant belly, “Say ‘Free My Daddy,’” and we hear a manufactured baby’s voice say, “Free dada.” After that, Sexyy Red — in red lingerie — leads a protest to the gates of a prison and visits with her lover inside.

Nicki Minaj, Drake & Chief Keef’s ‘For All The Barbz’ Is The Ultimate ‘For All The Dogs’ Album Snub Response

After months of teasing their long-awaited collaboration, Drake and Nicki Minaj’s unreleased track did not make For All The Dogs. However, the Queen Radio host’s new freestyle track, “All The Barbz,” is the ultimate response for the notable album cameo snub. On the record, Minaj reclaimed her Young Money Record comrade’s “All The Parties” to hold fans over before the release of her forthcoming album, Pink Friday 2.

She kept Drake and Chief Keef’s contributions to demonstrate how sorely her bars were missed in the body of work. For Minaj’s verse, she took a moment to address the subtle jabs she sent seemingly and received during the 2023 VMAs (where she served as a host and featured performer).

“VMAs was a family reunion / First time in a while I seen all of my sons / Keep it a hundred, keep it in a trust / If I lose ninety-nine, I still keep it a buck / I don’t hear you hoes / I make the movies, I give you bitches cameos / Here we go, he tryna make honey nut like Cheerios,” spit Minaj seeming to refer to foes Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, and Latto some would include Doja Cat in the mix as well.

That would seem to be supported by another fairly topical line: “I get these b*tches scramblin’ when I throw the bait / One sub kill five b*tches, OceanGate.”

Chief Keef Reacts To Adin Ross Saying The N-Word While Rapping “I Don’t Like”

It seems like Chief Keef may have gotten a little more than what he bargained for during his birthday hangout with Adin Ross. Moreover, the streamer was celebrating his big day when the rapper pulled up to surprise him, and apparently they had a great time together. However, during his performance of “I Don’t Like” at Adin’s birthday party, he and the crowd got a pretty eyebrow-raising surprise. Well, actually, it wasn’t too surprising for Sosa. To elaborate, he extended the microphone out to Ross, who was onstage with him, for the parts of the song’s chorus that go “a snitch n***a, a b***h n***a,” and so on.

In a move that may or may not get him a load of backlash, Adin Ross responded to Chief Keef’s supposed prompt by saying the n-word. Then, the Chicago MC exclaimed excitedly and got even more turned up and excited as he kept “I Don’t Like” going. Overall, it goes without saying that this can prompt a massive debate over who can say it, the circumstances behind it, and a whole lot more cans of worms. Still, it seems like Keef was okay with it, and while that’s not an excuse, it also probably mitigated a stronger reaction to it.

Setting that bout of seemingly excused casual racism aside, it looks like the two really enjoyed the night. For example, Adin Ross and Chief Keef went out to gamble in Las Vegas, and you can see a lot of clips of their shenanigans down below. Apparently, they walked away with about $60K in winnings, so either there was good birthday luck or Sosa is a lucky charm of sorts. Either way, it seems like everything turned out to be a fun time for both.

Meanwhile, the drill pioneer isn’t in fans’ best graces right now, as he delayed his long-awaited and hyped project Almighty So 2 once again, this time all the way to mid-December of this year. Amid a scrapped full verse for Drake’s For All The Dogs that divided listeners, die-hard Sosa fans are understandably peeved right now. It’s great to see the 28-year-old enjoy his life… it’s just a tad frustrating because he could be celebrating an album launch alongside a friend’s birthday. Chief Keef Unveils His Would-Be Verse On Drake’s “For All The Dogs,” Fans Blast It

There were plenty of big and maybe unexpected features on Drake’s hyped album, For All The Dogs. There were multiple appearances from Teezo Touchdown and SZA. Sexyy Red delivered her raunchy and unfiltered verse on “Rich Baby Daddy.” PARTYNEXTDOOR, while a frequent collaborator with Drizzy, has been reluctant to put out new material and features, but he joined his close friend for the massive project. J. Cole hopped on a track with him for the first time in 10 years. These were all fairly surprising, but Chief Keef has to be another name to include here.

You can find him on track 16 “All The Parties” and while it is a brief showing, it has still been a big deal. Chief Keef is highly respected in the hip-hop space and Drake knew that he had to grab him for this project. Keef just delivers a short chorus and he never gets repeated again. But, recently, the Chicago rapper revealed to fans that there was supposed to be a verse from him.

DJ Akademiks reposted the audio clip and needlessly said, fans are not digging it. The caption on the video reads a short bar from Keef. “She laughed her draws off I tickled the b****.” Fans did not hold back, with one saying, “He’s overrated asf but he’s so well respected in rap that nobody admits it.” Another chimes in, “Yea keep that.” While a fair amount are not feeling it, it would be interesting to see if the song will suffer from fewer streams because of the shorter inclusion of Chief Keef in the final edition.

Chief Keef’s New Album “Almighty So 2” Delayed Again To October

Chief Keef’s Almighty So 2 has been in the works for years at this point, and it seems continuously unlucky at every turn. Moreover, as per the release page on Apple Music, Sosa’s new project was once again delayed, this time to October 13 of this year. While this makes for a fitting Halloween-season Friday the 13th drop, it surely disappointed many fans who wanted the project to arrive as soon as possible. For those unaware, this is a sequel to the Chicago legend’s 2013 mixtape, which remains a fan-favorite among his die-hard group of followers. In addition, we have no details as to why these delays happened, leading many to speculate on sample clearance issues, final mixes, or other possible factors.

In fact, rumors indicate that Chief Keef finished this project back in 2018, and that it’s been in limbo ever since. At first, the Glo Gang leader and his team announced a December 16 release date… last year. Then, it was delayed to January 20, then April 14, and now we have this latest release update. While the 27-year-old dropped a few projects and singles in the meantime, Almighty So 2 is becoming mythical at this point.

Chief Keef’s Almighty So 2 Delayed… Again

Still, Chief Keef seems as intent as ever to drop it and hype up its eventual release to his adoring fans. For example, he recently took to social media to show off his new Lamborghini, and the flex didn’t come without a vague but promising update on his next project. “Almighty So 2 OTW!!! We celebrating,” he wrote as the post’s caption, which was almost two months ago. This led many to believe that it would release promptly, but clearly something happened along the way that once again changed plans.

Even though it hasn’t been an absolute drought from the drill pioneer, it’s understandable that this release would get this much anticipation behind it. There’s nothing like a sequel to a cult classic, especially one with such a mysterious, long, and teased release history. All we can hope for is that the stars align perfectly for that Friday the 13th release date, since that just sounds too perfect to be true.
